The UPS Store copy charge

I was at the UPS store in San Angelo, where the lady manager insisted in charging me double for double sided pages. She was unaware of how her copier counted each side copied. And refused to listen. She made a seen until one of the customers paid the difference. She refused to take a double-sided page of to the copier and watch it count it as two pages. Instead she wanted a full dollar extra. I kept telling her it was not right but she would not listen and when I counted the pages up for her she refused to pay attention. She was also treating the person helping me badly by pushing him and telling him to hurry. Not cool!

The UPS Store insurance offered

Upon inquiring about insurance I was told that insurance was included at no cost for up to $100 but then corinne, salesperson, continued to explain that insurance did not cover damages in transit to the item shipped. According to the ups website, https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/sri/insure-package.page, "ups is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100 for each domestic package". I have shipped from this location, bought insurance in the past but was never given the bs story I heard today. Corinne said that in order to be covered for insurance I had to allow them to unpack my package (that took me 45 minutes to pack) to confirm that the packing materials met their standards or next time to bring the item, unpacked, along with all my packing supplies to pack it in front of them to make sure it met their standards. I'm handicapped and cannot possibly carry all that material along with a large box. Are you insane? How can your website say one thing and then i'm given another story at the location? And why was it allowed in the past not to confirm shipping material but now it's not? If these ups stores have different rules & regulations, the public needs to know to never ever use them again! This is fraud and I am filing complaints everywhere!

The UPS Store unethical behaviour of owner

04/05/19 - I cant understand who these people can be in the customer service industry. Every time I go to this location and he is their I cringe, this guy never smiles never thanks anyone and I don't think he knows the word "sorry" exists. I was told I had 6 packages by one the the agents but the could only produce 4 of them, the owner with the miserable attitude steps in to handle the situation, they cant produce 2 of the packages I clearly have 6 tags with 6 individual tracking numbers for each tag. The owner who is continually huffing and puffing with an incredible rude attitude insists that one of the packages has to be a "duplicate"He asks me as the customer to leave with only the four packages and go home to see if I had already picked up one of the packages. Like an idiot I listened to him...Once I had gone over all the tags I called the UPS store and informed the owner, no I do not have either of the packages he now insists one of the packages that I left with is the duplicate tag and asked if I would bring the box back...This was my next big Mistake. so up until this point the owner has yet to say sorry for the inconvenience or admit any fault nor thank me for driving back with the box. I was meet with hostility by the owner, shouting at me in front of everyone now insisting that I only have 4 packages due to me? I now have had enough of his attitude and try to exit only to be strong-armed by the owner who grabs the package out of my hands. I was absolutely horrified by his actions will still yelling at me in front of other customers and his staff..I had for the door still without my packages as I'm walking out to the parking lot I see in the reflection of the glass I am being followed by the owner! As he is approaching screaming at the top of his lugs this this is not his fault and he can prove it! At this point I got a little nervous and dialed 911, the operator can hear him still aggressively yelling at me and asks me if I am able to get away from him until the police arrive. The owner who is now outside in the parking flailing his arms in the air a the while still yelling at me with one of the boxes held above his head! I actual thought he was going to throw it at me! Finally the police arrive and question the both of us the the very kind officers were able the retrieve package number 4 for me and advise me to seek assistance from the shippers for the other 2 packages, I do as they say...Now if you can believe this the owner manages makes his way outside while the police are still there and yells that I am wrong and he can prove it! At that point I was asked to leave by the officers and I did so...04/05/19 I look down at the calling ID and it's the UPS store? The women proceeds to ask me if I am expecting a package from a medical company? I reply no she that informs me that they may have mislabeled a package and our trying to find out the correct box holder! She mentions not a word of my experience yesterday then informs me I have 2 packages to pick up! Hmmm wonder what they could? I have not received notification of a new delivery?

