The Brick - Roaches in a bed I purchased

My husband and I bought few thing from the brick Niagara Falls one of the items was a bed when opening the package two roaches Crowley out of the boxes now I’m wondering if there were more roache in other boxes that I missed I contacted the brick Niagara Falls to let them know 3 days ago and no one has reached out wich shows the don’t care about the issue they are having with pest spreading it to their costumers so much money soended tho have to deal with roaches too absolutely disgusting

The Brick - Product defect / delivery on new product

On September 23, 2021 I bought product # MORTGRS2

2 piece Morty grey sectional. I received it and it was broken from the Brick in Niagara Falls! I had to fight with customer service to finally get a different product because I knew of 2 other sectionals exactly the same that were broken in the same place so I wanted something different. Finally December 9, 2021they agreed to let me pick something different! I paid the difference of $525.45 on another set. Bellmont plantinum sofa and love seat plus warranty of $234.99. Every month after that they’d call me stating it wasn’t in. We are now May 17th 2022 and I am still waiting on my set, I have been very patient. I called around the 13 th of May and spoke to a manager he gave me a possible date of May 21st. On May 15th I received an email said they had the couch for delivery when I called them 2 hrs later they then told me they gave it to someone else!

I just got off the phone with another manager today the 17th, Paul says he can’t do anything and not to mention condescending!

I think 8 months of waiting and trying to deal with this company has been long enough! I would like this resolved ASAP or get my money back and they can come and get this broken sectional I’ve had for 8 months! They have very poor customer service and will not shop at the Brick again!

Desired outcome: Resolved ASAP or my Full refund of the sectional and new sofa and love seat

The Brick - 30” conv range & warranty

I bought this stove and was asked if I wanted to purchase the warranty. I said no not interested. She proceeded to tell me I get it back to put toward something in the store. I haven't heard back from the brick on when it was over. I just remembered about it and called and they told me rudely (manager) that I'm to late by a few months. That was up in August. The girl never explained how this worked. No notifications from you's and I filed and forgot. Now I'm out 170$. The manager was very rude about it. Told me I should have put dates into my phone as a reminder. I'm very upset first of all I would not have taken the extended and now I've lost the money back I was told I would get back. (170.00$). I'm pissed.
