Consumer name : Grace Loke
Tel : [protected]
e-mail address : [protected]@hotmail.com

Bought this apples at Tesco Kepong Malaysia . These apples fresh are from Kiddes Red Apples Delicious product of America.
But to my surprise one of the apples have a big nail inside it .
I was shock to see such a big nail poked right inside to the core of the apples . How did the nail go right inside the apples and deep into the core ? Please explain how can this can happen.

Please see the photos attached the pictures explains clearly no need for me to put further in words.

Strongly agree. The same thing happened in Tesco Taiping. The store manager Johari, seems to be taking advantage in stead of giving support to the tenants here. For those who has given benefit to him are well taken care of, especially to female tenants. For others, he will try to throw you any kind of unreasonable request and make your life miserable here. It is obvious as you can see the empty unit here are getting more as most of them were disappointed and frustrated. We've been managing a store for years and noticed that 's the attitude for most of the managers here. It seems that they are all practicing an unprofessional behaviour or they are trained to do so by the management. I do hope that we are talking to the right person and the management will look into this seriously of course. Else, by continuing this extremely unhealthy environment, TESCO will soon be loosing out to its' rival.

Tesco rude cashier

The worst service I've encountered in my entire life! First of all your locker was dirty with some sticky sauce spilt on it, didnt noticed and I put my stuff in it. When I found out I shown your customer service and request plastic bags from them but they ask me to get from cashier as they dont have it there. I took out the dirty plastic and transfer my unwrap things to other locker. When I finished shop and paying at the counter I POLITELY asked for 2 extra plastic bags from your cashier named LELA. She didnt response me the first time I asked and I thought she couldnt hear and I repeated again and to my surprise she was so rude and asked "UNTUK BUAT APA?!" and to my patient I explained to her what the locker did to my things and I need 2 plastic bags to put my things which customer service asked to get from cashier. She asked the same questions 3 TIMES! even when im explaining! She show me face and never say yes and insist customer need to pay 20 centsfor extra plastic bag! (IT IS A SUNDAY!) I grab the plastic bag and walk off! She never apologise and said thanks when returning the balance! Thats is so ridiculous! I wonder have Tesco send your staff for training on the core values of TESCO. I seriously think she is the worst employee I ever encountered in my entire life in any supermarkets! KINDLY INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE CASHIER!

Tesco rude staff

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but whenever you order tesco online and book a slot. You actually have to keep calling them on the day of delivery, so they would come at the time booked. Otherwise, I have experienced before that they come up to 6hours late! So coming late seems to be a norm for them, I have been lucky a number of times but that too is because I was calling to see where they are. There are times when I am in a hurry to go out and they still didn't arrive.
There were twice when the drivers and assistant driver were very rude to me, on top of being late they didn't even apologize and acted very arrogant about it. Particularly today this driver Amdy(I think his name) started to scream and growl very loudly to me. I just refuse to deal with him and closed the door! Is this the treatment tesco customers are subjected to now? Why can't you just apologize and accept that you made a mistake? Of course customers get upset when you are a few hours late...I think we are entitled too since we are paying for the product but I don't behave rudely! Please hire better staff as it is your company that they are representing!

Tesco severe moulding / fungus growth

We bought a steffis choice, strawberry jam, we came home and we open the jam bottle found severe moulding/fungus growth on surface of the jam.
We contacted tesco station 18 immediately mr azizi he mention to bring the product and need to carry the analysis to make a decision. tesco is a world renounce name and cannot take prompt actions on complaint forwarded by customers like me.
This is a visual severe complaint which need to be resolved immediately and if this matter were to be publicise it will have a lot of negative affect.

Please look into this matter seriously and get back to us asap. this has cause a lot of in convince for me and my family. we're staying far away from station 18.

Please act! I purchase this at tesco station 18, ipoh, malaysia

Tesco heroes & friends promotion

TESCO disappointed my 2 kids today as they told us that the Heroes & Friends sticker is finished. We need one more sticker to get a free toy. Although we are willing to pay RM9.80 to get 2 toys but no toy is available for redemption. We are TESCO loyal customer with Tesco club card no : [protected] [protected] & spent more than RM350 today, in return Tesco make my kids feel sad. I hope Tesco will seriously look into this matter because there are other families who encountered the same like us today. We feel cheated by Tesco & wondering if we will still spend the same if they do the same promotions again!