The UPS Store International delivery

To: UPS Corporate Customer Relations (UPS Store)
Fr: John Sparkes ([protected]@ns.sympatico.ca)
Date: April 3, 2019
Sub: UPS Tracking number 1Z1750860485193388

Background:

On Wednesday, March 20 I had a call from my friend (Tony Mucciardi) that he left his house keys in Florida and was en route back home to Montreal Que., Canada when he realized he left his house keys in Florida. His route home consisted of driving to Orlando Fl., taking the car train overnight to Washington, DC and then driving from Washington DC to Montreal Que. on Thursday, March 21, arriving in Montreal the evening of March 21. Tony called on Wednesday, March 20th and asked that me to courier the keys overnight via UPS from the local UPS store located at 16850 Collins Ave. #112, Sunny Isles Beach FL, 33160.

The Experience:

At approximately 12:51 on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 I went to the local UPS store and was given two options by the UPS agent on the delivery time of the keys (a) for $3x.00 (I forget the exact amount) the keys would be delivered on the best possible date and maybe by Friday or Monday (b) for $89.00 plus tax and an envelope (total $92.50 $US) the package would be delivered on the next day Thursday, March 21.

Due to the urgency of the situation I chose the overnight option at $92.50 ($US), at no time was I ever told by the UPS agent there could be possible issues with customs at the Canadian border etc. but that the parcel would arrive at the Montreal Que. destination the next day.

I tracked the package and was pleased to see the package arrived in Canada on Thursday, March 21 (I believe at Lachine, Que.) and it was at the UPS depot late afternoon on the 21st. What surprised me was that the tracking update said the package was not going to be delivered by UPS until the next business day, Friday March 22. That meant my friend had to find a lock smith ($150.00) to get entry into his home on Thursday evening.

On Friday morning I returned to the local UPS store in Sunny Isles Beach to make a complaint and a claim to lower the delivery cost from the $92.50 overnight to the $3x.xx best date charge. The UPS agent agreed this was an issue but said he could not file a claim until the package was delivered to the destination in Montreal. Once I heard from my friend (Friday, March 22 in the PM) that he received the package I went back to the local UPS store to file a claim for a partial refund.

I was told by the agent (who checked with his manager, Alain Cueto) that the local UPS store cannot issue any refunds and all claims must go to the UPS corporate office and should the corporate office agree the claim is a valid one they would issue a cheque back to the local UPS store (made out to me) and the local UPS store in return would call me and give me the associated refund in the form of a cheque. The agent said to expect a weekly update and that I would be called with updates.

The Details on Passing the Buck/Royal UPS Corporate Run Around:

I returned to the local UPS store on Tuesday, April 2nd for an update on my claim (a partial refund). The agent had nothing to report so I asked to speak to the manager (Alain Cueto). The manager was able to find an email associated to the claim he made on my behalf to the UPS corporate office. He read me the email from UPS corporate and it said that due to the fact the item had to clear Canadian customs there is no overnight guarantee thus there is no basis for any restitution to me, the customer. I complained to the manager as to why I was not informed about this policy before I paid the $92.50 and his store representative lead me to believe I had the overnight delivery guarantee. The bottom line he said it was out of his hands and that I should deal with UPS Corporate and he provided me with their toll free number 1-800-742-5877.

I called the UPS Corporate office at the 1-800-742-5877 number and was quickly told because this is UPS International delivery I needed to call 1-800-782-7892 and discuss the matter with UPS International.

I spoke to the UPS International agent and she informed me that any claim and or associated refund can only be made by the local UPS store. She informed me that the UPS stores are franchised and any refund must come from the store. This is exactly the opposite as to what the local UPS store manager (Alain Cueto) told me. He claims he has no authority and cannot issue any sort of refund. All I wanted was to be charged the correct amount for the service rendered and I was not looking for a complete refund.

In the end the UPS International agent sad she could not help me and the only recourse for me is to try the UPS Customer Relations department, which I did. I got the UPS Customer Relations chat line and entered into a chat with the agent and sent her the informational document on what had transpired. Not long into the chat was it determined that she needed to transfer me to the UPS International Customer Relations department which she did and we began the chat all over. After the agent read the document I was advised that it is unfortunate but that is the UPS Corporate policy and there will be no refund. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me that she would arrange that I would get a call back from her supervisor within an hour.

