Taco Bell improper sanitary practice

I visited the Taco Bell in Mt. Pleasant, Texas on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 9:05 PM.
The girl (no name tag) taking our order at the counter kept her pinky finger in her mouth the entire time she was taking our order with the exception of when she mumbled words to us.
I am 57 years old with a slight hearing issue and I could barely understand her words, my husband had to tell me what she was saying. The whole time, she stood quietly with her finger in her mouth.

Something about seeing an employee with her finger in her mouth, just made the entire experience unappetizing. I did watch carefully and she only picked up the bag that my food was in, however, this issue should be corrected before the Health Department makes an unexpected visit.

Taco Bell inappropriate music experience

i had the misfortune of going there that day.
Me and my husband were having lunch.
The music playing was dream weaver which would play the song
and replay that song 7 times in a row. Over and over.
I could not get out of there fast enough.
I talked to the staff who were standing in the kitchen area
trying to get away from it.

Corporate controls what music plays and when what the temperature is inside the store and security. Employees past the first door cannot hear the music from the dining room

Taco Bell coastaltacobell

I have sent the communication below to the CEO. No matter how good of a CEO he is I expect him to be completely unable to fix the CoastalTacoBell operation. It is in my estimation abysmal.
I have the good fortune to eat at Taco Bell in the Boston area 3-4 times per week.
I tried to go to the Taco Bell near Tequesta. I am incapable of describing how poor the food was, the place was a mess and the people were unsupervised.

I am in shock that the person who has responsibility for this excuse of a resteraunt still has a job.

I managed high tech sales professionals for 30 years. If they demonstrated this lack of customer quality their tenure would have been brief, very brief with me.

Taco Bell product objects on food

I went to taco bell bought 2 chalupa boxes 2 5 layer burritos 10 cheesey bean burritos
. We.got. Home and found foreign objects a peice of plastic in my 1 year olds burrito..omg r u freaking joking..
It was like the plastic underneath a condiments bottle cap the one you have to peel off.well someone left half of it in my sons burrito b.s..
I have called customer services 5 times I was told I would receive a call back everytime but no call back yet I would like a refund and a gift card for the 25 dollars I spent.. 25 on each if my son would have swallowed it i would be suing .. Obviously no one gives a [censored].. They can't even call back..

I bet you wished that your son had swallowed that piece of item that you placed there. That way you could exploit him for money. You are pure filth. Why would you want a $25 gift card if your son almost swallowed plastic. You want both a refund and gift card. Looks to me like you tried to harm your child just for $25. Shame on you. I hope you are caught for your lies and receive the same punishment as that lady that claimed she "found" the finger in her Wendy's Chilli. Can't afford to feed your kid without lying, scamming and endangering him for free food than don't have kids.

You truly are a disgusting person. It is obvious that you not love your one year old. You care more about are a refund or gift card than your child. If this really happened and you did not place the item there yourself why would you want to et a gift card to go back there? Make your own tacos if you cannot afford to eat and have to lie to get free food. What a shame.

Taco Bell always get my order wrong.

This is the third time my order is wrong and doesn't matter what taco bell I go too. I ordered three taco supreme with extra beef and paid for it I got home and saw they just gave me three regular tacos no tomatoes, no sour cream this is the third time it happened to me and not only that my husband ordered 2 five layer burritos, and ended up with 2 bean burritos I stopped eating at taco bell for awhile and decided to give it one more try and now I just give up never again will I eat there I'm very disappointed.

Taco Bell disrespect, threats, horrible service

Tacobell in seekonk is the worst tacobell I have ever met. Managers have attitudes and constantly are rude to me and the customers. Food is never right. Never safe at tacobell because managers wanna threaten me to beat me. No one deserves a job here! This needs to stop. It's suppose to be "team work make the dream work" I love tacobell but there needs to make change or something done. Besides the fact that the main boss is Matt! Which is great but has a horrible team. It's not happiness, it's distance and disclosure and shock because I'd never think it would be this bad.

