The UPS Store Unethical behavior

The store @ 51194 Romeo Plank Rd Macomb Mi. 48042
Today @ appx. 2:30 pm mst. I called and spoke with a "Richard" regarding a letter, returned to me marked "attempted delivery" UNKNOWN to box#254 the business name Safeway car transport. I asked "Richard if Safeway Car Transport was at Box 254 he abruptly answered"NOPE"I said so Safeway car transport doesn't have a box there? He answered"sounds familiar" then hung up. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, if this company is using your locations and information to commit fraud or deception with consumers your employees should not be assisting them.

I want to have a response from UPS regarding this issue. Is ups working with companies to hide information from the public? If this business is using UPS to defraud consumers UPS is as liable as the business. Also if this is a "franchised" UPS store this franchisee should be investigated for conspiracy to commit fraudulent business transactions, and his/her franchise should be pulled.

The UPS Store Counter mask nazis

First Im handicapped so going to the far door with no help with a heavy box is exhausting.
Then to have a masked girl begin to help me, another one interupts her to tell me Ma'am, please stand behind the partition.
I said your masks work? I dont need the useless partition.
Maam ma'am and then a nazi masked tiny man jumps in blah blah blah, you better wise up.
I ignore the tiny little pod man and speak to the first girl about box sizes. So She had me go away from the useless partition to help her with measuring tape to size the boxes I needed.
Then the other nazi mask clerk said pls go behind the partition, obviously not aware of us measuring. I said your masks work and you are not my boss.
Then 2 other women masked nazis come from the back for support I guess.
So the first girl mumbles and I again had to pass that useless partition and I said I'm deaf, please speak louder!
So she helped and after an hour I got my boxes shipped. The person getting the boxes was using UPS, not me. I will never tolerate rudeness to a customer from a young something [censored] towards me, older than 62 wiser woman telling me where to stand. A mandate is not a law and I run my life and health, not you sherple nor the govt.
And just so you know, I had a flu last week. Mild. Was it the A flu, the B flu or the dreaded god you're all gonna china fake china flu? It dont matter cuz I lived and it was mild. Better make sure the whole Hudson, Wi store quarantines for 2 weeks like good little nazis.
When are you sheeple gonna get rid of the useless masks? Never cuz you're sheeple bowing to be butt [censored]ed by the new world order.
Ja, Im pissed people are so rude, stupid and have no common sense.
Did anyone wear masks for ebola WHICH IS A KILLER? How about strep or staph or AIDS N HIV? no but for a fake flu pandemic, you ridicule your employees by forcing them to wear useless masks n there is no science from "distancing". It got attention cuz a highschooler did a hypothetical term paper years ago but you all ran with it with no common sense.
I call your [censored] and will not use UPS ever again.

The UPS Store Courier / parcel / delivery driver

I dont know how to describe my experience with a ups courier other than he was not only rude but went bk n forth with me and because I spoke to him the way he spoke to me he didn't like it and said to me (female by the way) to bring it! The UPS Store Associate

Today I wanted to do UPS to NY so I went The UPS store located at 119 Drum Hill Rd, Chelmsford, MA. I had terrible and scary experience with the associate at the store. I asked for prepaid envelop, associated rudely replied we do return label but not prepaid envelop. I said that okay, how much will these return envelop would costs to me, immediate associate yelled at me and teared UPS envelop in pieces and said these envelop comes free. I shocked that why associate has rip off new UPS envelop just to explain to me that it does not costs anything. Thereafter, associate said it is going cost to me $43 to return label printed on 2 day air shipping from NY to MA. I asked I will be getting my only passport like booklet which is not even 1/4 pound in weight, so why $43, associate, by law we need to put 2lb weight. I said that it is too costly, associate said to me do I look like stupid, I am notary all day along and I do all day this envelop everyday. Associate was rude and scary in loud voice. I left the store and went to Westford UPS, where got 50% less price than what I was quoted earlier by associate at 119 Drum Hill Rd, Chelmsford, MA · [protected]. The experience was horrifying.

The UPS Store Fraudulent shipping charge

On Tuesday Sept. 8, 2020 I went to my local UPS store in Port ST. Lucie FL. (#5525). Purpose of my visit was to ship a Document to a European country MALTA.
There were two Latin ladies working there That were ether very stupid or Pro con artist.

The store had about 2 or 3 other costumers & for some reason they did not pay too much attention to my very presence there.

