Synapse Ventures IncCancel Membership!!!

I signed up for 3 free mags issues for like 3 months or something like that, but i wish to cancel my membership before my credit card gets charged on Dec. 27, 2011. I no longer want ANY PRESRIPTIONS sent to me or any further charges to my bank account. Please get rid of your automative serivce, it is not helpful at all, and quite irritating!!! My subscription id # is [protected]. I tried multipe times to cancel and delete my account with your automative service but, I called a second time to make sure it was still cancelled and it hadn't.

Thanks
Andrea Helms
