slow service and limited selection
Arrived at midnight on September 8th. It took more than 15 minutes just to reach the order speaker. Upon arriving to the speaker, I was relayed that there was only two choices on the menu. I was only allowed soft or crunchy tacos. Even with the only two choices provided, it still took more than 30 minutes for me to receive my order. I will never come to this Taco Bell location again.

Slow business at store, wife and I only customers at the time, but it still took the staff over 10 minutes to quit their cleaning in the kitchen area to come out and take my order. Still took another 15 minutes to get 6 tacos that were ordered. Request was made for my receipt which I never got with the meal. After I received my meal, other potential customers came in an basically got the same substandard delayed service to where I noted a couple of the clients turned around and left, something that I had contemplated. Dining area was clean though, but if this the type of service this store gives clients, I will be more than happy to go elsewhere.
bad service
I am done with Taco Bell! Service has always been slow at this store. I was in tonight, ordered our food at the counter. I was told you no longer carry the empanda. Told her I was disappointed as the only two things my husband likes are no longer carried. Waiting for my order I asked an employee if there was another number to contact them. She said there was only the one. I told her I tried and no one answered. I told her last time we had their food there were two items missing. (Far from the first time!) She said I should have called. Ummm I did and no one answered. So she tells me, "Well you should check your bag before you leave." I normally do as they goof up more than not! This time I sent my granddaughters and they went through the drive thru. They said the line was too long to stop and check.
Taco Bell is not worth the stress and lack of service I get. I am done!
food so bad
I have never submitted an online complaint in my life but my experience at this Taco Bell was so bad I just need to do this. I ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad and the shell which is usually my favorite part tasted like it was sprayed with disinfection chemicals. I had 4 people in our office taste it just to be sure and they said yes it was awful and did taste very much like chemicals. I threw the whole thing away. also we were shorted 3 items and even given nacho sauce without our nacho chips. when I tried to call the store and voice my concern I got a voice recording saying" mailbox not set up". I tried calling 3 other times to only get the same voice recording. I just hope that I do not get ill from eating a part of that disgusting salad shell. If I do I will pursue this complaint much further.
online pick up order
I had a online order at the Gardendale, Al location tonight 9/3/19 around 7:30...the order was poorly made...I paid for something and expected to get my money's worth and both mine and my daughters chicken quesadillas were made very poorly with hardly anything inside them...I've gotten more inside one of the $1 chicken quesadilla than I did in both of the regular size ones I ordered tonight not to mention my daughters taco looked like a 2 year put it together...there was barley any meat in that as well! If this is the kinda food Taco Bell is going to put out I will NEVER order from there again and make sure others know as well! I spent $16 on dinner tonight and it wasn't even worth $2! I am very upset and disappointed!
customer service or lack thereof
This evening, my husband and I went to get supper around 7:45 pm. The folks behind the counter refused to wait on us or all the very polite college students who had just moved in. They stated that everyone had to use these new computers.
We put in our order and had to wait about 30 minutes to receive our food. They forgot my two freezes and only gave us 6 of our 12 cinnabons.
The college students were all so very polite. The folks behind the counter did not want to wait on them at all. The two computer things wouldn't work right to take payments. Plus, this next generation tends to use cash instead of cards.
The folks behind the counter were EXTREMELY rude. Not to mention they can't count. We have yet to receive one order that has all 12 of the Cinnabons. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
this store has reduced the size and portions of the taco salad, and kept or increased the price.
I went and ate at the above store on 8/26/2019 — order number of 253867. This order was for a beef taco salad and a cup of water. I was surprised to see how that this particular store has reduced the size of this salad so much that when I left, I went down the street and ate at another fast food restaurant. The reason being that there was not enough portion of food on my order. I complained to the manager, who was very nice, but had no answer. I also filed a complaint to the number on the back of my ticket, and still did not get an answer. My complaint has fell on deaf ears and/or Taco Bell does not care for my business. I usually eat at Taco Bell more than once a month, and this is the first time that this has happened. Have they company-wide reduced the size of the portions? I don't know, and NO ONE seems to care. This has caused me to not take my family, grandkids, or myself to Taco Bell ever again. I believe that my port folio shows that I own some stock in this company. Now, how do you think I feel? My complaint is against the Taco Bell Restaurant at 84th and Washington in Thornton, Colorado. About six months ago my grandson injured a finger on a broken chair in this restaurant. We returned today we returned to the same restaurant only to find not one broken chair but two broken broken chairs that could injure a child. When I attempted to bring the matter to the managers attention she literally blew me off. Said she was too busy to deal with it. This angers me. If McDonald's can be sued over hot coffee then Taco Bell can be sued over broken chairs. I do not wish to sue. I just want the Taco Bell restaurants I visit to be safe for my grandchildren. Hi my name is breyana hallom, i'm allergic to tomatoes however I decided to spend my hard earned money to eat at the taco bells on 1323 sibley boulevard 8/30/2019 in between 10:15 and 10:40 when I place order I ask for no tomatoes on my food, when I received my order not only did it have tomatoes but the employee at the window didn't give me a receipt I decided to go back to speak with a manager and she refused to give me a receipt and offered too coupons for free taco and addition to making my full order over new box new food new everything as I received the fresh order that was supposed to be made with no tomatoes after informing the manager about the issue and warning her that I i'm allergic to tomatoes I find tomatoes in my seconds order and when I took the food back she still denied my of receiving my receipt and also to me that I put the tomatoes in my food my email is [protected]@gmail.com
today I went for pickup and I received wrong item
Today I went there to pickup and I ordered chzy gold crunch sb from Bf to Bn and I received it with Bf. We are strictly vegetarian and this item was for my mom. After one bite she realized and we can't eat anything and she feels of vomiting . I feel so bad. This is not acceptable at all. I called there and ask for manager to complain they have cut my call.
rude and disrespectful employee

