My husband and i went to eat dinner at this establishment on 7-19-19. We were seated at Table 601/1 and our Waiter was Anthony. Anthony was a great waiter and we were very pleased with his service, however there was a big crowd at a table nearby that was so loud you could not even think or enjoy your meal. Horrible ! 4th time we've giving it a try in last 6 months and been horrible each time and let management know came
Back again thinking maybe they changed things but no. Food was cold. One steak over cooked. Potatoes tasted old and hard! Def will
Not be back! Ever again! The first time we had issues the steaks were discusting and way over cooked. Next time cold food. Had fish in our cactus blossom one visit . Time before this waited over an hour after placing order neve got food and wasn't busy ! Said forget it and left ! This time one steak cold and one over cooked both potatoes hard and tasted old!

Texas Roadhouse crispy steak dinner

We ordered a Crispy Steak Dinner at the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Road House and prefered to have it without gravy never expecting the meat to be 1/8 of an inch thick and more crispy covering than there was steak.

We expected a thick steak covered in crispyness and there was no explanation when we ask for it without gravy that the gravy was very necessary with this steak.

Needless to say, we ate very little of the steak however, the potatoes and corn and bread were very good but it might be a very long time before we eat at another Texas Road House.

This might be a menu item that could be eliminated to avoid people being disappointed in the product they actually receive.

Texas Roadhouse high chair with high top table

We requested a tables for three and a high chair; they sat us at a high top table after I told them for the second time we needed a high chair. The server assured me it was a higher high chair so it would be fine for the table. However the high chairs buckle was broken and did not slide up fully to the table. We brought up the buckle was broken and was brushed off. We asked for another high chair, never received it. Our little one dropped two cups of tea from trying to place it back on the table and not being able to reach it. My shoes are soaked, still no new high chair so our little tries to stand in the high chair because she is not buckled. When brought up to two managers one had an attitude and the other said she would see what she could do. Neither apologized for the buckle being broken or the fact that our little couldn't reach the table. The server brought us a third tea and made the statement to move it so she doesn't knock it over. Finally I had to sit her beside of me to be able to actually eat my dinner. So many safety concerns with the high chairs buckle being broken and it being a higher than normal high chair. I'm not pleased with how management handled the situation. We truly enjoy Texas Roadhouse and the food was good but the experience was terrible.

Texas Roadhouse dinner at texas roadhouse frederick maryland

Normally I don't complain about anything but the dinner experience was anything but perfect. 1. No bread provided til end of dinner to ask us if we wanted it at that time. 2. Brought me my salad and not my husbands. Requested twice where was it. Brought it with his steak. When we complained the manager came over and said she would take it off the bill. Well it was included with the meal. I received a sweet tea when I requested unsweetened tea I'm diabetic. No one asked us if we needed more to drink which we did. Not sure we"LL ever go back.

Texas Roadhouse e-card scam - pay $90 and receive $15 more

Bait and Switch tactic applied by this establishment. Purchased a $90 ECARD on line Wednesday 12 June expecting a email voucher right away after payment to use on father's day upcoming that same weekend.
After the transaction and paying with CC, the return email said you card will be shipped and you will hear from us via email in 48 hours. NOTHING!
Now it is Tuesday the 18th of June. I had to pay out of pocket for father's day plus pay $90 for a voucher I intended to use and still zero contact from Texas Roadhouse on the ECARD purchase. I do not need it any longer. What a rip-off scam.
What is an ECARD? Pay on-line and receive a voucher for immediate use. NO it is not apparently therefore bait and switch tactic scam. One expects a voucher to use upon payment (ECARD) and a week later still nothing nor any email contact as stated within 48 hours.
Father's day now passed along with another $100 shelled out. I have been taken for $90.00 by this establishment. TX Roadhouse will not even answer their phone during business hours.
I have filed fraud with my credit card company and I will not stop warning others to never do business on-line with them ever. Thieves they are.

