Taco Bell steak crunchwrap

On March 2, 2018, I entered a Taco Bell on 1821 Montgomery Hiway in Pelham, Alabama around 6:00 pm. I ordered a steak Crunchwrap and my husband ordered his tostada and bean burrito. I ate about a third of the Crunchwrap, and then chomped on a bone fragment on my back molar, and it hurt. I took a picture, and showed the bone piece to Gerard, the manager. He quickly grabbed it from me, and told me that someone would contact me on Monday, since this was Friday evening and everything was closed now. That was 10 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone from Taco Bell regarding this incident. Not sure if he reported it or not, and I have tried repeatedly to call, but Taco Bell does not have a phone number to contact if you have an incident, and I have tried more than a dozen times to submit a complaint, without any success. Hope this reaches someone.

Taco Bell whole family sick after eating at tb

Sunday March 11 2018 me and my two kids went to TB drive through on Innes St in Salisbury NC and ordered a 12 pack of hard tacos, 2 nacho supremes, and 2 pintos and cheese. About an hour after eating we all started coming down with a terrible headache that lasted through the night. I had to take off March 12 from work because my headache was still with me. I am not sure what preservatives you are putting in the food but we cannot eat at TB again. It is not healthy or normal to eat food and then the entire family have migraine headaches (kids are 9 and 13). I spent $22 at TB which is a lot considering the consequences!

Taco Bell drive thru

Last night we went to taco Bell and after waiting forever in line the lady said she just got there and didn't have any idea what was going on and then we had to wait even longer but we understood then we drove the 45 min drive home while munching on what we got then we got home and there was no cinnamon twist I know this isn't a super big deal but I was really looking forward to it I have worked in fast food and understand some customers stink but when I came through I was polite and patient then I didn't even get what I had gone for

We just went through drive thu the man taking my order was very polite and nice the lady who did transactions was very nice as well but then we get home and the bag as grease dripping from it my hard shell tacos where soggy and this was what was on the bottom of the bag they where the soft shell taco supreme we ordered they where so soggy my brother couldn't even eat them

Taco Bell drive through

I really enjoy coming to taco bell, my food is always right but the staff is absolutely terrible. The first incident occured when i went through the drive through and they had a sign saying it is closed due to the weather when their was absolutely nothing wrong with the weather and you could see inside all of the workers on their phone! Then another incident had happened when we came 10 min prior to closing time but wouldnt let us order. Now for a third issue to now happen was that i had just pulled up to the drive through 2:45 am knowing it closed at 3:00 am and noone would answer when i tried to talk then finally someone answers at 2:55 and says please hold on a moment and waits till 3:00 am just to say they were closed so they didnt have to take our order! Purposely making us wait till it is closing time. Its ridiculous ever coming through the drive through! Really hoping you can fix this issue because i really enjoy taco bell.

Taco Bell rude and false advertisement

I Walked a 1 12 at 10:40pm to toco bell. On Southwest Military walk inside and the employees look at me as what's a strange face then a manager Rudy charges up at me and tells me to read the store I was like excuse me I just came to order some food she said you can not be here I said okay I'm sorry the door was open and I didn't know we are not doing business she continues to tell me to get out she refuses service for me I explained to her that I walked over there I didn't know they were not open the sign and the internet says they're open so can you please thank you

Taco Bell unethical behaviour

My name is Lori and on yesterday March 8, 2018 I entered Taco Bell and waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledge. Three employee working no one had on name tags. The young man took my order and no I didn't look at my receipt because I told the young man 2x that I want the power bowl chicken. Waited 10 minutes before I final got the order which was wrong. I was told by employee that was making the food stated it would be extra 1 and some change. I stated to her that I should have to pay for someone mistake, so the supervisor told the young lady to make it over and she flat out told the supervisor that she wasn't going to do it. I told the supervisor that they need some customer service training in this store very rude employees that are just there to collect a pay check. The floor had paper all over it. Not clean in the food area. I ask for my money back and I went to Taco Bell in St. Joseph and not sooner than I walk in the door I was greeted and stated someone will be with you. I got my order with a smile. I will not be going to the Taco Bell in Benton Harbor anymore

Taco Bell food service

Very rude worker named Patrick. In the Sebastopol CA. Restarant Yelling at and bullying other workers he was doing this towards the Mexican workers including the manager. I was just trying to enjoy my meal. This was very unprofessional and frankly uncalled for. My conversation with the manager was very nice and he apologized over and over. Anyway so there is know mistake it was 03/07/2018 around 6 p.m. please do something about this as my family goes here at least once a week. He ruined my dinner.

Taco Bell very rude manager.

