This is the second time recently that when we opened a box of Shake"nBake that there was no shaker bag inside.

We were able to use your product be had to find a plastic bag.

Please work on your Quality Control to ensure there are two pouches and two shaker bags in every box.

I have a slice of your cheese with an imprint of the logo on it. This is an unwrapped slice. What the heck is going on with this? I purchased this November of this year. I did not let anyone eat it. I still have the slice. I buy your cheese all the time and have never seen this before. I live in Milwaukee WI. I purchased this pack if cheese from Festival Foods in Hales Corners, WI.

XPS 3 17:54. The shells were so stale; you could hardly bite into them. It was the horrible. Ruined our lunch, as we had no other chips to use. I do not understand why you are packaging and selling old product!

I bought a box of shake 'n bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix on 12/09/2022. On the box it states that there's 2 pouches for 2 meals! Well, much to my disappointment and surprise the only thing in the box were the 2 seasoning packets!

Kind of difficult to make shake 'n bake when there's nothing to shake with! Great quality control*not! I'll just buy a competitor's product from now on!

Why are bags supplied anymore. the price is the same, no deduction for removing the bags. i now have to have a plastic bag of some sort to use instead and then throw it away. most of the time i waste a perfectly good freezer bag doing this.

Prices goes up, Kraft saves a lot of money by not supplying their bags anymore.

And the instructions still say, use the shaker bag.

I'm thinking I may start making my own coating. This is becoming inconvenient as I also use this product when camping, & don't always have an extra plastic bag on hand to waste.

Kraft give your head a shake & at least reduce the price of shake & bake if I have to supply 4 bags per box I buy.

Bought 2 boxes of shake'n bake for pork chops. One was original and the other was parmesan crusted. Opened the boxes and their was no bag. Side direction state "mix in shaker bag". After all it is shake'n bake. But I couldn't shake in the shaker bag because there was none. I want to know how you will fix this issue. If your going to sell a product and advertise that with the directions on the box that states use the shaker bag then you should provide a shaker bag. This is being sold and is inaccurate information.

I purchased several boxes of Kraft dinner original and when I went to cook some i poured the box into the boiling water and to my disgust it had bugs floating everywhere, I was shocked to see this. The box wis dated November 22, 2022

The bugs were black I also checked the box and there was more still crawling in box yuck!

I threw out all 6 boxes out of fear of more bugs

I buy your Shake 'n Bake line many times per month. It's one thing the 5 kids agree on. There has been many times over the last year that the quality control has been lacking. I have had issues of stale product, season bags ripped, shaking bags defective and bags missing which is what prompted this message. The product had almost doubled over the last couple years. It is to costly to continue throwing away bad batches.

I purchased 2 boxes from my local grocery store and the noodles taste fine but, when I add the cheese there is a nasty metallic taste. I have never had any problems with your products, but this may affect health so, I thought I better let you know this. I bought these 10/22 and expiration date is 01/23. I am kind of disappointed as I have never had any issues with Kraft or Heinz products.

11/1/22, 2 boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese made. Found 4 maggot-like in Mac and cheese. Myself and 2 children have already consumed majority of Mac and cheese when discovered.

Items purchased from Walmart in Youngstown, Ohio within the last two months.

This is disgusting and could cause bacterial infections. The boxes have no damage, the cheese packets as no damage

We've use Shake N Bake for years this last time I purchased 3 boxes and inside the boxes there we're no bags. Not one in the three boxes I bought. I sprinkled the seasoning on a plate and ended up having to use a bag and a half to coat my porkchops... :(

I see you need a little more information to pay attention to my review/complaint on the bottom of the box is a bar code and it say [protected] I bought this in Crossville Tennessee @ a WalMart store. It's the Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix. I know for you guys this isn't a big complaint but for us little guys it is. Right on the front of the box it says 2 Pouches for 2 meals. I think this is false advertising. Right what do you think?

This product is inedible. I almost think the marketing dept. wants to discontinue Mac & Cheese. It has become a terrible product unlike original dry add on cheese packet. Even though the Original recipe was a make do in a hurry produce to begin with. It was handy when needed and made for a tasty meal. Now the new recipe substitutes a watery "cheese" sauce which is most unappetizing. I want my money returned.

You’ve ruined it, I love so many of you products, you have the only ketchup that I love, Kraft mayonnaise, cheese, Mac and cheese etc. etc. but somehow you’ve ruined this soup even besides leaving out the nugget, it’s just not flavorful and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Wylers was the best. Ok I’m done and back to Lipton I will go. If you can’t make it good just stop making it.

After preparing the chicken and opening the shake packet I could not believe there were no bags provided to shake with? I can only hope that this was a mistake in packaging and that such a prominent company actually provides bags?

I purchased a box of Taco Bell Cheesy Double Decker Taco Dinner Kit last Sunday morning at WalMart Grocery Store in Ladson SC (no longer have the receipt). We opened the box last night and the wrapper around the 6 soft tortillas was already opened/hadn't been property closed in production. We tried to bring the tortillas back to life but they were as hard as the crunch taco shells.

Since we buy this product every week (I have boys), I would like a coupon to replace this. Thank you.

I bought several boxes of Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese. On September 23rd, I attempted to make as per the recipe on the box. and when I cooked the noodles they turned into a mushy mess. I followed the cooking directions on three different boxes and kept shortening the cooking time thinking maybe I was cooking it too long. Nope, they all ended up mushy to the point where the macaroni noodles almost disintegrated. All were inedible. The lot numbers were all:

When I cooked a box with a different lot number (an older box) it came out the way it usually does. I think you have a problem with this lot.

I bought three boxes of Kraft mac n cheese. Opened one, found small maggots inside which had eaten through the cheese packet and gotten inside the cheese. I then opened the other, sealed boxes and found the same thing. It appears I am not the only one who has had this problem with sealed boxes of your mac n cheese. Maybe time to consider a recall? My boxes were purchased in July of 2022, expiration dates all September 2022.

Decided to try this for the first time, due to cover photo, description, price and sodium count within my allotment. So disappointing: a BIG watery mess. I cooked, stirred, then cooked for the exact recommended time. Potatoes were VERY liquidy and flavorless. I had to add both garlic and parsely, then more garlic again - but that barely made a dent. The "gravy" was completely watery. In order to try to flavor the potatoes, I spooned some of the watery gravy over the liquidy potatoes - thus the BIG WATERY MESS. Turkey was thinly cut and not as plentiful as shown on the cover. Sadly, I bought two of these and do not look forward to the experience of eating the second one.

I just wanted to let your company know that we believe since you switched your recipe for them, they are way to greasy after being cooked! We have to use a whole paper towel to soak up all the grease from 1 hot dog no matter how you cook them! My 80 year old blind mother recently moved in with us and she has loved Oscar Mayer hot dogs almost her entire life but can't eat them without soaking up all the grease before serving them to her! Once she moved in and knowing how much she loved them before cooking any I stocked up (at least 20 packages) with them when I saw them go on sale but now I have to stock up more with paper towels to soak up the grease!