Texas Roadhouse 12 oz fort worth ribeye and server

We all go to eat at the Roadhouse in Wesley chapel Fl.We just finished eating at Texas Roadhouse at 7973 irlo Bronson highyway in Kissimmee Florida first off the restaurant was very clean and the hostesses were super nice to accommodate us since my son was on crutches. The server was a different story not the best. Took for ever to get drinks and service, pretty bad when you get your apptizier and salads before your drinks. All of meals were great except my steak was I thought under Roadhouse quality over a quarter was fat and grizzle. I guess back to Wesley Chapel Roadhouse for me.6/18/2019 server Rachelle table 331 5 guest 9:03 I think ticket # 50059 total bill was 102.20

I ordered the steak kabob once before at this location, sent it back. Tried again today, sent it back, got a new one, taking it home for the dog. The meat is tough, not cooked right at all, the rice has no sauce or flavor. I have this in New London branch and Warwick and it is delicious. Texas Roadhouse poor service

I requested crackers with my salad 4 times and the crackers were brought to me after I had eaten the salad and the entree was served. Shyanne was delayed in refilling our teas as we had to ask multiple times for refills. We were not offered the chance to order desert nor drinks to go. Food was hot and good. I spoke with the manager regarding my concerns for the poor service and I felt as if she heard me but did not really listen to me. We visit this restaurant located at 11111 E 71st St in Tulsa, Ok monthly and sometimes more frequently for business meetings. My name is Sandra Wagner. For my daughter's 40th celebration we went to the restaurant. The total order was $134.11. I normally leave a 50% tip for good and friendly service. This time I only left 20%. Texas Roadhouse entire experience

Sunday, June 2, 2019 in Tampa, Fl., I visited Texas Roadhouse across from VA hospital where I was visiting my ill son. I was extremely tired and hungry. I was expecting a great dining experience there. Hostess greeted me and as I was being seated, she told me that their bread was almost ready to come out of the oven and would be served to me shortly. I sat down and ordered a Martini. It came with small salad olives floating loosely around the glass. Not on a small skewer. One olive was missing a pimento. I dug around in the glasse to retrieve the olives. Not even chilled. Next my salad was served with mostly white pieces of veined lettuce at room temperature. Still no bread. 6 oz filet was ordered medium well. Came looking a sirloin and cooked well-done and hard. Baked potato came with bacon and sour cream on it, which I ordered. As sour cream reached a higher temperature because the potato was hot, it began to get foamy. I ate it because I was hungry. No bread. Never got bread. I asked as I was signing the card. Where's the bread? Server said "well you can get it to go". I said no thank you. This took place in the evening about 7:30 pm. There wasn't a large crowd. We're a few empty tables. This is the first time I've ever written about a restaurant 's horrible service and product from beginning to end. I'll never darken the doorway again at your establishment. Sincerely, Susan Bateh. Hello I went out to eat on May 18 2019. My server was named Stacy table 412/1 location 501 east Trenton rd in Edinburgh tx.. Trace:[protected]..auth:142829

I had poor service had to ask managers and other servers to attend our needs.. In addition noticed staff and managers huddled together talking..it was not a busy day to justify poor service...again had to get hold of anyone that walked by our table.. Upset about our evening... Hunter seemed to be very upset when my husband wanted to look at the menu and asked her to give us about 10min. Rolled her eyes every time he raised his glass for another beer, when she brought it to the table she slid it across the table more than once. When she did come to the table we would say thank you and never once heard her say you're welcome. We probably will never go back

Texas Roadhouse for the total of my balance

I went there last Sunday to eat for lunch with my friends, and the total of my balance was 163 and they took out of my credit card 200.00 so I don't know what Happened, next day when I go to check my credit card account i saw the balance of 200 on my card ! Next day I called the restaurant and I talk with somebody ant they told me they cant refund my 37 dollars, is not fail because I just spend 163 no 200.00 I want my 37 dollars back please and thanks . Texas Roadhouse the whole experience

We ordered what I thought was a. Simple meal. I ordered a half rack
Of ribs. And my date ordered steak kabobs. It took 45 minutes to get our salads. And when our food arrived. The food was cold. We told them that our food was cold. And they took it back
To the kitchen. And the manager. Came back with our plates. And she didn't even know the table numbers. The manager asked the people next to us how there service was. And they told them. That there food was cold as well. And the manager didn't seem to make it right in any way.

Texas Roadhouse food

I took my wife to the roadhouse in Aberdeen, NC. We got bacon bits on her salad. The bits were hard and we told the waitress and she told a manager. The manager spoke with us and told us she would remove from our ticket. It did not happen.

