Taco Bell drive thru

Me and my husband went to the Taco Bell on Annapolis road in Hanover md tonight. Drive thru failed to mention that the car in front of us was waiting on food far from the window so when my husband did a nice little honk the employees gave us dirty looks and pointed at us and the customer in front of us almost got out of their car and yelled for us "to mind our business". We immediately left drive thru without paying and as we drove away one employee gave us another dirty look. Never again will we go to Taco Bell.

Taco Bell beans and some homeless person sleeping on benches in the lobby

I am not happy with the service received today, I ordered beans, but did not specify pintos and cheese, so what I got was only beans (my fault) but I went to the cashier so he could fix my order, kind of surprising that he did not offer to do so. I was charged .50 cents, I would have been happy to pay the difference but no offer was made to fix it.
There also was a person sleeping accross a bench taking up 2 booths, if you need more
proof I took pictures. Employees were cleaning repeatedly and saw the person sleeping during my visit, but did not try to have this person exit. Maybe he is an employee, but did not appear to be. Can you look into this please?

Taco Bell cold food

My husband and I went thru Taco Bell E. Brainerd Rd 37421 drive thru and the food--Tacos, etc, were as cold as if they had been in a refrigerator. Not fit to eat. And the amount of meat put in the food is shameful.. It is such a small amount it's hard to know if there's any meat at all. Taco Bells have gone down the drain since several years ago.

Cold Taco, ect. served at drive thru. Also, very little meat in all of items ordered. Too little very time we go there. Will not continue to go in the future.

Taco Bell my whole order

On October 1/2018 I ordered in the drive thru. My order consisted of 2 regular tacos, burrito supreme, easy red sauce, no lettuce, extra cheese. The burrito had extra red sauce in it, there was no extra cheese and they put lettuce in it. The 2 tacos were cold and there was hardly anything in them. This has happened many times at Taco Bell and I finally am making a complaint. The Taco Bell I went to is: 217 W Appleway Ave. Coeur d' Alene, ID 83814
Store phone # [protected]. Order # 311286. I would like to have the amount of this order refunded to me. It was $9.93, this has happened too many times and like I said before, this is the first time I have made a complaint.

I visited your business 220 nw 23rd sstreet okc, ok #030377. The employee, carlos j was ver effiencent and polite.
When i got home, what i received wasn't what i wanted! i called location back, the phone rung for several rings. Someone picked up then hunged up.
So i had to go back to taco bell to get another item to replace the item i recieved.
I explained to carlos j. He called the manager over. She listened but had her mind made up, i could tell from her deminure, also, a former employee told me she figuireds our how to take thier wages from from thier check.
She refused to replace my order, but did refund my money. I did not want money, i wanted a taco,
i informed her again, she refused.
Another customer wanted an explaination on my situation, at first i didnt want to tell him. But, after i didnt get a taco, that i wanted. I did tell him.

I am a senior citizen, and it wasnt easy to travel back to taco bell.
Train your staff. To be courteous and considerated to customers, especially senior citizens.

Taco Bell chicken chalupa

I ordered 2 Chicken Chalupas via drive thru tonight after a long day. The cashier was kind, there was no problem there. I got home, opened up the wrapper and started eating one and within the first 3 bites, to my horror, my tongue was tangled with a piece of hair! Immediately after I pulled out what was a long, blonde hair, I threw up and couldn't eat another bite. I was mortified. I've always enjoyed my Taco Bell experiences but I absolutely will not ever come back.

Taco Bell the way the food looks when you get it compared to the taco bell website.

People, People, People please take the extra few minutes at the drive thru or at the inside counter to remove your food from the bag or box and check to make sure you have received the correct order BEFORE You walk away or drive away.
Also take the time to unwrap and check ever single item you ordered to make sure it is filled to look exactly like the photo on the board inside or open the Taco Bell Website on your phone and check the photo of the item.
If the cashier says step aside stay at the counter so they cannot dismiss the problem.
If you are at the drive thru just sit at the window until you check the food and do not pull forward until things are corrected.
If we do not start standing up to these Corporate Giants then it's OUR FAULT when they cheat us or take advantage of us.
I complained today to my local Taco Bell over the phone (wrong thing to do unless talking to Corporate) The Manager on duty said I did not see that Beefy Crunch Burrito with 1 Tablespoon of meat and 1 Tablespoon of rice so I have no way of knowing if it was made correctly! I am a senior so in other words he believes I am lying.