When I inquired about shipping charges they never answered me. The young lady that was supposed to help me kept asking the other lady (Manager I Think) for advice for every question I asked. At that instant they started to mumble to each other in a very low voice, I believe they were speaking Spanish. They acted as If I as being very annoying for asking a simple question about their rates.

Anyway I proceeded to advise them that I was not in any great hurry for the package to arrive at intended destination. Even after all this time wasted bickering with these idiots. I gave them my CC to process payment. Still nothing about the rates.
I am a 70 year old Senior Citizen and I do not have time to deal with their nonsense. They wind up giving me some kind of receipt highlighting all their stipulations. I left the store in total frustration. When I arrived home there was no rate indication on their so called "receipt".

Yesterday Sept14th. I received my CC statement & noticed a charge of $152.00 by UPS. Needless to say I was shocked!
I went back to the store to ask if this was a mistake or a true charge? When I showed her (Ariana Garcia) my statement she acted surprised as well. She then proceeded to look up the transaction on her computer. After about 3 or 4 minuets of waiting, she pulled out a piece of paper & snickering and stated that was the charge.
I told her that their ways of doing business were deceiving. She just kind of laughed at me as if to say " Too bad sucker!

Needless to say: This is not over. I intend to get my money back! I am filing a law suit for fraud & deceitful practices by this office. Again, office # 5525.

Sincerely,

Michael Micallef

The UPS Store Store owner said I did not have a proper face covering

I went into The UPS Store #5807, and Michael kicked me out of the store because my facemask was not appropriate to him. He made derogatory comments as I was leaving. He did not ask if I had a medical reason for my mask, just said "Nice Try" and told me to get out of his store. When I returned with a different face mask, I just went in to get his name so I could file this complaint, he again, made very derogatory statements towards me. He is extremely rude and condescending and needs to be removed as owner.

Owner of the store continues to harass me and now is facebook stalking me. He claims that I had intentions and was bragging about "punking" his store. I simply had packages to mail back to Amazon. He stated that numerous customers had told him that I was planning on interrogating his store. He stated that he has read my facebook posts that stated I was going to do this, first, I never stated anything like that in any of my posts, next, he is not a friend on my facebook so how was he able to view pictures of my face mask? I will be calling UPS Customer Complaint again to find out how he got my full name and then I will be calling our local Sheriff's office to advise that this local store stalks their customers.

The UPS Store Unethical behavior and threats from employees

Employees threatening two customers while bringing in package for drop off. Threatened to call police because they were not wearing mask, yet they were exempt from wearing them by federal law. One of the employees attempted to leave the counter with a threatening gesture towards one of the customers. The current state mandates, which are not law, do say strictly that a business may not question or ask any reason why an individual is not wearing a mask do to the American Disabilities Act. The employees were not nice at any point, but aggressive, threatening both individuals immediately after opening the door.

The UPS Store Associate

East Baseline and 24 th Street UPS store.

I have a very angry BOMB with this store professional or regular service. After all these twenty years of stay and live in America. This is one of the store should immediately CLOSE DOWN.

My situation is, I have an important document send from Arizona to California. I paid over $25 all they do is bring it there and bring it back. And most of all when I request the service and advice about info note that inform the recipient and pick up at transit UPS point. The people their is refused to further conversation and offered the professional/standard/normal service to me. It is like no human is working but they still breath.
My whole life works for customer servicing in various field which mostly is 5 stars company. This UPS store attitude is so sick. It would remind you that the security and homeland security is in danger and warning. And they as a transportation delivery people do not promise to assist and provide the community with service. I was so pissed off, it is just like AT&T those Mexican supervisor or manager attitude to people around the world that they do not know. Last time, it is so unfriend and unprofessional, uncivilized and irresponsible that I as an adult 45 years old, I cried for at least 20 minutes for this begging them can hear better English and provide standard service to public.

THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT DOING BUSINESS. Probably that day at the store the manager schedule Blind Deaf and all the disable staffs in one schedule in one store. And so happen the customer they thought is their security personnel.

My important document was wasted and with the xxxxvvvvvvzzzzz manager handled? is like insane? For no reason I order a two day delivery document service for $30, and they took it but bring it back because no one is at home? This is ridiculous. I said you said left an info notice to ask the recipient to pick up at UPS store [mostly common sense] But they did not and took my money and bring it back to me after three days. THIS IS INSANE. I am not creating a game like GOD to let them carry people privacy and delay for three days and took my $30 and said no one pick up and with out issuing an info notice to the recipient.

