Target awful, horrible customer service lies about availability

my Horrible experience with Target online can not be even remotely explained in detail with only only 350 characters provided to describe I will contact consumer affairs the BBB and any other agency that deals with the lack of professionalism and awful unacceptable customer service that was provided Never have I had such an awful unpleasant experience!

Target discontinued printed bounty towels

It would have been nice if your company had notified the general public about discontinuing the 8 pk Floral Printed Paper Towels and then I wouldn't have had to write to you. I went into my Target Store on Overton Ridge, not the Mansfiled store and I found that they only carry the 4 pk Floral Printed Towels. The cost of the 4 pk is only $2.49 less than the 8pk of towels. This price increase is very inflated. I would think that you could still have produced the 8 pk with a price increase, but this is not justified in my book. I hate intensely "White" paper towels. Since you have made the cost so prohibitive, I will no longer buy Bounty Towels or any other product you make. I am nearly 78 years of age. I don't like change, but there are other paper towels on the market that are printed and at a cost much less than Bounty. The Mansfield store is where I found 2 of the 8 pk Floral Paper Towels, which I ordered on line. It is nearly 40 miles for me to drive there and when I went to pick up my order, they brought out "White" paper towels. I asked the lady that helped me as I told her that is not what I ordered. Finally, she told me that the manager said they could sell them even though they were in stock when I ordered them. So I am not a very happy
individual even though they gave me a bigger size in the white towels. I just checked my portfolio of my investments. I have stock in your company and at the present time, I am not sure how I feel holding that, but that is my business. Only time will tell me after I calm down. I am sure there are a lot of other people that would like to see the 8 pk come back. Why has the price nearly doubled? This is a convenient item that is thrown into the trash, a waste of money and yes I am spoiled, but I can become unspoiled.

Target unable to purchase phone card online, and more

I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card.

I am very disappointed in Target and will never shop there again. At the University Heights OH location, indoor parking spaces are reminiscent of some Halloween scenes. Dark and poor visibility when trying to pull out of your parking space. An accident waiting to happen. Not that Target cares one bit.

At Skokie IL location most items are available online only, and the cashiers will send you to the wrong aisles upon request. A nightmare. These cashiers need a REAL training that Target obviously does not provide.

Besides, Target does not carry wide width shoes, despite their rubber stamp replies on social media. Time to move on to the better places. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. I do not recommend Target shopping.

Target the target “market team lead”

I currently work at a target store in California. I work as a Team Member in the market department and I am a seasonal employee there, although I love the pay I have to say that I hate the way that the market team read is treating me there. I have only been working there for about 15 days so by now it's noticeable that I got the hang of it (which I did) I memorized the isles and where the products go so that I can spend less time just standing there trying to figure out where everything goes while I stalk the shelves with merchandise. But ever since I started, the team lead would always give me the complaint that I'm "to slow" which I admit the first 3 or 4 days I was until o got the hang of everything and I understand that everything we do is timed when it comes to pushing and pulling but I am working at the same speed as everyone else if not maybe a little faster and I even do both my work and anyone else's work who calls out for the day all at the same time. But the team lead still complains only about me. She always gives me WAY MORE work to do compared to the other team members so I feel like I am not being appreciated even though I am proving myself to be worthy of the job. I feel like the team lead is taking advantage of me and picking on me. I would go and complain about it to a higher up but she is best friends with them so it's pointless to do so. Anyone reading this have any ideas on what to do and who to talk to? Please reply with advice. Thanks in advance.

Target up and up 3% hydrogen peroxide contact lens cleaning system

I buy 99% of all my household items at target and have trusted the up&up brand for years. Just recently the Company changed the case for the lens care system and it is super poor quality. The area where you put the contacts does not snap in any more and I have dropped numerous lenses because the case is not secure. I have been using this product for 3+ years and just recently the case enclosed has changed to a very poor quality. I am very concerned about losing contacts during the cleaning process because of the poor quality of the case.

