Taco John's customer service

Very poor customer service. Several of the staff members looked dirty and ragged. We arrived and After ordering, we were not given our drinks. Then, we waited for at least seven minutes before getting our first order which was wrong. There were four orders sitting on the back counter for five more minutes with nobody trying to deliver them. I had to go out and tell them which of the trays was mine. The food was subpar. Then, we went to go order two churros and they asked if we wanted the gold churros. We asked what the difference was and they looked at us like we were stupid. The person had to ask another person who also did not answer and was holding the two churro's up and said which ones do you want rudely. We were very disappointed with her visit.

Taco John's treatment of employees

The taco John's in Butte Montana works there employees like dogs. They write them checks that most business in town including the bank it's written on won't even cash because the funds are never available. They run the store with only 2 and 3 employees on shift at a time when there should at least be 4 to 5 employees on so it's no wonder why the wait time and drive Thur time is so slow. Only one side of the steam table works cause the other side of the heating element is broken and has been for over a year. It is full of nasty stuff food and lime build up and such it never gets cleaned out it has mold growing inside it. The owners don't seem to care at all.

The employees are very rude and very interested 😠 in customer orders. The orders are always wrong and the food is cold. I will never eat at a taco John's ever again. I've spoke to the mangers on shift and the owners and nothing ever gets resolved. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The restaurant its self is dirty and the bathrooms are scary to go in looks like they are not cleaned ever. I watch employees cooking food touching there face and nose all while cooking it is very unsanitary food practice going on here.

Taco John's making me pay twice for my orders

I'm deaf and the employees didn't know how to take my order as they were too shocked that I'm deaf. We took our orders to our car and realized that they gave us two chicken taco which we ordered two crunchy chicken. I went back and was shocked that they gave me hard time. It was humiliating especially when they were shouting at me and I'm still deaf. They accused me of not telling them that I wanted two crunchy chicken so they forced me to pay again. I just wanted to get out of the building so I paid again. The customers were staring at me. I have Masters degree and I don't appreciate this kind of service out in Sheldon, Iowa.

Taco John's incorrect order

So I went through drive through around 830 pm and I ordered 2 combos one had chicken burrito the other a meat & potatoe burrito n soft taco. The guy taking order does great suggestive selling so I add cheese sauce plus an order chips n cheese n salsa n 2 bean burritos & chicken quesadilla sprite n pepsi lite ice for both. I get all the way home an no meat n potato burrito! 😱 like the potato oles are best item n reason I ordered item. Plus my sons 1st time so I wanted him to taste the food. I make a call to the location on wells st. Reno, nv. Hugo answers I request a manager he replies no manager here at the moment I reply no manger there? I state my reason for call he says okay sorry bring your receipt I tell him no receipt because guy at window gave me pen n receipt to sign then handed my debit card back. He says ok let me call manager ill take ur number an return call letting you know outcome. So I give him my number he calls back an says sorry we are training new guy but we will have your item if you want to come back. I tell him okay an that the chips were so stayle I think popcorn foam would have a better crunch n I wanted them replaced.
So I dont mind training I get it an accidents happen but no management around running store I have a problem! If no one there with supposidly "training" to have responsibilty to maintain location not around to double check orders before going out then its intentionally done with no figure of management to train n check out going orders to keep food cost n waste down then what the hell is the company thinking! A liability waiting to happen to your company. I was surprised for the location because always been pretty good and never had error in my order, an as I said that is fixable but no management around had me step back a min. I been going to that place since I was 15yrs old 25+ yrs and never known the man who usually runs place to not have a manager in his store!
I thought you might want to check into not having a manager at ur facility and why? Its your companies name...

Taco John's food but more importantly your employees

I have never ever... Been treated like the way your employees at the white bear lake minnesota location treat me my family an daughters. So rude I can not even begin to make you understand how people get treated there. Not just today but every time we visit2in the last year! I work in customer service as a gm for a international company. I would fire on the spot if one of my employees looked at customers let alone the way they treat an talk to me an others! This is a serious problem and does need to be addressed. My complaint will not stop here I will also be filing one with the better business bureau as well as yelp. Hope to see some changes there next time I am in otherwise I guarantee it will be the last I ever visit your company, as well as me telling any and everyone I can what goes on there! Food is never right or cooked properly. Repeating taco john's for the past 40 years and it would suck if my last time was today or my next! Thank you for reading and I hope it leads to some corrective action being taken!

I was at the toco John's on perusing Avenue in Cheyenne wyoming and one of the employees called my wife a [censored] when we was leaving the store and I think his name was shaw I dont like my wife being called names by anyone so i would really appreciate it if u can get this resolved

Taco John's drive thru order

I said over a year ago I'd never go back but today I thought I'd try again and wouldn't you know it my order was incorrect again, this time I can't wait for a representative to call and apologize because I'm going to rip them a new A H-#e. The last thing I want in return is the same two worthless potato olé cards! Worst service EVER! At least the hot sauce was correct.

Taco John's food quality really was bad today.