I received a call from the UPS International Relations department (Synthia) who was extremely helpful. She did not quote UPS Corporate policy but did tell me that the correct process for any sort of refund was that it has to be done by the Customer Relations Corporate group who deals with the UPS store franchise process. She also told me to contact your department and you would be the best chance that I would have for someone at UPS to take some real action. She also told me the initial UPS store manager was correct in that any refund comes from your department back to the store and then to me the customer.

Summary:

The basis for my claim to a partial refund is two fold:

(a) I was never informed by the local UPS store about any possible Canadian customs clearing issues and if I were informed I would not have taken the overnight $92.50 option
(b) Based on the tracking information I was able to find, on March 21 the package was in fact at the Quebec UPS depot and had already cleared customs so why was it not delivered or at least the customer called to inform him the parcel was there (his cell was listed on the UPS shipment receipt).

I appreciate your understanding in this matter. If UPS has any idea on what customer service is all about UPS should understand as a customer I have a very valid basis for this claim. In addition, your local and corporate policies are out of sync (the local UPS store says they cannot refund and the corporate agents say they should refund, which is it?). Also your staff, be they franchise or not, should be better informed about international shipments so they are able to inform their customers accordingly.

Respectfully Submitted<

The UPS Store employee conduct, unknown name

On 04/03/2019 I arrived at this UPS Store location at 5:50pm to have a document notorized. Once I informed the woman lounging in a chair at the counter with her feet up on the counter why I was there, she stated that "we don't do notary the last five minutes of the day". I began to check my watch, and apparently realizing it was more than five minutes to close, this woman then stated, "actually we don't do no notary the last half-hour". I asked, "you first said five minutes, now you say half-hour"? This crass person then stated, "either way, I'm not doing no notary for you anyways!" I left the store and then this CRAP-tastic employee then decides to continue to berate at me in the parking lot as she comes out to take store signage inside, yelling to me as I'm getting into my vehicle, WITH my 10 year old son, NO LESS.

I can unequivocally state that, I MIGHT - ONLY might, utilize UPS Store services in the future, but that I sure as HECK, will NEVER patronize this Store EVER again. This employee was a black woman, closing the store on this day previously mentioned at the beginning of this complaint. If I were the franchise owner: first, I would NEVER have hired such a person; second, I would terminate her employment IMMEDIATELY. A person who exhibits such conduct brings great shame and negative reviews upon the company as a whole.

The UPS Store the disrespectful service offered by the male employee

The facts are that when I entered into the UPS office located at 64 Beaver St, New York, NY 10004 at about 3 pm. I tried to ask about the cheapest options for the delivery services of my 2-page document. The male employee said that "If you want the cheapest one, you SHOULD go to the post office!"

The tone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to explain to me more but to ask the other female employee (Jackie) to explain to me. I am not sure about the name of the female employee. It sounded like Jackie. The lady was very nice and patient. In the meantime, the male employee kept show up and said to her that "Just ask her to go to the post office!" And Jackie replied professionally that "We know..." I sensed the prejudice or biased treat from the male employee. I found it ridiculous about his impatient and disrespectful attitude.

As a customer, I have the right to inquire about delivery issues and to choose to take the service or not. It should not be mandatory. As an employee, he has the responsibility to explain to me. The disrespect is never acceptable for me. His attitude harmed the reputation of UPS. Even if I can afford the rate, I won't take UPS later because of him.

I don't know the name of the male employee as I was pissed off about his attitude. What I know is that he looks like an Asian but speak natively. I am not sure if he is the manager or the owner of that UPS store. I think he can not be rude to anybody for any reasons, especially for a customer.

The UPS Store service at this location

This morning, March 27, 2019 I went to this store to return a package that was sent to me in error from amazon. I needed to print a return label as I do not have a printer. I had never used the computer there before and needed assistance from the clerk. At each step of this process, I had to ask the clerk for assistance. She seemed annoyed and continued to walk away while I was struggling with this. The store was not busy at the time. 2 customers came in while I was at the computer and I was very happy to wait while the clerk assisted them. She was not accommodating at all. In fact she was rude. I am not a frequent customer at this store, but do mail about 10 packages a year at this store. If I had not had an appointment, I would have left this site and gone to another. I was embarrassed and angry with the attitude of this clerk, and although I did not say this to the clerk, I will NEVER use this store again.

