Pivotal Payments Merchant services/constant stealing and deception

I have had problems with pivotal payments since a few months after I signed up with them I moved to pivotal because I was being robbed by another merchant service and they said they would pay my cancellation fees to sign up with them so I fell for it. they never paid the fees. I had to. and they would not let me out of their contract either so I waited years and monitored my statements and called them a lot to get refunded moneys they would try to take while they thought I wasn't looking sometimes I got it back. sometimes I wouldn't. I am now past my contract date and can go to anybody I want. I figure they are all crooks so I need to find the one who will rob me the least. so far I have found the only way to go is contract free if a company want you to sign a contract that locks you in for a certain period of time move on the only way to keep them honest is if they fear losing your business

Pivotal Payments Contract cancellation problems

I signed up with Pivotal Payments when I was setting up payment processing system for my business. While surfing the web and comparing prices of different similar service providers I came to a conclusion that the one from Pivotal Payments was the cheapest one. It was enough for me to start using their service and so I did. Few months into the use everything seemed fine and was working as expected but after half a year of being a client of Pivotal I discovered that there are many other companies today that offer even lower priced payment processing service. I contacted customer support of Pivotal Payments and explained them this situation, I asked if it is possible to lower the prices to the similar level of other service providers but was told that it won't going to happen. After that conversation I decided to cancel my contract and here's were interesting thing happened. They told me that in order to cancel my contract I will have to pay cancellation fee which I wasn't counting on and honestly didn't even know about it. I told that I don't recall them mentioning this fee in such situation but they pointed out that it is written in the contract. I believe that it is their fault for not mentioning this possible outcome when I was asking them about their service. Such things need to be specifically cleared for customers... I don't recommend Pivotal Payments to anyone.

Pivotal Payments Fraud

I had signed up with Canadian Payment Services, and to my surprise they had put me on Pivotal. The representative was aware that I was already on Pivotal. I called Canadian Payment Services and spoke to Serge. He promised to cancel me out of Pivotal and put me on First Data. I waited for almost a month, and during the duration I was paying for two statements and two terminals with Pivotal. I called Serge again, and he said that I would be cancelled out and they would refund me the monies they took as it was their mistake. A few weeks later I received a First Data box with a terminal. But, I was not cancelled out of both Pivotal accounts. I called Pivotal, and told them what the situation was. I told Pivotal that I did not agree to be signed on with them a second time. Pivotal then went and took $800 out of my account. I then found out that Pivotal had put me on a lease with First Data without my permission. I called Serge, and he said that he was the representative, and that he has since been fired. Serge said that there is nothing that they can do to rectify the situation. I called Pivotal and they told me that it was Canadian Payment Services that took monies out of my account. I saw the complaints on the internet, so I asked Pivotal for a copy of the contract. Turns out that Canadian Payment Services an American company. I spoke with my lawyer, and she said that there is no point chasing after Canadian Payment Services. As for Pivotal, they say they are a A rating with the Better Business Bureau, I highly doubt it. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/story/2012/03/21/business-point-of-sale-machines.html

Did you have your hard earned money held for weeks not deposited into your bank account? Did checks to your suppliers bounce because Pivotal Payments sat on your money collecting interest while your business started to crumble? All consuming nightmare while you had to run your business with a smile? THEN…When you tried to end the nightmare by terminating Pivotal Payments rights to your bank account did they steal THOUSANDS out of your bank account 5 -6 months later? Me too. That’s their MO. See Scam.com, [redacted].com, Merchantmaveric.com, Pivotalsucks.com and see how many others this has happened to.

1) Have your bank reverse the charges immediately. Time is of the essence. It is a Regulation E issue and an Unauthorized ACH transaction. Pivotal Payments waits along time (5-6 months to withdraw the money when your guard is down.)

2) File a complaint to Delaware Secretary of State where they are Incorporated. Their 2 ID’s are 3622360 and 3945780. (Please include these numbers with your complaint.)

3) File a complaint with your states Attorney Generals office Consumer Affairs Division. Make sure you put your Merchant Account Number on the complaint. They have 15 days to respond.

A new lawsuit has been filed. Please see businessandelectionlaw.com, and select the blog. It is not a class action suit but Mr. Dutta will win and it will be easier for all of us thereafter and perhaps the judge will warrant a class action suit.

