I recently purchased a 12 pack of Vanilla Coke from my local grocery store, while putting then cans in the fridge I noticed one particular can that is completely sealed with no leaks. However, the cam is missing majority of the beverage. I have provided pictures of the can and a video detailing the weight of the soda can. The can has around 3 ounces of the claimed 12 ounce beverage. There also appears to a type of sludge or syrup in the can. The drink is also not carbonated.

Hello this is Muhammad from Breaktime 2 located at 2901 s capital of tx highway, Austin Tx 78746. I've been waiting for my delivery for past 2 weeks . First i made an order last monday i.e 08-12-2019, They said thay they will deliver it on 08-14-2019 . Nobody showed up called the Customer service they said it be her on Friday 08-16 -1990 . Delivery guy showed up the time which i specifically put that on my delivery note to not deliver between this time period and guess what he did came between that time period . I spoke with him and Customer service they said they will try to get it deliver the next day if not then Monday for sure . No one showed up i kinda took it as it was Weekend so i was like thats ok . Waited for the delivery the whole day Monday no delivery still So i called Back on Tuesday i.e 08-20-19 . They said oh nobody put in your order request as that was last week and some stupid reason which really didnt made any sense to me . They said now if u want you need to make another order i was like ok when can i get this delivery they said Thursday for sure, I asked her again made her repeat the same statement 2 3 times thay i will gonna get the delivery this Thursday and here is Thursday again and the day is done too. These customer service rep they just kept on making me go on circle and u know circle has no ends. They said they will have a distribution center call me but no one did and they are not even passing me their contact info to communicate and address this issue . Please Please take care of this Issue as if you dont take care of this issue i would never gonna have faith / trust on Coca Cola again . So if i cant have trust in company then offcourse i can't have trust on their products too .

Let me inform you that, I was bought 6 bottles of sprite cold rink, when I was swiped the taste just like water and when I was opened the gas was not found its very disappointed moment the guest was seating with us and they are kidding, I was very embraced at that time, Its my request to recall this batch and check reference sample was restore in your retention area and conduct internal Audit to submit CAPA to regulatory department its very sensitive issue, and compensate my dissatisfaction otherwise I have an evidence to prove this statement in another medium.

I have a complaint about a Coca Cola truck driver. I was travelling south on South Ridge Drive in Okotoks and was in the left turning lane to go into Walmart. A Coca Cola truck pulling a long trailer was in the next lane on my right side, and my vehicle was ahead of the rear of the trailer. The truck driver cut into my lane and forced me to the left side of my lane. I laid on my horn and the driver kept trying trying to force me to stop, but then he pulled back into his lane. I pulled ahead and yelled at him. He was mad at me like it was my fault, which it was not. We were both mad and we both swore at each other. I know that he saw me before he pulled into my lane because he checked his mirror. He was driving aggressively and he deliberately cut me off, almost hitting my vehicle because my vehicle was ahead of the rear of his trailer.

I don't want this driver fired from his job. But I do expect he receive a severe reprimand. He also needs to reminded of company safety policy and should take some additional safety training.

We don't need to read a news story about an accident or fatality caused by a Coca Cola truck driver!

The truck licence plate is CCC7971 and there was a number on the side of the truck: 13S990158. The incident occurred on 19 August 2019 at about 10:30 a.m. on South ridge Drive in Okotoks Alberta Canada.

I would like to know of what follow-up action will occur to correct this drivers behavior.

On Broadway and Park Ave west just before Park Ave west a truck from Coca-Cola dropped a dolly and I swerved to avoid it and it hip my tire and it hit my passenger door. I took pictures and I have pictures of the dolly. I will send photos. I had to move the dolly off the street after parking near a parking lot.

Hi there I am writing to you to complain about your 2 litre bottles of diet coke. I purchase on average 10+ 2l bottles a week plus 24 cans. Never had a problem absolutely love your product but the last three bottles I opened have been completely flat which as I am sure you know completely changes the quality of taste so much so I won't drink it😲 Being an avid fan of diet coke you can imagine my disappointment never mind that it is not cheap to buy☹️

Hello! I work for a non-profit foster care agency, SAFY, in Ohio. I puchased coke products, in April, for our pre-service training events. Average shelf life is 6 to 9 months according to google. All of the products we have are expired. The dates on the bottles are for March and June of 2019, meaning after only having them 1 o two months the products expired. I was unaware, as i do not often check the dates unless the quality is poor. I am so disappointed. I only purches product when budget allows, usually when there is a sale at local vendos. I had to purchase more product for my upcoming classes, which was unexpected costs. Is there anything that can be done to recoup some of my costs please?