Taco Bell management behavior - locked us in store - called police 11/15/18

*Re: Taco Bell- Daly City, CA, 7255- Mission St, 94014
*Time of incident; appox .7:15pm
* Staffing- 2 men apparently order takers, one of which was the manager Frank or Mark was his name, (6'3" tall 325#)...3 ladies cooking, 1 lady to serve the to go window, 2 ladies for the counter window.
* It seemed busy based on the typical dinner time crunch, 5 cars outside for service, I was 4th in line to place my order in the store.
* There was no apparent service at the instore counter, after 5 minutes in line waiting a lady that was cooking took off her gloves and served took orders at the register and served the guests... I was next in line.
* I recall someone speaking to her in Spanish, apparently she was told not to take any further orders.
* 6 more customers arrived behind me...I waited 5-10 minutes... during this time several customers started calling to the staff behind the counter asking for service, I did not yell or say anything as I wan next in line... we all noticed that the 2 ladies that were to cook food for the counter service were just standing there doing noting, they were ready to cook but there was no one to take our order... they showed irritation that their manager was not doing anything to service the counter, even the lady- cook that took the order at the counter prior could not do anything as she was apparently told not to do anything.
* After possibly 10 minutes the young man at the to go window came over to take my order, he input my order into the computer and I swiped my Credit Card... just as he was about to print pout the receipt, he received a call on his head phone...and he just walked away... he didn't even press send so that the ladies could start cooking my order.
* My order was taken, the order showed on the terminal, my CC was swiped, but not sent to the cooks.
* Other customers started yelling to the back counter staff calling for the manager... Apparently the manager Frank or Mark was his name cam to the counter, he said they are experiencing some difficulties and then walked away, he did not explain to me or the customers what the problem was, he just walked away.
*After waiting for appox. 3 minutes I called out to the behind the counter staff, I asked for the manager to simply push the send button, so that the ladies could start cooking my order, he simply looked at me, waved me off and continued working at the to-go window with the young man.
* By this time several customers left in the store, I was still waiting, and then the young man came out and started locking the doors of the store, so that no one could enter... I asked the young man to push send on my order and he said his manger said he could not send the order.
* I called the Daly City Police at this point, they arrived and I explained to them the situation, all I wanted was my order filled that was in the computer, and Frank/ Mark the manager very nonchalantly said to me, did you receive a receipt?... I said to him why didn't he explain that to me earlier, why did you lock the doors on the customers... he apparently did not care.
* I didn't do any thing wrong except place my order and he never explained to me what happened to my order or apologized.
* This person cannot handle this job or make any decisions.
* I have a extensive F&B background, and this team is not curing cancer.
* There should be 1 person taking orders in the front, and 1 person taking orders in the To-go window, 1 person cooking for the to go window and the other side of the cooking line 2 persons cooking for the to-go counter... 1 manager to jump in between the to go station, delegate to the counter cook to jump over to support the to-go cook . and or just work all around... I absolutely understand the system.
* You lost customers and revenue for the night and for many nights to come... and the Brand recognition has been scarred again and continues to spread.
* Frank / Mark the manager should be removed from his position.. stop the bleeding now

Taco Bell xl steak and beef burrito and hard taco

I went to taco bell to grab dinner to have at work because I work midnights. I order 2 hot grotto burritos they whwre correct. I order a xxl steak and beef burrito combo with no pico (tomatoes) because im allergic to them and nicely let the cashier no. So aroind 145am i finally got a break and went to eat. And the x xl burrito was missing steak only beef and had pico (tomatoes) on it. As well as the hard taco that comes with the combo was missing cheese. So i only got to eat the 2 burritos because they where correct and I order not to die from the tomatoes and who eats a dry plan taco with no cheese. Im very upset i spent 9.79 on the combo i couldn't eat. I don't want a refund I'd just like the food replaced correctly

Taco Bell taco pizza nachos

I had a family party and ordered a lot of food at Taco Bell in American Canyon California, The food was horrible ! ! everyone complained, the tacos were half filled with no lettuce no cheese and very little meat, this was the worst Taco Bell we had ever eaten at, The pizzas had a little a bit of beans and that was it ! And what's worse it's the only Taco Bell in this town !