Sincerely,

A North Carolina small business owner FIGHTING BACK.

Pivotal Payments Unauthorized ACH Charge From Pivotal Payments

I was using this company as my merchant account. After my business slowed down to the point that I did not charge any cards for a few months they ach debited my account for $10, 943.17, When I called to ask why the debited this amount they said that they are closing my account because not enough activity and that since they expected to make a lot more money off my account they debited me for that amount. I explained that my contract did not have any minimum amount of business that I needed to do. My contract did say that there would be liquidated Damages if I canceled the account and switched processors which I did not do. If even states that if I do want to switch I would need to give them right to match the rate I was offered and if they did not want to match that rate I could leave with a penalty of $400.00. Let me make it clear, I did NOT switch merchant accounts and they have no right to this money! I filed a report with better business bureau and noticed a C+ rating with about 80 complaints! They basically told me I would have to hire an attorney and sue them for the money and then they hung up on me. I am going to hire an attorney and go after them legally! I do NOT reccoment using this company!

I cannot believe this company can continue to do business. Pivotal Payments had a forged contract on file for myself. The signatures, dates, or print did not match mine anywhere on the agreement and still they stole $1500 from my account which they called liquidated damages after canceling with them. This term is nowhere in there forged contract even if I had signed it. One of there agents would call on my behalf claiming to be a representative from my company furthering their fraudulent actions. When I explained this to them they were still unwilling to help. They just tried to pass me off onto the next representative, and in two cases, was the same representative that I had spoken to already. Even after explaining to them that two parties have to enter into an agreement and you can bind someone to a contract they did not enter into, they still refused to correct the situation.

Pivotal Payments They do not disclose cancellation fees

I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH PIVOTAL PAYMENTS 10/05/2009. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THERE SERVICES. THERE SECURITY OFFICE MESSED UP AND CAUSE US TO BOUNCE CHECKS AFTER THEY WITH HELD OVER $10, 000 BECAUSE OF A LARGE TRANSACTION. OUR BANK WAS THE FIRST TO NOTIFY US THAT WE WERE OUT OF FUNDS NOT THE CREDIT CARD MERCHANT COMPANY. THEN ONCE WE CALLED THE PAYMENT COMPANY IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO FIGURE OUT THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT AND FINALLY RELEASE THE FUNDS. SO BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES, WE DECIDED TO CANCEL AND GO TO A NEW COMPANY. KNOWING THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION FEE'S I SWITCHED. I CALLED PIVOTAL TO SEND A COPY OF MY AGREEMENT SO I COULD DOUBLE CHECK FOR NO FEES...AND THERE ARE NONE STATED ON THE AGREEMENT. I SWITCH PROCESSORS IN JANUARY 2011. I CANCELLED MY PROCESSING WITH PIVOTAL IN MARCH 2011. THEN IN JUNE 2011 WITHOUT WARNING THEY TOOK $2133.86. I CALLED THREE TIMES AND ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT...THEY SENT THE AGREEMENT 3 TIMES. BUT NOT ONCE DID THEY SEND ME A COPY OF THE TERMS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT IS IN THE TERMS BURIED WITH IN A CERTAIN PARAGRAPH. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE MERCHANT SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO THE CANCELLATION FEES IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO PRINT THEM ON THERE SIGN CONTRACT FORM. IF THERE REP. DID NOT SAY THERE WAS A FEE AND WHEN WE CALLED IN TO CANCEL THAT THEY DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING...THEN THEY SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

Our account has been on hold and inactive since March. But yet we still are being charge monthly fees. Today we were hit with another surprise fee. No notice what so ever. When calling about this matter, we where informed that our contract magically extended a full year as well as it is set for auto renewal. Stay away, it is in your best interest. We have two accounts and intend to pull all our business from this less than organized group of people. Nothing but a hassle since the bought out our original POS provider.

Pivotal Payments Pivotal withdrew over $10,000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent

My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10, 000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. If anyone else has had similar experiences please get back to me & perhaps we can join forces to force Pivotal to return any money taken.