I drink sprite on a daily basis a lot and today I opened the can and began drinking it and almost swallowed a piece of finger nail or something i am not sure why it is also I watch my nephew sometimes and if he was here I would have given him some and he could have choked on it
I want something done about it or I am getting a lawyer and going to every newspaper I can I love sprite and now I can't drink it anymore very disappointed

There must something wrong with the contest because there is no way that should happen. I understand that you may have a strategic partnership with spotify, but as for my customer experience, my honest opinion is that I have been treated like an [censored].

My partner went to this shop at approximately 8:50pm on the 7th August 2019 to get a 2litre bottle of diet coke which I opened and gave my 1yr old daughter a little mixed with water, I then went to take a drink of it and took a zip of it and could smell a really foul smell. I am complaining about this as I wouldn't want anyone else drinking it and I have informed the shop of it.

I bought an 8 pack, had 2 sips of one can and cant get myself to drink any more of it because it immediately made my throat and stomach hurt. The coca cola company should know that they arent doing something right if they are causing their costumers physical pain. Am I going to be okay? Am I safe? I will be warning every person I know that coca cola is not safe to drink and never will I ever spend another dime on any of your companies products. I want a full refund since these will be getting dumped into the sink and recycled since they are physically harmful.

I purchased a large variety pack of Hi-C juice boxes on or around 7/6/2019 and it seems one or more of the boxes must have leaked and caused damage to product and packaging.
I purchased this from a Meijer retailer in Muskegon, Michigan.
I paid $8.99 for this product.
I would like either the product replaced or my money refunded.

If this is the direction coca cola is going with their collectable products then you will be losing a lot more customers than just me. I might just be one person and you might not care what I think but I am contacting you because I am hearing this from everyone I have spoken to, and I don't want to see coca cola lose the market because I have been collecting coke products for a long time, but if this is the way coca cola is going go I guess Pepsi will be the choice of the new generation.

I do not know who the distributor is for the Wood River, Illinois area is, , but they are failing-BAD. This is the second day in a row-8/3 and 8/4.. I have been to Wal-mart (Wood River) and there was NO gold peak unsweetened tea in the 2 Qt size. Second day in a row...did I say that? So, I went to Schnucks Grocery in Wood River and guess what? Nothing there either. This happens more often than not--I have decided it is NOT worth my time. There are plenty of brands I can choose from...I thought I would let you know- so you can forward this to appropiate distributor, throw it in the trash or correct the problem as to not loose any more customers.

Recently purchased 4 12 packs of Coca Cola. 2 of the 12 packs fell from my hands when transporting them into my home. As a result 5 of the 24 cans punctured and spilt on me.Others were dented on the bottom or top rendering the pull tab useless. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the cans and packaging. This is not the first time I've had leaking cans when a cans been dropped. Improve your packaging! I do prefer the taste of Coke over Pepsi but not your packaging. I recently purchased 6 six packs of the 710ml coca cola, thatx 36 bottles of pop and out of that i got 9 bottles that were totally flat, this is not first time i had this problem, i have been a die hard coke drinker for 30 plus years and it sucks wasting money like that, i am on disability and have limited income and cannot afford this to keep happening

I have bought 2 6-packs each on 2 separate occasions this week. 2 of the 4 have had a leaky lid on one of the bottles. The groceries are really good about exchanging them, but I am concerned because this is a recurring issue. I know that the smaller bottle lids are not as tightly sealed as the larger bottles and since I often have difficulty getting those loose I appreciate the ease with which these open. Still when a bottle is leaking it is also likely to be flat tasting, and that is not acceptable either. Thank you for your time and attention.

I love Coke Zero but I have had two issues this year with it. First I spend about 20.00 a week on Coke Zero. Earlier this year I would purchase 6 packs of the 16.9 bottles and they where flat and the cap came off to easily. This went on week after week for about 6 weeks, i tried emailing them and they just wanted me to call and now again I just bought 6 6 packs of the 16.9 plastic bottles and they all have had a funny taste to them. I have ended up pouring them out.
