Taco Bell drive thru

i ordered a cheese quesadilla and i had to repeat it several times, when i finally got my food i started eating because i was hungry and i soon realized it was chicken. i have a severe intolerance to meat and i ended up throwing up for hours. partially because of my intolerance and partially because i was disgusted, because i have been vegetarian since i was 8 and my intolerance started growing and i found meat morally wrong. the moment i realized there was chicken in it i threw up. i have had many problems with taco bell before but this was by far the worst experience. get yourself together

Taco Bell taco bell policy advice

While taking your online "training class" for your company, I remember there being no classes on mental health. Your company does not understand mental health or accomodate people who have a disability. Sexual harassment also needs to be addressed more in your training classes. Maybe there should be an in-class session about sanitation too. Also, have a class on work bullying, favoritism, and discrimination. I have a feeling I am not the only person who was taken advantage of at your company. No accomodation for me because of my disability, no direct deposit set up, put in a health risk situation by cleaning bathroom ceilings and walls with a strong bleach spray. I also have asthma too

General Manager would leave the door the money safe wide open for hours and also leave the cash tray drawer full of money on the counter next to the griller where quesadillas are pressed and grilled which was strange and unsanitary. A person could have jumped over again and could have stolen money. This is another example of how unprofessional the General Manager is .

Taco Bell is ruining my quality of life by not setting up my direct deposit and handing me a check . I received my last check almost two weeks ago and I still have no access to it. What if I was a disabled person living on my own without a camera phone and no transportation to a place of where to cash a check? Where would I get help? Luckily I have my family at home to help me, but I was living alone then I would be totally screwed.

I also wanted to add that I suffered Trauma at Taco Bell due to lack of training on how to handle a violent customer who jumps over the counter and into the kitchen where the employees work. There is also no training on gun safety. I was for sure thinking that I was going to get shot or injured . There was no accomodation for the trauma that I experienced at work.

Taco Bell steak taco

I work at Olive Garden, love to pick up something to eat on my way home. I order 2-3 steak tacos, and they are cold. I live 2-3 minutes from the store. This weekend I went 3 times, finally the third time, I told the girl. Please make the tacos hot, the cheese isn't even me!ted. I would really love to have hot food! My dates are 10/4-10/6. Plus, they never give me sauce packets!

Taco Bell drive thru

Saturday 10/5/2019 at about 8pm I placed my order (order no 330716). Although there was only one car behind me I was told to park and wait...which I did for about 10-15 mins. Nobody came out with my order so I finally went in and asked about it...it was in a bag sitting on the counter. The girl handed it to me without even an apology. It was barely warm, the bag was soaked through. By the time I got home (10 mins) my tacos were soggy, cheesy Gordy crunch was rubbery and Crunchwrap was steamed and stuck to the paper. I was thoroughly bummed. So that's my complaint.

Taco Bell customer service

Sunday, October 6 at 7 pm
I went through the drive thru window and was given all my items in one bag, i had ordered a chalupa box but there were not boxes so everything was placed together in a bag along with the rest of my order. I was told to hold on there was 1 more item, then the guy came back to the window and told me everything was in the bag so i drove off. Once i got home i realized i was missing the chalupa from the chalupa box and a doritos loco taco. I called the taco bell i had bought the food from and spoke to a lady who once i explained that i was missing food tried to make it seem as if was lying by saying there was no "guy" at the drive thru. I said no not the person who took my order, the guy who took my card and gave me my food. She then asks when did this happen, i told her literally 15 mins ago. I told her i needed to come back for my food and she put someone else on the phone who i then had to explain the situation again. I was told to come back for the food but offered no apology whatsoever...i had to drive back to Taco Bell, come back home to eat cold food with no apology. I feel now that at the very least a refund is in order. The receipt has been attached...i also feel the on duty manager should be made aware of the situation, i wanted to call back and ask for here name but chose to email my complaint instead.

Remember when they were $1.00?
Then...$1.29...$1.49...$1.79 - I quit going.
The Breakfast Jack. The thinnest slice of ham?, One overcooked egg, cheese on a small bun. Simple
I heard they jacked the price some more. I went to have one today-$2.79 !
Yikes!
Still the same as it was for $.99...

Taco Bell guest front counter service...

I went to this location on 10/4/2019 and was greeted very appropiatley untill another man approached the counter and destincly heard the front counter and man state comments of slander/defamation that I have to make sure this loser is happy, and that I talk to myself that I more often may sing a song or more often on my phone that is bluetooth. I was actually wearing designer brand clothes and items as Armani sunglasses and recommended walking Nike air shoes that range to $125.00 and carrying my CK jaket with cologne on of Sauvage Dior perf. > All legally legit too and hearing such remarks in an area I was pratically raised as a youth. I wanted just some quick snacks and saw there was no menue of such anymore. This kind of behavior agitates my known condition of Anxiety/P.T. Stress. D. and I purchased my meal at an entirely other fast food chain.

