Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis [TCEAS] Services Package

I have bought a service package for my nissan almera (QS5606E) in 2018. This service package includes three times free engine oil service. However, due to the pandemic MCO, I could not make any service for my car in 2020 and 2021. Then, last year (2022) they allowed me to use the package for service even though they told me the package expired already. After that, they kindly reminded me to make a call to the company for the last free service next year. However, when I want to use the package this year, the officer in charge told me another story that the package expired already and terminate my package. It is very unprofessional and unfair for me. I paid but I didn't get the service, they also didn't mention about the expiry date when I purchased the package. I hope this big company can give me a good solution on this case. Kindly contact me for the further solution.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai kenderaan saya nissan Almera NO plat 7907.
yang mempunyai masalah lampu signal LHS tidak function.saya beli kereta pada tahun 9/2016.saya sudah melaporkan masalah ini banyak kali semasa buat service kereta dan sudah banyak kali telefon, saya hanya mendapat maklumbalas bahawa pihak service centre akan hubugi semula tetapi saya tidak mendapat sebarang call.amatlah mengecewakan saya sebab saya sudah guna kenderaan ini selama 2 tahun dan warranty juga sudah nak tamat.

Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis [TCEAS] tan chong service centre in padang jawa

Dear to whom may concern.

I have problem with my car VAD 9459. I bought the car on 1.6.17 . My aircond belting been giving sound after few months I bought the car.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd service I mention to them about the problem. What they do is just tide up the belt and said OK.. But after few week I still facing the problem.

Today my 4rd service they said I need to change seem it's crack n I need to paid for that. When I ask back my car is under warranty for 3years why I need to bare the cost.

I was confuse my car under warranty and I'm paying for the warranty why they still charge me.

What the point I'm paying few thousand for warranty and once the parts out of order I been charging.

Please come back, because my car in Tan Chong Padang Jawa now

[protected] Saya Hamdan b 1dris ingin membuat laporan kecuaian pihak pusat service nissan batu caves.. yg menukar minyak gear box kereta saya pd 23/10/2018. kini kereta mengalami kerosakan gear box kerana tiada minyak gear box .. setelah sehari saya menggunakan kereta tersebut.. saya terpaksa menarik kereta tersebut ke bengkel yg berhampiran. Bila di periksa gear box kereta saya kekeringan minyak gear box sedangkan saya bru menukar minyak gear box sehari sebelum kejadia... setelah melapur ke pihak nissan service kini kereta saya berada di pusat service nissan batu caves, tetapi saya di faham kan gear box kereta saya mengalami kerosakan dan perlu menukar gear box baru yg menelan belanja rm 19, 000 ... dan tidak mengakui kecuaian dari pihak pusat servis nissan sendiri.. dan jg tikak mahu bertanggungjawab terhadap kerugian saya... pihak service hanya setuju utk menolak kos kidmat menukar minyak gear box yg bernilai rm 301.25 shj ...

Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis [TCEAS] airbag replacement services

I'm really dissapointed never change No Problem at all, after change never take any responsible. I send my car for change the airbag replacement, only 2 months the signal airbag light keep on blinking send back to Nissan Center ask me to pay for few hundred to change the airbag roller . Really Unfair..never change no problem after change😠😠😠

Before send my car to change the airbag no problem at all, after send to change the airbag around 2 months, airbag light keep on blinking. When I send back to Nissan Center to service, why Nissan no need to take responsible?Ask me to pay for few hundred to change the airbag roller...never change no problem after change ask me to pay for it. Unfair

Grand Livina. Car Registration No WQW 9631.

Received Letter dated 5 Feb from Tan Chong Ekspress Auto Servis Sdn Bhd to replace Airbag
3rd Apr 2018 Arrange with Setapak Branch 03 [protected]. Indicated sometime in May '18 for arrival of Airbag stock and will call when stock is available.
1st Jun 2018. Follow up by calling Setapak Branch; was informed stock will be sometime be avaliable in mid-June 2018.
17th Jul 2018. Follow up again with Setapak Branch and still no definite time of arrival of stock. Check with [protected] and was informed have to check with Head Office.
There has been undue delay and numerous followups but

If further clarification needed please feel free to call me at [protected].

Kindly ensure the replacement of Airbag is done without further delay.

Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis [TCEAS] complaint letter for my missing car item and irresponsible service.

My teana's window plastic has gone missing after having service in tan chong ekspres auto servis sdn bhd (tceas) in seremban on 11-jan-2018 (as my invoice picture1 shown)

On 6jan2018, I sent my car into tceas seremban to fix my car noise from rear left side in cabin.

On 11jan2018, I picked up my car from tceas seremban, I found out my car b-pillar rubber was not sealed off/ fixed back properly (rubber on left b pillar, near rear left window, as the rubber where my finger pointed in the below picture2 shown). But I fixed it back and I thought nothing could be worse than that.

Ever since my last service in january, I realized there is a huge difference in terms of nvh level inside cabin, so much wind noise while driving.

In may, I realized the small triangle plastic has gone missing in rear left window! (as shown in picture3 with a comparison with rear right window (picture4) it is not a plastic that can be easily fell off by itself or detached by ourselves.

So I went back to tceas seremban and told my advisor (muhammad firdaus bin khair) my problem, but, my advisor immediately denied it is under their responsibility and said they have never detached anything other than c-pillar in last service without asking the technician. He just replied me that it is either purchasing the set of new triangle plastic & rubber by the price of rm350 or just leave it like that.

As a conclusion,
1) from the above experience that I had, it is a very irresponsible reply from mr muhammad firdaus bin khair) to deny everything even without asking the technician, besides I have the proof that the technician did detached my b-pillar rubber.

2) my car nvh level has became really bad now, a lot of wind noise coming from outside while driving. But my advisor still denies that they have touched any area other than c-pillar and it is not under his responsibility. Which means if I am going to fix the wind noise, I have to pay rm350 to buy the new set of window rubber + window plastic (because window plastic can't be sold as one item as told by my advisor)

3) it took him (muhammad firdaus bin khair) a month and two weeks to reply me the price of the set of rubber + plastic. The wind noise is already annoying, but what annoys me more is his long awaited reply! I even called tceas seremban three times meanwhile.

Please explain to me why I should pay for the mistake that has been done by nissan technician, the cost for the replacement should not be beared by owner or end user, it is obvious that nissan technician seremban did not follow their sop in their rectification work.

Please investigate into this.
