I bought a few packs of the Cherry Kool-Aid. When I went to open the pack of Kool-Aid, it was empty. There was no powder in the pack. This is very frustrating as I had opened another pack and wanted to make a gallon of Kool-aid for my nieces and could not. I have never had this happen before and would like to get some king of coupon yo replace what I did not receive.

I have made Kraft Tapioca for many years (during my 20's-50's but did not make for years after that). I have tried to make it 3 different times in the past year and every time I have made it it will not jell, but remains very loose and liquid like. I have made double recipes and have wasted lots of milk etc. This morning, after last night's unsuccessful attempt,  I went on line and found TONS of complaints regarding Minute Tapioca. Many shared the fact that there now is soy in the tapioca and that seem to cause the  pudding to not thicken. If that is the case, why is this company not letting the customers know how to fix the issue? This is terrible PR on your part. I am an excellent cook with years of experience making all types of foods and I was beginning to think that I was now a failure at making something as simply as Tapioca pudding! Please correct this error by letting your customers know how to fix the problem recipe wise OR change the Tapioca ingredients so that the pudding can be made successfully!

The bag for my crust mix was incomplete and open. Most of the crust was loose in the Box and a lot of it fell out through the bottom of the box. I tried to make the crust with what was left but it was too moist and did not cover the bottom of the pan. Eventually I gave up and had to make something else for my dinner party. This is a quality control issue and should never have been sent out like this.

I ate this product about 30 mins later I start to fill dizzy next thing I know I'm vomiting up everything I put in my body I ask you look at this product hard cause as of now I had to take 2 days off from work and possibly go to the hospital please look at this I'm not asking for compensation but if I have to go to the hospital for this I won't be happy please this hurts me financially please fix it

I purchased two bags of Kraft Caramels candy bags from Walmart on 10/7/2018. I have opened the first bag and over half of the caramel pieces either are not wrapped or the wrapping is not on the whole piece of caramel. I found a caramel that was way smaller than the others in a bag I purchased. It was the very last one in the bag matter of fact. I also noticed it was wrapped sealed all the way. I didn't think anything of it because I figured that because it was smaller than the rest that could be a reason. By after a minute of chewing the caramel I noticed a strange taste on my tongue after I swallowed the caramel.

The machine that made this batch run malfunctioned in that it failed to properly seal the bottom of the ice tea packet. The ice tea was hard at the opposite end where you are supposed to open it. Please send me a refund. The batch numbers are as follows:

I have been eating this my whole life. Why on earth did you guys ruin it and still haven't changed it beck? What happened to the skin on the outside? Why does it taste completely different? Are you ever going to bring back the old style? It is expensive and buying a couple times a year to see if the old recipe it back is a huge waste of money. Fix this!

I have been drinking Crystal Light Decaf Lemon Tea for years. I buy the plastic containers with 6 packets in them. Last week I made one packet out of a new container and the tea was awful...I think it has peach flavor in it which I don't like. I tried another packet and the same thing. I put the container to the side to return to the store, but my husband thought he would do me a favor and make a new pitcher of tea and the same thing. ... ... I tried a new container and it was fine (all 6 packets)...then today I opened a new container and it has that peach flavor again.

I bought two new containers tonight and so far those seem fine. Did you have a problem with mixing flavors or labeled some containers in error? Both the containers in question have expiration dates of July 08, 2020 ...The ID numbers are: DB0421 30 02 and DB0421 29 05.

I would appreciate a refund.

10-3-18 I bought 16 packages of Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese. Only one was problematic, having a poor seal at one end and partially open on the other. The edges were not aligned properly and it was missing the crimp marks of the bar sealer from both edges. My other 15 packages did have those crimp marks. Please note that the outer box was sealed properly and was marked:

We are loyal to the Kraft brand cheese sticks. They are the only kind we buy. We have 4 small kids who go to a nut-free school and find these cheese sticks to be a great go to for protein. Unfortunately, I cannot open them myself, and my kids for sure cannot open them. Disappointed.

I called the toll free number and talked with someone named Jacob just s few minutes ago and he could have cared less for my concern and said "I dont think the packaging has changed. " It sure has!

First let me say we love your real mayo! I have been using it for over 30 years in family recipes. Recently I purchased a jar of the Real Mayo at Walmart in Clearfield, PA. The jar has an expiration date of Jan 31, 2019 with the code 05:32 CP03 and the bar code is [protected]
The mayo has separated even though it has been in the refrigerator? It is now oil and then whatever other ingredients constitute the white? I am afraid to use it due to never seeing it look like this before? So I am going to toss it and wait to hear from you about whether this is something normal and if you could provide an explanation for me that would be great. : )

I purchased a bag of kraft mild cheddar cheese with a expiration date of 07 nov 2018 and as I opened the sealed bag it was moldy .upon further inspection it was moldy through the whole bag ! I have never purchased a kraft product before in this condition and was shocked to find mild in a product with a expiration date still within limits ! Purchased food lion

When I unwrapped it, the sauce was pink and the "meat" was microscopic. The sauce tasted funny, and I should have stopped eating it then and there. However, I continued, and a few hours later, I had the worse case of throwing up and diarrhea I have ever had. I normally have a strong stomach, but this really did me in. I was sick for days. Has anyone else experienced this type of reaction after eating this entrée? The expiration date was 2020.

It was dried out inside package and I would like to request a refund, this is not acceptable for any store to sell let alone produce. This was bought at King Soopers on Havanna in Denver and will be reported to them as well.

Disappointed in product and will not buy again

We just returned a case of Fruit 2 O to BJs wholesale club convinced we had a bad case because the lemon flavored water was tainted. We discovered this in 2 bottles. The other flavors seemed to be okay (grape, strawberry and raspberry). Our second case had the same tainted lemon flavored water. Box # is 8220 HV 10:29 Jun 03 19. We've purchased Fruit 2O for years. It's been a staple in our household, so we immediately noticed when the lemon flavor tasted like cleaning fluid. This needs to be recalled and remedied before people get sick. We should not have to toss out 6 bottles in a case if 24. I will e calling customer service.

I purchased these marshmallows on 9/22/2018 at a Family Store in N Canton Ohio. When I opened the bag as I settle in at home, I found the marshmallows to have a stale taste and they were somewhat hard on the outside of the marshmallow. They even tasted as if u had to chew for a few minutes bc they were so stale. The date on the package is 13 NOV 2018 KE 02:03 12 D

I buy this product all the time. My most recent purchase had MOLD! I didn't notice until I was ready to serve and then saw blue-green white mold on a portion of the food. I immediately tossed it and am writing to you.