Pivotal Payments liquidated damages clause

I signed a "non-cancellable lease to own" contract WITH TANGERINE at the beginning of the contract to purchase a debit/credit card terminal for approximately 1900$. 65$ went to LFG who finances the terminal, $35 to Elevon and Telemergis to process transactions. I paid religiously until the business went under. Because Pivotal Payments claim that I broke their contract because no cards were being swiped (I still paid my lease to own so as far as I am concerned, I did NOT break any terms) Pivotal penalized me $2337 for "liquidated damages"...I still have to pay LFG monthly even though the machine is collecting dust in my closet. A PENALTY WORTH MORE THAN MY PURCHASE? C'MON. Can anyone provide me any advice? is anyone considering like a class action lawsuit? This nonsense should be stopped if we want small businesses to survive

Pivotal Payments needs to be stopped. They kept MY hard earned money for two weeks while payroll, taxes, suppleirs checks bounced and bank fees occured. I asked how much interest they were getting on my money and stated my bank was just fickle. It took days to talk to anyone...I am sure they like it that way, then your money floats in their bank account longer. When I cancelled the NO EARLY TERMINATION FEE promised by my Rep. and customer service turned into a $1700 withdrawl from my bank account two months later. I cancelled the contract and I cancelled their right to my bank account.
That money was stolen from my account on Friday. Too bad the Attorney Generals office wasn't open on Sat when I found out. I have read too much of the same. They need to be stopped.

My name is Richard Gilbert, a Controller with a BC Based Wholesale Distribution company. With all due respect to Ron Seigal, I would not touch a Securus Payments contract with a 10-ft pole. We switched from Moneris with promises of great savings. We agreed to an outrageous lease for their terminal because they claimed they could not sell us the hardware. The initial 4 page agreement "clearly" stated our rate which was inclusive of data interchange fees. However, it also had a reference to appendix V of the master agreement which had a clause indicating that Visa and MC may be able to charge there own interchange fee. Low and behold, when I got my statements the Securus Fee plus the Data Interchange fee put me right back where I started. When I questioned it I was told that every merchent provider would charge the same data interchange fee. In the end, like the the previous complainent, I was stuck with a $150/mo lease that is non-cancellable for 60 months.

Pivotal Payments Cedit Card processing

In March of 2007 I sunk my life savings into a retail storefront that was within an industry that I had spent many years. I was never so proud of my own accomplishments.

In June of 2008 I became victim of the telemarketing scam of lower payment processing on merchant debit and credit card processing. The company that I had been originally approached by was called CARDEX, now known as Pivotal Payments. I was promised lower rates than I was currently paying with my current processing company. For the next 2 years I would incur a barrage of hidden fees and mass increases on payment processing.

I have switched effective Aug 1st, 2010 from Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments too much more reasonable merchant payment provider. On August 1st, 2010 I notified my Bank Branch of the change and of the stop payment to Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments on my account. I cancelled my contract with Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments under the pretence of the Finance minister’s new “code of conduct” policy released on April 18th, 2010, and put into effect
August 16th, 2010.

On August 16th, 2010 I notified Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments that Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments no longer had authorization to debit my account. On Sept 7th, 2010 Cardex/Pivotal Payments/Global Payments withdrew over $3, 300.00, from my Bank account that they were strictly informed that they were to have NO FURTHER ACCESS. My bank manager agreed and my bank manager reversed the withdrawal immediately.

Most if not all merchant Cedit Card processing firms accept a early termination fee of as low as $195.00, on average of $300.00 and as high as $500.00, not Pivotal Payments! I now take a barrage of daily harassing calls from Pivotal Payments Collections department.

My latest obstacle has now become the equipment leasing company that Pivotal Payments use called; LFG. I was sold a Hypercom T4210 on a recommendation made by CARDEX (Jesse Schwartz) The Unit was to work over the Internet via TCP/IP base. It worked maybe one year, and then became almost a strict dial up machine, as it could not hold a “net” connection. The silver numeric coating on the number buttons started flaking off in less than a year. The numeric pad that I keyed in amounts was also the pad that clients would use to key in their PIN. Nearly every time I would pass the machine to the client it would power down and re boot. I would physically have to go to the “other” side of the counter and instruct the client to NOT MOVE the machine and then process their payment. The unit finally powered down for the final time and upon rebooting it just showed an error code and appears to have had it’s memory wiped clean, and is no longer functional, and then would no longer even power up. Just a dead machine.

