The Cheesecake Factory - I'm complaining about team members I am forced to work for

Tonight I walked off of work because the manager I was working for decided to pull some fast ones on me.

I sincerely apologize and this hasn't happened before but I felt seriously violated and I felt like I was even being put in harms way by an authority figure.

I am a busser at the Fayette mall Cheesecake factory. I have been doing the same job for literally 13 months.

Tonight LOUIS, (whom I have had many issues with) decided to throw me under the bus. Tonight was a fairly slow night. I have handled HOLIDAYS ON MY OWN. Tonight Louis decided to take a HOST out of the HOST stand and turn him into a BUSSER, when there were already two bussers on deck. ME and a young man named ZEEK. the bar was practically EMPTY! We had empty tables everywhere.

This happened at 6:15 ish on June 2nd.

Louis is a very high stress high anxiety manager to work with. I am working in this restaurant with family members. litterally family members! My OTHER He continues to give the restaurant the lowest quality of management and communication and he raises my blood pressure to the point where I cannot work with him.

Louis singles me out and makes me do things that aren't appropriate and arent coinciding with my job title as a busser. IE: Insisting that I am to be setting tables with dirty hands, insisting he watch me walk to my vehicle. Also Insisting that I confront other coworkers who come to work dressed inappropriately.

Tonight I walked off of my shift which I showed up thirty minutes early for.

I am a busser and I am comfortable with my job title however I would think it appropriate to climb the ladder with THIS company because of how many team members are direct family members.

I am asking that Louis be confronted and questioned about his decision making, which proves to me to be seriously laking safety for the sanity and sanitation of the restaurant.

Thank you for your time. I am considering leaving the restaurant due to bullying and gang affiliated waitresses and waiters.

Desired outcome: I need to know if I am wanted in the restaurant. I need more respect or I need to find a new place of employment.