Taco Bell hair in food

On november 11, 2018, I purchased a double chalupa box, drove about 35 minutes, and began to eat when I felt something not quite right after the 2nd bite. I pulled out a glob of hair out of my mouth and also attached to the chalupa. Thank god I have a strong stomach because I wanted to vomit. This is the 2nd time I gave taco bell a chance but failed me again with similar situation. A former employee of taco bell said it happens all the time. Most idiots preparing the meals do not believe in proper hygienic precautions. I did take a picture and will continue to submit complaints until something is done about it. Next is business bureau.

Taco Bell service

I visited the Taco Bell on Lapalco Blvd in Marrer or Harvey, Louisiana, near Barrataria Blvd. I actually stood waiting at least 15 minutes for service. There were 7 people working behind the counter. I kept asking if anyone was working the register and a young lady with a headset and a pony tail just kept looking at me with no response. There were two people standing waiting on their order and a young couple ahead of me also waiting to order. I waited another minute or so and asked again if anyone was working the register and NO ONE responded. Well, I'm in the habit of not begg in ng people to take my money so I LEFT!

Taco Bell employees and food

Per my receipt # 031654 @7541 Perkins Road;
An employee by the name of "Damecia D" preparer order with such a horrible expression no smiles nothing. And there was a spit in my lemonade. I consumed it before realizing and I am disgusted with the service at Taco Bell. Let alone allowing someone like that to further assist customers. I can't imagine what she's like on her bad days there at Taco Bell. Disgusting and horrifying!

Taco Bell horrible customer service from morning manager

I am a always good going attitude individual, single army veteran of two young daughters, ages 7 and 4. That's to say I have NEVER sent a complaint email or of any nature to anyone up to this point. I get off my security job every Sunday morning at 7am, and come to pick my kids up at my mom's in Austell. Taco Bell at 1642 Mulkey Road, Austell ga is were I normally stop by to grab myself and my girls some breakfast before we head home. It seemed to be a new crew I was not familiar with working this morning (November 11th, 2018, 720 am).The breakfast menu was not present when I went through drive through. I notified the speaker about it and politely said I will just come in and order. I came in and was rudely looked at by the manager as she just looked at me I'm assuming she waiting on my order. I gave my order, which she didn't not input in the register but just listened and walked off.in which her and the worker proceeded to fix my food..I then received the wrong order, letting the manager (Ariel M) know, and she then told me harshly that what I ask for I didn't ask for. In which I did, considering my clear, direct tone. She "huffed", walked over to give me a small cup, instead of the medium required for the meal I purchased, got the worker to hand me another hashbrown, and told me I owe another $1.06. I handed it to here feeling like I shouldn't deserve this treatment early in the morning having worked 8 long hours in the cold, then getting disrespected by a seemingly new manager..when ALL My other visits prior around the same time, different crew, was so much the opposite..I started to ride off but could not let such a terrible, unprofessional behavior sit on my mind knowing I'm a paying customer with a good attitude during the entire duration of this experience.Thank whomever for the time in reading this and feedback. Have a great day, because this first interaction of the start of my day has not been great.

Taco Bell rude manager

While sitting at the drive-thru at the Taco Bell in Farr West, Utah, the manager was screaming expletives at his employees. After several minutes of yelling at them, he sent an employee over to shut the drive-thru window so that my husband and I couldn't hear as he continued to scream at the employees. He treated them terribly! No employee deserves that type of treatment! That manager needs to be fired!

