Taco Bell the food

[protected] my food was horrible the chalupa was so hard i could not eat it.the tacos were made wrong did not put any cheese or anything on it.wanted extra cheese and meat on what was supposed to be nachos bel grande only got cheese nothing i asked for was done right.very very upset about my order because i was at work and could not go back there.the issues there just keep getting worse and worse not better.

Taco Bell service

Worst Taco Bell around! I only go there because its handy (I live nearby.). Employees don't seem like they care too much about anything! When I go thru the drive thru, I don't get a greeting. I will get a hi or hello and then nothing follows. How about Welcome to Taco Bell ... what can I get you? They ALWAYS forget the taco sauce or they give me soft shells when I ask for hard shell. They are not thorough! This Taco Bell needs improvements!

Taco Bell orders

My sons went into this taco bell & made 2 seperat orders.. One son got his order correct & the other didn't get his box of tacos along with a mexican pizza & bean burrito.. I went with both sons back into taco bell with their orders.. This big mouthed african woman overspoke me & said part of 1 order went into the other bag.. She lied to my face & I kept on her till I got my box of tacos.. She told me the customer isn't always right.. This time I was because we were missing food, I finally got the missing tacos after an arguement.. I felt very disrespected by all employees at this store.. No one wanted to admit a simple mistake was made.. Please reeducate your employees..

Order#111297 3:36:23pm cashier - Chelsea was great
The employee that took my order was excellent. The employee that was finishing the food was the problem. I had to wait awhile for the nacho fries so 2 orders were up at the same time. He packed 2 bags & plopped them on the counter and called Dave. They were the people after me. The women went to pick up the Dave's order and had to ask which bag was hers. He pointed from a distance to hers. Now a bag is sitting on the counter after a few minutes I asked the cashier "do you think this is my order". She checked and said yes. I asked her why he never called my name or told me it was ready as I had been standing waiting. She apologized & gave it to me. I saw her telling I assume a supervisor and I told her the situation she apologized and told me she would talk to him. He was standing there & never made eye contact with me & never said sorry. I got home and unwrapped my steak soft taco which I paid extra for guacamole. The outside of one side of the shell was covered in the guacamole which he put on it. This was on 2 Steak soft tacos. Unfortunately this employee doesn't like his job and has no customer skills. I go to this restaurant all the time & the employees are great. Please contact me [protected]@verizon.net as I feel I should be reimbursed for the 2 tacos with guacamole that I could not eat.

Taco Bell customer service

On Friday 2/7/2020 I had a very unpleasant experience at one of Taco-Bell location #021226, I walk in at 10:32 to order my lunch, the restaurant was slow it only had one customer eating at one table, I approached the menu and right away notice 4 employee standing and having a conversation, I thought they were in a meeting as no one greeted me when I walked in, I patiently waited as I still had to decide on what to order, after 3 to 4 minutes, I had decided on what to order and looked over to see if anyone could help me, one staff looked towards me, however did not address me and turn around and continued her conversation, at this point, im still thinking it had to be a staff meeting, as another 3 to 4 minutes passed by now being 8 minutes, I tried to get one of staffs attention for service, I then realize their conversation was more than personal and very unappropriated for a restaurant staff to have in the middle of a shift, so I finally called out for service, and one staff by the name Angelina came to cashier without giving an apology (which would have been the appropriate thing to do) and had a smile cheek to cheek and with a sarcastic laugh asked what I wanted to ordered, I then kindly told her I been standing over eight minutes waiting on services and at the very least someone should had greet me and asked to wait, she then said no one saw me, I shared how she herself made eye contact with me, she again gave a sarcastic low laugh with a smile and asked, "Are you going to order maam" I asked to talk to a manager, and she said she was the manager, I was very disappointment to learn she was overseeing a crew and lead by a bad example, and shared it with her, she again laugh and said, if my service is so bad then why you still ordering food, I was at disbelief with her comment, and I answered that I was there as a hungry paying customer, and that I was a customer at least 2/ 3 times a week as I work few doors away (Kern, BHRS over 100 employee, some whom eat there). Your employee Angelina gave me a terrible experience and humiliating me in front of her crew as her own crew had to asked her to let it go, I wanted to report this unappropriated customer service, I did not deserved to be treated the way Angelina treated me, and practically asked me to not order if I didn't like her customer service, people like Angelina should be not leaders, I shared my experience with a lot of coworkers as they are customers of Taco Bell as well, I cant speak for them, however as of me I will never eat at any of your locations again, I don't need to take my hard working money and business to people not managing their restaurant as a good healthy environment, as Angelina caused me not only a headache but also a unpleasant morning. This is my first time I had to ever make a complaint, in the past I have only used my time to give a good review, for good hard working employee to be recognized when they do a good customer service, it's so sad and time wasted on staff like Angelina.

