Taco Bell manager behavior

I was at taco bell 020446. The manager was using the touch screen register with gloves on and then making food orders without changing gloves. The grossest thing. That type of work ethic is not ok. The health department would not be happy about that. My visit took place [protected] at 11:26pm. The manager was a female, not that it makes a difference, but it still happened.

Taco Bell horrible wait and management

Been in line at this location from 10:20 to 11:15 to get steak 2 steak quesadillas. And the problem was that I had car in for me and bunch of cars behind so I was a hostage of a taco bell. Then I was informed that they ran out of steak. So I had to order second one chicken. I was like wow. Then I received my food and secon quesadilla was missing. I was shocked. It was horrible overall. It was my last visit here... Hope you will find this information useful

Taco Bell poor customer service

On April 29, 2017 I went inside the Taco Bell located @ 7540 Bellfort, to order food for my grandchildren, I was trying to order 2 boxes of your 12 tacos, and was turned away because they had no meat. Poor attitude and poor service. I had to travel to another Taco Bell located over on Woodridge Houston Texas. I had no problems at this location. You need betters service at the Bellfort location.

Taco Bell unacceptable preparation of food item

Hello, my name is Kenya.. I feel the need to express the poor service I received on May 5th 2017. I visited a Taco Bell restaurant in Phoenix Arizona, In the order I placed was a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce. Unpon going home and taking a bite out of my cheese quesadilla I quickly realized it was all jalapeño sauce and no cheese at all! Highly disappointed In my experience.

Taco Bell order always missing items from drive thru pick up

This particular Taco Bell[Store ID 030422] located at 1570 22nd St, West Des Moines, IA 50266 always has issues in drive thru orders this is the 3rd time I had items missing from my order and first time I called in the store to mention this issue the reply back was I have to drive back 8 miles to collect those missing items and they cannot refund it back. First two times I didn't bothered to call thinking it is a matter of only few $ but this particular store has consistent issues of missing items it seems and no one bothers to even say sorry or refund the amount.. I hope they improve but from my side I'm done with them and Taco Bell ..

Taco Bell jasper alabama location no product to give customers

Every time we have visited this location at night they are always out of something! this time it was cheese sauce i mean really! over half of your products have cheese sauce on them and your out, its always something that they are out of and this only happens at night there is no way they are always out of something every time at night this is redicouls!

Taco Bell service and quality of food

We just came from supper at your new location in Leesburg, FL tonite 5/5/2017, at about 6pm. We are longtime patrons of your Mt. Dora, FL location & never had any complaints. 1st, we waited to place our order for over 15minutes, then waited another 20+minutes for our order to come out of the kitchen. I'd ordered 2 double decker taco supremes & paid for the "supreme". What came was NOT supreme, no tomatoes, no sour cream; only seasoned beef & lettuce. By now there were 10 people waiting to order, and another 10 waiting for their order to come out of the kitchen. So I gave up & ate it as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes or more for my order to be corrected. Very bad management & training. Very disappointed in this new location. Won't go back.

Taco Bell taco salad/box and the cinnimon cinobon bites

I think your company needs to rethink the box thing with your taco salads. I end up wasting about one half of the salad because it tastes like cardboard half way down. Maybe you can put a paper slip or foil down before you put the salad down. The employees also need to learn how to correctly deep fry the Cinnabons so you don't bite into Luke-warm grease/oil, When I spend money at a fast food place or even a walk in I expect to be allowed to eat all the product not just half. I spent $8.62 at the Tillicum store and felt like I was only able to eat half of what I paid for. I paid for salad and the cinnabons dessert and only got to eat half of both That is unfair.

Your. Comm on the burrito 🌯 taco spec, shows a burrito, taco with the end open, tomoto s lett, cheese, meat etc. And when you order, both ends closed, and inside a sloppy mess, you can't show a ad, of a product the burrito, taco spec and then your product is prepared no were near what you?

Taco Bell persons with disability discount/your standards

I am here at your Taco Bell Alabang Town Center Branch, Alabang, Muntinlupa City Metro Manila Philippines.
My son is 19 years old and stands at 5'8" and weighs about 130lbs. I ordered 2 meals for him as one meal will not be sufficient for him.
Your manager Niña didn't give my son a discount on the second meal because according to her your standard on PWD discount is only for ONE meal, regardless if the customer who is a PWD is still
hungry or not.
This rule is a reflection of how you treat your PWD customers and it is morally wrong.
Please revisit this rule and improve.