Taco Bell online order ignored and rude worker

I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru. It said pick up at 9:55.
It said order received. It never said making. So I called 4 times with no answer. I went there at about 10:25 and it was not started. There was nobody in the drive thru or in store. He was very RUDE. 10 minutes later he gave me the order and I asked for his name he said all you need is your food and shut the window. I am not happy. Not that it's alot but it was a $32 order. This is not the first time at this store I received unsatisfactory service.

Taco Bell incorrect food given multiple times

I'm not one to complain often but the last several times I've ordered a cheese quesadilla at my local Taco Bell here in salinas for my son who can't eat chicken and we order extra jalapeño sauce as well on side. He's received chicken quesadilla with no sauce multiple times. We'd like to receive what we're paying for and then it goes to waste which we also hate doing. Would hope to receive coupons for this item to compensate for what we've lost.

Taco Bell taco salad

I had been home recovering from surgery for several weeks. My husband and I decided to drive into Taco Bell on West 6th Street in The Dalles (8.7 miles) for a take home dinner. We got our order and hurried home to eat it.

I was surprised in the small amount of filling in the taco salad (very little beans or meat), but it was the taco shell that was most unacceptable. It was stale, to the point of being rancid! What a disappointment. This is the first time in all the times I've eaten at Taco Bell that this I have received anything less than pleasurable food from Taco Bell. It was the worst taco salad I have ever had and couldn't eat it.

Because it would have required a 17 mile round trip to replace the salad, I just threw it away and made a sandwich. Hopefully this will never happen again.

I don't know if you had new employees or what the problem was, but I thought you should know.

Taco Bell I terminated myself

I just recently started working at Taco Bell about 2 months ago I received 3 checks from Taco Bell. At this point I cannot get in touch with anyone from corporate to complain and report the store that I was currently employed at 1258 lakes Blvd, lake park, ga 31636 TACO BELL the General manager REMONE DURDEN AND MANAGERS DEAMBER (DONT KNOW HER LAST NAME) and LATORSIA (DONT KNOW HER LAST NAME) the environment is very hostile managers and crew members are constantly talking about one another the managers are also rude to customers but this is not the reason I'm trying to get in contact with corporate. I'm an ex employee looking for someone to investigate this store the managers are stealing money out of registers mine to be exact I guess being that I was an new employee. What pissed me off about this situation is that I have worked to other fast food restaurants but never have I ever been written up or fired for my draw coming up short also I was never written up for multiple shortages on two incidents of my draw being short I was never prompted to count a draw by managers DEAMBER and LATORSIA at this point those two managers barely let me count draws when I first get to work, I'm directed to jump on someone else register mind you the GM REMONE DURDEN could have investigated this incident by checking the cameras I'm quite positive the cameras would have revealed that his managers are stealing, but unfortunately he did not. Instead! His actions were to write me up with a final warning which pissed me off because I was not a fault when speaking with GM REMONE DURDEN at work I was told "business is business and it's just business when my lead is questioning me". Problem #2 MY HOURS WAS TAMPERED WITH AND I WAS ONLY PAID FOR WORKING 1 WEEK OUT OF 2 WEEKS SO NOW IM CONVINCED THAT MANAGEMENT AT TACO BELL LOCATION LISTED ABOVE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE REST OF MY PAY WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND ALSO WOULD LIKE AN INVESTIGATION TO CLEAR MY NAME OF SHORTAGES AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT THIS HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT.

Taco Bell crunch wrap

I just went to the taco bell in charlottesville va on my lunch break and ordered the #9 crunch wrap meal. I ate the hard taco first and when I started eating the crunch wrap it tasted awful. It tasted like plastic or some sort of cleaning product. I took 2 bites and couldnt eat it. Had to throw it away, I love those and never have I bit into one and had it taste that bad. I dont know what it was but it was awful. Very dissatisfied, and I couldnt go back because I drove back to work before eating it.