The UPS Store sending a package

I went into the store to drop off a small package to send back to amazon. I will amit I forgot to tape the package, a mistake on my part. What got me was the unkind customer service I received from the clerk working there at the time which was yesterday 3/25/19 around noon, wanted to sell me a roll of tape or charge me 1.50 to put a strip over the package. I been dealing with ups for years and never came across something like this... Not good customer service what's so ever, thank you for wasting my time for something so minor as a piece of tape...

Regards,

Pablo mercado

The UPS Store failure to provide service and losing package picked up

In January I won a bid for itmes on a goverment website in IA. I called and emailed store #4709 in Jhonstone IA who ensured they could pk the item fopr a fee and ship accordingly to my home. After weeks of emails and calls store #4709 never picked up the itmes.in fact the seller reached oput complaining the itmes had not been picked up. I reached out to store #2597 who stated they could pick up and ship the items. After several weeks my purchase was picked up on 2-7-19 and later shipped to my home at a cost of over $100.00 dollars. When the package arrived two of the items specifically two control switches were missing. I verified with the goverment seller they had been picked up. I called store #2597 several times with no resolve and then told to email the store which I have done several times with no resolve. I paid over $100.00 dollars and now need to replace the missing controlers at approx. $40.00 each and still have not received a call or contact to resolve this matter from store #2597.

The UPS Store package was accidentally given to the wrong customer

My name is jina kaur and I like to make a complaint about my recent package. On 2/22/2019, ups had left a note at my house to pick up the package from the nearest store; however on 2/25/2019 when I arrived to pick up my package, I came to find out that it was accidently given to another customer. Apparently the customer came back and brought my package back to the store after couple of hours and I happened to open the box inside the store. The package was properly packed from the outside but the actual box from the inside was empty (glad I opened it inside the store). The guy who said he owns that store, russell cohen said the employee denies that he made that mistake and once I asked for a refund he said he will contact the ups headquarters for a refund - I certainly did not want to leave the store without a reference to this disappointed situation that happened to me so I asked the store owner (russell cohen) to write me a note describing the situation with the date, his sign and the amount that ups will refund me; total price.
Russell cohen's note:
"please be advised that jina kaur will receive a refund of $95 + tax = $103.20 for the shipment received on 2/25/2019 tracking #1z8y46v24202460992 from bbrus. The package was inadvertently given to the wrong customer, then returned empty" - followed by his name, sign and address of the store "russell cohen, the ups store east meadow, ny 11554, and 516-280-3363"
I have attached all the pictures to this complaint and I like to know when I will receive this refund since it's an expensive amount I have spent and now lost due to the employee's mistake. I will really appreciate the full refund without any lengthy delay and no further issues.

Thanks,
Jina

The UPS Store louie salinas prejudice against indian people

My wife and I went to UPS Huebner store located at 11703 Huebner Rd Suite 106 in San Antonio Texas (UPS Store #4817). We went to send a package and although the staff was not busy we were not greeted. When we approached the front desk to place package on it we were met by a person with an aggressive attitude. He asked us in a rude manner "what do you people want" then when we stated we wanted to send a package and ask about our options he became irritated for no reason and then went on a tirade about our Indian Heritage calling us jerkoffs, towelheads and told us to go back to Iran.

We are not even from Iran. We are Indian and proud Americans. I am an M.D and work at one of the hospitals in the medical center not far from the UPS store at 11703 Huebner Rd Suite 106. My wife works with children at a hospital here as well. We love the United States and the opportunities we have here. We do not appreciate the complete disrespect of our Indian heritage. We do not treat people with disrespect and contempt.

We are deeply hurt by these words and feel completely discriminated against. He made my wife cry and I was upset as well since my wife was crying. She is a very compassionate person and she has helped countless children with severe illness get well. She did not deserve this treatment from a man who is obviously angry at his own life and decides to take his racism and bigotry out on us just because we are Indian and he can't see past his outlandish prejudices against Indians.