Every time I contacted Pivotal about the issues they said it is not their problem, but they could have a service technician there to look at it within a few days at a totally astronomical price.

Thus far I have made 25 payments of $34.99 equaling roughly a total of $875.00. LFG is requesting in excess of $1500.00 for the early termination of the NON-Cancelable lease on a terminal that usually sells new for approximately $400.00.

I have put a stop payment on LGF and have had the monies they have debited from my account reversed. LFG has contacted me and requested absurd amounts of money due to me canceling their NON-Cancelable lease. Even if I ship them back they’re broken down POS terminal the credit that LGF would be willing to give me is nominal.

They are threatening me with legal action that would result in them seizing my assets and ruining my credit check.

Pivotal Payments fraudulent company

Elavon is totally upfront and legit. The problem is with some of their independent contractors. Tangarine Merchant Services is a complete scam. I have used ELAVON for years in conjunction with COSTCO! Tangarine and others are owned by a company called Pivotal Payments. They are worse than the most unscrupulous used car salesman! They insinuated that they were going to reduce my rates and everything would remain the same with Elavon.
Within a week of signing up 4 seperate companies were taking funds out of my account. They promised me 2 cents for debit and 1.59% for credit card. Extra fees that they listed as "where applicable" were explained as "not applicable."
They charged me 15 cents per credit card transaction. Another fee of .1 percent for batch header. They also charged 3 cents per swipe whether the card was accepted, declined or there was a network problem. Contract was changed after I signed it and they had the nerve to mail it back to me with the changes. The lease company on the machine was Lease Finance group who in addition to their $35 per month fee charged an additional loss waver fee of $7.90 per month. I have barely dealt with them for a month and have already been notifed of a $100 annual fee for technology upgrades. It is a conflict of interest for Elavon to get involved yet they have helped me to go back with my original deal. Tangarine misrepresented themselves as calling on behalf of Elavon, but sold my debit processing to a company called Telus-Emergis and debit me fees for this through another of their companies called Pivotal Direct. Elavon has always paid me debit and credit in one lump sum, usually in less than 12-18 hours. Recently one debit close took 5 days to get to me. Also my debit fees which averaged $7 per month with Elavon at 6 cents per incur a $20 minimum fee through Pivotal another charge they said was not applicable. My solution decided upon by me, my bank and Elavon is to immediately open a new bank account. If you do this, it is important to let Elavon know about the banking change because you risk losing being a merchant forever if credit card commissions are not paid. I expect Tangarine/ Pivotal Payments to assess a cancellation fee, however Elavon has kindly put a note on my account to waive it! I expect that Tangarine will say this is not so! If anyone calls you on behalf of anything to do with Elavon and you are already using them as a Costco Gold Member, hang up immediately and call Elavon directly. This is what I should have done! Their people will tell you in no uncertain terms that no one gets a better deal than Costco. Keep in mind that Costco has an impeccable reputation and would not deal with a shady company. My terminal lease is so called "uncancellable" but in reality I signed this through Tangarine in good faith. Because they did not live up to any of their promises, I feel that everything in this contract was done in an underhanded manner and subsequently unenforcable. They will probably try to ruin my personal credit but I have assurances from my banks that due to the sure volume of complaints concerning these wheeler dealers that nothing will disrupt the triple a credit rating I have after 35 years in business. I am ready to go to War and look forward to the time they go to debit my account and all they get back is an "ACCOUNT CLOSED" Notice. An analogy I like to use is this. When you buy a ticket to a hockey game it clearly states that they are not liable for injuries sustained in their facility. If you suffer damage from getting a puck in the face, does this mean they are not liable! Of course it doesn't. Their lawyers will advise them to immediately settle out of court. Am I liable for a lease that was presented to me by a third party, who was completely dishonest and deceitful? I think not! Heh! I'm cancelling and thats the end of it! If you want to recover something from this fiasco, come get your terminal. I'm in the boondocks of Canada, Come Get Me Chicago!