Taco Bell shortage of food by drive through

We went thr the drive through tonight and there was no line so they were not busy at all. I ordered 36.58 in food for my famly. I was shorted 4 tacos and a mexican pizza. needless to say the weather was horrible and I was not going back so we made do. I could not call and let them know because there is no listing for a phone number. The store is fairly new and I was very dissapointed and will not go back there. This is the second bad experience with the new store.
Thank you for maybe a little more employee training for these folks

Taco Bell discrimination against disabled customer

On a recent trip, the cashier informed me we would be getting our order to go, due to my husband having frequent accidents in their restaurant when dining in. My husband has suffered 3 strokes, the most recent last May. He lost the use of his left arm, and his left leg is severely weakened. He has left neglect, a condition which limits his awareness of anything to his left, including his own body. He cannot help it when he makes messes, and we do our best to clean up what we can. If it happens in the men's room, I am unaware of it, and he cannot always remember to let me or anyone else know, since his short-term memory was affected by his strokes.

I let the cashier know she cannot discriminate based on medical disabilities, and the cashier claimed her manager supports this mistreatment. I contacted the corporate office, but so far no one has contacted me to apologize. The cashier chose to say these things in hearing of my husband and other customers in line. My husband started crying at the table and refusing to eat, saying he felt everyone was staring at him and hated him.

Public shaming on top of discrimination, this girl needs to be sent to sensitivity training at the very least.

As we left, I made a point to indicate the pile of napkins on the floor near the door and informed her he was not the cause of that mess. There was also a large spill of tomatoes near one trash can by the other door that he had nothing to do with, so apparently they have no issues with messes caused by non-disabled customers.

Taco Bell green sauce

I am 63 years old and have been going to Taco Bell for most of my life. When I was pregnant, it was what I craved every day! My husband goes so often that all of the local stores know his name and order. However, I am deeply disappointed that they have discontinued the green sauce. That will definitely keep me from going back and now will put Taco Bell as an occasional visit rather than a weekly one.

Taco Bell service

This a new location. I am a frequent customer. The past two times I have came in the store was disgusting. The employees look like they have no idea what's going on. Having no more than two customers ahead of me I've waited over 30 minutes on my order. While multiple cars went through the drive through. The fact that it I decided I to have taco bell now I have to drive further out of my way is pretty ridiculous.

Taco Bell long wait time

Today 1/30/20 around 1:40 pm order #360809 I went to the drive through and it was really backed up there were 3 cars in front of me that had not even gotten to the speaker to order and 3 cars behind me in line along with the 5 cars that had already ordered and was waiting to get to window to pay and pickup food. But I figured it was just busy for lunch so I waited. It took about 5 minutes to get to speaker to order and first thing they say is "we have run out of beans" which for me was okay because I was ordering a beef burrito. BUT if I had wanted beans I was stuck in line with 3 now 4 cars behind me so I could not get out of line. SO my first suggestion is if they run out of something they need to tape a piece of paper on pole as get to drive thru line way before the speaker. Then it look another 10 or more minutes after ordering to get to window and pay and get my food. I asked was taking so long and the girl said they were out of beans, so I think they were taking orders for items that had beans and not having them get to window pay and pull over to the side and have someone bring out their food once the beans were done. Because like I said what I ordered did not have beans and I wsa in line for over 17 minutes. Need to have a better system.

Taco Bell a hair in my food.

I took a bite into my mexican pizza and there was a long black hair in my food. My hair is short and blonde. I am utterly disgusted by this. I assume that everyone would wear a hairnet to avoid this issue. I attempted to call the store and they were closed and their voicemail was full. I would like to know that my food is hair free. I should not have to check every bite to make sure someone else's dna isn't in my food.

Taco Bell food/service

We arrived at lobby at 11 pm. Manager said he had to take order through drive thru because they were closed in the lobby and we were just lucky he forgot to lock the doors or we would have to use drive thru. He slowly took our orders. My daughter went first them me. My order was rang up at 11:04 pm. The girl fixing food kept complaining about being tired and she was supposed to be off hour ago and she wasnt even supposed to be their. She took until 11:25 pm and finished my daughters order then when I asked where my order was she said thats it. I said no I have an order too. She said oh. Im tired again I was supposed to be off hour ago and Im tired. They made my order and I specifically told them no quac or sour cream on nacho box. They put it on they when questioned it they said well when he rang it up it didnt say. I said I reminded him and he walked over told you. She said again well im tired and was supposed to be off hour ago. I said just give me my money back and she said no heres your food we made it like rect said so you can take it and go now. I said give me the damn food and they will hear about this tomorrow. She crushed the lids on both our nachos smearing the toppings on lid and breaking chips. I called another taco bell and let them know. They said they would let dist. mgr. know. Oh and inform me lobbys dont close till 12. All at 12. Im pissed off and came home opened up to see the crap and my husband refused to eat the crap. I tried some but I couldnt even bite some chips they were hard so I had to spit them out. Taco Bell wrong prices