We were humiliated by this experience beyond words and there was another customer who even asked us if we were ok when we left to go outside since the woman heard what was said.

The day we came to America was the proudest day of our lives and we love this country and the people, for someone to tell us these things is very distressing to us to say the least.

I spoke to one of my colleagues about this and they found out the man's name is Louie Enrique Salinas. It turns out Louie Enrique Salinas ( Luis Enrique Salinas) or just Louie Salinas has documented his hatred for anyone he feels is a "Middle Eastern" due to their skin color or accent.

Here he is spewing hate on some people who are just having a small innocent picnic gathering outside. He calls them racial names and then one of his friends actually threatens the lives of the people saying "Give me an automatic and away I'll blow". His other cohorts join in with racial slurs as well. Completely unacceptable.

These are not people you want to do business with. How people like this function in society is beyond comprehension. I hope they are happy that they upset my wife and caused her tears. You need to learn to respect people and sort out your own life instead of vomiting hatred toward others.

I would not doubt that due to the nature of what Louie Salinas (Luis Salinas) had said to us that he will be so shameless as to deny what was said. The proof is in his own words.

Moon Lewton who is also pictured below and also is friends with Louie Salinaas and told to make a FAKE 5 star Google Review of the UPS Store on Huebner (You can see his FAKE 5 Star review in the image) threatens violence against these people saying he would “ start cracking skulls” and calling them “Sand N__grs” then encouraging his pal Louie Salinas who works at the UPS Store to “Throw a Molotov cocktail down there”.

These are ALL threats of violence against a group of people based on their religious beliefs and ethnicity. The UPS Store 11703 Huebner Rd Ste 106 is a trashy business that I would not even go to. It’s disgraceful how these people act.

Here are Louie Salinas racist comments toward Middle Easterners and Indians. He hates Indian people with a passion and his passion is displayed in his comments. You can also see him and his friends dressed up in Klan outfits and throwing up a Reich salute, Louie Salinas is the guy who has his arms over the shoulders of the unmasked guy (Jasper Spurgers). The UPS store at Huebner Commons located at 11703 Huebner Rd Ste 106 in San Antonio Texas is a completely racist business that dislikes Indian people, Middle Easterners and Louie has also made clear his hate for Jews.

The truth has come out. Its disgusting behavior from hypocrites like Maria Salinas Baker (the owner of this UPS) who pretends to be a church person, in reality they are hateful bigots and have been for a long time.

We were friends with these people for years, until learning how they really were after an incident happened that showed their true colors.

Luis Salinas (Louie) does NOT own the UPS store at Huebner Commons his mother Maria Salinas Baker owns the UPS store and employs Louie there because he is unable to get employment elsewhere because no one wants him working for them due to many factors which include his bad attitude, his lack of skill in anything useful and him being a no good person amongst other things. All Louie does is watch horror movies and obsess over them. So Maria gave him a job at the UPS store at 11703 Huebner Road in the Huebner Commons Shopping Center and also Maria wanted to save money instead of hiring an actual employee with a good attitude so instead of hiring a real employee she had Louie work there.

We are not surprised that he is racist since Maria always has babied him and made excuses for him since he was a little boy all the way until now. We have heard him call someone a racial slur before as well. We are glad others see these people for what they really are and not what they try to portray to others.

Shame on them for treating these people the way they did just because they have different ethnicity or religion. Maria uses her religion as a way to basically vouch for her character, So that way if anyone tells the truth about them she can immediately point to her religious affiliation or church as a testament to her character but this is just a façade. Her son Louie is a reflection of Maria’s character and values since she instilled these racist hateful values in him, the only difference is that Louie is not good at hiding it and Maria has become good at hiding it, particularly using church as a cloak and she had to hide it all the years while being employed at a bank due to strong bank regulations against discrimination. These are very manipulative people. I guess now since she owns the UPS Store Huebner Commons Shopping Center she feels she can just do whatever she wants and no one can tell her anything. Just best to not give them any business.

Here is Louie Salinas and his pals dressed as K K K and one of his friends throwing a racist salute. This is pure ignorance and goes to show the kind of people that run the UPS Store at 11703 Huebner Rd Ste 106. You can tell that he is real proud of his ignorance too.

