The Retail Equation being told I cannot return any additional items at best buy

September 11, 2018 my wife and I purchased 8 items from Best Buy and ended up returning all but two of the items. The reason I bought and returned most of the items is because I had just cancelled my cable TV and needed to find a suitable router and HDTV antenna. I had receipts for every returned item and the returns all took place within the Best Buy 14 day return period. I also made sure everything was returned in original condition. When the last item was returned I was told I may not be able to return any additional items for one year. When I questioned this they told me I could call The Retail Equation and ask them to remove the return flag. I called them and was told there was nothing that could be done. Best Buy should be required to explain their return policy as far as The Retail Equation is concerned at the time of purchase. As far as I am concerned I am being accused of return fraud. I want my record expunged from The Retail Equation. I did everything I am required to do as a consumer when I returned these items.

Something has to be done about The Retail Equation and the retailers that use them!

According to https://www.businessinsider.com/stores-that-track-returns-list-2018-3
Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot, CVS Pharmacy, Sephora, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Victoria's Secret, also use The Retail Equation to punish consumers for what they call "too many returns".

The Retail Equation Being denied a return??

So, I realize I am not the first to get this stupid little printout with the information saying your return has been "denied" contact The Retail Equation at ...But here is the part that REALLY IRRITATED me. I made my purchase at a Rite-Aid on 11/05/2015 and get this actually asked about the possibility of returning because I knew I may have some of the items wrong but wouldn't find out until after I went to my doctor appointment on 11/09/2015. As I figured I did have a few items that I needed to return so I went back to Rite-Aid to do so. After going over it with the clerk we started the return, she scanned my receipt (I believe) along with then items to return and then I had thought that I would need to give her the card I had used for purchase, she said no with a debit card they would just give cash. At no point did she ever ask or did I ever give her any form of identification (which is supposedly how The retail equation denies you) and suddenly out pops that little transaction record saying that I was denied. Can anyone tell me how they determined that without the supposed only way they track you?

The Retail Equation demanding my "driver license" to make a phuquing return on a cash bought item?

Why the phuque does ANY company need my "Driver License" information to initiate a return for an item that I paid CASH with 2 days prior? My main question, is how does ANY "retail corporation" have the right to use ANY "state issued declaration" such as a "driver license"? That information on my "driver license" is MY phuquing BUSINESS AND THE STATE IN WHICH I RESIDE, NOT HOME DEPOT'S! Why Home Depot "needs to swipe the magnetic strip" on my driver license is phuquing nonsense and invading my privacy. Next time they ask for a "government issued ID", I'll hand them my Goddamned passport, and let them figure that out once they "scan that". (Every time a passport is scanned, the Department of State is notified, and what Home Depot is going to do then? I don't care, they initiated this bullscheisse.

Bought a walker for my dad from CVS. Tried to return it with without the receipt. It was tearing up my wood floors. Bought another one with wheels. More than the first one cost me. Was declined the return then told it would be 6 months before I could try to return it again for store credit.