Tesco online and customer service

THIS IS A COMPLAINT ABOUT TESCO ONLINE SERVICE.

I placed an order to be delivered this Saturday (13/07/2013) between 10-12pm. Nothing was delivered. By 4pm I called the customer service, and the staff said they would call me back. They didn't.

So I called them again at 4:30pm, and spoke to Ms. Mohana (or Moghana). She told me that the order had been cancelled and that the system was down since morning. I was told to wait until 8pm as the store was processing all orders manually. However, nothing was delivered on Saturday. I called Customer service again at 10:20pm, and they said they would call me back. They didn't.

The next day, Sunday, I called Customer Service again at 10:45am, and spoke to Mr. Odae. He said my delivery would arrive until 4pm. Again, nothing was delivered. I called them again and spoke to Ms. Neethiya, who said she would call me back within 20 minutes. One hour later she still hadn't called and I had to call Customer Service for the 6th time in two days.

Right now I am STILL trying to sort this problem out. This is incredibly frustrating. First I was told to wait, because my order was coming, and then I was told by Ms. Neethiya that I should place A NEW order, to have it delivered TOMORROW only. This is outrageous. Had I been told to place a new order YESTERDAY, I would have gladly done so. But now I've wasted TWO DAYS of my life dealing with Customer Service, and still haven't solved the problem.

Tesco should be working harder on offering a flawless, competent service to its customers. Instead, I feel I was offered a second-class service for no apparent reason. Having technical problems (such as the system going down) DOES NOT JUSTIFY the bad service I was offered. I am utterly frustrated with the carelessness of the staff members who didn't return my calls. I am also deeply upset with the fact that first I was promised my order (TWICE) and then I was told it wasn't going to happen and I should order again. Why didn't someone tell me this YESTERDAY?

I am going to publish this complaint elsewhere, and send it to every Tesco store through their online form, in hopes that SOMEONE will read and do something to improve the service of this company. This is really shameful.

Myself and my family have just returned from a villa holiday in Majorca while there our villa was broken into the back door was wide open and over a £1000 worth of our possessions and clothes were taken obviously this ruined our holiday but we thought well at least we have insurance and can claim it back, we got a police report and once home called Tesco insurance to report it to be told as we could not tell them how the thieves had gained entry our insurance was void they did not even want to see the police report or ask what had been taken there was no sympathy just coldness and very rude customer care, we were even told we should have taken everything out with us every time we went out (how many people do you know that when on holiday walk about with a suitcase full of clothes?) Even the people I rang to get replacement E111 cards and driving license were sympathetic and said how sorry they where but not Tesco. We have bought Tesco travel insurance, car insurance for years but this was the first time we have ever tried to claim, It has taught me one thing the people who stole from us I can forgive as they may have nothing Tesco are bigger robbers than them they have billions and now I know why. I will never ever give them another penny of my hard earned money oh and by the way I work for them and have done so for 20 years.

In April 2007 whilst shopping in Tesco's I stupidly signed up for a 3 month trial of Tesco Home Phone service. It was one of those cold sell tactics that promises to save you loads of money if you sign up today. The catch was quite clever you were promised that it was only a 3 month contract and you could only get the discounts if you signed for Direct Debits and online billing. I was assured that after the 3 months if I was disatisfied I simply had to phone a telephone number and tell them that I wished to terminate my contract. I signed up to pay for my calls with Tesco Telecom.

I tried accessing the online bills and found it such a difficult system that I gave up and just decided to let the direct debits go on until the 3 months were up and then cancel. In July 2007 I had no dial tone and phoned Tesco to tell them I was dissatisfied with the service and said I wished to cancel the service immediately. The member of staff told me the fault was not with Tesco and told me the line was rented from BT so I should speak to them. He told me he would cancel the service from Tesco. I was told the final payment would be taken from my bank and that would be the end of me & Tesco. After that months Direct Debit was taken I cancelled it with my bank.

