I got the nach box. It tasted like they dump a whole bottle of salt on it. I couldn't even eat it. I have always got good food from this store. But they have people in their that has no clue what they are doing. I heard a lot of laughing an going on inside the place. Taco Bell that there is no place for positive feedback

I was served today by a young man. Who was able to fit me in his schedule. Yes, that was the feeling I had. The service wasn't bad. Just what you'd expect or so. He asked my name, but when my order was ready the called our the menu item, not my name. My store is 032938. My order number was 245499

I ate in the restaurant. Immediately Following me, the young man (receipt says Jody N) went on break.

A slightly more mature tall tidy young woman helped the next person. She was not what I expected. The customer had questions, she answered them (I don't know what they were). I heard her recommend something to go along with his order, and he ordered it. When the order came, she called his name. There was some more brief conversation. He thanked her and left.

My server was a 4/10. The one I am reporting to you about is at least an 8 and maybe in Taco Bell world, 10.

I hope you take time to look into this.

Taco Bell an employee

There was a miscommunication with what I order and the cashier
I wanted nacho fries I got nacho chips it was no big deal but the cashier said no you said nacho chips and started arguing with me on what I order. It doesn't matter it was a bad communication but employees should never argue with a customer how much easier for him to say I am sorry let me fix that instead of arguing with me. One of your female employees came up fix it and apologized. Just wondering is it ok for your employees to argue with customers.

There was a miscommunication between myself and cashier
I wanted nacho fries not chips
Cashier started arguing with me and said you order chips
Wouldn't it be easier for cashier to say I fix it and not argue with your guest.
I don't think it good for employees to act like that and you will lose customers,
A female employee came up and fix it right away and apologized.
Also you should advice your employees not to talk about customers when they leave it's not right.
I hope someone fixes this issue regardless who wrong or right you should never argue with a customer.

Taco Bell Food and service

First, I only have a 1/2 an hour for my lunch so I tend to be in a rush in the first place, but I do plan ahead. On this day, I went to Taco Bell in Rehoboth for my lunch. I made sure I was there around 11:30 before the lunch rush came in. I prefer to order to a real person, but if I had waited for that, I would possibly still be standing there. I order 4 Fire Taco Supremes with out lettuce and added onions. Well they got the lettuce and onion thing right. But i did not receive any of the Supreme toppings. I have to pay extra for that. And when I do not get it as expected, I feel that a fraud has been committed. the old switch and bait. I did call the store and explained that I did not have time to drive all the way back over there for them to [censored] up my order again. And I say again, because this has happened before. First time I wrote an email to the complaint line. the service got better for a minute. I had another issue about 6 months ago and told myself that your store was dead to me. I drove by and saw that there had been some turnover with employees, so I decided to give it another shot. They have failed miserably. Once again the order has been grossly mismade. The person on the phone was rather rude and not in the least bit trying to be understanding of the situation. And I feel that I can no longer bring any business to any of the Taco Bell stores again. And if anyone ever asks me of my opinion of Taco Bell, it will not be in good favor.

I feel I need Compensation for these repeated failures from this Taco Bell store. As it is, I am out for the difference of about 12 Supreme tacos as opposed to the 12 regular tacos that I received.

Taco Bell great logo but somehow off... bells are not usually selling tacos?

It's an old expression but bell, bel belle, bella are common french and english expressions. Bells work in stores, a Bell is a physical bell that rings at lunch time then the taco bells make and serve tacos and bells use money, a bel makes an appoinment and records money. Which belll are you and then there a problem with northern groups their race is bell that are northern with also ancestry to the carabiean. A girl from bellfast is a bell, an irish northern store worker using money and appointement. Are you making irish tacos...that's the confusion or confusing people with food? I would suggest Bell ('s) Tacos. Bell Tacos instead of Taco bell or at least add a small Bell's Tacos in the resaurant. Irish (AmeIRican) sell whiskey so that's the connection to Mexico? Mexicans need to know that white store workers are bells...some bells are taco bells most are not and bells sell just about everything especially funiture...What about furniture store Taco rest? You can add to your store line up but be more concerned with logos with logos. Bells are actually store girls, northern, they are local, we're not Mexican.

Taco Bell bean & cheese burrito

I used to eat the basic bean and cheese burrito regularly but after tonight I will never eat at any taco bell ever again
The cheese is supposed to be shredded orange cheese, red Ranchero sause, a few chopped onions and refied beans in a tortilla. What I got was a process melted yellow cheese, NO Ranchero sauce, NO onions and a cold tortilla. Took two small bites and threw it up. I guess everyone that knows how to cook or at least prepare a basic burrito was sent back to their country.

Taco Bell store closing earlier every saturday

Every Saturday the Taco Bell on Summer Ave in Memphis by Waring has started closing their doors at 9:30. I know because, there is a car meet next door and it used to be our weekly ritual to go to the car meet then have dinner at TacoBell with our car group every Saturday. Apparently TacoBell does not appreciate not want our business. The employees lock the doors and turn people away.

Taco Bell trumann taco bell

I have sat in line from 9:30pm until 10 pm currently still waiting i absolutely LOVE taco bells food when i travel however this one has extremely poor management staffed with employees who couldnt care less. Pulling up to place my order after waiting 15 minutes just for that my husband went ahead and spoke into the speaker and said i would like a chicken cascadea and an annoyed voice said "anything else sir?" And he continued to order customers were yelling and honking when looking inside the workers are literally standing around talking! And on their phones! Its now 10:15 and my patients is wearing thin its super slow and late at night! What is the problem?

