Order number [protected] was placed on August 15, 2023. Confirmation said Free Shipping VIP (7~15 Days). My order amount was $73.99 As of today, September 7, 2023, I have not received my order. When I attempted to track my order number, my computer's security protection advised me that the jtgeneration site was unsafe. Have I been scammed? How can I resolve this with jtgeneration?
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the items I ordered or a full refund.

Placed a order for "PADRAIG DZ09 SMARTWATCH FOR MEN'S (BLACK, ROSE GOLD)" on 29/09/2019 order no [Order #[protected]] (09/29/2019)]. It has been assured that delivery would be done within seven to ten working days from the date of booking. But the product has not been delivered till date i.e. till 19/10/2019, already 20 days passed.