18 Months later (On Christamas Eve) I recieved a letter from Tesco telling me that there had been an audit of closed accounts and that I owed them £336.86! I was furious... I phoned them straight away and explained all of the above. I was told that the only way you can cancel this sort of contract was to ask my new supplier to do it! If I cancelled direct with Tesco I would have had to change my Telephone number! They explained that as far as they were concerned BT had never informed them that I had changed supllier so I was still being supplied & charged by Tesco. What a rip off! Apparently I had been sent emails every month to notify me of my online bills ...How very strange that I never received these! Had I received these I would have asked why my contract was still open! The most annoying thing is that I never once received a phone call or letter to tell me I was in arrears...for 18 months! No communication whatsoever they refuse to engage with me and have told me the debt has been passed to a debt collection agency. Apparently they accept no fault. They have failed to furnish me with copies of the emails sent and a copy of the contract. I have asked for the tape recordings of my call in July 2007 and surprise surprise I didn't get it!

Today 13/06/2012 I visited your store Park Road, Liverpool to purchase my groceries. The intention for writing this letter of complaint is that once again I have been mis-sold Items priced and displayed as a ' PRICE DROP' At the checkout I am charged a higher price. An example of this is I purchased biscuits what displayed the price drop price from £1.69 to £1.00 ( FOX'S Chunkie cookies 180Ge ) However, at the check out I was charged £1.69 ? After some 20 minutes customer service eventually said they had 'Forgotten' to take the offer sign off the shelf. How many customers over the past days especially families with children have believed they are getting a bargain. Your company surely can not be misguiding your customers deliberately!

This is not the first time. Last week I was miss-sold Flora Margarine two for the price of one displayed but to be asked to pay for the two. Once again I have gone through the same procedure to be told once again that the staff had forgot! to take down the very large display and label informing consumers that you can purchase two for the price of one.

Again, Ashbeck water which I purchase at your store often. The label clearly displays an offer sign 'one for the price of two' The item alone is £0.42 per bottle, normal price. A label also offers four pk's of water for £1.50. I purchased four, by buying 2+2 £0.70 + £0.70 the offer! equals £1.40. But, was charged £0.84 for two and another £0.84 for the other two!. So I ended up being charged £1.68 more than the four pack offer?

Please would you be as so kind to respond to this email and to offer me a full explanation to why customers are getting mis-led/mis-sold by your company.

Finally, can I take this opportunity to express my deep sadness and frustration that your company continue to cheat customers and your staff unable to correct or offer an explanation to the above description of my experiences at your stores.

May I suggest that an auditor visit all your stores in the North to resolve this 'Problem' that obviously is in your companies favour.

I have within the last year after signing up with them been told I was sold the contract in error and given permission to leave due to them telling me they could support my emergency tunstall medical alarm and then they couldnt blaming it for internet problems and telling me I could leave, then called and told sorry its nothing to do with the broadband and I stayed, then it was suggested it was the exchange which when I mentioned it to another rep, they said no record of this, then it was found to be the router later on in the saga. Annoying thing is I suggested right at the beginning that it could be a router issue!

Worse still to come. When they persuaded me with their smooth apologetic talk to stay I cancelled another provider from taking me over. However that provider made an error not once but twice and slammed my line due to forgetting to cancel the cease order apparantly. Any how line goes dead and I am told by tesco that as they are not my provider now, they cant help. I ring the other provider who tell me its not them(turned out it was) but that as tesco is my current provider it is up to them to rectify the situation and this was confirmed by ofcom.

Ring tesco who swear blind it is not their responsibility and by now I am distressed as my fall detector wont send the help signal if collapse, so ring them again on mobile and insist they sort it. Eventually as an emergency they put the line back on within a short time of couple of days but at time insist it is not their responsibility, but as I am so distressed they want to help.

The line goes dead again and it is the other provider again, tesco again tell me to contact other provider and I have hours of stressful calls to tesco who insist it is not their responsibility, to with ofcom again I tell them to sort it. Even though my situation is one and the same re the alarm and they know it, they keep telling me they will sort it get back to me etc...and days pass.

