I booked air India air ticket with TAJAWAL last 2020. Flight was cancelled during COVID-19. Tajawal told no need to cancelled the ticket, it will be open & additionally they mentioned that NO need any COUPEN & validity is 2 years (I have proof with mail). Now I tried to rebook the tickets, they said, the last changes was made by the air India (I'm not requested) and they can't do the rebooking. please liaise with Air India.

I went to the air India office, they said, this ticket was purchased through TAJAWAL currently the invoice ID: A0021708514. Please you can contact TAJAWAL.

Should I lost my money the poor assistant of TAJAWAL?

I have booked one ticket through tajawal from kochi to dubai, travelling date was Nov.5 2021 in Go Air. Actual flight timing from Kochi was 20.05 and I reached airport according to that timing with all documents related to Covid protocol. But according to airport authorities flight was resheduled on the day 12.30 am and I didn't receive any information from tajawal. I have complained to Go Air also and according to Go Air authorities they already informed to tajawal about the rescheduling and it is tajawal responsibility to inform the passengers. Then I travelled in another flight so I lost my money, time and one day salary for delay in joining. So please refund my amount.

My ticket from AUH to BOM was cancelled by the airline (Ref: A210912033513)
Tajawal's customer service did not provide us with any available alternatives to this flight even though there were several options from DXB and SHJ. They compelled us to cancel the flight and get a refund.
Now we have to pay triple the amount to book a new flight for the same day, all because of tajawal and GoAir's incompetence.
They wanted to refund this amount to tajawal wallet, but I said no thanks, I'm never going to use tajawal ever again and I will definitely tell anyone I know to steer clear of such a disorganised agency.

I went to the emirates office, they said, this ticket was purchased through TAJAWAL currently the ticket number 176-[protected]-65 is VOID. Please you can contact TAJAWAL.

regarding booking with ref. A9122544954 . I booked a flight tickets before one year, but during the global crises of covid 19 the flight has been cancelled, and i requested for refund since that time, and every time i ask, i receive the typical reply that you will update me within 72 hrs., and I hear nothing after that .that happened many times before and same answer every time .

I have booked the ticket on 18th mar and because of the lockdown flight got cancelled untill now i didnt receive the refund amount this is the worst service i had experienced in my life i will never gonna refer to any of my friends or family members to never book anything through tajawal and i will share my past experience in social media...still i am waiting for the refund in nov i book a complaint they said 45working days i will receive money but after 2 months still i didnt receive this is my pnr number Cancellation of Booking A0021818124...

i booked a flight on Etihad Airways for my made to travel to Casablanca on the 16/09/2020 (invoice ID : A0082718312) & PNR # : ZCUW2A .

and we went to they airport on the exact date but when we arrived it turns out that the flight not available, i called Tajawal and in the beginning they keep telling me that is not correct and the flight is there .

i went to the airport operations and asked them and they told me that there isn't any flight for Etihad at all .

I emailed Tajawal support and they told me wait utile they receive the airline response .

i waited for 10 days and after that they emailed me and the told me to contact Etihad Airways for refund .

i called Etihad and they told me that i have to get back to Tajawal because they the one's who received your money .

kindly based on Etihad Airways response i need my money back ASAP

Air ticket referenxe number is - A0021818124 This is the worst service which i have experienced from your end and even after 8th months i didnt get my refund amount and still request is under process i am going to put in social media and i will never suggest anyone to go through tajawal if i dont get resolved my complaint and about refuns within 2 days i have end number of followers on my Instagram and face book i will definately put it this worst experience which i am facing and not getting any of the support from your end for refunding the money back.

Due to covid 19, Oman air was not flying any flights. When I tried modifying the ticket on their site, no pnr could be found. when I checked with tajawal they have no answer plus they open a new ticket everytime. you email and hence keep asking same question. And is cheat site. they are asking for more money to even cancel the flight. I have spent 2500 AED on these tickets for which tajawal and Oman air are not even answering at all!

this booking I cancelled and requested for refund on 10-03-2020 and when I spoke with customer service staff they said it will take 48hrs and it will be credited to my credit card. Just to reconfirm I call them again after 1 week and they said its been done, but till now I didn't received any such amount in my credit card statment.
So I called them again on 13-04-2020 And they said they will recheck and palce new request and again I have to wait 48hrs for this process. After 1month same status
I have never seen these kind of bad service in my life...
Please friend avoid these TAJAWAL its really waste of time and money.

And for these booking also they didn't reply me. When ever I call them they will check on their system and tell that one of our concern department team will call you back. But no one has called me regarding my booking cancellation request, as I keep on following since 21-03-2020 till now I am suffering.
Atleast small gerocery people they give Good service compaire to TAJAWAL.

And someother which I dont remmember.
WORST... WORST.. Travel Service I have ever seen.
Please take some action against staff or better People AVOID booking with TAJAWAL.

I booked air arabia kochin to sharjah ticket thru tajawal for my father in law on 11th july 2019. Paid extra baggage allowance also and received air ticket with complete baggage details

But the air arabia counter staffs said the baggage allowance payment not showing in their system and need to pay again. Called tajawal and got a very lazy response that now we cant do anything please pay it there and we will refund the money later

Luckily my father in law have enough money to pay inr : 996 at air arabia counter. If a customer witout carrying enough money would probably struggle in the air port

I suggest to avoid third party sites like tajawal while booking tickets and holidays
