Taco Cabana drive thru and front counter

Went thru the drive thru and got the wrong order. So we came inside as we were waiting to speak to a manager the other employees were checking our receipt and taking in Spanish not knowing I could understand. They continued to argue with me about my order until i finally stated "I am not going to argue all i want is my food you can te charge me if need be" and they continued to say that was not what i ordered! I am very upset with the way the staff handled this situation i find it very rude to argye back with a paying customer!

Taco Cabana 3 green chicken enchiladas

I have been ordering the same plate for over 10 years & never have I gotten anything that looked like my order today. The plate usually has guacamole & sour cream on the enchiladas. Also I dont believe there was any chicken at all wrapped in the tortillas & not enough sauce to even cover the empty rolled up tortillas . When I asked about it Mario got his manager who came to the window & didn't offer to fix the order - she smugly told me that's is how your enchiladas come... lol I dont think so ! It was order #[protected]@2 PM. I assure you I have eaten at this location many times & my order never came out that way... more training needed in food preparation & customer service !

Taco Cabana store # 20143

Order#36974 9/9/201, 2:19:46 pm, Employee 402736. A very discussing restaurant, food was cold, tortillas where hard and cold, guacamole was bitter and old, meat smelled bad.I took photos, the limes where old and smelled, the pico looked like it was a couple of days old, The server was rude and slow (Dee Kelly), she knew I was bothered and took extra time. The cashier (big tall black woman) kept giving me dirty looks because I went up to counter to wait for my food. There where only 3 tables occupied with customers! They where not busy, look at their tickets and production for that time frame. The bathrooms where filthy, my mom couldn't even use the bathroom, she rather wait. I'm writing to corporate and letting Tim Taft CEO know about the filthy, discussing restaurant! They even had three homeless people with all of their smelly bags in the restaurant eating, I WILL NEVER go to another taco cabana, I'm posting all over social media to stay away from that restaurant. Corporate needs to do a 'surprise visit" to that discussing place. You need to take this serious, this is why more people like me rather eat at Chipotle! I will be happy to send you all the pictures I took!

Taco Cabana no air in the restaurant

It sadden me to go into the restaurant on lake june and thr employees are working in unsafe and unhealthy environment. There is no air and the employees are sweating and still trying to cook and give professional service. I will be reporting this incident to the health department because its unsafe for someone to have to work in these conditions the kitchen employees where really sweating plus the grill is sending out extra heat. This situation should be handled immediately I will be returning to take pictures of the employees and their sweated clothes.

Taco Cabana took 30 minutes to have my order taken. ordered 5 potato, egg, and cheese breakfast burritos.

While waiting 30 minutes I watched the girl working drive thru making food without gloves. She was tossing food into the to go boxes. That is unsanitary. Also the tortilla maker had at least 2 basketball size dough balls sitting at the bottom of the tortilla maker. It was hard and really crusty. They have no sense of cleanliness. Also I had black hair in one of my breakfast burritos. I will never eat at taco Cabana again. Their we 4 people working and it should have never taken 30 minutes for my order. The other customers in front of me waited just as long. If they are going to run a business they need to do it in a timely manner. That is why it's called fast food.

Taco Cabana manager amber

Stood in line to order and wasn't acknowledged . Manager Amber came out and said they were short staffed and said she acknowledged me and she didn't. She then called me a liar and said she knows what she said. Very rude and confrontational. Other customers said that no one acknowledged us. Manager didn't have to be so rude. We left and won't be back at this location.

Taco Cabana false advertising and taking advantage of senior citizens

On 08/21/19 I went to Taco Cabana to get the 50% off Senior Citizen deal that was sent to me in email. They would not give me the offer because the guy said I had to eat inside. No where on the coupon does it say you must eat inside. It does say that you cannot order online which I didn't do. This is false advertising and taking advantage of Senior Citizens. Yesterday, I ate the $4.99 Cabana Sampler that was also in the email. The only reason I was going to eat at Taco Cabana two days in a row was because of the great offer. I am a Senior and on a budget and I don't appreciate the dishonesty of your emails. I would like to have a 50% off order coupon emailed to me that I can actually use. My order # is 268784. 09/21/19 at 5:14:13. The receipt has lines all over it so the number is hard to read. Please correct you coupons to state that I cannot go through the drive thru.

I am very disappointed that a company would do this.

