Ever since iOS stopped allowing tapjoy to have game offers I have been struggling to scrounge money together to buy gold for weapons gear and other things. A game friend gave me the idea to get a android tablet to take advantage of the game offers that are still available there. I bought a kindle Fire 7(bad idea storage too small and WiFi extremely slow. Kicked off a lot) and sent a tweet to tapjoy to let them know I had a new tablet and was not trying to pull a scam. The game offer I completed was no problem. I received the reward quickly. The next three game offers that I completed I was told either I did not download correctly from the tapjoy offer wall or I played this one already. Neither is true. I did everything that same as the first one they rewarded me. I am at a loss. I have sent them messages asking where I went wrong with no joy. This is my Hail Mary. Please advise and thank you for your time.

Got offers to upgrade the castle level to 14-15-16. I raised to level 14 and won my gold. But I didn't get gold even though I upgraded to level 15. When I texted about this, there was no return. Please help. I believe that I have done everything necessary and I prove it with the picture. Why not return. I texted about 4-5 times and I did not return with my reference number.

Hi, I complete an offer of dimonds to covet fashon I download mobile royale and achieve a 20 level castle but I didn get the dimonds after months of playing the came to complete the offer I look on my tapjoy board and is not even there.
Now in completing another offer and im afraid is going to be the same problem after investing so much time at this

I've been playing Covet fashion for quite a few years now and in order to get extra rewards there are some ads that I actually have been interested in and in exchange for answering the ad or making a purchase, I would receive a reward for gaming purposes. Some ads have been to download other games, which I have done and enjoyed. Some have been for books, or debit cards and other's are offer's where I have to submit valid information and my credit card number; to be honest most of the offer's require the consumer to enter valid personal information. I am starting to believe that this is a scam to get a consumer's credit/debit card number and I will be filing a complaint. I recently submitted a couple of claims because the advertisements, which are linked to TapJoy, are asking for personal information and a credit or debit card number. I submitted all the info needed and was told that the information was not sufficient; I even sent a transaction receipt. So either their system is corrupt and not safe to use anymore, and therefore should not be operational until it is safe for consumer's to put their personal information or they need to get better customer service agents that can handle claims appropriately. The claims process is simple enough and I believe for every claim there is a claims agent assigned to you, that you get to correspond with, as I have. The end result has been, no reward but all requirements have been met and therefore I must conclude that there is something not right going on. I would advise everyone that reads this to be very cautious when dealing with this company and try to limit the personal information you use with them because according to them the burden of proof rest on you, the consumer.

I play the game Covet and I needed some additional diamonds and decided to complete one of the offers. I completed an offer for Covet diamonds and I haven't received my reward. I tried to submit a ticket to support and received an error message.i would like to have the reward I was promised. I have proof that I completed the required actions. Please provide me with the diamonds for completing the offer.

Im finished my ads (guns of glory lv 12) but I didnt receiveid my reward. I complained in custumer service of tapjoy but they answers so complicated by me... I mean if the ads is ineligible for reward because as per FunPlus Games, this app was installed direct from the app store, not via Tapjoy why the ads is still there and link to the app store.

My complaint is on the Yahtzee game. Tapjoy has gotten very stingy with the winners on the scratchers and on the dice. You should be able to watch ads all day long to earn dice and scratchers if you want to. Isn't that the goal anyway? Getting people to watch the ads? You can't play the various events on Yahtzee if you don't have the dice to play them with.

I play the game dice with buddies and they have your offer wall in it and on your offer wall i use the offer from theoremReach surveys and i do the surveys I match with and they show I earned the free dice rolls for the surveys done but when I close the offer tab and go back to the game to collect like I have always done successfully hundreds of times before they are not there. TheoremReach shows I successfully earned and that they sent them to me but I never get them so I am assuming tapjoys blocking my rewards from being given to me and I dont know why and I want to have them as ive spent hours doing surveys completely but tapjoys is keeping my reward. Please help me to fix this issue and allow me to be able to continue to do offers and be given what is promised for doing so. I have tried to use offer on different times and days to be sure it wasnt a temporary glitch and its a continuous issue. Please give me what I earned and stop taking or blocking my rewards from me thank you

I was banned for no reason i haven't even been using tapjoy or their services for almost 3 years and i decided to use them and i was banned. I dont know when or why i was banned i would at least like to know why i was banned from this service because it helped me a lot with the mobile games i played. I dont recall ever breaking any terms of service or agreements to the service. Can you help?

Can i get a second chance. I know that i was wrong. I have lied because the offers take to long to complete.  I am very sorry about my bahaviour. I will be fair now. I will complete the offers before i send an ticket.

Hello good day I'm just here to say ...u needa tapjoy and help me because I've been doing all of the offers I've completed the steps but still haven't received my avacoins I should be having more than 10, 000 I've contacted tapjoy I've sent in proof of the steps I've made but still no help and no answer please resolve this problem because it's not fair to be scammed

In a game called diner dash I completed a book offer that was supposed to get me some gems in the gme yet I never received the gems after I completed the offer. Please help to resolve this issue. The option was for me to pay for the shipping and handling for two children's books. I was supposed to receive the gems after the confirmed purchase . The below picture details where I got the information.

I play covet fashion and I am linked into my Facebook Lara Tomlinson. There was an offer to earn diamonds through Covet that required me to download and play coin master until I reached level 2. I have completed the task and have not received my rewards. I am also connected with the same Facebook account on coin master.
I thought maybe covet glitched and didn't connect the games so I tried again.
My option disappeared for coin master as you can only earn from a particular app once, thus proving that I did connect the apps to complete the offer.
The reward was approx 3800 diamonds.

I am playing Design Home and completed an offer on Guns of Glory in time and reached level 17 as required. I even purchased a couple of small packages to ensure I completed the offer on time. Its now been a few days and I don't have my reward of 124270 gems. I tried to submit a request and that errorred out so I am not even sure if it went through. My reward detail says request submitted and in red "Requested" (see attached screen shots). I cannot click on anything in my offer and it is just stuck. I looked on line to see if there was a way to contact tapjoy and nope apparently not. All I want is some customer service to assist and I can't believe this is even legal to run a company that you cannot even contact.

I have completed offers for the game Covet and I've never been rewarded. I have been playing this online game for years and recently started using Tapjoy but I have 3 reward offers that I've never received. I would like the diamonds I was promised. I contacted TapJoy and was informed that I was rewarded which isn't true. They have emailed me saying I need to contact Covet to be reimbursed but Covet says Tapjoy is an independent company and I need to seek reimbursement through Tapjoy

On June 25, 2019 I accepted an offer for 14400 coins on Wordscape if I completed level 19 of Township. I completed the requirement, but did not receive the coins. I submitted an inquiry and a screenshot to prove I met the requirement. Now after several emails I have been told that I was ineligible because the app install was not attributed to Tapjoy. When I questioned what this meant I was told it was because I downloaded Township from the app store rather than the Tapjoy website. Who would have thought to do that-- it was not in the instructions. I played the game-- which I'm sure was the intent-- and met the requirements. I should receive the coins.

A little while ago I completed an offer for free Covet diamonds through a quiz on names of countries. When the diamonds first didn't show up I didn't think much of it since it often takes a while to process and I just left it alone. It's been 2-3 days and they still haven't showed up and it's safe to say it's fairly frustrating since the quiz took near 45 minutes to get through.