Earlier today I went into this location to order food. I ordered a 6 pack and a pound and a super potato ole's. The ole's was not even fresh and they looked like they was cooked in oil that was in the fryer for at least 6 months or longer. I usually do not have any issues like this with Taco John's food. But this was bad, I would like have my money refunded to me. This was my worst experience with this restaurant.

Taco John's payment for ordering and buying food but receiving nothing for 40 minutes was not refunded.

This was the very first time (05/08/2019 @ 9:00PM) I have ever been to Taco Johns and I had the worst customer service I have ever experience in my entire life. My male friend and I walk into the store around 9PM and there was only one customer in the store. My friend orders his food and the cashier leaves to go help the back. There were maybe two cars in the drive through so I understand if there was stuff to do in the back but I wasn't helped for 5-10 minutes. I stood in the front for 5-10 min and I was never helped. Finally after 5-10 minutes I was helped and went to wait in a booth. After about 5 minutes my friend was done with his food and the other customer in the store got his food. 5 more minutes go by and a man walks out the back doors and asks me if I got the quesadilla. I say "yes and also the cinnamon bites" and he leaves to go in the back again. 10 minutes later (the other customer left and it is just my friend and I in the entire store) and a different man walks in from the back and asks me yet again if I had ordered the quesadilla (not asking about the cinnamon bites that I still hadn't gotten) and goes into the back again. About 5 minutes later a group of 4 or 5 walk into the store with applications and are there for about 5-10 minutes. They don't even order and get two full bags of food and 4-5 drinks worth of soda for free and walk out of the store.in total it has been around 30 minutes before I had gotten any food or any indication that I will even get food. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing. One car in the drive through every 2-3 minutes and still my friend and I in the store alone. I would love to point out that I am a female and every male that walked in the store got to order within minutes and got their food within 5 minutes. I will 100% say that this store is sexist. No one asked me to order something else or if they couldn't make the food I was just sitting there for 40 minutes trusting them that they would give me either my quesadilla or my cinnamon bites. Nothing. I spent 10+ dollars on my meal and my meal was never brought to me. I bought a chicken quesadilla and cinnamon bites around 9PM and left around 10PM with nothing. This is absolute nonsense and I will be calling and going in the store tomorrow to figure this out. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Maybe the entire store was sexist? Maybe the workers didn't want to serve me? Maybe my food wasn't available? but for the lack of better words I am PISSED. I didn't go up to the register because it was already 10PM and I have a final at 8AM the tomorrow and I wasn't ready to stay there another 40 minutes to even get acknowledgement from the staff. This was ridiculous. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't anyone tell me they couldn't/wouldn't make my food? I will have my phone on me at all times that you can call to contact me. If there is no contact I will continuously send my complaints until my money is refunded and I am given an answer to why I was not served and every man that walked into the store was. I don't want to gender stereotype but every what I assume to be man was served and not me. This is not okay. No okay at all. I was asked twice if I had ordered the quesadilla and that is it. There is a camera in the south-west corner of the store to prove what went down tonight 05/08/2019 @ 9PM I am available by email and phone to get my refund and answers.

Taco John's the food I ordered in the drive thru.

I ordered the steak trio and reviewed chicken
I ordered a hard shell taco and didnt get it
I paid for my food and drove home. Which is afew blocks away. Food was COLD. The address is taco John's 9545. 1020 West Street grinnell Iowa. The person that took the order was Cassandra. Taco John's unethical behavior

Started on 3-30-19 went into restaurant ordered dinner. As I was om way out I get text messages from Jorgia Avery the assistant manager not yo come to the store. My daughter is now being harassed by text while in school about keaping me away from her job. I reported to to manager but dont think anything got resolved so im taking it this to someone care enough to do someathing about this. This taco Johns location is walking distace of my home now I have to go across town to another location because my daughter refuses to go into the store.

Taco John's dirty restaurant

I visited the restaurant April 12, 2019 at 5:10 pm. When I walked into the restaurant the young man at the counter was on his phone and so was another employee next to him. As soon as he got off he asked me what I wanted. He never once welcomed me and never said thank you. I ordered and he told me my total and that was it.
All of the tables in the restaurant was filthy and the floor needed swept up. Myself and a family of 4 were the only people in the restaurant. The food was good and very hot which was great. But when I went to the bathroom it was the only part of the restaurant that was actually clean. While I was eating 2 of the 4 employees were on their phones and the oldest woman was the only one doing most of the work. When I was getting ready to leave she came out to finally wash the tables down.
The soda fountain lid holder was loaded wrong all of the lids were upside down and the napkin dispenser was broken. The condiments like the salsas and hot sauce looked disgusting and needed to be thrown out. This was the one and only time I've ever had a bad experience at Taco Johns and I've been to several restaurants.
I always enjoy your food and service.

P. S. The young man that waited on me needs a haircut or needed to put his hair in a hair net.

Taco John's store cleanliness

There is a post that's gone viral in Thief River Falls, Mn of some disturbing images of mold and worms around the store. Posted by an employee leaving because of the grotesque conditions and a [censored]ty boss. It looks very authentic. We believe this one.

