I received a Box of the above pods as a gift. I like McDonald's coffee and was pleased to see compostable packaging.
After about 5 cups of coffee I had what I call a BLOWOUT; The bag broke and filled my machine with coffee grounds. I thought well maybe I did something wrong. After cleaning the grounds from the machine (Kerig V2) I continued to use them.
Long story-short: of the 72 cups 10 blew out, and 1 was so tightly packed it stalled the machine. 10/72* 100=13.9% failure rate. Definitely needs some work.

Several years ago my family and I were having issues with the Kraft Individually wrapped American Cheese. Since that time, which was in early 2016 we have continued to have the wrapper issue, somewhat less but still the wrappers have not been perfected by any means and we have had some annoyances with them. (Prior Case [protected]). But this morning when I made Scrambled Eggs, Onions, Ham and Cheese evidently a piece of the cheese wrapper somehow once again was stuck to the cheese and was not only mixed into the Scramble Egg Mixture but I cooked it unknowingly and proceeded to eat it. At that point, because it was a long sliver it got stuck in my throat. I was chocking and of course I began to panic because not only did I not know what was stuck but it was an odd sensation. I stuck my fingers in my mouth and stuck to the roof of my mouth and about 1/4 the way down my throat was a piece of the cheese wrapper somewhat hard and extremely uncomfortable because it was actually cooked in a fry pan.. I am so disgusted with this whole thing. I was told that this issue was being addressed and would be fixed soon. That was over 2 years ago. I have helped you by explaining several times different incidents that I have encountered with your product. I have sent in several of the wrappers hoping that would help your quality control be able to identify the issue. I have physically sent you several of the boxes that the 4 ~1 lb. Each Cheese Slices come in. I have submitted above and beyond and here I am now once again having to contact you because of this issue that has not changed and now this time became a very dangerous issue.While my dog and grandson having pieces in their mouths in the past were issues that could have been tragic, I was present and able to assist immediately. I was alone and not so lucky. I am now submitting a couple of pictures. One is picture of the sliver that was in my throat, second is of the one that was then found in the egg mixture, Both are about the same size, therefore I tend to think it is the top piece that you pull to open.I am not going to beat around the bush here. I am beyond upset and yes I would like to make a claim and no I am not interested in the small gesture on your part. For what I did last time. This was a serious situation and I expect your company to treat it as such. This has to end.

I stuffed a chicken with Stove Top today, March 18, 2018 and when mixing I found what appears ( I hope) to be a stem of some sort.
I wanted your company aware so you could have maintenance check the equipment.
I have attached two pictures, one with the object on the box, and the other showing the UPC code. I purchased the product at either Woodman's, Janesville, WI, or Walmart, Jefferson, WI.

To Whom it may concern,

My granddaughters both love Kraft Mac & Cheese, so much so, that we make it almost daily for them. We have purchased hundreds of boxes of it over the last few years. Tonight (March 18th, 2018 5pm) while making it for them, my husband took a bite to make sure the temperature was ok for them to eat. Upon doing so he bit into something very hard and sharp. To his horror, he spit out a large and very sharp shard of glass! Very concerning to imagine what would have happened if either one of my granddaughters had swallowed this (ages 22months and 4 yrs old)

I had just purchased the original macaroni and cheese and the Star Wars macaroni and cheese. I prepared the Star Wars version and was very disappointed there was so little in the box. I had to use 3 boxes to feed 4 children. There was a difference of almost 2 ounces for the same price. I use 2 boxes of the original and there's some leftover. I didn't realize this when I purchased the 2 type. Why am I paying more for less? I paid the same price for both and getting less. Nice way to rip off people. I think I will buy generic brand. At least I don't feel like I 've been taken advantage. Would it be so less profitable to at least put the same amount and maybe charge a few cents more?

I am very disgusted to find hair in my cheese and it was wrap inside the wrapper. I bought a box of 150, that cost me 14.99. I had to open the wrapper to see what I was really looking at, hair in my cheese! I would like a reimbursement if possible. I bought the item from Walmart. I brought the product to Walmart and they told me to take it back with me and throw it out and write to Kraft letting them know that there was hair in the cheese. And no I don't have pets

I realize the label says to pour into a microwaveable dish to heat but...when the glass jar was half full I heated it up in the jar(which is glass and microwaveable). When I picked it up with a potholder the outer sleeve slipped off. The jar dropped spilling very hot gravy on my inner arm. I have a very nasty, painful burn about three inches round. I luckily had special burn cream to put on it. I feel like you should have a warning on the label that states that you should not heat in the jar because the label will become unattached, will slip off and cause you to drop the jar. Thank you.

I recently bought Kraft Singles and when I went to use it every slice of cheese had hard brown chunks in it. It was absolutely DISGUSTING, obviously did not use the cheese. I could not take it back to store because I did not have the receipt anymore nor could I remember if I bought it at Meijer or Kroger. I now have seen more complaints about this on your website but I can't believe this wasn't address by Kraft at all. The expiration date on this cheese was August 6, 2018.

