Texas Roadhouse management

For now all I will say is that the manager, Martie at store #569 in Naples Florda, does not treat her employees well. There is much favoritism, nepotism, horrid hosting staff, and Marty does not care about the servers as long as the buts are in the seats and shes got a full house and making her money. An employee recently threw a punch at another employee who she was fighting g with and accidentally hit a different server, and nothing was done about it. She does not care about her full time permanent employees and no acknowledgement or appreciation is given to the top end service staff... POOR management skill I believe. Sorry but I will write more later and stay anonymous

Texas Roadhouse we went there twice the first time we waited 20 min for a server

We there twice.The first time we when we waited 20 for someone to come take our order it was not crowded..Then we waited for every to get our drinks...That was on the 6/14/2018..Then we when last nite which was 6/21/2018 we order our food an it wasnt right order..My meat was supposoed to be medium i was done.My boyfriend pototoes was so cold the butter wouldnt even melt..So we told the waiter he took them back an got manager she come out there say she was sorry it happen it offer us another meal for anther time..I was very very upset i pay for drink an leave..Huntsville al ..Our number is [protected] or [protected]

Texas Roadhouse food left out of pick up order

I frequently dine-in or call in pick up orders to the Texas Roadhouse in Lubbock Texas. I placed an order for four people for Father's Day dinner. Repeat back of the order over the phone was correct. When I went in to pick up the order everything was correctly repeated back again. She did pull the containers out of the bag and put them back in as she called out what was on the order. When I got to my parents house for dinner, one side was left off of two of the meals. The sides had been called out as she went through the order when I picked it up. Of course already being at home, I did not go back to the restaurant to get two sides. I did call and tell the girl answering the phone for call-in orders, better attention needed to be placed when packing to-go orders, as well as when going through them at pick up. I too will play Closer attention next time. This was at approximately 6p on June 17th. It was Father's day and they were very busy, but when you pay for a service you expect to get what you're paying for.

I wouldn't even voice this complaint but it has happened a couple of times in the past, though I caught the mistake when I picked up the food.

Texas Roadhouse service on holidays

It was filled above capacity wait time with call in times was 3 hours. It was beyond greedy of this restaurant to keep accepting reservation or call ins as there staff call reservations. Staff personnel who handle customer check in was uninformed gave wrong wait times etc. This restaurant as a whole needs safety checks done for utinsles being properly cleaned buss boys going to clean tables before customers have left.

Texas Roadhouse interview I had last week in clarksville, indiana.

I had an interview last week Monday with the manager Cory. I was looking for weekend work and maybe a night or two. Cory talked about cold prep and then he asked me would I be interested in doing some baking. I told him I was interested. He told me to come in for a second interview with Daniel. I told him what Cory said what was available. He acted kind of shady but said he would call me back in 24 hours. I have called them both twice. Cory said he would get together with Daniel and call me back. He never did. I talked to Daniel and he said there is no positions available. I have 24 years of food service. I believe Daniel discriminated against me because of my age. I noticed the two times I was in an interview, I saw one older lady. Texas Roadhouse horrible fatty steaks

On Thursday, 6.7.18 my wife and I went to the Texas roadhouse in Pueblo. We called ahead. We ordered chicken fried sirloin and mashed potatoes. The only thing that tasted good was the salad. The steak was full of nasty fat that I had to expel in my napkin, half of my large steak was rolled up in the cloth on the table.The potatoes barely had gravy and I was never asked if I wanted another drink. It cost 45 dollars plus tip for a lousy meal.

Texas Roadhouse food

Went into Texas Roadhouse yesterday to surprise my husband for Father's day thus is our second visit to the one in Bloomington in the food wasn't correct after sending my food back for 2 times again I said forget it staff was unhelpful, our drinks we didn't get our kicker after I payed almost 100 dollars..when I lived in mi u never had this problem someone needs to fix the problems being a business owner I would make this right.thank you for your time

Texas Roadhouse mistreated

So about 6 years ago I was fired from Texas Roadhouse in Harlingen for PERSONAL reasons. I was helping a manager Sandy move her stuff out of her condo at the island to her new place in Harlingen tx and mind you this is a personal relationship we should not have had or her asking her employees to even do such things. Then she offered her place to me for the weekend and took it back so I got upset and told another employee that wasn't right etc. That being said when I was tell my employee about this someone "heard" that I had called her a name that was NOT even said. So the next day I come in and got let go. Mind you they never gave me an explanation to why I was fired in the first place. I don't think this was right and 6 years later I try to get a job at the roadhouse in Brownsville and sandy whose husband is the GM there makes a comment "oh it's you" so we he said that I knew I wasn't getting hired for PERSONAL reasons because that was his wife whom I have never made amends with. This should have not played part in me not being rehireable and I think this was not only hurtful but this was not only my wrong doing I would just like to say that I should have never been put in this situation in the first place. So please hear my cry out for help because this is not RIGHT. Especially after 6 years and people change and for this to happen should not happen to anyone. Thank you for your time.

