Terrance Darren Downey, Darren Downey, makes deals to sell comics to people, collects the payment, then he vanishes.
He is basically a desperate man who has become a petty thief of small dollar amounts. It's very sad but I must suggest you not trust him.
Also, in 2013, he was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for the purpose of committing an offense, and a breach of probation.
He has no real phone number, he uses 'Text Mail' that looks & works like a phone.

I would be willing to contact the officials in NL to report this low life but not sure who/where I would contact? Can anyone offer any direction on this? This guy needs to be stopped and charged! Again!
In August 2021, Terrance Darren Downey answered one of my kijiji ads, offering me some high end hockey Cards. A complete 1971-72 OPC set and a Jean Beliveau 1953-54 Parkhurst rookie card all for only $1, 200 - The set is valued at $2000+ and the Beliveau rookie card at $2, 000 to $3, 000. He sent me images, but they appeared to be copied from another seller.
The cards looked really nice and the price was low - too low to be true. So I checked ebay for those cards and found the same images on other seller's listings. It became obvious to me that he was a scammer so I never sent him the money.

Also scammed by him for some art prints! Cant he be reported to RCMP fraud group?
I was also scammed by him for a jacket. Be very careful, don't deal with this person