I purchased a five pack of original Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and the first box I opened I noticed a strange smell. When I pulled the cheese pouch out the whole top of the cheese pack looked burnt and was falling apart. I opened another box and it was the same thing. All five boxes were the same way. Very strange smell and black specs of the pouch throughout noodles. Not able to eat and pretty dissapointed. What happens to the quality assurance team? How many of these five packs were sold? I'm unable to upload the pics that I took.

About a year ago I happily discovered that your company started making bq sauce that did not have high fructose corn syrup. That is so bad for human consumption. I have been buying it ever since . Yesterday I went to the grocery store to buy a bottle only to discover that this product has now added back this deadly ingredient. I will no longer be buying your product again unless you remove this. I will be looking for a replacement from another company. Please consider removing this ingredient. I think people are much more careful about what they eat these days and I think you will get many more sales if you do.

Bought a box of 72 Kraft Singles and every slice has little hard chunks in it and when you clean off the chunks they look like rock salt. I have a hard time using this. Not sure what it is and why it was never addressed by Kraft since I see others have found the same thing. I buy slot of your products and have for many years. I opened a jar of Miracle Whip and there was an oily substance on the top of the product and the product had the texture of cottage cheese, not the smooth texture it should have had. Not sure if it had be frozen somewhere in transit or if there was something wrong with it. I discarded it as I wasn't sure what it was. Numbers on the label were [protected] and the good until date was July 2018. It won't stop me from buying the product but want to notify you in case there were issues related to this batch.

Purchase Cracker Barel Mac and Cheese with bacon. Was making the product and the bacon bits were all green and white with awful smell. I caught this as I was stirring in the bacon. This could of seriously caused illness. I checked the expiration date and the product was still valid. I have pictures if need be. Thankfully I avoided this harmful/deadly situation as I was about to serve this to at least 3 people. I can not upload pictures but can send via email with your response.

I have been a Kraft customer for many years. To my disappointment, the A1 that I purchased was watery and almost tasteless. I gave to a friend to try and the outcome was the same. Very upsetting as I work hard for my money and have never gotten anything from the company that was that bad. Upc 0 [protected] 7 purchased 2/1/20 from Harris teeter I

I buy this product everyweek and this is a first. When I opened the package the inner container was not sealed. Some of it spilled out. I cooked it per the instructions but it didn't taste the same.

Dear Kraft Customer Service,

If I write to you today, it's because I've been highly disappointed by one of your products. I'm a loyal client to the brand and have always been satisfied by your products. To give you a bit of background information, I'm of Italian origins and consume a significant amount of Parmesan cheese every week. I recently moved to California and used to import Parmesan from Italy to satisfy my needs. When I saw that Kraft was proposing Parmesan Cheese as well, advertised as "100% grated parmesan, straight from the block", I decided to give it a shot. After all, 100% pure parmesan can't never go wrong. 

Like every other week, I bought tomatoes and took an afternoon to make some pasta sauce from fresh, earthy products. After my sauce was done, I served myself a plate of spaghetti and added to it the Kraft parmesan. After having cooked my dish for around 3 hours, I was happy to finally eat it. Unfortunately, my happiness didn't last long as my dish was totally ruined by Kraft parmesan. I felt disrespected by the quality of your product and I strongly doubt it was real parmesan as advertised on the package. The cheese felt completely artificial and didn't even melt on the pasta. I've been eating parmesan since I can remember, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't it. As an Italian, a cheese-lover and a pasta enthusiast, I'd appreciate to get compensated by Kraft for having betrayed my loyalty to the brand with such an irrelevant advertising, if not fake, and such a horrific product.

I purchased the Kraft 72 count single cheese slices about 2 weeks ago and they have an expiration date of July 4th 2018, and have found 4 slices so far that are moldy they have only not been refridgerated for the 15 minutes it took to buy them and bring them home, the first couple slices I just threw away but when it got to 4 slices I decided to take picture and complain as they should not mold 4 months before the expiration date and we but this cheese monthly and this is the first time I have seen this problem, I am starting to wonder if it is even safe to eat the rest, and at $15 that is an expensive waste on a customer on a fixed income!

We just opened a three pack of Kraft singles we bought at Sams Club. Two out of the three packs has hard lumps in the cheese visible through the plastic covering. The code is 11 jul 18 s 74 04:00. We will still buy your product all I am looking for is to replace the bad product. Thank You Jeff

I opened up a P3 Prtein Plate today for my lunch and discovered that the cheese was covered with white spots. I always buy these and this is the first time I ever saw that. I threw the cheese and the ham out because I felt a little uneasy about eating either one. I will still continue to buy them, I just wanted to inform you of the issue I had.
The pack I had was the Ham, Cheddar, Cashews and chocolate covered cranberries.
The expiration date was: March 13, 2018
The code was: 9 NP2 1551