I called and complaint on this incident, all they do is kept on creating lies against me for no reason. LIKE A crazy person. This kind of working ethics is not allowed in USA or other world known country. This is cheating for a job and damage community services.

A JOKE.

I met over at least 30 UPS store in twenty years. I only have problem with two stores. This is the second one and the most hilarious one.

The UPS Store Employee Rosy

Good afternoon, to whom I may concern:
I am writing to complain about an employee which work at the 153-01 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica NY 11432 store, by the name Rosy, or so she said her name to be, she was working between the hours of 5:00pm to 6:00pm Thursday March 12, 2020. This is what happened, first of all, the lady at the counter said the all of us who was already in a line, in a very nasty tone of voice, to all of us (make a line over there- while pointing to the area) no one said anything, but moved and made a line. When was my turn, I asked her to explain to me how does the packaging work for Amazon returns, because this was my first return to amazon, she just mention under her breath, in the same nasty tone, still I paid her no mine, just wanted to get my package out, she said you have to pay for the tape, which I sad to her how much for tape, she keep saying I will be right there, so I waited for a while, she came back and said to me (put it on the scale), and scanned the printed paper barcode, then put it on the inside counter and she did a next package, and that time I said to her, I didn't get the tape to close my package as yet, and she said in her usual voice, it cost $2.00 for one package, in which I said to her, I will not do it again today, cause these packages was to be free returns, I will take them home and tape them, cause I have tape at home and will come back tomorrow to drop them off. She replied in her nasty voice again, said to me ( she can give me back my packages, so I mention to her, I am not paying for it, how will it be shipped then, she said again nasty ( I am not giving you it back, I already scanned it), in which I told her that if u not giving me I will have to call the police, she said to me ( go ahead and call them), I call the police and told them that she is holding my packages and will not give them to me, while I am on the phone with the police, she toke my packages and when I the back corner and tapped them up and came to the front part and put them in a big box to go. When the police came, she told them that Amazon has a policy that when the package already scanned, ups can't give it back, so the police told me to pay her the money because is Amazon policy, which I told the police that she didn't tape the packages until she saw me calling them on my phone. I did give the money and left. After I called Amazon and asked if they had such policy, they said they don't know of any said policy, and apologized to me for that experience and offered me an credit reward for my experience. This employee has no regards for any customer.

The UPS Store Mail, packages, service

This store is constantly undermanned. I have personally seen mail being dumped into the shredding company's bins in the front of the store. I know most of this is not first class mail but I have been missing some of my checks etc. I run multiple businesses and rely on recieving my mail timely. On any given day you will find stacks and stacks of mail sitting on counters behind the mail boxes. I almost never recieve post cards or advertising mail. (I am mostly ok with this) however I am sure some of my needed mail doesn't make it to my box and goes into the shredder. I would suggest a surprise visit to this location and their other one in Vista so you can see the disorganization and illegal mail dumping going on at this store. There is also a disconnect with packages being recieved but no notification being sent. I rely on packages daily so I can ship products to my clients. I often promise I will ship items but am told packages were never recieved even though I can track through the UPS system with a person recieving it in the morning of the day they said it wasn't recieved.. Please help as I have been a customer for over 15 years and do not wish to move my address to another location. When the Churches owned this location I never had any issues whatsoever.

Thank You

The UPS Store discriminated against me ; would not service me.

I made an appointment online to have my passport photo taken at the Low Dow UPS location. My appointment was at 1000hrs and I arrived at 0953hrs on Saturday, January 25th 2020. Both women said that they don't do passport photos at the location and that I should go elsewhere. I decided to go to The UPS Store at Locust Grove. The woman at the register asked what UPS Store I had been too and when I'd told her she said that she use to work there and that they lied that they do take photos and that they're just lazy and don't want to do it or have a preference who they take photos for and who they don't.