Texas Roadhouse food and manager

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Huntington WV my husband and both ordered prime rib..the server came back and said they ran out...ok..so we order Ribeyes, . His with shrimp, both medium cooked. So when the food comes out he has his steak and no shrimp...steak was well done not medium. My steak was a New York strip, not a ribeye, I ordered a ribeye because I like Ribeyes, not ny strip. Well they brought the manager over she got my husband's shrimp and ordered 3 times to cook him a new steak, she did not even acknowledge I received the wrong steak. She ignored me completely. The bar tender ended up cutting the check by $12, because my husband complained that I wasn't offered the correct food and acted like it was our fault.

Texas Roadhouse steaks

At the beginning when I used to go to Texas Roadhouse the steaks were very good. For the last 3 times I've been there the sirloins were so full of gristle that I was chewing for juice and spitting out the meat. I'm so frustrated by the end of the meal that I've now decided to go elsewhere. The quality of the steak is not what it used to be. Also, this last time was a carry out order and was never checked to make sure everything was complete. In fact, we never received the buttered toast that was to accompany the 2 meals. I'm so disappointed!

Texas Roadhouse the quality of the food

I want to start by saying my wife and I have been fans of your resturant for many years and until recently have not had any issues. We go to your York County location numerous times a year. The last two visits were the worst ever. Approx. 3 months ago we ordered the Ribeye meal for us both. Several hours later I was deathly sick, throwing up, over and over. I did not all the store because we have had such enjoyment eating your food for so many years. We went back about 2 weeks ago and our meals were even worse. We had a party of 4 and two meals, a ribeye and a filet had to be sent back. The were so over cooked we could flake off the burnt parts with a fork. The were suppoed to be cooked medium. The reason I am contacting you is to bring your attention to the quality of the food. We use to be patrons of Outback but their food has gooten so bad due to the quality of their cooks. I'm afraid this is happening to this store. We want to contiue our business but we can not first spend the kind of money (over 100 a visit on avg) for food that tastes so bad. Thank you for listening !

Texas Roadhouse service

On Sun, May 13th I visited a Texas Roadhouse location for the first time at 2475 Barrett Creek Pkwy, Marietta, Ga. I had placed on order online for pick up at 5pm. I arrived 10 mins earlier paid for my order and waited for my food. A woman came out and told me they dropped my food and were in the process of remaking my food. She gave me a discount off my meal and refunded $5 and some change to me. My total was originally $14.83. I waited in the car and someone brought out what was supposed to be my order, but it wasn't. It was a hamburger, when I ordered Grilled Pork Chops. I took it back inside. I went back and waited in the car after a few mins someone brought out my order, but it still wasn't completely right. The mixed vegetables were missing from my order. Finally at 5:25p I had my complete order and left the restaurant. I have no complaints with the taste of my food; however I do have a problem with the service. Due to all the issues incurred with my order I feel it should have ended up being free not just discounted.

Texas Roadhouse unethical behaviour

on 05/13/2018 we checked in at 12:50pm with a party of 15 and was told that it would be about 40-45 min. wait for the size of our party, we got seated at 2:38 only to find out that we had to be seated in two different rooms. I understand that you may not have a table big enough for 15 people, but the fact that we waited over 1:30 min. only to separate our party into two different tables in separate rooms is unexcitable. The fact that we were willing to wait, in order to be seated together to enjoy each others company, only to find out that we had to sit at different table is not cool. We should have been told that your restaurant could not accommodate us so that we could have gone some where else. our bill was 182.00 at the 1st table and over 100.00 at the 2nd table. I would like someone to contact me to see what can be done.

Texas Roadhouse call ahead service

It's Mother's Day and I used their Call Ahead Service which isn't a reservation but "the next best thing" according to the host when I called. Since I never used this type of service before, I asked how long before I wanted to be there should I call and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours before. I called about 1 1/2 before and got my confirmation number. Arrived to the restaurant and saw an over abundance of people waiting. When given the confirmation number, we were informed it probably would be about 2 hours wait. We left and my Mother's Day dinner was ruined. What is the point of the "Call Ahead Service" if you're going to be faced with a 2 hour wait when you arrive? This may work fine on regular nights but Texas Roadhouse, you might want to start implementing the good old-fashioned reservations on special nights.