I went through the Taco Bell drive thru in Belle Glade, Fl. I was ordering food for my family and I. I heard employee Sharon state over the intercom she is slow or retarded or something(this statement along is discrimination). At that point i pulled up to the window and told the person taking my order i no longer wish to order. I then proceed to ask the employee name who was being very rude and disrespectful. The cashier apologize on behalf of her co worker but Sharon in the background continued with the disrespect and vogue language towards me with thinking i could not hear her. I asked for the store number to report her. At last store manage came to the window and provided me with the employees name and i then informed the manager i would be reported this incident. This employee Sharon is very disrespectful. As an employee in the restaurant business customer service and retention is everything. This is not the first incident this Sharon has had with other customers. This is an on going issue with her and her attitude reported to me by other locals in the city. She is a misrepresentation of your company. I will never ever go back to Taco Bell again.
poor staffing/ excess wait time

I have a compliment as well as a complaint.
On August 27, 2019, I went to your Parkville, Maryland store at approximately 8:00 pm. There was a decent amount of people waiting for their food. Apparently, the store was very short staffed. People were waiting over a hour for FAST FOOD.
There was some very rude customers demanding their money back and other complaining but waiting for their food. The manager was working behind the counter preparing the food with another woman while three other people were doing little to nothing.
I personally waited 52 minutes for my food and my order was wrong! I had to drive back to the store to get the correct order.
Once the drive thru line and the lobby lines were excessive, the manager needed to either shut down the drive thru or lobby. The manager had to deal with very rude people, which he could have reduce had he had a plan in place. He should have given free cinnamon twists or delights. There were many things that he could have done, but did not.
I am complimenting the manager and the one lady I believe her name was De'Asia. They both were trying hard to get the orders filled, though it was very overwhelming to them.
My goal in writing is to let you know that you lost A LOT of business that night as customers were very upset. I would hope that you attempt to rectify the situation with that store and train the manager on how to deal better with a situation.
I probably will not go back to that store as it was poorly run that night. Fortunately, there are 2 other Taco Bells within 10 miles of this store.
I was not rude or nasty and did not complain when I had to drive over 10 minutes back to the store and then home again when my order was wrong. I do think I should be credited/ given a new meal as it took over 1hour and 20 minutes for my family to get the proper order and eat.

