Taco John's Locations

My complaint is i have to drive 45mins+ to my closest location! Its ridiculous that i have to do that! You should truly expand more please do so asap id spend so much money there that way

Taco John's Drive thru.

Central Ave location. Billings MT. I don't usually have any trouble at Taco Johns, but the last 3 times I have been through this location they have screwed the order up. It wasn't a difficult order either. 4 breakfast burritos with bacon and sausage, 4 tater ole', 4 OJ's. They handed me 1 OJ. After pointing out the mistake she handed out the other 3 OJ's. Then she handed the bag out and I drive off, only to find we were missing all 4 orders of ole's. When we ate the burritos they were all missing the sausage which I got charged for.

Taco John's Service

I'm super disappointed in TJs! Went in on Monday and ordered a $10 lunch that costed me $31! The cashier was having trouble with the credit card machine and kept running my card. After several phone calls with TJs the manager told me if the money was not returned by Friday to come into the store. Friday rolls around abc I was not refunded my money. I go to TJs and the door has a sign that says drive through only. I called the store 15 times before they answered and the manager said we talked about it and it's not our problem! Unfortunately it's not about the money, just keep it! Its about your super unprofessional crappy customer service!

Taco John's Night manager is very rude.

Jasmine Riter is always incredibly rude when I go through my local taco john's. She does not ever have a friendly attitude and makes me feel like an inconvenience for even going through the drive through. She does everything without a smile and barely says anything. I've heard her being rude to other customers and employees. She is incredibly immature. When I go through the drive thru, I can immediately tell it's her because rather than a friendly "hello welcome to taco john's, order whenever you're ready" or whatever, I get a "what do u want" or "order whenever" then when I get to the window she just opens it. Says my total. Takes my card. Gives it back with the food. Says nothing.

Taco John's Rude employees

Went through taco John's line. Took extremely long to receive our food. Through window employees were standing around and gossiping. Nacho cheese was ordered, repeated back, and charged, but not placed in to go bag. Had to go back around and wait in line behind 6 cars because inner lobby is closed. Employees were rude when asked for the forgotten nacho cheese. Shut the window and continued to gossip and stand around. Finally got nacho cheese. Called customer service, never recovered a call back after leaving a message. Called again today and was hung up on!

Employees. Young girl with blonde hair, older lady with short hair and glasses, & dark haired older lady.
Extremely disappointed!

Taco John's Leadership

The manager at the madison sd tj's awful. She has been heard saying that it's her job to work as little as possible. She has them work up to 11 hour shifts. Because she doesn't want to work. She is rude and uncaring for her employees.
She is hardly ever at work. Can't keep employees. Has shown prejudice toward her employees. I believe she should be investigated. People should be treated with respect, and she has none!

Taco John's lady running drive thru took a drink out of our cup

My family went to the drive thru on 10th ave in great falls around 12:40 pm. My Dr. Pepper was stale or watered down so I asked for a new one or a different drink. The woman running the drive thru pulled a new small cup, poured new Dr. Pepper into it, turned her back and took a drink, then GAVE IT TO MY HUSBAND and told him to try it!
We recieved no hot sauce and a burrito that was requested with no tomato, had tomatoes.
Very disappointed.

Taco John's two staff

I went to Taco John's in Maquoketa IA and I seen to girls one manger and some other skin girl they where running and screaming throw the store and running out building into to there cars hooking horns and speeding throw the parking lot and trying to hit each other with there car and throwing food and the Kent guy dont do anything about it he let it happen he let lot of it go on and the girl name Nicole Clark she was the only one working while those girls play around and she make a great manger u guys need make her a manger we dont need child games go on at Maquoketa store that was note crew from Saturday 23 between 730 and 1030 I sat out next door from Taco John's watching it in dark cuz i was going eat at Taco John's but seen this all happen hope the get into trouble and that Nicole Clark everyone like here does her job rite and very good thanks understanding

Taco John's 825 northwest, byp great falls mt 59404

This is not what I would consider a complaint, more like a suggestion. I am vegan and I come to Taco John's very often and I order the bean burrito with no cheese. I think there should be an option for vegans on Taco Tuesday. Perhaps get bean burritos at the same price as Tacos on Taco Tuesday. Also, this website keeps putting up a notice about cookies. It is greatly i interfering with my ability to give you the suggestion.

Taco John's manager’s attitude after my order was made wrong

My family ordered food in the way home and when they got home two out of the five items were made wrong the sales ticket had it right, the employees just can't read and didn't even bother to check against the ticket to see if the right item was with the right order? Just plain lazy lazy lazy lazy. When I went back on my dime, my time, my fuel. I ask the manager what we learned from this. He goes this things happen really? Not that we will do better, or make sure my employees can read or train them better on making sure orders are accurate no I get it happens? No I'll refund your money for wasting your time no. Tells me that taco John's doesn't care about our time they waste. Why should anyone go there? It's not like fast food is cheap because it isn't! How do you get these people to finally open their eyes?