Taco John's poor customer service

1/10/19 I got to your Cedar Falls Iowa location and promptly got greeted by a woman who sounded like she absolutely hated her job. I'm not sure what you people teach your employees but it definitely needs a refresher on customer service. The man that took my card was rude and only ever said pull up to the yellow line and wait. I didn't even get my card back until they brought my food out 10-15 minutes later and seeing as how I was the only person at the location at the time the wait seems quite ridiculous. My order was only two breakfast burritos and two coffees. I'm not sure how either of those employees haven't gotta written up or punished in any sort of way for the way they so clearly treat every customer.

Taco John's hair in food and rude unprofessional service

On 12/21/18 at approximately 1:45 p.m. my wife went through the drive thru for lunch an the Norfolk Nebraska store. When she got home she found multiple long blonde hairs in the food including one which our friend pulled out of our 3 yr old daughter mouth. My wife called the store and spoke to a supervisor named Michelle and was hung up on. My wife then went to the store and once again spoke with Michelle and asked for a refund. Michelle told my wife the best she could do was offer her some free food because her manager was not at the store and a refund required a managers approval. My wife told Michelle that she did not want different food she simply wanted her money back. Michelle then took down my wife's name and phone number and said she would have the manager call her. After 2 hours with no call i called the store back and asked to talk to the manager on duty and was told by supervisor michelle that there was no manager at the store. I then told Michelle if i did not speak to the manager and get the problem at hand resolved i would be contacting corporate, report the incident to the local health department, and take to social media. Over another hour went by before i received a call from the manager, mind you in the over 3 hours that had gone by some of the food had been given to the dog and the rest thrown away. In my conversation with the manager ( Kim ) i told her how my wife had found multiple long blonde hairs in multiple food items. I told her how her supervisor ( Michelle ) had hung up on my wife. I told her hiw my wife then went to the store to ask for a refund and was told a refund could not be given. After going through everything Kim asked if we still had all of the food, and if we brought all of the food back she would ok a refund. I informed her that we did not have all the food because the dog ate part of it and the rest was in the trash. I mean come on over 3 hours had passed already by this point. She then told me she could not give us a refund but could mail me coupons. I then told her i can not eat a coupon today and she offered that i could pick up the coupons at the store before she quickly changed her mind and told me not to come to the store because i sounded hostile to her. I then hung up the phone on her, by this time extremely mad. The whole situation was completely unacceptable. The Supervisor and Manager were both extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. They tried down playing the seriousness of the situation and had absolutely no regard for anyone other then themselves.

Taco John's loaded nachos

The family and I stopped to ordered loaded nacho that we saw on the menu board from earlier visit today, they looked appetizing. We went back at 8:14pm to get this amazing dish. But to our surprise once we got home and pulled our nachos dish out of the bag we were horrified And laughed and thought the store just gave us the wrong nachos. After calling the manager on duty and found that they didn't not make the wrong nachos I became upset with the pitiful sight. My dish looked nothing like the one advertised.

Taco John's stuffed grilled burrito

I'm 7 months pregnant. I received a burrito with the most appalling green color after the second bite and instantly knew something was wrong. I called the restaurant to ask what they put that's green in their burritos and they said nothing besides lettuce. They told me it must be the green salsa they serve. If you look at the picture I've provided it is clearly not salsa. I will never eat here again.

Taco John's 1 beef soft taco

I ordered a soft shell beef taco from Taco Johns in Marion, IL. I ordered it with only lettuce and cheese. When I opened my taco, it was so soggy I could not pick it up without falling apart. It's as if the watery juice from salsa was poured all over my taco. It was so disgusting I could not eat it and had to throw the whole thing away. As someone who is hungry and pregnant, this made me gag and pretty upset. I included a picture of this disaster of a taco.

Taco John's always closing early

I just got done with a hard day of work and was going to get some food at Taco Johns here in Jamestown North Dakota. I am currently a college student and I do a lot of extra activities that usually do not get done until 10:00PM. After all my work for the day, I was very hungry and wanted to get some Taco Johns. I looked at their hours and it says they are open until 11:00, but when I got there at 10:15 they closed up early. They do this every night and I am very upset that I can never get any Taco Johns here when I am done with my activities.

Taco John's food not correct/missing items

I an in a wheelchair so my husband went to get our food. We ordered one taco salad with ranch dressing (did not get the dressing), ordered mexi rolls (and did not get cheese sauce), ordered 3 street tacos and they were ok but had very little in them (our thought is it didn't fill us up), good thing we ordered other stuff but someone I know forewarned us.
Additionally, we found a burrito in our bag when home that we did not order.
Potato oles there are so coated in salt that is the reason we quit going but keep thinking it will change b'cause it's been there for years. Just can't go back!

Taco John's bad customer service..

Waited in drive thru for over half hour.. Was given the wrong food... Called and was told to come in the next day after six for a refund and the supervisor I spoke to never showed up... The crew member kept calling her and she kept saying she would be there shortly... After an hour of waiting she never came... Next day I find out she never showed up for her shift... She also told me the reason my order was wrong was because she was working with two people that were new and didn't know what they were doing... And the fault was the gm because he's a crack head
