Taco John's improperly dealing with obnoxious customer

My family and I often eat at Taco John's, but recently another customer, Henrietta Girton made very disparaging comments to my wife and I at your Mobridge SD store. While I do understand that she is also a customer, these comments were made within ear shot of several employees and she should have been asked to leave. I live in Mobridge and know for a fact that I am not the only customer who has been harassed by her on your property. She's also made horrible comments towards your employees as well. Your employees need to be trained in dealing with customers like her, and as a business, if you value all of your other customers, you should be banning customers like her.

Taco John's service and food at store #9497 - blaine, mn

My fiancé and I had very limited time but needed to grab a quick bite before we had to be at our evening commitment. We stopped into Taco John's, Store #9497 - Blaine, MN on 8/30/18 - Sale #[protected]. When we walked into the store, we were the only ones there. We were greeted at the counter and placed our order: (1) Stuffed Grilled Chicken Taco and (1) Quesadilla. I ordered cheese, but she asked if I wanted to add chicken and I answered, "sure". They asked to take a name, which we chuckled as we were the only people in the place. We ordered our food at 5:58PM and our order was not ready until 6:17PM. We thought this was quite unreal for a fast food place, especially as we watched 5-6 cars proceed through the drive-thru. My fiancé asked a couple of times and the response we received was, "we're cooking it". When it was finally handed to us, we were more than disappointed. As you will see in attached photos, my quesadilla had no cheese in it other than a slimy cheese sauce and added peppers, which were not ordered, and barely any chicken. You can also see how badly the quesadilla looked when I first opened the box...clearly it was just thrown in and shoved our way. After spending almost $20.00 on food neither of us ate, we left and we won't be back to this location. The service was very poor and very disappointing. We should have questioned this as we were the only people eating in. We would like to receive something for not only the money we lost due to not eating the poor food but also for the time it took.

Taco John's taco salad

Aug 28 we had two taco salads. Very disappointed in the dinner tonight. There was very little meat or cheese. There was barely enough meat or cheese in the seafood. We've eaten them before without any problem. For the price it works be nice to have some protein in it. All that wasLeft half way through the meal was lettuce.

Going to probably try somewhere else to eat.

Taco John's the manager named syndey

We had issues with an order a while back and she was rude and complained basically about having to fix our order when they over charged me for drinks I never got and messed up a whole burrito that I got a different one
This time we got our food in one bag a 30$order in one bag. 2 large potatoes 1medium potatoes, 2 taco burgers, a taco 2 burritos. The taco burgers were at the very bottom SMASHED because they stuffed everything in that bag and when I asked for a receipt she turned around snobby and said it was in the bag well it was in the bag at the bottom covered in grease. When we got home we found all our food smashed so I called to tell her we didn't appreciate it and that the food could of been in more than one bag but she complained that every time we go through there we have issues. Well yeah when we spend 30$ minimum a time and our service is [censored]ty or food is messed up I wonder why there is issues. I want her talked to or something.
I attached her Facebook name and even other people have had issues with her so 🤷🏼‍♂️

Taco John's food

First off I wanna say that I love taco johns it's my favorite place to eat out... I was in your oniell location and ordered a taco burger, well let's just say that it was more of a smoothed pancake... horrible it was all over in the sack.. maybe because they shoved everything in one sack... I have never complained before but, it needs to be addressed... wasn't even really a sandwich was more like eating a piece of meat loaf... not to mention my husband's number 8 was completely cold... cheese was not even melted

Taco John's service

The people are always snobby when taking orders or handing them out. Instead of remaking an order because they messed up they just scoop the item that wasn't supposed to be on it off and then hand it out with out thinking that maybe they person was allergic to that item. They have been informed twice on this mistake and seemed to not care or that it wasn't their fault that it happened.

Taco John's service/product

I drove 38 miles to get tacos, the 10 for $10, the commercial says soft or hard, I ordered soft and they said you can only get hard cause it's costing to much! Take the commercial down or honor what you advertise! The manager was rude about it too! I took the hard taco's, snd got home and 8 out of 10 shells were broken, very said a company has to be this way!