Taco Bell food

I am very disappointed we went to Taco Bell and we had ordered several items over 15 dollars the gordita was was stuck to the wrapper we had also ordered taco Supremes the tomatoes on the taco supreme looked like they were old they were almost brown we are very disappointed as well as we're my kids because we do eat often at Taco Bell. This should not happen at any time the food should be very fresh I would like compensation if possible so i can have another dinner maybe this time and enjoy it.

Taco Bell nachos grande

I have been going to this Taco Bell for 6 years. Suddenly the entire staff is gone. The menu has shrunk by half. I ordered the Nachos Grande box. They charged me $5.99 for the $5.00 box. If it's a $5.00 box why are they charging $5.99 for it? The ground beef was orange, tough and tasted horrible. The chips were bland and flavorless. These were the worst nachos I have ever ate in my life. If this is the product you are now selling, you just lost a lifelong customer. Disgraceful!

Taco Bell employee complaint

To whom this may concern I was in your store round 9 pm I over heard your manager telling one of your employees that he wasn't getting a [censored]ing break she don't give a [censored] what the Gm says I over heard the young man saying he had been on line since 5 pm this lady Is unprofessional to her employees and I thought it was very rude of her to be talking that way to her employees she told him if he clock out for a 30 minute break she was gone make sure he don't come back I think it was very unprofessional of her to tell the young man that if something don't be done about this manger I'm going to corporate on her I felt sorry for the young man it's something about this manger that doesn't sit well with me your employees deserve better treatment then that the way she talks to them something needs to be done about her behavior if this the type of assistant manger you choose to assist your employees then maybe you need to reconsider her being your assistant manger I didn't like it one bit how she talks to your employees it was rude and unprofessional I've never seen or heard such behavior like that I felt bad for the young man all he wanted to do was take a 30 minute break If her behavior don't change and I come back to your store I will be getting in touch with your corporate office what type of restaurant your running with a manger that's rude and unprofessional to her employees I just wanted to run this by you and hope to see something done about her she clearly doesn't care about her job caring on like this .

Taco Bell food

I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. I finally ordered my food, a regular chalupa supreme sub chicken from beef (two of them), and two beefy fritos burritos.

How they managed to give me (and charge me) for the BEEF CHEDDAR Chalupa (both of them) when the screen clearly confirmed my order by displaying "sub chk for beef" under the "REGULAR" chalupas.

They managed to get the wrong item, and the wrong meat when the order displayed on the screen was correct.

I NEVER write bad reviews on any establishment. Instead, I just end up not visiting that establishment again. However, this Taco Bell location specifically, messes up my order, regardless of what time or day I go CONSISTENTLY. That is the only thing this Taco Bell has shown me consistency in - the fact that they are always messing up orders. No one has time to go back in the line for another 20 minutes for a CHANCE they might get the order right.

Taco Bell disgusting filthy conditions

I'd like to lodge a MAJOR COMPLAINT against the TB at 1109 Tasman Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. I went there on 10/1/19 at 5:30pm and it was DISGUSTING. Two young men were working (1 as cashier, 1 in food area) and neither looked like they'd bathed or washed their hair in at least a week. And the cashier wore pants sagging halfway down. I realize this is a fashion trend but frankly, I don't want to see their buttcrack while I eat and it's not how you dress in a professional job. I honestly felt the cashier, at some point, was going to put his hands down into his pants and scratch his balls. And the unprofessionalism was terrible. I have no problem if people want to have fun on the job but if there is a line of people waiting for their food for over 30 minutes, that's an issue. When I got to TB initially, there was 3 people in front of me while about 3-4 more were waiting for their food. I ordered, sat down and watched for the next 30 minutes while the cashier (receipt says Edwin A) took orders and then when done, went into the lobby and chatted with his friend between customers. He didn't clean the lobby, help with food prep or anything useful. Again, while at least 7-8 people were waiting for their food. On the one occasion he went to the food prep area, it was not to help prepare the food but to grab the other young man into a headlock and give him a "noogie". And keeping in mind how I said these men didn't seem to wash their hair… All I could imagine was this action meant hair was flying all over the food being prepared. It was DISGUSTING. After done giving him a noogie, the cashier then began stroking his chin hairs - all near the food area. GROSS! He went out again to the cashier area to take more orders and then got on HIS CELL PHONE TEXTING while taking orders at the same time. It was extremely unprofessional. Again, over the 30 MINUTE wait time, the other young man in the food prep area kept giving orders out wrong. The first order he missed giving the customer his bottled water. Not such a big deal but…The next order he gave the customer his full order AND the order for the next person. So, that person had to wait longer for their order to be completely redone. She was also getting impatient and wanted a refund since it was taking so long. She graciously gave them a more time and finally they delivered the order. If I hadn't been so hungry and tired, I would have gotten a refund myself and left. And I probably should have because when I got home, I literally looked over my food very carefully to see if any loose hair ended up in it. It was that bad. And I guess because the management of this location has been so lax, the customers must see it. I found it extremely odd that half the people in the location while I was there looked homeless or needed a bath themselves. One came in PJ's, another holding his beer and quite a few looked like they were living on the streets. This is odd for this location as it is not near a downtown area or location that normally has a large homeless population. I can only guess they see how lax it has become at this TB that they feel it is a place to hang out. Frankly, because this is my neighborhood TB, I'd rather not go into a location full of homeless people as they tend to piss/defecate/vomit outside locations they hang out at. Also, FYI, the last few times I've gone to this location, the self-service machines have all been out of order. I don't know who you have managing this location but it is really bad with who they are hiring. And the lax attitude that is present, I'm afraid more homeless are going to pick this up as a location to hang out. Which is a shame as, again, this is my neighborhood TB and I don't imagine I will be going to this one anytime soon. I regret I didn't just get a refund and left.

