My son and I went to Taco Bueno yesterday on south Collins road in Arlington, TX and when we went to the door it was locked yet 3 tables were full with customers. A customer came to the door when my son knocked and he said the doors were locked after they placed their order but no reason was given. I called and the lady said only drive thru was available. was very frustrated.
Desired outcome: some sort of reason to go back to that location to win back the trust of a loyal customer
Sounds like they were limiting the number of people inside at one time.