After some approx 3 weeks they get my line back on. During this time I was advised as they use third party billing and cant stop the issue of such to stop the direct debit to make sure no monies go out that I shouldnt be paying as have no service.

Then their viscious is the only way I can describe them billing team, start harassing me. There has obviously been no liasing with billing and customer services. So I tell them what has gone on but does it stop the calls, no. I even get one suggesting my direct debit has bounced and I have insufficient funds, I said I am no paying it, which ticks off the rep and asks why? Because have no service, dead as do do basically, which confuses them and they say they will look into it.

All along customer services have pretended to be on my side striving to get the line back, stating they are new to the telecoms business and its a new one of them and as said it takes weeks, remember the first time, they had it back as emergency within days but this time they said they couldnt do the same. Told later by telecom engineer if they had wanted to do so it could have been restored quicker, the difference being the cost of the call out!

Anyhow they apologise I stay with them just relieved the line is back on and my alarm will work. They then bill me for part service I didnt receive and I ask them to put the bill right. They say they cant do it due to using third party billing but that if I pay it they reassure me they will credit me next month. Month comes and the credit is not there, am told need to pay it again due to their staff thinking the credit was an error on my account so overode it without seeking superior advice due to seeing many credits on my account. Well that would have been right, yeh, I had no service.

Told unless I pay the bill my line will be disconected, so I say I cant risk that and therefore have had enough and need to leave. They after receiving notice from another provider ring to apologise say they will sort it and the bill and persuade me to stay again! Takes them a while to sort the bill in the meantime I have suspended the direct debit and eventually they decided to wipe the whole bill to over ride their system. Direct debit is reinstated and off we go.

Direct debit does not go out. I am told their is a direct debit fault they are aware of it and not to worry. Next month it does not go out again and am told the same and that they will try to over ride the system by applying for new direct debit and here starts the regular contact of me and them with them confirming my banking details over and over again and ending up flumoxed as to why its not going out, am told there is a major system fault re the direct debits, okay i think I have my service they will sort it. At no time do they ask me to pay by another means and instead reassure me the bill will just carry over.

I receive email telling me I have changed my details without telling them and how important it is to keep them updated, two emails stating they are setting up a new debit and after many calls I am getting confused and frustrated as it is obvious they havnt got a a clue.. But by now the billing team are accusing me of non payment and refering me to the debt team and say my line is to be disconeceted.

I suggest paying via standing order or bank transfer for temp solution till they have fixed their fault and told their is no fault and its all my fault. I as an emergency decide I have had enough, cant risk my line and alarm and call BT to take me over, they reassure me once signed to them it is unlikely my line will be compromised and this turned out to be accurate.

Prior to finishing the call with tesco I warn them any additional costs with BT I will seek in compensation from them with distress as well. They are by now refering to line suspension and will not tell me when it will go dead, I now retrospectively feel they were just trying to frighten me into setting up a continuos payment authority, something my bank warned me against as hard to stop if need be.

I informed them I was stopping the direct debit that they insisted was not there or that I had changed my details without informing them knowing my bank would email them confirming this and that they could see prior to that my direct debit was active, and that hoping they would see it was their error.

But no they have insisted it is my fault. They have despite the dd being active since 14/12 and my bank is putting it in writing not requested any monies at all and the laughable insulting bit is they attempted to take monies out once told the dd had been stopped. So you see they found it again.

They have sent me an inacurate dead lock letter, telling me they are aware I was told there was a dd fault and that this was untrue, I have it taped. They ar blaming me for the direct debits not going out and my bank is backing me up. They are saying that as my account has received a lot of credit that they feel they dont need to compensate me for my out of pocket expenses. UUUUmmmmmHHHHHmmmm remember my line was dead do they really think I should bow down and say, hey thanks you didnt charge me you credited me for no service, oooohhhh I am so impressed, NOT.

They have said they only received one payment, inacurate.

All along I have now realised they have not known what they are doing, they have said from a business perspective they dont feel they should compensate me, how about that for a business model. They give you an appauling service, put your life at risk through their errors and dont care.

Someone said tesco pile em high and dont worry about a few broken products, that about summs them up.

