The National Commercial Bank [NCB] Service

On wednesday september 16 my partner was making a deposit at the machine at knutsford new kingston. He added 23k and then the option that says add more he added 13k more. The machine only registered 27 when the 13k was added he the machine started to let out multiple receipts saying error but didn't give the money back and took while to release the card. He called the customer service rep but ofc nothing was really done other than her telling him to give it some time it will reflect it didn't.. I then advised him it's better to go in cause they can't be trusted when he went the rep just basically tell him the same thing anways I knew something was off so I called and spoke with a rep in friday I think and she said that nothing was submitted from the initial call however she submitted a case number for me cas523247g1lp2 my boyfriend got cas523432j7v2f1 because he had to go back the money didn't show up as the first girl told him. Anyways the girl I spoke to name was tashana. C spoke to her about 11 am she said the issue would be escalated nothing was escalated from I got an email stating that it's been worked on from last week I got no further follow up I instead called again and spoke with josh. B he said that it wasn't escalated so he will do it and I should get an update on a few which was the 23/9/2020 at about 6 nothing came to even say they received the update, spoke with jada. T on the 24th she said she is gonna send an email and call me back, she didnt at the time she said she would, called back again and got tamiera. E at about 10:43 asked for her supervisor she gave me shamir. L she said that she will call back in a few she was the only person seem like she was trained and tamiera still haven't gotten an update this transaction was to be sent to someone he collected the cash and was sent it to me so I can complete the transaction then bank doesn't care about that instead it's the run around I want my money the persons who manage their instagram page is so unprofessional reads message and doesn't respond either i'm sick of ncb that's the video showing the receipt coming out after the machine started to. Malfunction

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] Regard 550 sr stuck inside atm machine at the same time atm card ejected

07/august/2020 evening 08:21 deposit 2250 sr from ncb atm (machine number:3832) oppsite to almajdouie motors - hyundai but 1700 deposited at my account, remaining 550 sr returned again reinsert 550 sr to machine it was struck inside at the same time atm card ejected. I make complaint on the day my complaint number 5713-[protected], but still issue was not solved kindly check this issue and provide that struck amount 550 sr

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] My salary paid into ncb quick pay account is not accessible

Money salary was payed into my NCB quick pay accout some days after I made a request for my account to be transferred to the main NCB bank.
I can't assess the money. I was in NCB Bank to complain where I was told my Quick pay account was close to open the main NCB bank account.
My current worries is that if that previous account is really close why does it still accept cash deposit /inflow .
Also, if the bank can transfer my data from quick pay to open a new account why not also transfer the cash presently in the close account to the new NCB account which is the only account I can do transaction at present.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] I have ncb bank current account but no have any card

I opened my online account in NCB Bank a few days ago. After that I went to print my card on self service machine but my card was not printed. He says that the number of letters in your name is too much. Yes, after that I also went to the bank but the bank staff did not listen to me. Please help me. Thank you

Dear sir,
With due respect, Last 6 days before I have transferred amount to MoneyGram in Bangladesh from NCB account regarding this Ref No. QPMG828200920839 but not yet received until now, kindly send me MG Ref. Number because when my family person go to moneyGram they demand 8digits reference code but I have this Ref No. QPMG828200920839 but moneyGram office is not paying, hereby is attached sending money picture on 1st april 2020, last month I have sent money through atm also thats picture is attached, in this picture 2 references numbers are mentioned but we can get money to using MG Ref. No; thats are 8digits, I don't have 8 digits number. kindly send me MG REF. 8 digits number for gettting money from MoneyGram or refund money.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] Multiple unwanted transaction

Hi, I'm Jovy May Calpatura. Today, march 10 2020, I got messages that I had multiple transactions via my debit card with number [protected]. The messages shows different transactions through paypal which I did not do. I had my card block to stop the transactions. Kindly look into it and trace why and how my card has been hacked. The unwanted transaction accounted me for almost 1300sr. Can I retrieved back my lost money? Hope to received feedback from you.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] abusive behavior, no respect for customer

Assalamualaykum sir, how are you, My name is Mohammad. Samad pasha Indian citizen working in Saudi Arabia as a personal driver, on day 03-12-2019 I transferred 3000sr to the Indian account but some technical problems that money was did not deposited in Indian account, then I was go to near the branch for complaint the branch manager was take the complaint and received back my money into my account, and I said to the Manger in makkah, Al Takhasossy branch, I want to cancel my account he said wait for few minutes I waited for him 1:45min then again I was go to ask him can you please kindly cancel my account he said get out of from here, and do what you want, and (some abusive talk) we don't have time come tomorrow, my token number was 369, the 387 token number guy's was get out from the branch before me, The only reason I was said to the branch manager I'm not satisfied with your behavior, he said get out of from here, Now you tell me this is the right way to behave with your customers if you're think this is wrong please kindly take the action on branch manager makkah, Al Takhasossy branch, I need justice sir please kindly take the action on him, thank you

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] want to open new account with ncb and cancel with quick pay