The UPS Store customer service and inconsistent business

Complaint against UPS store at 1360 Clifton Ave NJ. The girls in the evening are inconsistent, unethical and unfortunately scared to give their names. They talk bad about clients behind their backs and call the police under false pretenses against client. I went there to drop a Macy's return parcel but failed to trust your employees cause of inconsistent business models and charges. Only the girls in evening think it's worth charging or returns. I don't mind paying 100 dollars for uniformed and honest business but not a cent over dishonesty. Above that they were rude, impolite and called the police taking advantage of my being polite plus they spoke bad names of me with another client as accepted by one of employee. Then they have the audacity to ask me to get out and never come back. Please take some action against two girls at the ups store 1360 Clifton Ave NJ working around evening 1800 hrs

The UPS Store in store experience

Hello good day my name is Kenesha I am writing to you because I had a bad experience in your UPS store yesterday 1/17/2019 at 2:01 in Mcdonough Ga. Terminal #POS70608 Employee #104641 I don't like the fact that I spent over 20 minutes in the store because of a cashier that would not listen. I proceeded to go to the cashier to do a Amazon return like I always do and the cashier told me that I had to pay for my print copy but clearly on Amazon.com it says zero dollars I have done this numerous times and never had a problem until I encountered this cashier yesterday I didn't like his attitude and I didn't like the fact that he charged me $2.36 for something that I was not supposed to be charge for especially when I do this 2 or 3 times a month and never had a problem. I would like a refund for my purchase please because it's the principle I can't stand when people treat me like I'm nothing. Review your tape and you will see I kept a smile the whole time and even when I gave him permission to look at my phone he clearly seen the $0.00 but still charged me this Cashier need more people skills and he needs to realize Mcdonough is a city of many cultures now anyhow here is the proof And if you have any questions or concerns you can contact me at [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com thank you.

Looks like you selected a Kohl’s return. You need to select the one that says UPS Store, no label or box needed. Then they will send the QR code to your phone to be scanned. If you cannot get the QR code and you have a shipping label, then, yes, you have to print that out and bring it affixed to your package or they have to direct you to a self serve kiosk to access your amazon account and print from your email.

The UPS Store customer service complaint

To the complaints board:

I would like to share with you my experience while visiting a ups store on today. It started with a simple phone call to verify if a return label could be printed for t-mobile, I was assured by a Mariam that it could be done. After arriving to the ups store I stood awaiting for the next available employee to assist me. A register became available at the same time another customer was walking inside, so Mariam acknowledged the customer and asked if she could help her but the customer pointed at me and said I believe this lady was here first. I then walked over to the counter and Mariam asked me "What do you want"? I laughed if off and said "do you mean how may I help you"? So I started telling her what I needed then she blurted out "you called, I spoke with you". So she took me over to the computer and told me to print the label. Now to my understanding a label is printed on sticky paper but apparently it can be printed on plain printer paper, I'm now aware of this. Exactly how the misunderstanding occurred, if Mariam had just explained that in the beginning there would have never been a issue but instead she insisted on arguing with me because I told her I wasn't paying for the paper because I had my own paper that I printed. I had inquired about a label, meaning a sticky sheet. So to sum up my complaint, she was completely rude from the time I entered the door and the fact that she chose to argue about it instead of finding a resolution for the issue was disgusting. The other employee had to stop in the middle of a transaction to come over and resolve my issue and while she was doing so Mariam found it so funny that she decided to chuckle. I told her there is nothing funny about you not knowing how to provide customer service if so you shouldn't be working. Now this particular location is very convenient for me, so I often stop by for whatever needs I have and there is always a very pleasant gentlemen present whom I've never had a issue with so this was very disappointing to me especially because Mariam didn't seem to care at all. However, I will be returning to this location in the future but I would hope that she is provided proper coaching and training so that something as simple as this matter is prevented in the future.

Thanks in advance,
Alicia T

The UPS Store driver / worker

It has come to my attention that UPS has hired and has a rapist out on the road. This man raped and therefore lost his Job as a Police Office. Seems to me that UPS would have checked prior work history on anyone they provide with a Company Truck/Van then put them out on the road. Placing this man out on the road is allowing him to be hunting the next victim at the Companies Reputation.

My Hawkins was seen In December in Antioch, California driving an unmarked truck but in a full Standard UPS uniform. Since we have begun researching this matter for fear of other women being assaulted and afraid to come forward. We have discovered there is a Concord, Can warehouse he must be working out of.

Justin Hawkins brutally assulted and raped Maureen Ennor while working as a Police Canine Handler. After an investigation Hawkins lost his Job as a Police Officer. That should speak loud and clear if his guilt. Hawkins feel off the map for years not seeking to work. Upon looking into the matter it makes since as Hawkins mother lives in Concord, Ca. Somehow made some connections while laying low at his Mothers.