I've been to Taco Bell at 3920 Goodman Rd Southaven MS numerous times to order the my favorite item, the shredded chicken burrito. The price reflects $2.19 however it always ring up as $2.39. I commented on this numerous times over the past month however the price still reflects $2.19 yet they keep charging $2.39. I know it may seem minor but it's bad business to ignore such a issue and to charge customers more than what is advertised. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com.

Taco Bell product and service

I ordered 15 bean burritos and 5 bean and rice burritos (all of these without onions, because my child is allergic to them), a chicken rolled quesiddila and a chicken power bowl off of your app. When I got there to get my order I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my order even after ordering it ahead of time because of me being tight on time but that was not my issue. The attendant said are you the one that had the 15 bean burritos without onions and I said yes. After the wait and all I get home which I live about 25 miles away from there to feed the kids before they had to go somewhere and low and behold all of the burritos had lots of onions on them. I called back to the store to report this because my kids wound up leaving not getting to eat and they told me I had to bring them back, I explained that I lived 25 miles away and was at my work and could not bring back until tomorrow. They said that was fine. I am not to crazy about stinking burritos sitting in my car all day tomorrow at work to return them tomorrow evening. But if that is how they want them I guess I will. Felt this was very inappropriate way to handle this. In all honesty they should replace my whole order since they messed it up because I just threw close to 40 bucks away. Taco Bell employee assault

Stopped at taco bell just after 5pm today. Some employees were just coming out. One walked with his head down almost in front of my vehicle but I continued past. He was still on the sidewalk so it wasn't that close. After I parked, him and his two buddies were waiting for me behind my vehicle to hastle me. One of them said "Yo, you almost hit my cousin!" and he stood in front of me as I tried to enter the restaurant like he wasn't going to let me get by. I thought it was going to escalate for sure so I was ready to defend myself. The other guy said " that's alright, if he hits me I'll just collect." After a few more comments they walked to their car.
Not a good experience. Apparently the taco bell in Warminster is a dangerous place. I won't be gong back there and nether will any of my family or friends after I tell hem the story.

Taco Bell tacos

1/21/2020 . Just spent money on Tacos every last one was broken and the meat tasted Nasty and like soy meat. Maybe just a teaspoonful of so-called meat, barely lettuce on it . NO MORE THEY NEED TO JUST CLOSE DOWN. Terrible Service as well. TOTALLY DISGUSTING . False advertizing they food looks nothing like there commericals. Again TOTALLY DISGUSTING

Taco Bell service and food

On January 18, 2019, approx 9 :00 p.m., my husband and I visited this Taco Bell. We ordered #8 (drink, taco pizza and 2 taco supremes). I also order another taco supreme. We received our order. The taco pizza hardly had any tomatoe sauce.

The restaurant started to get busy. The front employee took some orders. The food was coming out slowly. Then other customers where coming in.the employee was telling them it would take approx 30 mins before they could be served. She stated there was only 3 employees there. those customer left. Again more customers came in. They where greeted and was told approx 30 min wait. Those customer was told there was only 3 employees. They where told the manager was concerned about hours, business was slow and employees here sent home. At 9:45 pm, the employee locked the front doors. The employees was still serving the drive thru. The employees only apologized one time to customer.

I have worked with customer for over 25 yrs. I understand there was only 3 employees, but that is no need to turn away customers. We are paying their salaries. Advise customer they would be with them very shortly. Does that staff know how to work both drive thru and the lobby? Maybe they need trained. Dont tell customer everything. Did they need to lock the doors? Was management notified regarding the problem? Has management looked at the busy hours ? managment needs to look at better scheduling of employees. Train all employees to work the food line, not just register. I cant believe how poorly that location was running and the wrong decisions that was made. I won't be going to that business again.

Taco Bell beans and cinnamon twist

On 1/17/2020 @ 11:07pm I placed an order total cost $33.83. Every item that had beans tasted horrible it was just a clump of beans on the nachos or in burritos, a hardish consistency and a weird taste. Also, I got one order of cinnamon twist and they had a harsh smell and taste of chemical. This was my first really terrible experience at TB. I did call the location and spoke with the manager, Ramon K. He told me I could come back the next day and they'd remake my order. That doesn't help the fact I have hungry teens now and wasted money and time. Extremely disappointed in the fact they would even serve food with that consultancy, appearance, and taste.