The sirloin I had was not good, it was tough. By that time we just assumed it a bad night.

My ticket number was 20003. My server was Laura. The date was 4/24/2019, the time was 4:51pm. Bill total was 28.86.

The worst part it was my wife's birthday.

Texas Roadhouse I am complaining about my whole dining experience at texas roadhouse in cranston, ri on 4/13/2019.

My family & I arrived there at 5:15 pm and was told by one of the young ladies at the desk that it would be 20 minutes before we were seated. It was 5:40 pm and we were directed to the back of the restaurant to a half table, half booth. There were some tables behind my chair and booths on both sides of our table along the walls. Sitting in one of the booths to my left was a young couple with 2 small children. One of the children was sitting in her stroller which was between our table and the booth. Because of the stroller being there, we had no way to get out if there was ever a fire. Our server took our order after 15 minutes of waiting. We waited over a half hour before we got our food which was cold.in the meantime before we got our food, there was a large group of people, so the server push the table that was behind my chair up against the booth next to it. Now I was really worried because between the stroller blocking the aisle next to our table, now the aisle behind my chair was also being blocked. I asked our server to speak to the manager, but he never came over, instead he sent someone else and so I told her they need to move that table so there is an aisle to pass through in case we had to leave. Her answer was "we can move you to another table". I was like you have to be kidding me since we just got our food and we had been sitting there already. She should have moved those people to a bigger table somewhere else, but she just ignored us and walked away. When the young couple with the children and stroller were leaving, both me and my husband had to get up from our chairs, move our chairs out of the way and we had to move out of the way. Also, when the person who cleared off the tables, sprayed the tables before he wiped them down. The bottle of cleaner sprayed all over. They need to use a damp cloth and not a spray bottle with chemicals in it because when you spray the bottle, it gets all over everything, not only the table. I am allergic to these spray cleaners and I don't want it all over my food or in my nose and eyes. I also placed an order to go of a whole rack of baby back ribs with 2 sides. I asked for some extra bbq sauce on the side. When I got the ribs home, there was no extra bbq sauce on the side like I asked. The bill was over $70.00 and they were the worse meals we had ever had and the worse service. I want to know why the manager didn't come to our table when I asked to speak to him instead of him sending over a server who was useless and rude. Another thing, when I called corporate, I asked to speak to the regional manager for the rhode island restaurants, instead I was given to a guest relations person. What is it with this place, you ask to speak to management and they give you a server or guest relations person. This is not acceptable. I don't like to keep repeating myself over and over again! I was told by the guest relations person that the manager for the restaurant I am complaining about will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I won't hold my breathe, since the manager didn't come to our table when I asked for him in the first place. I want a full refund of $70.10!

Why am I not shocked? You must be getting paid to call people names and mention their mother's in your remarks. You are the pathetic one who needs a life. Maybe you do this or a living because that's all you can do. You complain about people who make complaints, how sad is that? I noticed you call women little girls when you have no clue whom you are talking about or what you are talking about! Why on earth should you get a full refund. You ate the food so pay for the food. IF you cannot afford to pay for the food then do not eat there. Cook at home. Visit a soup kitchen. On another review you accused someone who has positive feed back of working there and making the place look. Now I can stoop to you level and claim that you made all of this up because you were fired.(which would explain why you cannot afford to pay your bills) I however do not make ASSumtpions. You have no business asking for a full refund just because you cannot afford to eat there. Cannot afford to eat there then don't. If there was really an issue with the food you would have returned. You are just looking for a free meal because you cannot afford to feed your family. I feel sorry for you. Now before you go around making a bigger fool of yourself and falsely ASSuming that I work there. I don't. I am a site regular. Grow up child. Mommy needs to give you a good slap across the face. Obviously she did not raise you right. Or maybe she tried and you turned out to be a pathetic loser anyway. IN that case I feel sorry for her having you as a child. Then we waited 20 min for drinks still never saw waitress so I went to bar and ordered our own drinks, the bartender said she was bringing a manager over, never saw a manager at all. I had placed an order for take out on 3-16-19 for a fillet medallion with a loaded sweet potato, peppercorn sauce, and a salad. Also a country fried chicken with cream gravy on the side (2 gravies) with apple sauce and load mashed potatoes. The hostess didn't go over my order with me when I was there so I wasn't able to look and see if everything was there...