Why on earth would anyone give these people any business? It’s obvious they have some deep issues and are full of hate. Louie Salinas is the guy who is wearing a klan sheet over his head and has his arm around Jasper Spurgers neck (The guy without a hood on) giving a thumbs up, meanwhile his buddy is giving the Adolf salute. So when the person who posted who is from India said that he was discriminated against by Louie Salinas at the UPS Store on Huebner, it really didn’t come as a shock since all they do is act like bigots.

I am responding to the original post about the UPS Store at 11703 Huebner Ste 106. I just saw this, but there are other comments you may have missed. Amy Carter pictured below threatens “I wish I was there….. take care of that issue….. real quick like” in response to Louie Salinas racist filled rant against the people who are outside enjoying their day.

These threats Amy Carter is making are coming from someone who has a kid. Imagine how this complete idiot will raise that kid. Unbelievable how these people act. They are threatening violence against people for simply having a peaceful get together outside. I wonder what kind of idiot parents raised these racist idiots.

My wife and I went to UPS Huebner store located at 11703 Huebner Rd Ste 106 in San Antonio Texas (UPS Store #4817).

I am an M.D and work at one of the hospitals in the medical center not far from the UPS store at 11703 Huebner Rd. Ste 106.

The UPS Store package pickup

Received package did not open wanted to send back to sender, took package to ups store was given information for refused package policy. Called 800 number was given pick up date. Stayed home all day package was never picked up. Called 800 number was given another pick up date driver came told janitor that he couldn't take the package. Called 800 number again asked to speak to someone that knew what was going on with ups. Left my number and a supervisor called me. Explained to her what had happened she said that the package would be picked up the next day. Today the driver came to bring other packages I asked him about my package and to my surprise he was so rude other people that where in the lobby were just as surprised as I was at his nasty attitude. I am sorry he was upset but if we do our job right the first time then we wouldn't need to get mad at others for our faults.

The UPS Store pack and ship of sewing machine & supplies

This complaint is in regard to ups store 5841 in kansas city, kansas, tracking #1z3fba790389174452. On january 9th I took a viking sewing machine and accessories to ups store 5841 to pack and ship to a buyer, joni cody, in emmetsburg, ia. Joni contacted me on january 11th stating the sewing machine was received with several cracks in it and provided pictures of the machine. It is beyond repair. I've been in contact with the owner of store 5841, pam cooper, via e-mail. Two days ago she asked me for joni's phone number, which was provided to her. Joni has not been contacted by pam or any employee of ups. Joni paid $400 for this machine plus the $96.90 cost to pack and ship to her. We are awaiting a response to see when the $496.90 will be reimbursed.

The UPS Store ups driver

Hello, I am writing this concerning your UPS Delivery driver on 1/5/19 at approximately 12:30 p.m. I live at 1150 W. Winton Ave., Hayward, CA 94545. This is a senior citizen mobile home park "Eden Garden Estates".

Our speed limit is posted in our park and when you enter the park "10 MPH" At approximately 12:30 p.m. on 1/5/19, your delivery driver was seen by me speeding at least 30 MPH down the 500 block. Our blocks are numbered 100, 200, 400 & 500. This is totally unacceptable.

This is a senior living park, ages 55 and older and many much older. This can not be tolerated in our park. If someone was backing out of their driveway or walking across the street, this could have been tragic.

I am asking that you contact your drivers and remind them that the speed limit is 10 MPH in this park. I was in my driveway when this occurred and could not get a number off of this truck, but I feel if you check your records for 1/5/19 at approximately 12:30 p.m. you will be able to tell who was in the park doing deliveries.

This is not the first time I have seen your drivers speeding, but today was highly unacceptable.

Thank you for your concern on this matter.

