am setting up scientific rest centers inc. While looking for suppliers of, 3rd generation computer imbedded, massage equipment, I received quotations from lian fa forever group ltd, in china. Some one called ken emailed me a quotation and called me several times, when I gave a proforma purchase order to my lawyer, they responded increasing the price 75%, FOB Nimbo, China. With transporting it would cost more than what takemi sells it for direct to the public. Then I read where the Israeli companies that Do The IT work for their chinese startups, moniter and or alter emails, when I refered ken to my lawyer and tried to place a purchase based on the original quotation, we received no response. Then Ken tries to call me stating he is a lawyer himself, then I get an introduction from takemiselect in florida, a picture from a group of very young people dressed up in business suits. If you buy from them and their chairs breakdown, which is often the case, it will cost you more than the original chair. to be returned in the original packaging, you pay shipping and handling each way, along with a vast and sundry list of erroneous charges. These guys change their names and addresses like they do their shorts, every few months

    the chair-JUST out of the 1st year. The rollers cut through 3 layers of thin material, grabbed a small pillow(part of the chair) from the shoulder area and wound the pillow through the rollers, stopping
    the chair. We pulled the pillow from under, around the rollers and now the rollers only go up half way.

    I bought a masage chair takemi Jade Melody Model 1100, prepaid with credit card total of $1, 249.95 but never received the order. Then later I have been told that they did not have the original product available so have upgraded the order to the 1200 Model and added onther $200.00.
    It was going on for months and never received nothing. I have call several times and have been told that they will refund the money but never recived the refund either.. Until now the phone # has been block and the website is no longer working..

    Please see what I can get my money back..