So I say AVOID. I have even tried to get sence from their head office in cheshunt uk and they jsut refered me back to the telecoms complaints who I am now chasing for compensation.

She has admitted they have all the calls, you see I recorded them this end. It can be clearly heard them telling me about this fault and then she says what I was told was untrue. Hows that for a business model? Our staff will tell porkies and we will tell you it wasnt true, but still blame you for the state of your account.

PLEASE AVOID THEY HAVE MADE ME ILL.

You will be glad to know 7/3/2011 I will have left them for good xx

Oh and not forgetting there are other complaints on other forums with others having direct debit problems and not realising there is a problem till their line goes dead, same time as my problem. I wonder what they were told hey?

Tesco confrontational staff

Verbal abuse by aggressive member of staff at Tesco Supermarket: the most parasitic dehumanising carbuncle on the face of humanity.

Tescos was voted worst UK supermarket for service

Yesterday I was waiting to pay for a few items at till 2. There appeared to be an issue at the till, and as I was 3rd in line, I decided to gather up my items and head to the next till. Margaret, cashier on till 2, started speaking at me, uninvited, in a raised voice; “I don’t care if you don’t want to pay here, you can pay somewhere else, go on!” She was quite difficult to understand as a result of her shrill screeching and unintelligible accent. I had not said a word to invite such an outburst and was frankly stunned. I told her everything was fine and sought an explanation for why she had engaged in a rant when I had not said a word. The response went along the lines of; “I’m not serving you and if you want to report me to the manager, it’s Margaret, till 2!”

I asked to speak to a manager. A snot nosed kid, who appeared to be no more than a teenage first-jobber, appeared. He omitted to introduce himself or tell me his job title; however his name badge stated Richard. “Yeh” he said. I explained what had occurred and suggested customer service training was required for Margaret, or a crash course in communication. Richard stared ahead vacantly and then recited in monotone; “We will investigate the incident and take appropriate action, but we can’t tell you what it is.” I told Richard I felt he was fobbing me off and that he did not inspire confidence, that I wanted an apology, to which he insisted I leave the store. Hardly management material.

There is no doubt in my mind, that Margaret has been the subject of several complaints to ineffectual snot nosed managers, and probably to other ineffectual snot nosed managers before Richard. Margaret really lets the store down. It is downright bizarre to actively seek confrontation with shoppers, then challenge them to complain to the manager. I am well aware of the local demographics and while I admire Tesco's commitment to diversity by employing individuals from all sectors of society, there are some basic skills that are essential to staff; an overtly aggressive and confrontational attitude is not one of them

. It makes no business sense for Tescos to employ individuals like these, especially in a recession

Tesco tesco pinner green middlesex london

How safe are we really? Common Assault without CCTV evidence cannot constitute a crime - don't be so ridiculous Tescos!

Officers were called by way of 999 call when a father of two from Pinner was assaulted by a Security Guard called PATRICK employed by Tesco's Store in Pinner green the 29th April 2013 at around 5.30pm.
The victim alleges that the Security Guard used excessive force three times, including a punch to his back, in order to stop him from seeing the Store Manager.
This victim claims "this happened because the Security Guard was trying to stop me from speaking to the Store Manager". The victim was simply trying to exercise his rights by lodging a formal complaint to question why he and his family continued to be constantly monitored around the store upon each visit. A.K.A "harassment".
On a previous visit the Security Guard was made to apologise to the victim for using abusive language at him - namely "F-off"!
On the day of the attack, as well as following the victim around the store (as if he was a criminal), the victim states the that Security Guard, working outside his job description, had asked a cashier to open the till to verify the Tesco Card coupon redeemed against the purchase of some baby nappies for the victim's new born.
When the victim told the Security Guard that he wished to speak to the Store Manager to lodge a complaint as he felt he was being singled out, he said the Security Guard replied "Don't you dare make another complaint about me and if you do complain, just watch what i do". When the victim asked "What do you mean?" The Security Guard threatened "Well you've got family and children."
The ordeal ended when the victim, a small five foot and five inches, was pushed against the exit glass door by the tall black Security Guard. Consequently, the victim called the Ambulance Services and he was later treated at Harrow's A&E who confirmed that he sustained bruising and tenderness.
The Officer who attended the scene of the crime used his bias discretion, sided with the blonde Store Manager, Claire Kingston, and failed accept a crime had taken place in the absence of CCTV footage.
The victim's family have made a Subject Access Request to see what evidence Tesco Stores rely on to back up their version that the Security Guard had at no point attacked the victim and was in full sight of the CCTV footage throughout the duration of the Victim's entire time at the store. The CCTV timeline will hold the answers.
The IPCC have also received a complaint with regard to the Officer failing to lodge the incident on paper as a crime or allocate a crime reference number. As a direct result, the Security Guard, continues work at Tesco Store without being reprimanded by his management and the Police cannot do anything in the absence of CCTV footage which according to the Store Manger "did not capture anything".
Despite promises made by Tesco Stores Head Office for the Store Manager to make contact with the victim and his representative at an agreed date and time, the so called "Manager" has been able to manage this and failed to give the victim or his family priority. Further, no assurance has been provided to the victim or his family that their health and safety will be protected against the disgruntled and violent thug of a Security Guard when shopping at the store with their small children".