"READ YOUR STUPID CONTRACT"? What contract? The 32 pages that are listed on the terms of service that you have to look up online? Up until the start of December, they didn't even make mention of these ridiculous fees. Are you freaking serious?

I have worked at Pivotal Payments in the customer support department and while I agree with a lot of things people are saying I have one problem with Pivotal Payments' merchants: READ YOUR STUPID CONTRACT! I hate it when merchants call in and act surprised and angry as hell about a fee that they supposedly weren't aware of. It's written right on their contract! I'm not even exaggerating when I say that 80% of my calls come from some idiot who threatens us with police, media, BBB, and legal involvement if we don't remove such and such fee that is supposedly hidden. Give me a break. I've read the contract over a billion times, and NOTHING is hidden. If a sales rep is pressuring you to sign, sign, sign, tell them to either slow down and explain what each fee means or piss off! It's YOUR obligation as a business owner to make sure you understand what's being offered to you. Pivotal shouldn't be blamed because you can't even bother to ask questions before you enter into a contract for three or four years. What's even more infuriating is when I get the excuse "Oh well, no one ever reads the contract, I had expected my sales rep to explain all that" Really...REALLY?! So if someone were to come up to you with a piece of paper and they were to say, "sign this petition to save baby seals" and you sign it without even looking, and it turns out to be some sort of death threat to the government, and they come and arrest you, you really think people are going to buy your pathetic excuse? And you call yourself business owners?! How pathetically unprofessional of you not to read a contract. You seriously have got to be kidding me. It's not fair to other merchants who have real problems to clog up our call queue with your questions/complaints about the contract. If you were real professionals you would have asked these questions from the get-go. I'm not allowed to tell you people at work how utterly stupid you people are, but I can say it now. Don't be ###s. Read your contract BEFORE you sign anything.

We were signed up through Charge National offering to have the lowest rates, warranty on the terminals if we purchase them, and a signing bonus of $300 per account. If anyone beat their rates, they would lower them and give me $100!

The signing bonus never came, and we signed in February 2011 and it is now June 2011. Pivotal is overcharging they promised 6 cents for debit and am charging me 8 cents which amounts to a 3 cents communication fee not in my contract. Originally Charge National put me with Elavon for credit and Pivtotal for debit, but I was concerned with dealing with a US company (Elavon) so they switched me to Pivtoal for both. I have two stores, and I can advise this was the worst mistake of my life!

Currently, Pivotal is holding my deposits in access of $12, 000 because I put a stop payment on my account until they would resolve my issues. My isses are as follows:

-LFG was charging me for a rental after I purchased the terminals
-monthly overbilling on fees negotiated
-debit rate is higher than promised
-deposits take 2-5 business days, and they are currently holding 2 weeks of deposits
-Customer service wants to charge me $25 for statements as they are only available online, but my online is missing statements
- the $250 signing bonus x 2 stores is still missing
-LFG is charging me for a lease and I own my terminals
-they changed the fees that they sold me on and my contract was changed
-I requested statements for January in February 2011 and it's now June and I still don't have them
-they are charging a minimum debit fee that I wasn't informed of $20/per statement

I have remvoed the stop payment and they were suppose to deposit my money in 24-48 hours. It's been a week and no deposits...

PIVOTAL IS A SCAM. USE CHASE OR MONERIS. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY ISSUES IN MY 8 YEARS OF BUSINESS. IF SOMEONE CALLS FROM CHARGENATIONAL HANG UP.

I have had a HORIBBLE experience with Pivotal Payments, and I am posting this on every site that I can find.

First I signed up with Axxcess payments who uses Pivotal for processing and the first 2 terminals would not work so they agreed to return my money after many phone calls I recieved my Credit to the account in April when I recieved the terminals in January.

When I later signed up with Charge National for the same reason; rate, I found out when setting up the terminal that they process through Pivotal as well. Well the rocket scientists could not figure out that I now had 2 accounts with them and started charging me again for the first terminals and the second ones. Finally Today (May 26) I recieved credit in my account for the first terminals.

I have literally been calling their “help” line every day for the past 3 weeks, and literally everyday they tell me 1 of 2 things:
A) I will have a manager call you back when they’re out of their ‘meeting’
B) I get transferred to a manager’s voicemail
Both equal the same response… NOTHING!