I want to open a new account with NCB. But whenever I try facing error below error . While I alreagy canceled my quickpay account . Please your support to fix this issue

As per your advice already I visited to NCB branch and branch representative already submit request in your system. But still issue not fixed as per bank team request still pending with Head office . Almost more than 7 times I visited your branch . So please it is request to you do the need full to fix this issue so I can open account in your bank

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] transferred money not yet entered

My name is Dr Auwal Yusuf Jaafar, I transfered the sum 5000 riyals via phone banking from my Ncb Al- ahli account number SA7810000042000000157000 to my another account with AL INMA bank SA2205000068202486081000, about 5 hours ago, the money was debitted from my al ahli account but is yet to be credited into the AL INMA bank account! Pls help correct this problem!

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] money not withdrawn from the atm and amount deducted from account.

To day on 8th oct 2019, at 11:55, I withdraw sar. 4000.00 form the al-rajhi atm in riyadh located at petrol pump name (petroli2) (atm id no. 01800rby-) but the amount not come out of the machine and I received sms of deduction sar. 4000.00. I tried many time to register complain with customer care but it is complicated process to register complain as I was not having that much details while traveling.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] my personal account atm card no: [protected] & credit card no: [protected]

Dear Sir,

I was on employment to KSA and left country in 2009. My Full & Final credited to my salary account. I made withdrawals through various ATM in India and last transaction was done by me on 05/11/2009. Thereafter, account got freeze. ATM slip balanced shown in INR 157, 851.74 and the amount got freeze due to visa termination.

I had sent various mail to bank and personally visited to RIYADH branch in 2010 on my second employment. On discussion with branch I was informed once your work permit is released the account will get operational. That did not happen as because visa got rejected and had to leave country within 48 hrs.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] mt 103 form

Dear Al Ahli,

Ivm Muhammd Hidayat Bin Shafie (Iqama: [protected])had made two international remittance transactions last 3 week ago from my Al Ahli account to two beneficiaries in Malaysia. However, until now both of them still didn't receive the money. I already call the correspondence banks in Malaysia, but the bank said, they still didn't receive the money from NCB.

I transferred money to my Pakistan account using NCB mobile application. Below are the transfer details;

The money has not been received as of now and when I check the status, it shows "Delivery Error".

Please note that I have had a bank account with NCB banks Taima Branch during the period of my employment with Taima General Hospital, Tabuk.

I would like to have a bank statement of my bank account with National Commercial Bank (NCB) from August 2013 - July 2016.

Please find the following documents for your information to process my request for a bank statement for the above mentioned period.

1. Salary and Employment certificate from Taima General Hospital, Tabuk
2. Copy of IQUMA
3. Copy of Passport during the time of my stay in Saudi Arabia

I have a number of correspondence with your customer service team on this matter but haven't received my bank statement until today.

My employment contract with Taima General Hospital has finished on July 2016 and I have closed my bank account with NCB on July 2016.

I am currently living in India and planning to move into New Zealand for employment purpose. My visa application to NZ is under process and my visa officer is asking for a bank statement of my bank account with NCB bank's Taima branch where I have my banking transactions during the period of my employment with Taima General Hospital.

Could you please send me the bank account statements from August 2013 - July 2016 to forward into Immigration New Zealand office to complete my visa application process? Your early response and action on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Dear NCB Bank

I would like to register my complain against your service of Quick pay i have went to 10 branches of your quick pay but no one help and solve my problem.every one is giving excuse regarding the machine there dont no to operate or not working.
How can i solve my issue as my account is freeze due to non payment of company presently i received my salary but unable to use due to frozen account. please guige me and help me to sort out my issue. as i am staying in Riyadh.

Iam.transfer money my quick play account 1377sr. to india sbi bank last 31-1-2019 but their is not found
And after 100 riyal transfer but not coming india bank not avelbale why
Iam near branch madina munawra camplant

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] sadad payment

Hi my friend ask me to pay for her certificate of goodstanding for saudi council.. And pay it online last december 4, 2018 and chose 129 code for saudi council then automatically deducted amounting to 300SR from my account.. It says it was sucessful.. But still no update thru saudi council the transaction still unpaid but in my account it says successful transactions. I will attached my receipt from my statement of account. Please check where was the problem and why it was not received by saudi council. Thanks.! Waiting for your urgent reply.

The National Commercial Bank [NCB] (ref. qpay610182650330) amt transferred to srilanka 1 month before till now not yet credited

With reference to the above subject, I have transferred money to Srilanka one month before dated 12.10.2018 thru NCB Bank. That amount Till not yet Credited in my Srilanka Bank Account.

Kindly note, I have placed complaint with SAMA also SAMA CASE NUMBER [protected].
but till now there is no response from SAMA.

Sir for your information, this issue is only not for me. lot of our Srilankan People facing the same problem, who transfer Money from Dammam to Srilanka trhu NCB Bank.

Kindly check and clear the issue as soon as possible. Your quick Process in this regards will be highly appreciated.