Target human resources irresponsible attitude

I was there for the interview in HR expert position. Then I went to office and a guy started to interview like starting tell me about yourself. I told him my purposes in HR field. Then he was surprised and he asked me that are you interested in HR position. I said yes, and I told him you should have seen my application title. Then he asked for a second to call his HR manager and she said that the position for HR has already filled. He said that he was sorry about that. I told him that you should have let me know about situation. I prepared to get the interview in last 10 days, and I set my time accordingly. I think this is very irresponsible attitude to the candidate. They just said we are sorry about that. It is not enough to tolerate this situation. If they had any respect to people's time or effort, at least they would have an interview with me and they wouldn't send me back. I decided not to go for shopping at target anymore. Because it shows how much they value and respect the others. I gave them ZERO!

Target online order cancelled without explanation

I am extremely unhappy and angry over my shopping experience on the Target web site. On September 21, 2019 I ordered a "Bestway Hawaii Airjet Inflatable Spa model 54155E" (order # [protected]) for $429.99 for shipment to my sister in Maui. Everything appeared to work fine, the order went through, and my credit card was charged for the purchase.

The next day I went to your web site to check on the shipment status, and saw that my order had been canceled due to a "technical issue". I had not been notified of this cancellation by email or text or any other means, and I was quite surprised, since I knew my credit card was good, so I telephoned Target. The first person I spoke to couldn't find any reason for the cancellation, even after twice putting me on hold for several minutes to investigate. So she said she'd connect me to someone else who could help. After then sitting on hold for 20 minutes I finally hung up and called back. The new person I spoke to was also unable to explain the cancellation, and transferred me to someone else who finally told me that the Target partner (VME) does not ship to Hawaii.

I see that you've since changed your web site to indicate that the spa can't be shipped to Hawaii zip codes. But when I first ordered the spa there was absolutely no restriction listed. It doesn't make any sense to me, since you have a store in Maui and at the very least ought to be able to ship items to your own store if not to a residential address.

But I am upset not only over your failure to list that important restriction but also over the runaround that I received when I tried to learn the reason for the cancellation. I have never experienced comparable problems when ordering on line from Amazon or Walmart or Home Depot. I intend to warn people on social media and other Internet sites that Target is not to be trusted when they are looking to shop on line. They should not believe what they read on your web site, nor should they expect Target's customer service to correct any problems.

Target at&t cell phone $39.99

Ka Von D Allen; had purchased the phone around 12 in afternoon I said Ka Von D Allen, set down in the concession stand restaurant inside the store open His package phone of a AT&T unlimited data cell phone Ka Von D Allen Paid wait four $10:made it $40s and $5 in $1 after purchasing the phone she gave Ka Von D Allen his change in a receipt when Ka Von D Allen, didn't see the SD card in the back of the AT&T unlimited data phone Ka Von D Allen went to return it that's when Ka Von D Allen was telling her I really need the phone so she was scanning the receipt the wrong way or something. the receipt she kept saying the receipt is not going through it's not working? so Ka Von D Allen went to AT&T that's when Ka Von D Allen, Then asked them could they put a SD card into the phone they gave Ka Von D Allen, a hassle so Ka Von D Allen then took the phone back to Target to return the phone the cashier lady borwn skin that was in the return station she then asked Ka Von D Allen for His ID (identification) Then said she's going to ring it up as a non receipt that's when Ka Von D Allen said huh why aw okay when Ka Von D Allen, had just purchased the phone around 12 in afternoon then the Target returns cashier said this what! I'm just going to give you $43.59 Ka Von D Allen, looking at her like what that's not even enough to buy another phone didn't say nothing. so Ka Von D Allen, had to go to Walmart and Ka Von D Allen, didn't have enough for the phone Ka Von D Allen phone is actually broke right now that's why Ka Von D Allen can't call to talk to you all Ka Von D Allen can't see the screen its cracked what do Ka Von D Allen, do about getting my correct money in return did she give Ka Von D Allen a receipt no she just gave him a return receipt meaning she robbing Ka Von D Allen like it's some on the the same side is Ka Von D Allen holding Gun saying you bout to rob him that are lick. the target cashier didn't give the correct money that was spent of $45 dollars. the target cashier basically said I'll keep the $1.41 cents $2 dollars giving Ka Von D Allen $43.59