Everyday these people answer the call and tell me the same thing, I am so sorry for this, can I put you on hold while I try and find someone for you? So I agree, knowing what they will say but still hoping that one day I’ll get someone that answers the call that will ACTUALLY help me. Still nothing. I have left direct voicemails on their Managers answering machine… and still nothing.

When a manager cannot deal with a customer then you know the company is all about. This is ridiculous! They have taken money out of my account for terminals that have long been returned already. Not to mention, the 2 transactions that I was able to put through… they did not put the right amount into my account and I have proof of the amount that went through the machine! Do they think I don’t check my statement? Businesses beware, your books will not balance with this company!

I've been with Pivotal for 5yrs and I have a 3 stores and I use Pivotal for all of them. I had 1 major issue and it was rectified within 2 days on my favor. I advised them that i'm loyal customer and all the bull**** that I love pivotal and I demand a good service for this. I was then transfered to the director of sales and I was able to get a issue solved in days!. I believe the problem is with the REP from the beginning that signed up the merchants. My rep has told me everything I needed to know about cancellation fees, terminal lease vs purchasing it completely to avoid unforeseen troubles down the road, etc..By the way, the rates are dictated by VISA & Mastercard for all merchant service provider and they just mark up on top of that to make a profit and the fees are there for processing with the network "visa/MC" and your acquiring bank and issuing bank. I strongly, advise to read or go through your contract with your sales Rep prior to signing and completing it. Every merchant service provider has some sort of hate fans out there and I understand why. Its because the sales REP! suck! they don't disclose what should be disclose to merchants and they are trained to not build long term relationships with there prospective merchants. My sales rep from Pivotal has helped me from A - Z and was very honest and understanding.

I give pivotal a AAA and I recommend them to every merchant and I have already contacted them about how they train their sales REP!

Pivotal Payments is beyond a doubt the very worst credit card processing company in the world. They will trick you into a contract that last for years and then charge you exorbitant prices far beyond what they tell you. They have a hundred tricks to charge you for things you never dreamed if. Use Pivotal payments and get totally ripped off, or use any other processor at all. If you are already stuck with these thieves, then set a timer to end of contract and get rid of them as fast as you possibly can. I have had 7 processors looking for on that is fair and reasonable and of those 7, Pivotal payments is by far the worse. The ring leaders of Pivotal Payments need to be in jail, excpet that will lower the level of inmates which is a little unfair to them. Everone here needs to file a BBB complaint and keep filing until these theives being more honest

I have a similar sitiuation where we removed the per item fee on the contract and they started charging it months down the road. When I caught it and complained they stopped and the two months later started again. Cheryl from Retention will not even respond to my emails... What kind of a company is this? Corrupt to the max. Avoid at all costs. My advice is find a reputable company IN THE CITY YOU ARE IN! This way you can always go there (Best advice)

Pivotal Payments has used a "Power of Attorney" form in order to outright impersonate some merchants. They offer to cancel your services with your other provider on your behalf if you sign the Power of Attorney granting them the power to do so. But when they discovered that these previous providers were not compliant in timely canceling merchant accounts for a competitor they simply began having their representatives call in pretending to be the merchant. They continue to do this on a daily basis. This is of questionable legality at best.

Pivotal Payments lies and fogery of contracts

Any company is better than Tangarine (now called Pivotal).
They lied to us that they were 24/7 technical support so we could sign with them. Of course after a month we find they lied. They had also increased my rates and no one can show me where on the contract it states they can change the rates. They also added false information to the contract. They even copy and pasted my signature and forged my initals on the lease agreement. Thank God I have a copy of the original document and the forged copy they sent me. It has been a nightmare trying to cancel with them without penalties. Spread the word. TANGARINE/PIVOTAL LIES AND TAMPERS WITH CONTRACTS.

Hi,

with all respect to the complaint i disagree with the above comments as i am also a customer with Tangarine for last 5 years and i am facing no issues except for few minor technical fault etc. They are 24/7 and if required they arrange for after call personnel for help. I totally disagree with the frogery thing that you were saying because its wholly wrong. BECAUSE WE TRUST THEM.