Taco Cabana poor customer service and very slow service

We went to taco cabana on our lunch break and ordered. Our order was taken at exactly 1:06pm and it was 3 pk flautas and a fajita taco combo (small and simple).
But come to find out that the 3 surrounding tables by ours were all sitting there before us and all without food. A lady and her elderly mother were there and told us we've been here 45 minutes and no food yet, the two gentlemen next to us were there 30 minutes and one of them was an airline pilot (in uniform and in a hurry). So everyone around us kept on looking at each other wondering where their food was, including us and after 35 minutes for us then we went to food pick up area and asked. An older lady went on to make our food and handed it to us right there and then, but the pilot and other man...no food yet. The manager was called out to the lobby by us and 2 gentlemen and he never came out. There was alot of employees but I'm assuming all slow. Our BMW dealership always orders food from this Taco Cabana but the bad slow customer service has gotten worse. It needs to get addressed and that counter person, Julio sure has an attitude (with us and with the 2 gentlemen next to us just because we asked for our food). If he's not happy then quit. As for the manager, a suggestion to always come out and face the customers, whether we are mad or happy. Very vey upset and mostly disappointed with this particular TC!

Taco Cabana Unethical behaviour

On Saturday 17th about 4:15 my wife and I arrived to the restaurant. When we entered, we saw an employee moving away from the register. Then, we were waiting for around 10 minutes to take our order. Finally, one of employee came after we asked him to help us. Three of them said that they couldn't open the register. After a while, they opened it and they took our order. Our age is around 60 years old, it is very obvious to realize about that (my wife is Irish American and her hair is all white). She ordered a margarita lime and they asked her about her ID. I want to mention that I do not drink alcohol. In front of the register there is a sign that says "If you look less than 40 years old we will ask you for your ID." We told them about the sign in front of the register and the employees said that the manager ordered them to ask ID for everybody. We asked them if we can talk to the manager. The manager came and told us in a very angry tone that everybody needed to show an ID. We told him about the sign in front of the register, and he said that "THE SIGN DOES NOT MATTER, THAT THE SIGN WAS NOTHING THAT IF WE WANTED TO ORDER THE MARGARITA WE NEEDED TO GIVE THEM OUR ID."
Also I noticed before that they scan the ID in the register (computer). One day, I noticed that they took the passport of a lady and put her information in the register. The lady looked on her 50's. We left the restaurant and the manager threatened us.
Also, we noticed other times that the restaurant had flies and the tables were dirty. We needed to clean them before we sat down.
I have been a very good client for you restaurants.

Taco Cabana brisket nachos

Did not come with all the sour cream guacamole jalapenos as the picture says. Extremely disappointed. Then when u tried to call ut kept saying the number was not allocated! The nachos use to be good but these were nothing but slop beans and runny cheese with a little meat..they looked disgusting..never will i go back there again. I would like a full refund or gift card or something. Taco bell has better..please put everything in the bag thats suppose to go with it so another customer wont be disappointed.

Taco Cabana brisket plate

I got the brisket plate. Ordered double refried beans. Still got the nasty rice. The portions are very tiny and your prices have increased dramatically, its very expensive. The Guacamole tasted horrible and really looked bad too. I Won't be going back there any time soon. What happened to quality & proportions for the price? Extremely disappointed! Taco Cabana was my favorite drive thru Mexican restaurant. I'm going to have to rethink my choice. I know I'm only one voice but I matter because I'm not rich!

Taco Cabana shift lead on duty at 10:40 male

This Shift Lead Needs To Learn Customer Service Skills And How To Talk To A Customer Cause He Was Very Bluntly Rude And Hostile While Me And My Fiancee Was Just Coming Thru To Get Our Food ... He Was A Mexican Bald Male Working At 10:40 Tuesday July 30th Cashing Out And Taking Orders Thru Drive Thru He Called My Fiancee A Liar He Started Fusing With Him At The Menu When There Was Several Other Cars Trying To Order He Has Worse Customer Service Skills I Don't See How He Could Be Even Almost In A Partial Authority Role When He Is So Rude And Disrespectful To All Customers I Just Wanted My Food But Instead I Told My Fiancee I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Establishment And Will Make Sure Someone Over His Head Knows Of How He Is Terribly Representing Taco Cabana Completely... I Would Like To Speak To Anyone Cause Bad Enough My Food Was Incorrect And Not Like I Ordered But I Get Disrespected ... Line All The Way Around Building And Was Seating In Drive Thru For Excatly 23 Minutes ...

Shift Leads Juana And Paul Very Much Need To Be Taught Respect Not to Call A Customer A Liar And Then Slam The Drive Thru Window Cause We Made Them Aware I Will Be Contacting Higher Authority Based On How Slow They Was Moving How Hostile And Aggressive They Came Off To Both Me And My Fiancee ... I Shouldn't Have Been In Drive Thru For No 23 Minutes That's Really Terrible.