Target super target

I was there this afternoon to pick up my groceries but when I got them through the self checkout Doing by yourself! It rejected my credit card when I had money on it! I understand when they told me there system was down on all register but still bunch of crap! That is uncalled Target! People are standing and waiting to be checked out! I can see why you don't have but 4 or 5 checkers and the manager there too! All the other stores even I am saying this has there system running! That really pissed me off! I was there before to get my groceries and it went through! I hope my complaint will go through for this damn issue! Wish you luck!

Target up and up diapers, size 6

We have 2 children, aged 2 and 3. We've used the up and up diapers for both kids without any issues, regular and overnights. The boxes we just recently bought (both within the last week) we have had numerous leak accidents, from both the overnights and regular diapers. Within the last week we've had issues 3 nights, kids waking up from soaking through and today most recently while we were shopping. Had to change mid shopping due to either a wet spot on his shorts and urine actually running down the other child's leg. Both kids had fresh diapers before leaving so they were no more than 1-1 1/2 hours of wearing and both just completely saturated. Nothing has changed in our routine, no extra fluids to have them be so saturated and both changed very regularly. Very disappointed and embarrassed at our situation we had at the store today. Will needs to switch brands if problems continue.

Target pregnancy test

I bought a 2 pack of pregnancy test from target, up&up brand, I took one, came with a shadow line so I decided to take the other the following morning, nothing happened the test was defective and didn't load results. It didn't even develop one line. And in the area that dictates whether or not you're pregnant, it looked like the dye just bled and ran off across the top of the circle. So now I have to go buy more instead of having my answer already. At least I know not to waste money on up&up

Target cvs pharmacy not accepting goodrx pricing.

Tuesday, Sept 10, 2019 approx 4:30pm.
My wife and I stopped at the CVS Pharmacy in Target at the address indicated above. We picked up our prescription that the doctor ordered, Voltaren 1 % gel for my wife's hand. The price was $46.00 with our insurance. We showed the pharmacist the Good Rx App that showed $22.04 coupon for this prescription at CVS / Target.
The pharmacist said that CVS is not contracted with Good Rx. I got into a very heated argument with him and walked out ...telling my wife to pay the $46.00. My wife came out saying that the pharmacist said take it and no charge. We paid nothing for the prescription.
Was the pharmacist wrong?...CVS is suppose to accept the Good Rx pricing.

Target up & up diapers size 6

Purchase two packs of Up & Up Diapers for my 11 month old baby. I noticed that he started to get a diaper rash. But thought it was due to him urinating and pooping a lot . So I started changing him more often than usual. Still no changes, come to find out the pamper was irritating my sons bottoms and he broke out sooo bad that I had to take him to the ER because it was raw and very red. My son is in extreme pain from this product and I just hope no other child has to suffer from this product like my son is . I want a refund or something !

Target red debit card

I received a landline phone call. Caller ID showed AppleCare. It stated that my Apple ID had been hacked and instructed me to press 1 to speak with a specialist who would help me make sure my accounts were secure. A man with an Indian accent spoke with me. He told me that Russian hackers had gotten access to Apple IDs and Apple was contacting me to protect my security. He sent me an email from Apple with a case ID number. He had me download an application which allowed him to see inside my computer, observe my keystrokes, control my cursor, etc. He told me they targeted Amazon, PayPal, Walmart and Target. He had me visit those websites and log in to check for unauthorized purchases. While I was doing this, he was actually purchasing online gift cards from these retailers. He had access to my email and was opening the emails, spending the gift cards and deleting the emails. He also looked at my cell phone and iPad Toward the end of the 90 minute call he informed me that my computer's security was badly damaged and I could pay for virtual online repairs or take it to the Apple store. I chose the Apple store appointment and he urged me to do the virtual online appointment. At this point I became suspicious and he reminded me that both the caller ID and email were from Apple. He scheduled a supposed appointment at my local Apple store and hung up. I contacted Apple immediately and they informed me it was a scam. I contacted all banks, websites and retailers immediately. Target was "unable" to "see" or stop transactions. They are holding me responsible for $1500 in transactions. All other banks/retailers said it was fraud and refunded my money.