The UPS Store late delivery

On November 19th, I went to the UPS store #5571 in Bowie, Maryland to mail a package. I told the cashier that I want the package to get there in 3 days because the recipient would be traveling on the 4th day. I was guaranteed that delivery and was made to pay a huge amount of money.
On the day that the delivery was supposed to get to the destination, I decided to track it online, and to my dismay, it was not anywhere near Houston where the package should have been. The tracking was telling me that the package won't be delivered until that following Monday, which was 3 more days.
Anyway, I asked for my package to be returned to me and what I need right now is my refund. Since UPS did not keep up to their bargain, then they need to return my money.
I've called the store several times and all they do is take down Informations and promised that I'll be hearing from the manager. It's more than a week and no one has contacted me yet.

The UPS Store forwarding my mail

I have had a mail box at this store (#1081),
Located on Mercer Island, WA.
I relocated to the Boise Idaho area in 2010.
Since that time, I have had my mail/pkgs. forwarded to my home here in Eagle, Idaho.
Over the course of the last year or so,
It's been difficult communicating with them, and have had numerous problems with the whole process of my mail forwarding etc.
This includes not receiving actual forwarded items (lost mail), and having to constantly call-email them to do the forwarding.
The problem has gone on long enough, as just last week, I was told my mail was forwarded on Monday, and it is now OVER a week later and I do not have it.
When they forward anything to me, it is UPS'd, and they have my credit card on file, for which they charge for this service.
I emailed and called the store yesterday.
I was told the manager would call me back yesterday afternoon.
That never happened.
I need help in this matter, as my next step is calling the Mercer Island police dept., to
report my mail etc., as stolen/missing!
Please advise on how this can be resolved
and a solution for this UPS shipping store
Continued mistakes rectified- as the mail etc. that is forwarded is for my business/company
that is incorporated in WA. State.
It's imperative this issue is resolved ASAP.

My contact info for the store/box is;
Mark Edin
7683 SE 27th Street
Box 451
Mercer Island, WA
98040

My address where mail is forwarded;
Mark Edin
3024 e Shadowcrest Dr
Eagle, Idaho
83616

My phone is 206.420.2291

I have had box # 451 for over 8 years, and the
Mail Forwarding Process has worked great until this past year as I mentioned above.
Please let me know soon, that this issue will be resolved!
Thank you

The UPS Store not world class at the location in treasure coast plaza, vero beach fl 32960

On 11/13/18, I stopped at the UPS store located in Treasure Coast plaza in Vero Beach FL and had a terrible customer service interaction with the store owner, Ben.

He has horrible customer service skills. I brought two pre-paid USPS packages to be mailed, and before he even tried to see if they would fit in the USPS box, he said the "big one won't fit you will have to take them to post office". He then added that "they (the USPS) doesn't give him a commission". That is the worst thing he could have said to me. Greed at it finest!

I don't usually post reviews, but he's an [censored]. It's about building relationships in the community, and seems to be contrary to what I've read on your website about franchisees. EXCEPTIONAL customer service is how to build loyalty among his customers. How does he know that I'm not a store owner or vendor who frequently uses UPS and will give him business?

The UPS Store franchise owner

I had 9 boxes to ship back. I have had bad experiences in this store with this man being very bossy. I was initially waited on by one of his young workers. He came over and overtook his help so he could control the situation. He always makes an issue of having tape cover 100% of the label and no brown wrapping or there is an extra $15 fee. (What?!) Today, he didn't like they way I was wrapping the tape and picked it to death claiming it would get stuck in the machine. Initially, I told him I accidentally left a roll of brown paper in his store the last time I was there ( last week) and asked if he had seen it or know where it was. he replied ‘"I have no idea." OK, I get it, he's not concerned. As I finished wrapping my boxes, he kept saying "next" as if I was his worker and expecting me to place the box on top of the scale. I told him I was the customer and that is what I came in here expecting a service from him. He didn't like that and claimed he couldn't reach it. He definitely could or could have politely asked if I minded assisting him. He was a real loser. The conversation escalated in volume and I told him to just help me get out of here. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the owner and didn't have one. I just want to save other people humiliation and contempt from this un-appreciative, excuse for a business owner. There is no way I would ever go back in that store. The only reason I was there was to return items that had pre-paid shipping labels for UPS. Believe me, I will use USPS or Fed-X permanently. His license should be revoked. I feel very sorry for his employees and hope they can find employment elsewhere so they are not beat down by this person.