Taco Bell I was not giving two things I paid for

I ordered 2 spicy tostada's, 2 mini shredded chicken quesadillas, 2 supreme soft tacos and 1 cheesy roll up. I payed $9.50 I received my bag and left (to-go) order. I got home and realized they did not give me my 2 soft tacos that I payed for. I was not gonna drive all the way back just for that. They seriously need to check their orders and make sure they give what is payed for.

Taco Bell food

My son ordered the Triple Double Box and there was hardly any ingredients within the Triple Double. I have attached a copy of the receipt and the food for you to see that there was nothing to it.

He was really disappointed after working at his part time job at a farm after high school.

We normally do not go to this Taco Bell as it is out of our way, we got to another one in Danbury.

This is really sad that there is nothing to this...

Taco Bell quality of food

Was at store 005261 in Coventry RI last night. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and 3 hard shell tacos at tbe drive through. Got home to 4 of the saddest, laziest and most disgusting tacos ive ever gotten. There was barely anything in the stale shells, stuck to tbe paper. Tne gordita crunch was an absolute sloppy mess. I worked all day and started moving last night and my o my dinner at 830 at night was straight garbage. I have pics of tbese pathetic tacos as well.

Taco Bell unprofessional worker

I was in the drive thru at the taco bell on Gravios and Grand in St. Louis, Mo on Oct. 1, 2018 and as i was trying to give my order, i could hear a young man in the background telling the young lady on speaker how he wanted to have intercourse with her and have her call him daddy. I heard her say "move Dee" or something starting with D. When i got to the window, he had like dirty blonde or light brown deadlocks. Had to wait for food because it appeared he was making the orders but talking to the young lady. I really dont think that is good for business but i just wanted to give a review. Im not from St. Louis and we chose that Taco Bell

Taco Bell slow service/wrong order/missing items

My son is autistic and loves Taco Bell. We probably go there twice a week. The problem with this location is they are constantly giving the wrong orders or not giving complete orders on a consistent basis. I can't begin to tell you how many times we left the drive through and got home only to realize they forgot the cheese for the chips and cheese. This is not an exaggeration. This happens consistently.

I'm also lactose intolerant so when ordering the XXL burrito supreme WITHOUT sour cream it's extremely important they don't put it on my food, which is exactly what they did. This can put me in excruciating pain for hours.

I don't like to complain but this location is way out of hand.

On top of that no one should be waiting for 30 - 40 min in a drive through. The yelp reviews can back this.

Taco Bell triple double crunchwrap

My husband and I visited Taco Bell in Bulls Gap Tn. 37711 around 12 noon on 10/02 we bought 4 of the triple double Crunchwrap boxes. Specifically told them that we were there last week and ordered the same thing and that they were so chinchy, they looked nothing like the picture as advertised. Well like I said we ordered the same thing again and they were the same as the last time, with hardly a thing in them . This happens all the time and they do nothing to resolve the issue not evn an I'm Sorry, . At this time I am beyond upset with this taco bell

Taco Bell beefy five layer burrito

I specifically said that I did not want beans on any part of my burrito and then I'm just eating my burrito, trusting that y'all will be loyal to me and guess what goes into my mouth a damn BEAN. I had to make myself throw up for the next two hours because I am just truly so disgusted that y'all would deceive me and put a bean into my burrito. I have been bamboozled hoodwinked and flat out deceived.

Taco Bell service

Hello when I got to taco bell it was not busy but I order at 7:23pm and got my food at 7:55 asked what was taking so long they said they said the debit card machine stopped working but I had already paid for my order but everyone who ordered chicken got there food before me, then I inquired about my food a second time they said they ran out of chicken, but I did not order chicken when I asked for my money back then my food finally arrives at 7;55 pm. with no explanation they just offered a free drink. ticket # [protected] fair oaks blvd Pasadena, ca

Taco Bell promotion for 5$box

We went to the windsor locks taco bell store # 029313. They don't honor the national sale price of the box because it's privately owned well that's not right. If your displaying the company trademark for the product being sold you should have to have the same deals. How do you know what store is privately owned by looking at it.. Its not fair for me and other people to be put in that situation. Also the quality of the food was very poor. The lettuce was brown on the tacos and you couldn't see it in the crunch wrap but I'm sure that was brown also.
I would like my money back somehow for this dissatisfaction.

