Taco bell in Bainbridge georgia use to be my family and I favorite restaurant, but lately this store has had the most excuses. First they told me they were out of medium cups for the 1$ happy hour drink from 2pm-5pm. Second they told me they were out of nachos for the steak nachos. Third they told me the fryer didn't work to fry chulupas, fourth they told me they couldn't take nothing but credit or debit no cash, last but not least they said that i couldnt place more than one order on drive thru. Every time i come to taco bell it's always an excuse or a problem. This place needs to be shut down!

Typically every employee that gets hired at one of your franchises near me is rude and incompetent to the highest degree. I don't know if it's just personal problems that make their work ethics terrible or if it's just the way they are trained. Also food orders I place are always wrong, luckily I am not allergic to the product I say multiple times to not put in. Do your employees get trained to know the difference between soft and hard shell tacos. I hate to say it but my average trip to a Taco Bell is terrible.

MY crunch wrap sucks it has a big whole in the middle of the wrap AND ALL MY FOOD FALLS OUT and a big whole in the bag which it came in where also my food was falling out so honestly what left do i have to eat all my food is falling out ?! im disappointed bc im hangry now and now i gotta go get something else to eat bc yall didnt make it right thanks just a perfect day! yall couldve done way better

This occurred in the drive thru - the order taker actually yelled at my son - he ordered a charito - and she asked 'what kind' - he repeated "a charito", then she absolutely yelled "WHAT KIND OF CHARITO" - first time for us ordering one and did not follow - then she yelled a third time "WHAT KIND OF CHARITO - CHICK or BEEF" Oh my gosh - i was floored - we finished the order, she gave us the total with a huff. I pulled up and was anger - "you did not need to yell at us" - 'simply giving us the choices would have been nice" - she said she was going to serve us and closed her window. I was so shocked...we all were. This is the second time encountering this same lady in the drive thru - so extremely rude.
I parked my car and went inside to speak to the manager - she claimed to be and said have a good day ma'am - I asked for her name "have a good day ma'am" - unbelievable.

We went to the Taco Bell at the Folsom, ca outlet mall. We ordered a 7 layer burrito, a cheese quesadilla, and a Mexican pizza. The 7 layer burrito had even less substance in it than a plain bean burrito. The quesadilla had hardly any cheese and the tortilla was burnt. The Mexican pizza was inedible—it was on a soggy, stale tortilla. Also, it took 10 minutes to get our order, even though we were the only customers. The store had garbage on the floor where they were making the food, and the young man who prepared our food had his pants sagging down, exposing his red shorts underneath. The young woman who took our order was very polite. We paid $17.29, and we were extremely dissatisfied with our meal. We would like a refund. The store number is 009476 and we were there on June 16 at 2:00 pm. Our order number was 203941. The survey code on our receipt is [protected].

My sister my nephew and I went there on SawMill and a boy asked to take our order, my sister said can i have a minute we need to look at the menu - immediately a girl said something I can help you find..something I can help you find. I said we just need a minute to look at the menu- she said you just had a minute. I said; okay then give us two, and as fast as you are reading this is how fast we were talking back and forth. Then the boys microphone was still on and he said Olivia tell them were not taking their order. So she said you are being rude so you can just go on were not taking your order. My sister said we just need a minute then the girl screamed I said were not taking your order! Then her microphone is still on and she said that [censored] can leave we don't have to wait on them so we left with my nephew crying because he couldn't get Taco bell. What was the big deal for us to look at the menu? Very sad.. Happened on 6-13-18 at 8:20 pm

General manager tried to have sex with every female employee. I quit and he bans me. Everyone is having sex with everyone there. Employees are rude to each other and customers. Managers are rude to each other, employees, and customers. Needs to be shut down, awful store. I have seen about 3 different couples of people fist fight or tase each other. People constantly were stealing money from each other. I worked there for 2 and a half months and still was never on the schedule. My pay checks were messed up, my hours were messed with. They never would get you something, like pay stubs, unless you asked three times a day for two weeks. I would never work here again, it was a ridiculous working scenario.