Taco Cabana all food

We got in line 1240 the guy in front of us didn't know what he wanted he sat their until 1250 we finally order just to be told we couldn't have nothing we wanted, no beef because her ghetto self said we came at close so everything is off and cleaned we couldn't get nothing from the grill we try to order a quesadilla She said no we try to order beef nachos with ADDED RICE with sour cream meat and cheese we got chicken with NO RICE with guacamole No sour cream half the cheese that's suppose to be on it.. we paid with exact change the cashier was mad we give her 58 cents Two quarters and eight pennies

Taco Cabana grande chicken fajita meal

I paid that $30 for chicken fajita meal that is supposed to feed 6 people. The amount of chicken was so scarce that this was not enough to feed the 6 people on my team. Also there several burnt pieces in the container. Luckily I did make other meat choices but I am very unhappy to pay the amount of money that I paid for CHICKEN not STEAK but CHICKEN to only get enough meat for 4 tacos.

Taco Cabana management, service and food

To whomever will do something,
We love your food but the Kemah location needs new management and employees. The only one in the place that works and tries to keep your location moving is the young crippled boy with glasses that is at the window and takes our order. It's been about a year since there has been good service. Just tonight I waited 39 minutes in drive through with 2 other cars and got cold and oil soaked food for $12. Waited 15 minutes at the window watching 4 employees texting, talking, moving so slow and careless in conversation ignoring why they were there. The man in the drive thru and I shut our vehicles off in the heat and talked about how bad it's gotten at the Kemah location. There is a lot of money flowing through that location that is avoiding that location it has to show in your profit reports. According to customers online you all need new upper management because your management and employees all over don't care about doing their jobs. If I were managing I'd turn the business into a cash cow like WHATABURGER !

Taco Cabana horrible service and nasty food

I'm not sure if it's just bad management or what but the service here was horrible!
During the lunch rush there was only ONE CASHIER working and she had no clue what she was doing. She had no idea how to work the register. She got my order wrong 3 times. I had to wait in line 3 separate times to get it corrected.
The food was horrible. It was cold. The food looked like it was just thrown on the plate.
Disgusting restrooms. Dirty toilets, dirty sinks with hair all in it. Very unsanitary. I feel like it's definitely a heath violation.
So disappointed with Taco Cabana. We won't be coming back unless they improve drastically.
I wanted to just get my money back and leave but I WAS NOT going to wait in the long line again.
So I ended up just leaving the food on the table and walked out.

Taco Cabana multiple issues

I spoke with the corporate office concerning the under staffing at the store in Euless Tx. I never complain regarding service issues but I felt sorry for all the staff at that store. I was promised to receive a call from the district manager, and also some kind of coupons mailed from San Antonio on 7/12...either one was received. All I can say is Taco Cabana lost a very good customer.

Taco Cabana I am complaining about my wrong order and guest coupons.

I went today, Monday, July 8, 2019 at 6:50pm to Taco Cabana at 12525 N. Mopac Expwy at the drive through for a fajita plate. Instead I received two flour chicken tacos, rice, borracho beans, flour tortillas, and sweet tea. Anthony employee ID #416845 said the manager Sarah said I could use only one $5 guest card given to me by Andrea Saavedra on June 20, 2019. I then paid the difference of $4.31 with a $10 bill. I then asked Anthony for the name of the manager that said I could use only one coupon per visit and he said Sarah and Rene. Then he said let me ask the other manager. She then accepted the other coupon only to give me back the wrong change of $3. I told her I paid $4.31. She then gave me the correct change. All of this too so long at the drive through more than 15 minutes.

Taco Cabana about the presentation of the restaurant

Stopped by the location on west commerce and gen mcmullen in san antonio texas. Looking forward to a relaxing time. But even before that happened. I went in to the restroom. And it was horrible. The business was not too busy to not keep up with that. I lost my interest and left. Never been so diappointed in this company. Looks like the employees have lost their love for their company. Good luck with that. I just couldn't trust my food would be right. With that much of disrespect on cleanliness.

Taco Cabana customer service, quality of food

Waited 20 minutes with no line. Sat at both the ordering menu & window for 8-10 minutes each before anyone greeted me. Cashier/manager was rude too when I finally tried to order. I had to request my correct order 3 times! The first time I asked for the side of refried beans and beans & cheese taco I ordered. She gave me charro beans. Then I asked again for my correct order. She only gave me refried beans. Finally after a 3rd request she finally gave the bean and cheese taco. This is not the first time, so I know to check my bag because it is almost always wrong. The food was terrible! The reason why I keep coming back even with the customer service being bad all of the time is because the food is usually good. The rice was hard and dried up. The refried bean and charro beans had a funky taste. The corn tortillas on my street tacos were dry and crumbling. I made a complaint and the manager said that they were short staffed. Also should I mention that I have complained in the past about the workers not using gloves when handling food, and the next time I went the windows were blacked out. This time really does it for me, and I do not plan to go back. I will warn everyone I know.