Taco Bell general

3550 Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater, FL 33762... I work right around the corner from this Taco Bell and you are one of my favorite places to eat. Two or three times I have been in the Drive-Thru line at this location and it has taken at least 10 minutes to get to the window without that long of a line, & the most recent time I was not willing to wait any longer. Then again just today I decided to go inside to have lunch instead of waiting at the drive-thru line, but when I went in the gentleman who was coming out of the bathroom from cleaning it said he did not think the restrooms were working. On 3 different occasions I went next door and ate at Mcdonald's instead! I want to remain a Taco Bell customer, but I'm hesitant to go back to this location even though it is right next door to me for lunch because of the issues I have had there on multiple visits as described. If you would be willing to offer or perhaps send a coupon for a complimentary chalupa Cravings box or triple Crunchwrap Cravings box that would go a long way towards helping me to remain a TACO BELL customer at this location. Taco Bell false advertising

Oh Taco Bell,

I am so disappointed. I order the $5.00 box -Triple Double Crunchwrap. AND I am so not happy with what is advertised verses what I received. Attached is a picture of what I received side by side with what I THOUGHT I was getting.

Unbelievable. and Unacceptable quality. I will NOT be ordering this again...My not order there for awhile or NEVER again.

Taco Bell steak and egg stacker

I ordered a steak and egg stacker. When I got home what I had was not what looked like in all of the advertising. I returned to Taco Bell and received the same thing. I expressed I was not satisfied but would take it.
It was the second visit the cashier explained it's how the taco is folded to make it appear thicker and more than what I received. So actually the customer receives only 1/3 of the advertised item. I have photos to my claim.

Taco Bell waiting time and bad services

I went to Taco Bell in riverdale at 130am and I was waiting in line for along time and was hoping that when I get to the menu board I will get my orders taken. I was sitting for another couple minutes and still no one talk so I said hello and she tell me to wait again and never said anything. I have to speak again and ask if she is ready to take my order so now she going to tell me that they are out of meat. So I ask she have nothing to sell? She reply "no". My question is why did you not tell customers in the speaker that you don't have anything before and make them sit there for a long time. You make me wait for 20 mins and tell me that you ran out of product? There is still 2 cars behind me that wait long time so you going to tell them that you have nothing to sell also? This is the worst customer service that I have ever been to. I have work at fast food as cashier even as management and there is a better way to handle this. This is a way to driven customer out of this location if this continue and I always come to this location and this is the worst service I ever been to.

Taco Bell service @ taco bell amarillo tx i40 & western

My husband and I rarely eat our fast food, but when we do we typically choose Taco Bell, and always this location, no problems and of so they're quickly resolved. Not this time, and this one visit will ruin us returning. We ordered, on the screen showed extra rice on our the one burrito we got (I wasn't hungry), how we wanted. When we got to the window, the last there was rude. Just plain ole' rude. She said "beef quesarito no rice?" Which was wrong so I corrected her. And she got upset, and said "it'll be a minute cause it has to be remade now." Not to mention, They didn't have mild sauce, so she offered hot and we said no, she closed the window continued to put a handful of hot sauce in my bag. I expected her to then hand me the bag. Nope. She stood at her register, I assume taking an order, while my food SAT right there. After about 2-3 minutes she handed me my bad and I simply asked why my order sat there and she said "it didn't we had to remake it." I said "I watched my order just sit there for minutes, I was just wondering why?" And she said "because I am multitasking?" (All with a very sorry attitude.) and I responded with "if you were multitasking ... " got complete cut off, and got yelled at "SORRY WE CANT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY." And a slammed window.
As a General Manager of a local restaurant I would never allow one of my employees to ever treat a guest in that manner. I was very appalled and will not be returning.