"I am petrified to go shopping there, if he can carry out such an unprovoked attack in a 'CCTV blind spot area' away from the eyes of the CCTV, then he can do this again and again. We all have small children and we fear for their safety. I believe when people are allowed to get away with wrongful acts, they will repeat again and again as they think they are invincible...whose to know when he can strike next" said the sister of the victim.

THANKS

This security guard thinks he is above the law and I appeal to all tesco senior managers to sack him now as I live in pinner and also shop at the store. I have been abused and swore at myself. My son was also pushed recently just because he took a few extra free newspapers for the old people's home.

Usually happens when products or lines do not sell as well as hoped or projected and cause a high degree of waste. Lines either get discontinued or introduced in different stores.

Tesco services of cashier n near expiry item

I am dissapointed as i bgt a tru blue garlic spread which will expire in 3days from 11th Feb 2013. Who is to blame? I was very angry with the cashier's service too. As i only buy a few items i use the basket provided. When i reach the cashier, she rudely ask me to take out the items from the basket for her when the basket is already in front of her. I dnt understand why the cashier cnt lift out the item instead demand we the CUSTOMER to do it. R they ###ed or its yr company policy that we customer r nt valuable to u? Y hire them if they cant smile, lift things from basket or b polite? Is that what u call customer service.

Tesco stay away from these guys

My usual experiene with this online grocery shopping supermarket has been great. But I collected the usual clubcard points which converts into pounds which then could be used in store or online to buy certain products. I had saved £20 worth of vouchers and when makin payment the vouchers wont go through. So I had to call them up and was told to try again 24hr later. It still didnt work and so called them up again and was on hold of bout half hour and given a giftcode which didnt work as well. So was given another giftcode which didnt work as well. The guy decided to call me back after 24hrs which he didnt as well and promised to get the teamleader to email me who neva sent me email. So had to call them up again and then finally after 5 calls to them and on phone for almost 2hours i got the giftcode vouchers working. The problem is that for that 2hours phonecall, I had to spend £27 for the phonecalls and so the item which would have cost nothing in the end was charged. I called them up to see if they could compensate me for the trouble and the charges and they completely refused to do this. So for this big reason I would not recommend them ever. Although the online grocery shopping is good thing and if ever you do get vouchers just use them up on grocery discounts. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional and waste of extra money.

Tesco rude cashier

I approach counter 24 by 2:20pm 27-Jan-2012. The lights on the counter 24 are still on, which means the counter is still open for customer.
While i was queuing, the cashier turned off the lights & put a "counter closed" infront of me. He then asked me to goto another counter. This is incorrect! He should serve the remaining customers that are still queuing. he serve until the couple that is queuing infront of me.
I lodged a complaint to the supervisor on duty.

my opinion, he must serve the customers that are still queuing. But as for customer that come after he off the lights, then he should politely ask them to move to next counter. He is rude !

Attached his photo.