I walked in the Hueytown, AL store yesterday and was very surprised by the attitude of the workers. There was a worker outside talking to someone on a car and it appeared that she had on a headset taking drive through orders (not 100% sure of that). Walked inside, one man waiting on his order, no customers seated or waiting to place an order.. I did not get a hello, how are you, nothing.. just can I take your order. I placed a very large order and while I was waiting, I saw no communication between any employees. One of my bags was put on the counter while waiting on another one. I said, does a drink come with this combo? (no response, just handed me a cup and walked away) — then I had to stand there and wait for my receipt — no one was at the desk so I asked a girl that was mopping the floor — can I get my receipt please? she just walked up, got my receipt, handed it to me — not a have a good evening, sorry, nothing... Will not be back in that store. Very unfriendly, not polite and poor customer service.
the change in the ground beef
We have a question (not a complaint) about the change in the products, especially the meat. My husband ordered two soft taco supreme's. He said the meat was really spicey. Plus it was soggy from the lettuce, etc. I ordered a few of the buritto's on the value menu and mine were very spicey also. Are all of your items with meat extra spicey now? Just don't dare order again because if we want spice on them, we add the little packets. I don't do spice at all. I also had the value menu nachos and they were really spicey also. Just curious as to the menu all changing to all spice?
soft shell beef taco
August 10th, 2019 at about 8 pm i went to taco bell on a quick lunch break from work. About my 3rd bite of the soft taco i bit into what was obviously a bone. It chipped my tooth and part of it wedged into my tooth an took about 2 hours to get that piece out. That part was horrible. It kept ripping the dental floss and finally i was able to get it out with a tooth pick. I immediately went into the store, we were eating in the parking lot and i showed the staff ...they were nice but youngsters and nieve to the handeling of the situation. I made the appropriate phone calls on Aug.12th and was immediately told that Taco Bell would do the right thing however they needed to analyze the bone, which made sense. Today is Aug. 26th and i was told this morning by a taco bell rep that since this is a time sensative matter i should just get my tooth fixed and try submitting the bill to them . well with the dental insurance i have my 1st appt. I can get is Oct.22...and i already know that a dentist i call isnt going to do the work an send a bill to taco bell in hopes they will pay it. I just want taco bell to show some integrity an help me with this matter. I talked to an attorney and they said they would take the case i just really did not want to go that route. I am reaching out here in hopes that some one in their corporate offices reads these complaints and will contact me . i dont want to loose my tooth . it will eventually come to that if nothing is done.

On Saturday August 24th a employee named Taylor Martin saw my friends and I at Taco Bell. She was High and she hates my friend because they shared the same bf. But Taylor knowing my friend was severely allergic to Pineapple put pineapple in her drink! And then went to Facebook and told people about it! She put my friend in the hospital! Shes not only disrespectful to customers but she is a nuisance on society at this point. She is rude to all customers and comes to work stoned and uses the work place as a excuse to almost kill someone!
my whole experience
I went to this Taco Bell listed above and had horrible service! Not only did we have to wait for 40 minutes for food they got our order wrong multiple times! They didn't offer anything to make it better either! Honestly, I would have rather just got my money back! My daughters cinnamon twists tasted horrible and they would not even replace them! 40 minutes waiting for food with two little kids is RIDICULOUS!
completely messed up my order
I went thru the drive thru, and before I ordered I asked the gentleman what exactly was on a beefy 5 layer burrito, to which he replied that it came with nacho cheese, beans, beef, cheese and sour cream. I then said can I get one of those but can you guys do no nacho cheese, but everything else is fine . And then I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, 2 soft tacos, 1 hard taco, a pineapple freeze, & a dr. Pepper. And I had repeated one more time that I didn't want nacho cheese on the 5 layer but the shredded cheese, sour cream, beans and beef were fine, just to make sure that we were on the same page and he fully understood what I wanted because I have a very picky child that will not eat it unless it is exactly that way. When we got home, I realized that the hard taco was missing, there was only 1 soft taco and the 5 layer burrito did in fact not have nacho cheese on it but it also was missing the shredded cheese and the sour cream leaving only beef and beans.. I double checked my receipt and I did however pay for things I didn't receive. Very disappointing. And too far from this taco bell to drive back to it .
very often claim to be out of ground beef eliminating most of their menu
Have gone to this location many times only to be told that they are out of ground beef which eliminates a large portion of their menu. This has happened early in the evening as well as later in the evening. They never apologize or explain why.
I would have to question managements decisions as it seems this would be detrimental to sales of their product. I have avoided this restaurant for months at a time hoping this issue would eventually be resolved but it appears not to be the case. I will boycott going forward.

Tonight, AUGUST 24 2019.pulled into Dayville CT. Taco Belle at 7:30 PM. Did not even make it to the door when I was intercepted by Hispanic man in Taco Bell uniform and was told they were closed for awhile. I asked how long they were closed and he gave some vague excuse that sounded like it was made up on the spot.Two other employees were outside also, and the one I parked next to muttered something like "no, we are not closed"So it seems like this man was up to something, maybe he did not want his smoking break interrupted by a customer!