Alright, there's a manager in this Taco Bell named Christina (I believer her last name is Glenn). She was a VERY rude manager. First of all, I believe she is on some drugs due to her eyes being dilated, constant jittery movements and unusual lip movements. Second of all, she was downright rude to various customers, telling people to "get out, " "She has a job to do, " and being fairly snide to various people. Not to mention that she actually fired an associate for going home while he was sick (and puking. She told him that he will be fired if he goes home sick, despite his physical illness). Not to mention that instead of taking him to the office, she yelled it to him in front of other customers, embarrassing the poor kid. Just tonight, on March 6th, while I was talking to one of my friends at the hangout area, she came up to us and told us to get out (we weren't there longer than 10 minutes, yet she claimed we were loitering). This Christina manager is a very rude manager and she treats people horribly. A manager that acts like this to customers and associates shouldn't be working with the public, especially if she really is on some kind of drug that's causing her to act like this.

Taco Bell gentle request to generate refund

Taco Bell not happy

This is the worse experience I ever had at a taco bell and I will never order from there again. I spend a lot of money in their business to be treated so horribly and to be treated like common street bums! I spent $53.69 for food from there only to be told they can't honor my order because it didn't show up on their end and I provided a copy of my receipt with date, time, store number and address and everything I ordered along with receipt that it was already paid for just to be told to call gm gloria the next morning when I did she said what they did wasn't wrong and that people make copies of receipts to get stuff and that she would get it fixed and call me... For one thing you don't treat your customers like trash they are your bread and butter and definitely not like every hoodlum around! The sad part is I should have never ordered online and I will never again I didn't get anything for my money and they still have my money. This is the worse establishment and customer service i've ever seen! I will go elsewhere from on. I want my money back asap! Their address is 703 n santa fe ave pueblo co 81003

Taco Bell stealing time

Hi my name is Lakeshia Daniels I am an employee at 3209 N Monroe Tallahassee FL 32303 and I would like to report the General Manager Janice for stealing time I work today 03/01/2018 she stated that she clocked me and two other employees named Mike and Jerome out at 2am when we wasn't done working until around 2:17a-2:30a I tried to clock out myself so I could see the amount of hours I received for the week she stated that I didn't need to clock out because she already clocked us out I said I wanted to check the amount of hours I received for the week and she then stated it's not going to be right because she clocked us out

Taco Bell lack of supplies

I attempt to eat at taco Bell in Clinton, Oklahoma at least 8 times a month. During these visits I am rarely able to order the item that I prefer due to the fact that this location is constantly out of stock on dozens of items. I have spoken to the on duty manager several times to to informed that it is not her fault that the delivery truck has not delivered. I do completely understand that some issues are beyond our control, however, for this location to consistently be out of stock on items seems NOT to be the delivery drivers fault yet the managers fault for not ordering items in a timely manner. How does a manager not have tortillas when it is a Mexican food fast food chain.
I witnessed 4 cars drive off from the drive thru without placing their order, as too many items are out of stock
If additional training could be provided, as a customer, I would be greatly appreciative.

Taco Bell quesaritto

My husband and I went and ate at Taco Bell. He got this item and there was barely anything in it. So he took it back to the register and got a new one, but the new one had the same amount of food inside.

We had an unpleasant visit. He will not be getting this item again. We more than likely won't go back there to eat again. Won't recommend either.

Taco Bell management

I went into the tacobell today craving tacos! Until, I heard what I thought was a customer cussing like a sailor. As I walked up to the register I noticed it was a button up shirt, so I take it as he was in charge? I didn't even wanna eat after I heard him cussing at a fellow manager. I usually come up here all the time and I love my cashier! The girl with tattoos always makes me feel welcomed. Come to find out that's was who he was cussing at. I will never go back to this establishment! What kind of manager calls a fellow employee a pos anyway? Psh. You guys def lost my everyday order.

Taco Bell product

I just had the worst experience at a taco bell located at 11585 Quail Roost Dr in Miami. Part of my order was two pizzas and a taco salad. It tasted like they were fried in oil/grease that must not have been change in months, I eat taco bell sometimes once a week and I can tell you it will be a while before they see me again and will be reporting you to the Florida Dept of Health

Taco Bell store manager

Hi my name is Angela Richardson I work at taco bell in maple grove deb is the Store manager and on Saturday mid day my sister and her fiance came to my job to eat and I gave her a discount and the manager in front of customers told me it was not ok but her fiance tried to give her $5.00 for the 1.00 discount and got mad and told me to leave I went out crying and I get SSI and my job coach tells her that can't go over my hour's but she don't care I could lose my benefits because of her and today 2 managers came in smelling like weed and I felt very sick and almost had to throw up and I told her but she blew it off it's my health please 🙏 help me or I can see if I can sew for treating bad all the time not a good manager P. S. Thank you for your time

Taco Bell food

I stopped at Taco Bell drive thru to get a quesadilla before work. I drive off & proceed to open the quesadilla only to find out that it was very cold. I opened up & found shredded cold cheese in there. I turned back & notified the manager who had no customer service skills whatsoever. She was very rude & upset that I came back to bring it to her attention. Late for work because of my terrible encounter there. I just wanted something quick to eat before work & that didn't happen. Very disappointed.