I'm complaining because I had a terrible experience in your drive through last night at 11:05 p.m. I went to the Taco Bell on Manzanita in Carmichael California and I was in the Drive-Thru I accidentally pass the intercom system to place my order so I pulled up to the window to place it and the gentleman for Taco Bell told me to he can't take my order and to leave the drive thru and to reenter and order at the intercom I asked him why because there's no one behind me you can just take the order now he told me that I need to re-enter and stop at the intercom so they'll have time to make my order at a time I get to the window and I thought that was a little strange and there seem to be a little tension between us so I told him that's okay I don't want you making my food I told him that I'll just complain to the manager the next day well I was still upset so I went home and I called to speak to the shift manager and the shift manager explained to me that I was wrong and she heard every word of the conversation and then she hung up in my face she just slam the phone down. Im totally insulted because the shift manager wouldn't even listen to me she just spoke over me and then hung up! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT TACO BELL... Just letting know why you lost a customer!

I am just very upset to learn that not only the Smothered Burritos available in Beef or Chicken were taken off of the menu several months ago but the Beef and Bean combo burrito also as of this past few weeks. The Beef and Bean combo have been a staple of Taco Bell ever since I can remember, and I was born in 1962. I am thinking that, considering the items that I order all of the time at what used to be my favorite fast food establishment keep getting removed from the menu, that maybe I will find another fast food establishment here in Kenosha WI that does provide these items.

Is the most filthy location I have e er been to. It is always like this. The floors have not been swept and clearly not mopped in weeks. Trash is overflowing out of the cans. The water trap under the soda machine is exposed and moldy. The tables are all filthy (and it is not busy and no one is waiting in line). The sauce station is empty with a pack of napkins sitting out on the counter. Looking under the counters, they have not been cleaned in forever. Dust, grease grime. Etc.

Horrible location.

being at work i do not think this is something that is acceptable using the work phone for this matter to harrass someone. I ordered about 7 burritos. Almost all of them were uncooked, cold and where raw. I had to heat them up to make them somewhat good. 3 of the burritos had only rice and beans. I open them up and I think there's only beans because there is so little rice and beans in it. I told the person in charge and the cashier. They said you only get one scoop. What kind of a response is that I'm a customer I should have gotten 3 new burritos with a bigger portion. I also got some tacos and they barely had anything in them. It had some lettuce, barely any cheese and beef.

Everytime I go to the Vermilion TacoBell on Route 60, they mess up my order. Every single time. The people there are not friendly at all and the managers are even worse. Me and my boyfriend grabbed something to eat one night and they failed to mention the soda machine was down after they gave us a cup and tried to get smart about it & then tried to pick a fight over going out the locked door which we were also never notified about. When I asked how we were suppose to know the door was locked she ( the night manager) acted like I had offended her and came all the way out to my car parked in the parking lot to argue. Not professional at all and you'd think for messing up my order literally everytime I go there, they'd be a little more curteous.

I was sitting at home waiting for someone to get home with my crunchy supreme tacos(which were dairy free, special ordered, no cheese or sour cream because I have an extreme sensitivity to dairy and it makes breathing hard, I even have the receipt showing they put in everything right at the cash register the people just messed the tacos up)I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a delicious taco(which I was craving for dinner). I got my tacos took a bite of the first one out of 3 and discovered there was cheddar cheese in it(along with a disgusting hair in the shell)! I was so mad but was optimistic for my next 2 tacos. I take a bite of my second one and discover it also has cheddar cheese! At this point I was raged! Money wasted on 2 tacos I couldn't eat. Well let's try the third one I thought. Well I open it up to find visible without even taking a bite that there was also cheddar cheese on it! I was fired up about this madness! I had nothing to eat for dinner and was hangry(hungry and angry) Not only had I wasted money on 3 tacos I ended up (madly) throwing in the trash can, I had nothing else to eat for dinner(and I was craving tacos)so I (angrily and sadly) had to end up heating up in the microwave and eating a lean cuisine(which took me an extra 6 minutes and it was already late and I was desperately in need of some sleep) So in conclusion to this all thank you Wadsworth Taco Bell for ruining my(what could have been good) dinner.