Taco Bell employee being extremely unprofessional

I went to this location: 3410 Highway 34 E Sharpsburg, GA 30277. I was in the store roughly about 1:10pm, 6/29/19. I ordered a meal with a drink and went to the soda machine to get my drink, and the soda machine sprayed all over me, ruining my shirt and pants for the day. I went to the counter to get the cashier's attention, who also took our order, and as I told her about it spraying me, she said, "Oh yeah, the cap's not on there. You should have seen that." And she pointed at the cap that was sitting on the pickup counter. I did not notice the cap missing from the machine. Why would I? She made me feel like it was my fault that I sprayed myself. She did not apologize to me or offer anything, not even a wet rag to wipe myself down. I said she should put a sign up there to let customers know that this is temporarily out of order. After saying that, she still failed to preform that simple task. I was greatly disappointed on how this was resolved, and not to mention the inconvenience to the rest of my day. Hope to hear back about this matter.

Taco Bell crew not polite

Been there, place was dirty all over, people beggin food, some ask money, some people took out containers from garbage to get soda walk away, it's look disgusting heard people complain lady in kitchen bump a costumer order very unsafe place to comeback to eat.
This buissnes is not going good, there were people at the door smoking, blocking and asking for money too.

Taco Bell the service horrible customer service I received

Here's a piece of my experience at Taco Bell, absolutely horrible! Its very dysfunctional, and there is no customer service. When I asked the employees name his response was laughing and throwing up the peace sign.Also they hesitated on giving me my change and when they did give it back to me it was incorrect, when I told him it was wrong. Then manager tried to argue with me about how it was just a few dollars off and how it was no big deal. Very dirty environment as well the manager was unsanitized, when he walked up to address me he was scratching under his arms, the other employee kept sneezing. And not to mention there was a parade of homeless people outside & inside the establishment.

Taco Bell customer service complaint

On 6/15/19 I went to taco bell to order dinner for my family.
I ordered from the drive-thru.
I received my order and went to my house to have dinner with my family.
When I got home I was missing some items.
I called taco bell and let the person that answer about the missing items.
I was told to go back and the items would be replaced.
When I got back to taco bell I was with my 4 year old grandson and my 24 year old daughter.
I asked for the Manager I showed him my receipt and he looked at like I was liar and told me he can now replace the missing items.
After he talk to the drive-thru crew and verified that the items were missing.
The missing items were 6 chalupas that I ordered and 1 crunchy taco that I did not order.
My order was a total amount of $57.20.
This was very bad cutomer service that I received and am still upset today.

6/22/2019 order # 200374 We had fish, chicken, fries and hushpuppies and mexican pizza. The fried food tasted bad like it was cooked in very old grease or something. Taco Bell the food

I simply ordered 6 tacos and nacho fries and I got my fries that were horribly soggy like they were made 5 hours before hand and were just sitting there and I asked for no tomatoes or sour cream on my tacos and they still had sour cream it was just horrible. Why does Taco Bell act like they can just give people old food like it's nothing it's disgusting and needs to be more sanitary, throw away the fries after an hour if no one eats them not give them out to customers. I just threw away my whole meal

Taco Bell $5 chalupa cravings box

I go to this Taco Bell a lot because it's right by my house. I haven't complained before but after tonight I've had enough. Almost every time I go they get my order wrong. And I pay extra to get steak on my food. I don't appreciate the fact that almost every meal (it's more rare they get it right) is nasty in one way or another to me because it's not what I like. I've wasted money as well. I will start eating somewhere else from now on. Which saddens me because I love Taco Bell. The store I go to is on memorial drive and dairy ashford in Houston, tx, 77079.

Taco Bell evening manager on june 21,2019

My husband and were raised in S.California Riverside/San Bernardino area and LOVE Taco Bell. My Family as a whole rate Taco Bell Best . We live 35 miles from nearest One (Le Grande Oregon) We live in Baker city Oregon 97814. We drive there about once a week (cravings what can I say) I love your tacos!
Today we ordered but I chose to add a $1.00 tostado extra. the one in display showed a flat tortilla, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. the one I got looked like only lettuce and cheese with a bunch of pink sauce in a circle . I went to counter and asked for one closer to the example The manager who had been talking loudly about needing a 3 week vacation, came over asking what was wrong I told her and said just LOOK at this and picture on board menu I was expecting. The Manager said they won't look like those because THOSE are plastic. she then opened register and said here is your dollar back then .
She went back to (I assume) her office and I asked the Girl (noone was wearing name tags) for her name, the girl stiffened and then said "I can't do that". Mind you I am 71 years old and was night manager for Hardee's first in Des Moines then Centerville Iowa. I know a little bit about HOW you communicate with a customer who is making a complaint.
Please know that your business would be much improved at the Le Grande Oregon store if this manager was to be trained once more on your company policies in this area.
I will go there again for sure as we love Taco Bell and Know you will fix this Problem

Taco Bell rude employees and mgmt

My son and I visited the Taco Bell in Elkin, NC where the service wasn't good at all. The young lady that took the order was very rude and didn't even ask if she could take my order. When my food was ready, they just layed it on the counter uncovered and never called a number out to let me know my order was ready. I asked the rude young lady was that my order and she replied yes. I asked why wasn't it covered up because all kinds ppl breathing on it? She then stepped back to let the mgr on duty aware of what I said. I overheard someone say, next time I'll fix her right up and if they tampered with my food in any kind of way, I will be making a serious report on the whole store. Thanks and I hope to hear from someone very soon.