Bottom line UPS is on the line for this man! UPS has hired and given a known Rapist aka Hawkins the means to repeat this mentally ill issue he has.

The UPS Store I was expecting a saxophone kit since monday, november 24th, 2019.

The Saxophone was set to arrive somewhere around Monday, 11/24/2019, but it never arrived. I kept looking in my mailbox and in front of my apartment for it. I had received an email notice that I should be expecting a package. It never came. Many times I have received packages in front of my door taking a chance that it would get stolen. When I went there Sunday afternoon, after I was told that they are open on Sundays from 9:00am until 6:00pm. When I made it a point to notify my sender that I still have not received my package. When I went to the place that was suppose to be holding my package, I was taken through an office door and out another to receive my package. As I was waiting, I told the person searching for my package that I never received a notice stating that I had a package waiting. I was then told that no notices were put on my door. I then asked how was l to know that I had a package there? It is said that this particular office does not notify people that they have a package waiting to be picked up. I thought that it was the policy of USPS or USP or The United States Postal Service to notify a person of a package waiting to be picked up. How then was I to know? What happens to my package then? My package appeared to have been attempted to open in different places on the package. How long was the package to stay there lying on a table in the hallway near an unlocked ungraded door?

Call UPS directly or track the package through the seller and see where it might have gotten dropped off They will provide you with all the information and advise you if it was sent to a UPS store for you to pick up. The driver May have left the delivery attempt sticker and it may have fallen off your door, but always check with UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS.

The UPS Store professionalism

On November 25th I went into the UPS store to return a package using the digital phone label that the company texted. The package belonged to my son who was out of the country and didn't have the time to do it himself before leaving. (This was the last day the return could be made.) The return consisted of two boxes. The clerk scanned the label and told me the return was only for one box. I explained to him that the boxes came as a pair. He showed me where on the bottom of the shipping label that it stated only one package. I tried to reach my son repeatedly (who was in Europe) by cell phone, only to get a busy signal. Considering there was a deadline looming, I decided to ship one box and worry about the other box later. While walking back to the car, I noticed that in the top right corner the receipt said the weight was 90.9 lbs. Although each box was extremely heavy, I knew that one box did could not weight almost 100 lbs. I returned with the other box and brought it to the cashier's attention. The cashier who initially assisted me was a young man. I showed him the receipt at which point he retrieved the package and saw his mistake. He told me that there was a $5.00 charge to tape the two packages together. I assume he was a new employee because an older female overhearing the conversation criticized him (in front of customers) for doing a transaction that he was not trained for. Since it was only 3PM I suggested that I would tape the packages myself. I was told that it was not possible because the shipping label had been attached to the first package and couldn't be removed and there was also a strapping machine that was needed to pair the two boxes together. There were time constraints involved so I paid the $5.00. What annoyed me most about this situation was not the $5.00 charge but the berating of the young man in front of customers. To add insult to injury no one even apologized for the store's mistake. Professionalism needs to be taught at this location. I am also a small business owner and use the UPS facility 5 minutes away from this location. As stated earlier there were time constraints involved and it is usually busy at the facility this time of day and I thought that it would be quicker to use the store.

The UPS Store refused to accept amazon return.

Approximately, 3:00 pm Monday, November 18, 2019 I entered your store to return an area rug that was rolled up and tied, to be returned to Amazon, with proper Amazon shipping instructions.

The male store employee refused to accept it because "It wasn't wrapped properly". I asked to speak to the manager who came out. She repeated the same thing, all the while, her employee was sarcastically laughing at me.

I am absolutely dismayed that a company such as The UPS Store, with an Amazon contract, would do whatever necessary to please this customer.
In this case, this store was only interested in making a buck.

I was also told by your management not to return to her store again! Unbelievable!

My family and friends will be happy not to do business with you folks again.

Happy Holidays,

Any way this back and fort whent on for several times and the blond tall young man was still helping the same customer and looked like he was shot sown to this one customer!

My complain is towared both os these people the owner and the tall young blond guy. the way that they approched, the speed of work, the organization, their
attitude with each customers, their set ups. Almost everything in that store is worg! Either they have to go to traiing again or they need to close the store and go home. It is so frustraing to do business with them.