Taco John's food quality, condiment request

On Wednesday May 16, 2018 approx. 9pm we drove to nearest TJ to order a late supper. We placed our order/drive thru. We ordered a 6pak & a lb. (3 crispy 3softshell) plus 2 twilight crispy tacos, and a bag of ice. Total cost -approx. $17.89. I specifically requested hot/mild sauce, salt&pepper, and container of cheese. 3 tacos broken, cheese spilled in bag only 2 napkins, NO condiments at all. Im very unsatisfied. I spent almost $20

Taco John's takes forever to get food

I ordered 1 soft taco, and order of potatoes and an ice tea. I took 27 min to get my food.
Seriously!?! When i finally got my food, i got a diet coke instead of an ice tea and when i told the girl at the window she got an attitude with me because they gave me the wrong drink. The worst service ever. Denver Location Store #9868 on Monday May 14, 2018.

Taco John's customer service

Managers have made tacos at 9am prior and today they refused to make one. Then I mentioned well the name of the company is Taco Johns right. Then she got rude and said well Taco Bell is down the street if you want a taco that bad. Wow then I called the 800 # and was explaining the situation to a representative and she hung up on me. The nerve of some people. Ive been a customer for 20 some years and I wont be going back.

Taco John's taco

I was there at taco john miles city with my family to have even food we ordered 4 burrito bravo Thursday special on may 3rd .I have never experienced that kind of staff attitude and horrible customer service.
We ordered bravo without meat but got meat pieces in my wife's food . Mistakes happen as human error but lady who was there was very rude and ask us to get the money back and leave as there was no meat they served.
I worked in commercial kitchen for 5 years and know very well that beans does not contant flash tissues like beef or something like that.
She was very rude ...I experience that 2bd time. Robert was polite but seems to be new there and could not do much abr this.
I ordered again 1 more and paid for that.i don't want money back just giving feedback any customer services.i took few pictures of my wrong item, I wish I could share as well.

Taco John's I am submitting a complaint about consistently receiving wrong orders.

I go to Taco John drive thru 2x a week. Standard order is ice tea, donut bites meat & potato burrito
Week 1 Got 1 diet Coke, 2 tacos
Week 2 Got plain bean burrito potato oles ice tea
Week 3 Got potato oles, 2 tacos, 1 meat potato burrito ice tea
Week 4 Got ice tea, donut bites, deluxe burrito

What is so hard about getting this order right? I can only assume I am getting people's food that are behind me. What about them?

My solution is not to go to Taco johns any more. Sorry, but my business is gone with TJ.

Taco John's customer service

The customer in front of me ordered shrimp tacos. You don't have so they walked out. The cashier was crying could not take my order. Was talking about killing her self. She started to scare me. I told her to go talk to her manager. Manager came to take my order I told him what was going on he had no clue. I go to Taco Johns store # 9267 in New Ulm quite regularly because the kids like it. Since we moved here 2 years ago, they've never gotten an order right. Not once. I have to pull off to the side to make sure everything is in there properly. Today I had to give the kid at the window my order 5 times. When I went and he handed me my bag I pulled off to make sure it was right. Instead I was missing 2 burritos, so I had to pull back through just to have them tell me they didn't charge me for the 2 burritos, so she would make 2 up quick for me. I said yes. They charged me another $10 even though I had a coupon, then when I got back home I saw that there was still a different burrito missing. These kids they're hiring should lose their jobs until they figure out the simple task of taking an order and making it properly. You're not that busy at all.