Taco Bell 10 tacos

I order 10 tacos last night and young lady that took my order at the drive through was very snappy and seems like she was frustrated and was just trying to get the customer out her line. I ask from some sauce she told me she already put it in my bag but I never told her what sauce I wanted or if I even wanted it. I understand when you have a long line and you really trying to get the customer their order but still have to stay professional and courteous at all time. If they are short of staff then I suggest they hire loyal employees. After getting home I notice I had more lettuce and shells then meat. Now this was the most sad part about my entire trip to taco bell. With the prices I would think you would get more meat than this.

Taco Bell recent order

I am writing on behalf of my son. On October 1, 2019 my son ordered a burrito and upon biting into it there was something hard in the burrito which cracked one of his teeth. Since he has no dental insurance he will be responsible for the tooth repair. I am hoping to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Your immediate response to this matter is requested.

Taco Bell taco salad

The office staff decided today that we were going to get something for lunch instead of eating in and we voted for Taco Bell. I wanted the Taco Salad with beef and make sure it has sour cream. I was shocked when the girl in the office that was getting our lunch came back with my salad but with no edible bowl. What? What? It's not a salad from Taco Bell without the edible bowl. Someone there told her that they were no longer going to have the shell for the salad. I love this salad and it's still great but the shell makes the whole salad. If this information is correct and you are no longer going to provide a shell, then I am going to order a taco instead. Please bring the shell back!

Taco Bell comment on food quality & photos

After I had ordered and was waiting 10 minutes for my food, a young woman came out of the kitchen and said that they were out of lettuce and that my food would be ready in a few minutes. When I received my food (which was 2 tostados) I went to look for some mild sauce. There was none in the bin, so I asked the lady behind the counter and she said that they were out of mild sauce. This is unacceptable. No lettuce and no sauce... Why not just close the doors. Most everything needs lettuce and sauce. This is a travesty especially when you look at the product. If I was the owner of this establishment, I would be appalled that my people were putting out this quality of food.
I want to make sure this gets to the quality control people, the district and regional managers and to the local taco bell owner and manager. This is unacceptable!

Taco Bell staff and management

This store is on my way home. I purposely avoid it, and drive out of my way. The staff is always busy entertaining each other rather than customers. Last night after a long day we decided we would just try this store again because it was raining. The sign said " store closing early at 8:00pm due to maintenance". It 7:15pm, the doors were locked, and several other customer where their as well. The person who came to the door was rude, and said " I don't care that it is 7:15pm, you need to do thru drive thru". It wasn't that they needed to close early, its attitude of the people who work there. I work in HR, so customer service is key. This store has not only made our order wrong so many times, now the staff has run us away for good. We went Tubby's. I think this store needs a serious over haul with management and staff.

Taco Bell taco party pack

I ordered a twelve pack tacos they made me hard shell instead of soft shell i waited 20 min on the first order then they remade them 20 min later my other food was cold and ruined then i get home and there is almost no meat and absolutely no cheese i feel i need a refund or a replacement i live 30 min from there was no returning the manager didnt seem to care one bit the cashier was laughing with other customers saying i have messed orders up all day i dont like working the front very unprofessional...i would like a response please at [protected]@gmail.com...

Taco Bell taco party box

My complaint is not about the product itself but rather, the box it comes in. I just ordered a twelve pack of supreme tacos, which came packed in a pretty flimsy box with handles. I got out of my car and picked up the box by the handles and the entire bottom of the box opened up dumping all of the tacos on to the street. Twenty dollars worth of food in the trash. This same product used to come in more substantial packaging. Taco Bell quality has been going downhill for several months. Shame on you.

Taco Bell bad food - I got sick on your beef crunchy tacos. still sick 2 days later.

Reporting a bad food experience from 2 days ago; at your Taco Bell location at 8876 Dallas Acworth Hwy, Dallas GA 30132.

I ordered 4 tacos; 2 hard shell beef tacos, and 2 Doritos Locos Tacos.

After I opened the bag, I only got 3 of the 4 tacos ordered. The order taker was really confused about what I had ordered, and asked to confirm it 3 times.

Still got it wrong.

Later that day, I got an upset stomach, and I've had an upset stomach for the past 2 days since eating just 1 taco for the 3 in the bag.

I am going to look up how to report this also to the org that checks cleanliness in a restaurant, since I suspect there's contaminated food, or dirty kitchen conditions.