Went to the drive thru at this Taco Bell location. Got there with 4 cars ahead of us. Place order at 6:13 pm. Finally got our stuff at 6:31. Burger King is located directly across the street. They seem to have no problem moving vehicles thru. They moved about 25 vehicles during that time. Also, the girl at the window could smile...bad customer service.

Went to aramingo avenue drive thru 6/13/18 was charged 8.09 for my food and another 6.45 for i dont know whose food. Was treated dusrespectfully on phone by Anastasia who claimed to be the manager. Will be going back asap to speak to maria or edna for a refund! Was never even given a receipt by the girl working the cash register. Very distubing and shady!

My family and I went to get food for our mom's co workers since they were working late at the house. When we got to the Ripon Wisconsin Taco Bell, we started naming the orders.When we were done, the person over the mic told us to call ahead next time because it was such a big order.We didn't know that until after so, all was fine. We get to the window, and a large Caucasian man, mid 30's, came up to the drive thru window and looked at my family and I and said "really? Really?Hope your taco shells don't get crushed."None of the other workers said a word about it, the person on the mic was a rude older woman who also didn't say anything.She just gave us attitude about calling ahead next time.After handing us some drinks, she told us to pull foward.After waiting 20 minutes, the food comes, and she just aggressively puts it in our car window and leaves.We pull into the parking lot to check on the food and all the taco's are crushed and some are missing meet and just look sickly.We are missing orders, and the burritos look to be smashed I take it back inside asking for a refund and they rudely said no.The order was $95, and the manager claimed to had made a phone call and said he "cant give a refund." He refused to give the name of the worker who came to the window and said the comment. All we got was 24 coupons.

Arrived at toco bell 2331 the Lakeland Dr., Flowood MS When I arrived at the drive-through the young lady I spoke with Ask what I wanted to order. Then said speak up I can't hear you. I thought she instructed me to drive around and I did. After repeating my order. ( keep in mind there is no one inside or out) drove around to the drive-through window. She said how can I help you? I wanted a steak a.m. crunch wrap combo with a soda to drink. She said we don't take orders at the window (drive back around or come in). I asked why did you have me drive up to the drive through window then tell me that I need to drive back around. Or come in!

I have purchased a lot of breakfasts and dinners for my family from y'all. If y'all had a rewards program I would be elite status is how much I buy from toco bell. For your employees to treat customers like that or even talk down to them as they did me.
I personally made a comment to not buy anything else from tocobell untill January next year.
This is wrong. Treated wrong. Just wrong with no one there. I can understand if they where busy. But, nooone there. Come on toco bell

Monday, June 11, I ordered 2 spicy tostadas and a senior drink. The tostadas were cold and there was a little dab of re-fried beans, whole lot of lettuce, 3 bits of tomatoes and sprinkle of cheese on it and there was no spicy sauce at all. Ive ordered these before and were great, but this time they were not fixed like they should have been. It was like they were thrown together by someone who didn't care. Didn't receive a receipt.

This taco bell is so slow through the drive thru, wait time is usually 15 to 20 minutes for your meals.

Very disappointed with my meal.

I had ordered my usual order of some cheesy bean and rice burritos and when I was served the burritos at the drive-thru the drive-thru employee told me that Jose had made them extra fat for me and had a strange smile on his face I took a bite of one and it literally tasted like liver bile from someone throwing up in it never taste like that I know you did something I still have the food and I can prove it cuz there is all sorts of random chunks of s*** that isn't normally in the cheesy bean and rice burrito I am so disgusted I cannot believe that people are allowed to do this and think it's a big joke it's really disgusting I don't think I will ever eat at Taco Bell again it's made me just furious so Taco Bell in Encinitas 951 at night Tuesday June 12th 2018 this has happened before at the same place and I had just ignored it but this time it was just too obvious and hard to let go I really hope that somebody does something about this cuz this is unacceptable