Taco John's very poor service

i had ordered a #1 meal which is two tacos potatoe oles and a medium drink and also ordered a beef burrito i should have checked my meal sooner but got a phone call as i was leaving drive thru i live about 45 minutes from taco johns location about a mile or so i opened the bag and found that i didnt even receive the to tacos so i headed back to taco johns they apologized and i left with the tacos so i am about five miles away and i open beef burrioto to eat it and it is not what i ordered it was wrong also i should have checked everything right away but i was angry about having to go back for tacos already that i didnt check this happened on 4/20/2018 it was store # 9107 sale number [protected] or 89 the receipt is very light it looks like 12:33 i would like a refund because this was unacceptable thank you

Taco John's ordered 3 crispy tacos w/sour cream

I remembered soon after I started to eat the first taco, of why I had not been at the site for some time. As I began remembering from my last visit while biting into the crunchy shell, there was just the slightest amount of ground meat at the bottom of the shell, maybe about a half inch of meat at the most. I thought, is this just poor preparation by the employee or was there a directive from the manager to limit the portion of meat in the taco to save money by the franchise? I did not call the store to complain hoping this message would get to the district or corporate office and some action would be taken. My debit card was charged $5.87 for the food which I believed contained less than a dollar of food makeup in preparation of the tacos. If this was my company, I would appreciate the feedback and try to retrain the employees to a point where repeat customers would equal higher profits and reflect a better food product. At the very least I would check into determining if there was a directive to cut back on the amount meat put into the taco.

Taco John's taco john's ventilation in pierre, sd

Please encourage or mandate that the kitchen ventilation/exhaust fans be improved. This is a popular fast food restaurant in our town but eating inside leaves your clothes smelling for hours. Sometimes the fumes are thick enough that they are visible. This had not been a problem until the last year or so. We'd prefer to eat there vs. the drive-thru but this has gone on for too many months. Please help!

Taco John's horrible management

The taco johns in spirit lake iowa is nothing but a joke. Everytime in there the manager is screaming at one of the employees. Last and final stop for me was just the other day. I watched her scream at the lady on drive thru telling her she was nothin but a worthless dumb waste of space and she was the reason she hated running the store. This is the general manager mind you, so as you can see the place is beyond abusive for the employees. After having to bite my tongue I sat there and watched the same general manager start making food without wearing gloves while she was dripping with sweat. Absolutely disgusting. I left then and there and never will go back. I paid for my food and after seeing that I didn't even have an appetite left. I wish somebody would do something in this store because its been like this for years.

Taco John's order

I went through the downtown taco johns in Saint Cloud MN and the guy at the drive through was very rude. He barely spoke to me. And I could barely hear him on the intercom as well. When I got my order I didn't receive any sauce that I asked for and I know that seems minor but I don't eat my tacos without sauce and I love TJ sauce so I don't want to use other sauces as that ruins the purpose and the taste of the tacos.

Taco John's food

Hi. I went to Elk River, Minnesota Taco Johns on Sunday March 11th, TWICE.
My first time since we just moved into the area. I went to DRIVE thru @12:48 pm cst.
I ordered
Street Taco Trio*
Chicken, Large
Meal with Dr Pepper. I waited 19 minutes .
I was so patient.but wow?
I paid approximately $11.24? My tacos were warmed, with a lime wedge, & toppings as pictured. OLE's were piping hot . Well worth the wait.
I later returned at 6:41pm cst, a skinny white kid took my order, via drive thru.
2 ahead of me, i waited 27 minutes for our food. We asked why its taking so long and 9 cars behind me.he said " we are short staffed"
Carly is our Supervisor, shes cooking.
Our street tacos were not heatedor warmed & no toppings like advertised, & shredded lettuce? Very cold.
Cold meat?
Not good. No lime wedge.no hot Ole's..
I want a refund for
$11.00, & i never got a receipt.
I used a VISA Debit card tho.
No apology nothing good.

Taco John's didn't receive our whole order.

Went through the drive thru at the East Peoria Taco Johns at approximately 6:30 pm on Friday, March 9th. We didn't receive everything that we paid for. We have been trying to call the store for about an hour and all we get is a busy signal. We ordered a #7 #4, 2 hard shell, and 2 soft shell. All we received was the hard and soft shell tacos. We live 30 min away and don't want to drive back to the store tonight.
