With ref to above subject we booked 30x40ft plot in TGS Sarawathi at the time of pre-launching of that project and they committed to register within 12-15months from date of booking. They demanded us to give 50% advance after a month and we paid. After that they gave us MOU. But till date there is no development or commitment to deliver the land as per discussion earlier. When approached to cancel the application, we are told to come and attend a meeting with MD and only then they will provide dates when the refund will be made.

All TGS Employees phones have barred incoming calls and no one to respond, when we reach TGS office, there is no proper response and they making people run around.

Request all customers to come together to get their refunds back and inform new customers not buy anything from this company.

I really did not expect TGS would be such a fraud company. I have invested 3 lacks on a property and cancelled it after a few months since i understood that they would never start construction. So i went through the cancellation process and they gave a cheque which bounced. After going to their office repeatedly, they gave us a date after 3 months and when we went there on the given date, they extended for another month, and now, they are making us run around for our money, could some please take some action and get our money back. its not just me, i met hundreds of people waiting for their money to be returned. TGS are taking advantage of middle class people and they are illegally making crores of rupees. i would please request someone to stop these frauds from returning our money back.

i booked apartment in tgs constructions (Hebbal project Melbourne) on month august 2015 today its 12 august 2016 still they not started any foundation work also i think they cheating with us, please check it once.

I have booked the flat and plot with tgs baghyalakshmi and Oakland while booking they did not show me documents but after I issued post dated cheque they showed me documents in which I was not satisfied as in result my advocate also verified the same even he was not satisfied with documents in result I requested for return of cheque but they keep on postponing the same saying tomorrow but still now I haven't receive my cheques back please before booking verify the documents...it's our right