Taco Bell store number 016774

on 4/29/17 at 1:02:41 my husband went thew your drive threw and ordered 6 loaded taco burritos, 3 soft tacos, 1 cheesy bacon rice burrito, 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, 1 chili cheese burrito and 2 sierra mists. Cashier was Domanicc W and our order # was 308255. Well we did not get any of the soft tacos. I called and talked to Amber which was the manager on duty at the time. She was very professional, and said that if I brought in my receipt they would give me what I missed and compensate for my time coming back. I explained that I could not come back till after 7 p.m. because I had to pick my son up from work. She said that she would not be there but she would leave a not for the other manager...So needless to say I showed up at about 7:30 p.m.I explained at the front that I talked to Amber and I had 6 soft tacos coming to me ( 2 without lettuce. ). The four men in the back were talking about me that I could hear. ( not in a bad way, , , But some people may take offence to it. ) I grabbed my bag and went home to find that " all the soft tacos had no lettuce on them" I am usually not a big complainer and 11 years ago I managed KFC under Rudoni Management and now I manage a grocery store not to far from this location. I would be so embarrassed if my employees acted the way yours did. I did call and laid into the night manager who i don't remember the name, but he informed me he came on at 7 p.m. I won't go back to your store on south airport at all, I am asking for a Credit to the one on Front Street. Taco Bell management and quality control

By far, THE MOST unprofessional and unorganized Taco Bell is located at 1075 West 49 Street in Hialeah, Florida.

On several occasions, I've gotten home only to find missing items from my order. Although I do my best to go through my bag before I leave to make sure I have everything, there are times when they are so slammed (inside as well as their drive thru) that I just hope and pray everything is there. I'll occasionally skim really quickly to at least count the items and make sure they add up, but it's my fault for not quality checking my OWN food and doing THEIR job for them.

The first time I went through the drive thru, I got home only to find out that they had left out a soft taco from my meal. I let it go and said "You know what, it was barely $1 and chances are I didn't need the extra calories, " so I basically took the loss and took it as a donation to the store.

The second time I went through the drive through I did check (briefly, but I checked), and the amount of items added up. However, little did I know that I should have ALSO opened up each item that was wrapped (or in a bag like the desserts come in) to make sure THEY were actually correct as well. I ordered the 4-piece cinnamon delights (delicious by the way), but it only came with 2 and they also didn't include an apple empanada (I ordered 2 and got 1). By this time, I was already getting furious because my $1 donation is now up to about $3. The amount of money lost is not my concern. My concern is that I'M SURE I'm not the only one, so $3 from me and from hundreds of other customers ADD UP! I called and spoke to a manager over the phone and she said not to worry that the next time they'll just give it to me for free. I honestly never took them up on their offer because I was a bit embarrassed going in to claim a $2 loss, but I should have because it's the principle.

Last night (4/25/2017) was where I drew the line. Not only did they run out of sauces, but they had no more Doritos Tacos, so the ones that came in my meal had to be substituted. The drive through wasn't too bad, so I stayed at the window counting everything I ordered. Meanwhile, the manager that was on duty (which I don't know by name, but she was Hispanic with brown eyes/hair) has given the poor male employee assisting me at the window a hand signal basically telling him to get me out of there because I'm holding up the line. The employee nicely asks me "Are you missing anything?" which I replied with "Yes, I am. I ordered 2 of the $5 crunch wrap boxes and it's supposed to come with two tacos each. I have 2 hard tacos that completes one box, but only 1 soft taco on my other box, so I'm missing another soft taco." The guy looks behind him (to the manager that at this point is giving him the look of death because I've been at the window for too long) and you can tell he's trying to justify himself as to why I'm still there. He tells her (in a scared voice) that I'm missing something. She has literally given him a hand signal basically telling him to just get me out of there because it's probably in my bag. I didn't want to cause a scene because honestly, it was 8:30 p.m., I was tired and just wanted to go home to eat. I told the guy "Look, take all the bags back and you'll see I'm not lying." He grabs all of my bags and the guy is trying to go through all of them when the manager comes up to him and literally throws him a small bag with a soft taco in it. The poor employee has looked at me with a face of embarrassment that I don't know how I controlled myself from not going off on the manager.

To begin, no one is perfect and that's well understood, so if you miss something because it's one of those days, fine, but when YOUR JOB is to make sure EVERYTHING that is ordered is in the bag, DO NOT get an attitude with your OWN employees and the customer because you were called out on your poor and unprofessional job. Under NO circumstances do I want ANYONE to lose their job, but if someone is not happy where they work, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE! I have been in customer service for over 15 years and I'm a manager at one of the most prestigious sports companies. I KNOW what it's like to mess up on an order and have to make it up to a customer and giving them an attitude is NOT THE WAY to do business.

The manager on duty last night had NO SYMPATHY OR CARE running through her veins. All she was worried about was quantity and not quality.

As far as THAT specific Taco Bell ALWAYS forgetting an item or more on your order, it's possibly due to the poor management running it and the fact that every time you go to that specific location, they're having TOO much fun with each other instead of doing what they're there to do- WORK!

My negative review on this site, on Taco Bell's DIRECT SITE AND other sites THAT I WILL GO ON is solely based on this particular location and the fact that they're more worried about having fun on the job than keeping their customers happy.

