Inspite my repeated complaint to Customer Care Officer regarding non receipt of Monthly TATA credit Card statement for the month of November 2009 ( statement date : 10.12.2009). I have already made complaint 03 times and it was assured by the concerned officer that I will get monthly statement within 72 hrs but till date not received.