Taco Bell taco bell drive thru

The location in royse city, 548 and i30 needs help in the quickest way, whoever is managing this store needs help.

For the last year or so, this location during business hours takes 1 order at a time, that's placing the order with the employee's always asking hello, how are you? No, it's welcome to taco bell, can I help you, not starting up a conversation when 5 cars are in the drive thru.

Everyone must wait at the order mic until the order at the pick up window drives off, then they say sorry for the wait? 1 order at a time.

Problem: I see all the time cars parked at the location inside cannot leave because of the constant long line in the drive thru, 1 order at a time blocks the people in the lot and cannot get out, 1 order at a time creates problems and is now way too painful to go there anymore because it just isn't managed right, I am seriously thinking about applying for the managers position at this location at get it on track like all the other stores, and I love taco bell, been to hundreds, this is the only place that does this... 1 order at a time, I drive up to the window, the person who takes the order is standing there waiting on the order to complete, while cars lined up at the order mic must wait, this is ridiculous to me, they need to take every order everytime someone drives up, take there order for crying out loud, makes no sense at all.

Taco Bell order

Well here we go I ordered 1 fries supreme/1nachos supreme/7hard shell supremes/1 naked chicken chips. They billed me 1 fries supreme (7 nachos supreme) 1 hard shell supreme, 1 naked chicken. I get home I have 1 fries supreme/1 nachos supreme but 7 reg tacos not very good service as they were not that busy. At first they charged me $45.90 I complained about order they listened charged me $32.45 still messed up it was @t49-008 in brantford ont. Ca. Only #s I see on bill are 10063//10064 again very unhappy customer never had issues before please respond to complaint

Taco Bell customer service

Date of incident 2/15/18
Approximately 8:35-8:40 am I returned to Taco Bell
12105 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064
to return a hash brown purchased @8:15. I returned the hash brown because it was old and hard, appeared to be cooked the day before and reheated. When I returned to the drive thru there was the same clerk who took my order who I later learned her name was Melissa.
Melissa took the has brown, closed the window and came back with a new hash brown. I told Melissa I don't want another hash brown because it was for my daughter (she was no longer with me). I told Melissa that I wanted an orange juice instead. Melissa told me "we don't do exchanges". I asked her to get the manager. Melissa told me she was the manager. I told Melissa to give me my money back (for the hash brown).
Melissa was very rude and disrespectful as she told me I'll give you your money back so give me the food. I asked her for what, and that I had eaten off of one of the quesadillas . Melissa went further to say give me the food, all of the food. I gave her the bag and told her to just give me my money back. Melissa said that I had eaten off the hash brown anyway, which was not true. It was broken by hand to try to eat, but it was too hard. Melissa said where are the Cinnabons. I told her in my mouth. Melissa said I'm not refunding the money for the Cinnabons as she began to pull out her phone to calculate the difference amongst her colleagues . I told her she must have lost her...mind that I had to drive back down here because they gave me some hard...hash brown. I told Melissa to give me my bag and my receipt and I took it. I got out of my car and went inside the establishment and demanded my money and I said "or do I need to call the police". Melissa said "and what are they going to do." I said get my money back, make a report so I can sue Taco Bell.
At this point Tanya came forth and said she was the manager and she'll help me. I said so you lied and said you were the manager and at this point Melissa told me to shut up. I told her you shut the...up. There was one older worker who was saying shh to me. I said don't shh me. (Nobody spoke up to tell Melissa to calm down and explain to her that it was their error, and I had use gas to drive back here and all I wanted to do was to exchange the hash brown for an orange juice .)
The manager Tanya asked me to move my car from drive thru and she would work on the refund. I went outside to move my car and Melissa stares me down as if she wanted to fight. I told Melissa "you don't scare me with her attitude." Melissa told me you got attitude too. I called her stupid.
I moved my car and by the time I came back around Manager Tanya came out with my money as well as the only male that I saw working this morning. He stared at me as I talked to Tanya, but he never responded. I thanked Tanya and I asked her why she allowed Melissa to talk and act the way she did. Tanya told me that she had never seen her act like that and that she was going to talk to her. I have never been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment who refused to do what's right. Melissa was the most unprofessional person I've ever met and her behavior was very unethical. She is the type of employee who gives Taco Bell a bad reputation.
Resolution: Melissa needs to be thoroughly trained on customer service skills, if not fired. Staff need to be informed that it is unethical to sell old leftover food from previous day.
I will include photo of this hash brown and my refund receipt. Tanya said she trashed or left the original receipt inside.
I would strongly encourage you to please pull the tape to review this incident.