Tesco ripoff! tesco sligo prices (05/01/12)

I asked a cashier about the Tesco policy on prices when I realized their offers did not properly register. If I found a price to be more than the offer, would they respond? The cashier went to ask but the manager decided she was not going to bother and walk over three cash registers to come and answer my question. I then walked over to her because the cashier pointed her out to me. At which point, I approached the manager and she started talking down to me and smacking her lips and rolling her eyes like a child. I told her she did not have to behave that way. How unprofessional of her. The audacity of this person to treat a customer this way. I will never shop there again. AVOID Tesco Sligo at all costs...

Tesco bad customer service

Dear Sir/Madam,

While we were on our way to the Tesco check out counter, there was this lady by the name of Faridah whom seems to be the store Quick-Que representative. To our disappointment, she was suppose to assist shoppers but instead she was uttering loudly to shopper as follow:-
"Go counter 26 & 27. Pay quickly. We want to close the counter. People also need to go home now."

To our surprise, Tesco official closing time is suppose to be 1am and we were at the check out counter 15min after 12am. That leaves her with another 45min before her shift ends. This is thus far the worst ever customer service which we have encounter for some one whom is suppose to friendly ended up being so irresponsible and rude. We do hope that this feedback could help improve Tesco customer service. Thank you.

Regards, Upset Shopper

You say customer service is going down hill? And would you be saying customer service was going downhill if you had got the stuff you wanted? I doubt it, I'm sick of people who moan moan moan to get a few quid off their stuff, and don't give a hoot if they get someone told off in the process.

Tesco policies

That's it I've totally had it with the corporate c**t/profit [censored] that is tesco. Every time I shop there I come away angry. If it's not their CONSTANT changing the locations of items on shelves around...no it DOESN'T make me buy more, just makes me forget items and get so irritated the last thing I want to do is browse, whoever decided that was a complete ###!... it's also their constant discontinuing of my favourite items...over 50 now! And they can't claim they weren't selling, some of them regularly sold out very quickly. The truth is tesco doesn't give a damn about its customers, only the money in their pocket. I have given up complaining to them (after 25 plus times) as it is completely pointless, they don't care in the slightest and nothing ever changes, hence my complaint here. And we all know about their vile treatment of small suppliers and animals. Every time I here their "every little helps' slogan I have the desire to vomit and throw a brick at my tv, and I have boycotted any brain dead 'celebrity' that [censored]s for them by taking part in their adverts. I have only shopped with them for so long as they obviously have a near monopoly in that their evil and foul virus has spread itself everywhere, like siome degenerate venereal disease, but NO MORE! I now hate them so much that I am prepared to travel an extra 10 miles to shop, at Waitrose, a store that actually seems to care about its customers and also is prepared to stock nmore marginal items, not just low quality fodder for the uneducated masses. May tesco get the karma it deserves and disappear up it's own ### that it may feed forever on its own infinite excrement. Unlikely I know but one can only hope, pray and curse...

Tesco changing store

Sir/Madam

This may sound like a simple matter, but it is extremely irritating to me as a regular Tesco customer (I shop probably twice a week for a family of 4). Can someone tell me why Tesco keep changing the way they place their products around on the shelves. Some shopping guru has obviously told them that, psychologically, we shoppers actually like being made to hunt for the fruit and veg - that it is actually good for us to have to dig out the apples that have happily been displayed against the wall for the last 2 years, and have now been positioned in the middle of the 3rd isle. The reality is FAR from the truth - and you only need to ask the other bewildered shoppers on the day/week this change has taken place (and it happens irritatingly frequently).

The majority of us are actually comfortable with our routines, and when faced with a quick dash and run with items required for the next few evenings supper, are intensely irritated with having to hunt, hunter-gatherer style, for our items. Unlike our Tesco shopping psychologist, I actually prefer not living in the stone age of hunting for food. I actually LIKE being able to know exactly where to find items and that I can therefore shop it in a specific amount of time. I do not like shopping on the internet, so please don't offer this as a solution!

Please can someone pass this on to Tesco (and every other store for that matter) not to do it - and pass the message on to the shopping psychologist too! STOP CHANGING THE STORES AROUND!

Yours faithfully
Sophie Mills