Taco John's iced tea

I ordered through the drive up last night around 730. I got 2 salads and a burrito combo meal. I ordered iced tea as my drink. When I arrived home, I took the lid off to pour out part of the tea. There was a very large glob of whitish goo floating in the tea. It looked like someone either hocked a loogie or cracked an egg wite in it. It was quite disgusting. I dumped the whole drink out. The rest of the food seemed fine. I am just glad I took the lid off otherwise I would have swallowed whatever it was. Blecchh! I have heard of employees spitting in drinks before, I hope that's not what happened.

I don't know a remedy to ask for, just that this kind of thing doesn't happen again..

Taco John's drive-thru

Went through drive-thru on October 12, 2019 and ordered (2) #2's with sweet tea (3) soft shell tacos and small potatoes and cup of water. We received
(2) #3's with sweet tea and 1 soft shell and an extra potatoe. Normally I don't complain but this is EVERY TIME we visit this location. Our receipt number is Check #422 Draw #13 and the cashier was Mark

Taco John's new menu

My family and I went out last night for taco tuesday yesterday 10-08-2019 and tried the new menu! All I can say is please stop the madness! Your new menu will lose you more customers than you will ever gain! It is disgusting it is priced outrageous it is presented in such a cheap manner and that taco perfection is just a fraud! Nothing at all looked like any of your advertising! The struggle is real for everyone but I feel like I was raped last night I know 18.00 is not a lot to most people but when you are on social security just going out to eat once a month puts a strain on your budget. I am not only disappointed I am saddened because I really like taco john's but this was just too much! Can I just get my 18.00 dollars back please? Ps the management did ' agreed ‘ but had not a clue what to do about it! Disappointing night!

Taco John's the manager at taco john's

I was in taco John's the other day and the manager on that day was so rude to the customers and employees what I don't like is that the one employee that got fired was trying to ignore while she was getting the customers food when she hollowed at her and when she said let me finish the order is the manager got all mad and told her to leave cause she was fired I have been in retail business for a while and I know that customers come first she left and know body new what order she has doing and then the whole day she just kept running her mouth this is a small community and when something like that is heard the whole community will stop going in there cause they don't want to be treated like that I think the manager should be fired and let the person back that was fired

I was in the bridgeport locations the other day when I happened to see the manager start hollowing at another employee which the employy that got fired for doing her job was ask to leave in the middle of helping a customer this is a small town and when people act like they will not go in there anymore so I think you need to get rid of the problem cause it seems like no one can work with her you should fire her and let the other employee that was fired come back your manager is very disgusting pig to employees and customers very rude and something better get done before nobody will not even go in there anymore cause they don't want to be treated like animals

Taco John's fox news

I would regularly go to taco John's once a week for lunch. I noticed each and every time Fox News would be on the television. I finally asked why and was told this is mandatory. I'm not sure why you would incorporate politics and lunch. I think it's ridiculous. There goes $7-$9 a week you will be getting of my money. I have been a regular patron for years.

On free way when found out.
Forgot our taco roll ups!
Waited in drive through for 34 minutes!
Very frustrated
We called to talk to manager and he was too busy to talk to us. We'd like a full refund. Total was $20.11

Hello I am writing to inform you about your manager at your muscatine location .
I will be helloing my son file suit against Taco John for discrimination based on color and gender ! I know there have been several complaints on him . I have seen them posted to social media by employees . He has sex with his female employees as well as does drugs with them ! What kind of place are you running ? I as a customer have witnessed his rudeness with customers and stopped going there a long time ago I have seen messages of him making fun of applicants and employees as well as a video of the filthy conditions of your store ! This has gone on to long I will not tolerate my son being fired because of his color of his skin!

Taco John's kids meal

I am absolutely highly disappointed in this company. Today, I tried to order one soft taco, along with one crispy taco. Instead of suggesting something else to me, the worker simply stared at me in disgust and would not let me order it. Then and there I was forced to buy 2 crispy tacos as well as 2 soft tacos. I the. ordered a kids cheese quesadilla. On the sign it specifically said, that it came with the potato's as well as a treat. When i got back home, I was absolutely horrified to find no potatoes or treat. From there, my entire night was ruined. I will never be back.

Taco John's food and cleanliness

My family and I walked into the store #3009 in Lamar co at about 4:10 pm no one was in the store 3 employees were standing near the line one broke off and greeted us right away we ordered and sat down I looked around and every table was dirty so grabbed a few napkins and some water from the fountain and washed a table.

I stood near the end of the line and watched our food get made and sit their for about 8 minutes while other orders got made and one got sent out to the drive through and our food just sat their so I finally asked why is my food just sitting their and a lady came around and said she was the manager their was only 3 of them and no one to expo. I said you Sent a order out to drive up. So they threw my stuff on a tray the nachos we ordered were nasty I asked to have them remade and they did. We don't have a Taco Johns in Colorado Springs coming here is one of the highlights of come I guess home after today I don't think I'm coming back the restaurant stunk, the employees were grungy, and the every table was dirty unacceptable for walking in to find thee employees just standing around.