The only reason I continue to come to this location is because if you know Hialeah, you know that if a Taco is 5 minutes away from your house, it can easily turn into 20 minutes with the horrible congestion. So believe me when I tell you that if there was a closer one, I WOULD change because the service -or lack thereof, is disgusting and unprofessional for a food chain this prestigious.

What this Taco Bell needs is someone to go undercover so you can see the unprofessional ism, lack of interest and just completely unorganized store they are running. My boyfriend and I LOVE taco Bell and it's just sad that someone A MANAGER would seriously let a customer SEE how unhappy and frustrated they are at their job. It's also mind boggling how so many employees there are constantly getting orders wrong. EVERY TIME I go there there's a problem.

Like I said earlier, I'm going to make it a point to write on every possible review site I can find my experience with this location because if that manager on duty can care less of what customers think of her since she's too busy brushing every off, then she won't mind being put on full blast. She, as well as every employee on there, need to go through a SERIOUS training on how to handle stress and customers because this is just ridiculous.

Taco Bell smothered burrito

I stopped at taco bell on my way home and ordered two smothered burritos and when we got home and opened them the sauce looked like it was red water not the same sauce that was on them before it didn't look right I didn't want to eat them so I took them back and told the girl I didn't like the looks of the sauce and didn't want to eat them. But she said that was there new sauce and I couldn't exchange them for anything else so I came home and threw them away. If that is really the new sauce I don't think I will be eating at taco bell that much.

Taco Bell lack of ingredients in our taco surpremes

We drove 45 min to get a 12 pack of taco surpremes & a burrito. When we got home those was the worse tacos I ever saw. All they had on them was very little lettuce & a 1/2 teaspoon of hamburger...that was it...no sour cream, tomatoes or cheese.
We wNt go back there for that to far for us to drive for food that was no good. We spent $15.35 plus our gas. I could have bought the stuff and made it our self at home..
Was very disappointed in that Taco Bell, was bad food.

Taco Bell price of food ordered and attitude of drive thru

On4/22/[protected]@6:04pm I went to store #[protected] Belair Rd, Martinez, Ga 30907).

I visited this store as I saw a commercial on TV that the loaded Taco Burrito was listed as $1.49. When I placed my order I told the cashier(Anjalique) that I wanted 4 of the loaded taco burrito that was on tv for $1.49 she stated they were a $1.99. I then told her I had just seen the ad on TV and she said it did not include this store, and I told her the commercial did not say limited locations, she then stated the price is $1.99. I drove to the window and told her I would like the number to call to speak to someone at Corporate she said she did not have a number, okay I can understand this, so I ask for a manager she stated no manager on duty.She turned around and ask another employee who came to the window and said they had no number his name was Chris. I paid for my food and left, now I know to someone $2.00 plus tax may not seem much but to me this was handled improperly and the attitude of cashier was uncaring.

Taco Bell mothered burrito and taco

Hi, I specifically ordered my meal without any dairy because I'm lactose intolerant. I was at least asked about not having cheese or sour cream at least 3 times while ordering. I get all the way home and now I have to throw away and waste the food that I paid for simply because I couldn't get what I politely asked for. Not coming back to this location.

Taco Bell food & drive, through service & drive thru menu.

Receipt no# 032479, taco bell, quincy florida, 32351, 1524 w. Jefferson street... First of all, I ordered two burritos, with taco ingredients, the menu said 1, 49$ a piece. My receipt showed 2 ld taco bur 2.49$ while I was trying to make the order two people was talking over each other confusing me & my order. Pulled into parking lot to eat while it was hot. The food was cold. Bran new restaurant... I have watched the health department go and stick a digital reading temprature gauge in each food and if it did not read 165 degree it was loged in as failure for bacteria to grow... Second of all... Taco Bell ld taco burrito

As advertised on the television the above named profuct was priced at $1.89. I visited the taco bell on 11228 beach blvd in jacksonville fl. [protected]. For the above named product above i was charged $1.99 . Why is there price 10 cents higher then what the taco bell advertises on the televevision. I intend to post the mark up that this taco bell does on every social media telling people that this taco bell is over charging for products that are advertised on the television at a lower price. Thia makes me wonder what else are being over charged to those tht visit this taco bell.

I was wondering! Is the location that you visited a Corporate store or Franchisee? Our Store is a Franchisee which means prices can change depending on who owns the franchisee. So in my case the Taco Bell in Taylor TX is a franchisee owned by Tacala LLC and prices may differ depending on other franchisee or even corporate Taco Bells but all franchisee's must follow certain set policys that Taco bell has set at their Corporate Office! Hey! Jay! I am an employee at a Taco Bell in central Texas! Here the Loaded Taco Bell is sold for 1.49. I don't why its 1.99 there or why the advertisements there say 1.89 when they say 1.49 here. Hmm I agree something weird is happening! Thanks!
