I was at the Taco Bell store # 004041 at 2104 Crockett St. in Palestine Texas July 21 ay 9:40 pm - my cashier was Julio P. My ticket number was 225419.
I only ordered two chalupas to go, inside at the counter after taking a short break from highway driving.
I ordered, then stood there, and stood there, and stood there - for a total of 20 minutes.
Yes, they were busy, but the cashier could've asked me about my order because he stared at me the whole time. When I FINALLY asked for the manager he comes over and rudely quips, "we're very busy!" which I replied, "I've been standing here in line ahead of everybody coming through the drive-in window for 20 minutes now! You've let me fall through the cracks! Your cashier doesn't give a [censored] because he stared at me the whole time I'm standing here all by myself at the counter 20 minutes. The rude manager gave me a credit refund but not the receipt, I had to ask for It. He kept apologizing, but I yelled, " there's no excuse, I'm starving to death here, I have to get back on the road man!" He didn't offer me any discounts or incentives to come back.
Terrible, terrible service at this location - I will never go back here. I've been in a Taco Bell since I was a kid. Now each weekend I just drive by it.