Texas Roadhouse service/ manager on duty

Took my mother in law to the Johnson City TN location for Mother's Day and was told it would only be a 30 min wait, we sat there for over an hour. When we asked why so long a wait, we were told they were waiting on a table to leave. Still waiting and asked for the manager and she was so rude it was ridiculous. We told her the situation and even told her several parties that came in after us had already been seated and she didn't say anything but rolled her eyes. Then I asked if she could seat us in the next 5 min due to having 2 small kids with us and my father in law being a diabetic. By this time we had been there over an hour and it was after 8:00 p.m.. The manager said no! We left and will never go back to that location again. I want that manager fired cause she is NOT a manager!

Texas Roadhouse cold bread no butter upon arrival

Server came across rude then calls manager to explained to me why at the age of 46 I have to show a ID to drink wine with my meal manager comes across table rude as well stating this time she would serve me a drink I would have stay but the server and manager we talking about me in front of other customers very unprofessional and embarrassing in front of my peers party of 5 it was my Birthday thank You Texas Road House for training Your staff

Texas Roadhouse quality and quantity of meal

My first complaint about my visit was they were out of rolls, and butter, and did not have to go cups. Secondly, I ordered one full rack of ribs(as my receipt reads) with a side of fries, and I also ordered an extra side of fries. I ordered a raspberry tea to go and they gave me 2 kids to go cups. The ribs and fries I was given was not adequate for the $25 that I paid. I will include a picture of my ribs, and the fries I was given. Very disappointing.

Texas Roadhouse complimentary survey

I live in SLC, UT, I always go to the location on 5400s. I feel I needed to write to say I had the best service from a waiter named Ed. I eat out allot, and he was amazing, the great ones don't get the kudos like they should.
You should have him train others.

And the food was the best that we have ever had there, we were there on Friday 20th, 2018. Please give a great big thank you to this store. 😆 you guys beat longhorn hands down.

Texas Roadhouse hostess

April 19th, 2018 I went to go eat with my boyfriend at roadhouse which I've never had a problem with there's always great food but the hotess were rude and ugly. When we were getting seating we clearly said table for Two and the hotess says "oh you mean table for one" while laughing to the other hotess and referring to my boyfriend. I choose not to cause a scene even though it was disrespectful. I vented online so my friends can know not to go and then some of the workers threatened me.. which these screenshots will show. I will never go to this roadhouse in corpus christi again.

Texas Roadhouse call ahead seating and service

I called at 4:00 PM on Sunday, 4/15/2018 for "call ahead seating" for a group of 8 to celebrate my sons birthday with our family. My son picked the restaurant because this was his favorite place to eat. I asked for 5:00 arrival time.
We were all there by or before 5:00. Waiting area was full, and we were standing because there were no empty seats. That was not a problem at all. When we arrived, the girl told me it would be about 20 minutes, that they were waiting on a group to leave, and then, they could seat us. Waiting area cleared out completely and at 5:30-5:45 I asked again, and she gave me the same answer, but this time pointed to a different area of the restaurant, to which she said she was waiting on guest to leave so she could seat us. Meanwhile, the waiting area filled up again, and at 6:00 I asked again, how much longer, and received the same answer. I did notice several large groups coming in after we got there, and were seated soon after arrival. I feel, we were overlooked and others were seated ahead of us. About, 6:15 pm, we were seated. After, calling ahead for seating, 1 hr and 15 min of waiting, with 3 small children, all under the age of 4 years old, who had filled up on peanuts, and were getting restless from the extended wait time, they seated us. The service was only average service, with us having to ask for more water, tea refills and more bread.
I did speak to the manager on duty at the time, and all she would say was, she was sorry and that the call ahead seating does not guarantee us a spot on the list. She said we go on the list once we get there. So, I would have been just as well off, waiting to put my name on the list, once I got there. The call ahead procedure didn't do anything to help us get seated any quicker like we expected it would. The manager did not do anything other than apologize for the extended wait.
I totally understand that Sundays is probably one of their busiest days. And we still expected to wait, as much as up to 30 minutes, but not 1 hr 15 min.
We frequently go the Texas Roadhouse in Horn Lake MS, and always call ahead for seating. We have never been overlook nor has it ever taken this long to be seated.