Target treatment

I worked at my local target for a handful of days and was still on the training stage. I don't want to get into the whole situation just want to say first of all I have over 20years of retail experience including management and running my own business. When I worked at Target for that short time I was demeaned to the point of tears, ignored by the team leads when I wanted to continue to learn from minor mistakes I had made, and basically just made me feel like I was nothing! Never has any employer and group of people who call themselves leaders treated me so terribly! It was devastating. Ultimately I resigned a week ago and am still recovering both mentally and physically from the ordeal. Worst company ever at least at the location I worked at. The treatment I received is utterly deplorable and unacceptable.

Target up & up wipes

I'm a little discouraged with the wipes I was given as a gift, knowing that these are one of two brands my child can use without breaking out in a horrible rash within a few days of use. I opened one pack of wipes, and they were completely dried out. I went ahead, gave it the benefit of the doubt, knowing that sometimes things happen. Tossed the first pack away, but the second pack of wipes was the same way. As I moved along to check the others, only half the wipes were moist or nearly dried out. Not sure if I just got a faulty box or something happened during production of this product. But, I'd hate to have to go out and find another company that works for my son, as this is by far the best product for him to use.
I am hoping you can help resolve this problem for me, as these are one of my favorite brand of wipes to use.

Target facial tissue

I've been using Up&Up brand tissues as a substitute for Kleenex for years now. I found, when I first began using Up&Up tissues, that the quality and quantity offered was comparable if not better than Kleenex brand. But things have changed. Up&Up has diminished its quality, for sure. Each tissue yields a cottony powder that collects outside of the box, each time a tissue is pulled, leaving a little pile of debris outside of the box... very messy! And to make matters worse, Up& UP has changed their box design (cheap looking), as well as decreased the amount. Each box used to contain 160 quantity and now they've reduced to 144 quantity. That significant reduction does not create enough value to remain loyal to Up&Up. I may be returning to Kleenex brand if this does not change. Please consider my complaint.

Target employee health

I was hired a few months ago, and have never worked in Retail before. When in the interview, target said that they would work with any medical appointments (I was in the military and discharged due to medical). Fast forward to a few weeks after I started and I needed to go to the ER. I called into work to let them know I can't come in.
I go back my next workday and learn that:
1. Because I was in my 90, I could be fired for going to the HOSPITAL because I have no sick hours
2. I could be fired for letting them know less than two hours before I worked.
- I was working mids that day and tried to call them 6 times, right after openeing, before they answered.

It's ridiculous for a company to think that accidents and things don't happen in 3 months. We don't get paid NEARLY enough to deal with the [censored] that we deal with.

Target target customer services phone services

Last week I had phoned target customer service in regards to a bill. The person I spoke to was not very pleasant I did not seem to comprehend me. I was making my payments in person after 6 PM. When I saw my statement, I noticed I am being charged a late fee. Target has a statement saying that no late fees will be added if paid in person. Apparently, that's not happening. And the company is having the audacity to charge me a late fee when my payments were made in person. Because the person was very nasty and wouldn't listen to reason I told them to cancel my card out. I also told him that I was going to make sure and I tell other people that Target is a hypocrite. Because target will not do what they say they would do. That makes them a hypocrite which doesn't make them look good to the public.

Target archer farms dairy free strawberry ice cream

I bought 2 of the Target Brands Archer Farms Non Dairy Strawberry & Fudge frozen dessert..Nowhere on the front of the container says that the Fudge is Salted. Its very salty, maybe I feel that it is too much, cause I don't eat salt it makes me sick.
I think you say salted on the front of the carton, so those of us that can't have salt won't buy it...I didn't look at the back of the carton for the ingredients.
