Swift Transportation Services This is about scam parcel delivery

Couple of days ago receive a message from Kim Patrick on IG and he said that he was a PILOT living in Romania with his mom and then he as me to talk on whatsapp instead since i am curious due to a lot of asian men from thailand having this kind of scam he is differnt he wanted to send me a package with a iphone branded bag and money with that its already alarming for me.. Please check the link and the screenshot he sent me also i kinda bother coz i gave him my add not full name and #. I hope to have an imidiate action for this.. Thank you

PS :please be aware for this kind of people thwy are very good in manipulating women..

Swift Transportation Services Swift settlement

May 25th, 2021 my one and only tractor was hit by a Swift driver while parked! It was loaded, I lost that. My tractor was hit in Syracuse, NY. My truck has been down since then! I paid $9000 to get it towed, (I had to take out a loan!) hotel for my team drivers. Now that my truck is fixed the Swift rep says (Donna Bulowski)
1. "you should've been lookong for another truck for them to drive" IMPOSSIBLE!

2. "we're only gonna pay you $250 for 14days of down time (the average cost for a day cab rental)"

3. "we're not paying your tow bill, you should've towed it closer, reasonable distance"

Maybe this is why there's a shortage of trucks. I have one sitting. Swift is offering $36, 000 to settle my claim

Desired outcome: 1. Admit it was your fault 2. A proper settlement(downtime,repair cost and how bill)

Swift Transportation Services Driver almost hit me and my brother crossing two lanes of traffic on a feeder road and put their blinker on at last second

The trailer she was towing had academy on it. Also an indiana license plate #3107786. Also yelled out of window that we saw her as she almost hit us when we were clearly in line in the middle of her truck with people in front of us. As a truck driver you should be more responsible than regular drivers on the road. Especially carrying product that has to go somewhere

Desired outcome: At the most i want them to be suspended

Swift Transportation Services A driver

I drive for another company and I was in Georgia. we pulled into a pilot. That morning the pumps were running real slow the trucks were backed up waiting in line to fuel. There was parking on both sides of the lines for fuel that went down the middle. We had to wait quite a while to get to the pumps. meanwhile a man was just trying to get out of a parking spot and go around and get out. he went around and asked all of us if we can just hold back so that he could get out. then he proceeded to go to the Swift truck and asked him the same thing. The Swift driver was very ignorant, he said there was no way that he was going to hold back. he had to get fuel and get out of there and very rude the way he said it. He told him to [censored] off and he rolled up his window and move forward almost touching the truck in front of him, just to show the guy that he was not going to let him through.
You know all of us truckers are out here doing the same job and I feel like we should all work a little bit better together and for him to be so ignorant and not helping him get out, it was not like he was trying to butt in the line for fuel, he just wanted to get out of his parking stall, so he could leave. People like this Swift Driver do not belong on the road, because if he is that ignorant at a fuel pump, how ignorant is he on the road? When I went to trucking school 5 years ago, I was taught to be courteous and I'm sure your Swift drivers are taught the same thing. I don't know if you will do anything about this driver but I feel like you should. his truck number is 21826. I know my company would not put up with this. I have pictures when the guy was asking him to move and then after he moved up close to the guys bumper also you can zoom in and see this drivers number on his truck. But your website won't take my pictures they're saying it's too big, so if you would like them you'll have to send me an email address. I just wanted to say I was very very disgusted with what I saw and disappointed in the swift driver. Thank you for your time.

Swift Transportation Services Driver # 192838

My family and I witnessed driver truck #192838, flying through Harrisonville MO. Leaving Walmart store cut off several vehicles before speeding to light. Slammed on his brakes, only in time to be stuck in an intersection. As I watch on, shocked at what I am seeing. He proceeded to cuss at me for staring at him. My husband is a driver, and I know this is no way to behave as a professional. So I am reaching out to you. In hopes that you will reprimand your driver. My husband and others like him go out every day and do their job with professionalism. Drivers have it hard enough without others making a bad name for them on the road. What I witnessed today was everything you are taught not to do in training. Thank you for your time,

Swift Transportation Services Truck 200195 - Blue, East Valley Hwy (84th)

Ref truck was entering 167 and I was in left lane on a motorcycle. Driver pulled into my lane. Had I not swerved to the other lane, I would have been hit. Luckily right lane was empty. This was near Renton & Kent WA.
I intended to take photo once we stopped and he took several evasive steps to lose me, driving excessively slow and excessively fast. Driver made eye contact and made no effort to apologize. Was able to capture photo at a stop.

Swift Transportation Services Failure woes for new drivers

The worst company to work for, the hire new drivers and after a small finder bender they terminate you making it hard for you to get a job with another company for instance they lie about the real reason for termination... I'm filing with FTC, DOT and whoever else this is the worst

Swift Transportation Services Driver

1/20/21 7:20AM 23S to Ann Arbor just before Exit 3
A swift driver crosses all 4 lanes into the right lane forcing me off already icy roads!
Luckily I drive a Subaru and was able to maintain control of my vehicle.
Even after repeated blaring of my horn and others trying to get these drivers' attention he/she veered back into the lane to the left of me long enough for me to pull back into the right lane only to abruptly change lanes causing me to have to brake hard and swerve again off the road to avoid being literally pushed into the ditch!
This [censored] then proceeded to drive past the next to exits in the right lane. I missed mine, of course!
There was absolutely no reason for this erratic and dangerous maneuvering! Particularly in freezing temperatures on icy roads!
Your driver endangered my entire family today! For no reason other than blatant disregard for traffic and safety rules!
Of course like all Swift trucks there is no identifying numbers on the trailer to call it in!
I honestly doubt you as a company even care at all, but I am pissed!
You just keep providing half assed training and putting under qualified drivers on the roads. After all it's not your family at risk. Until it is!

Swift Transportation Services Safety

Truck number 210451 almost caused an accident with another truck by pulling in front of the other truck in the passing zone. The other truck had to brake hard to keep from hitting the Swift truck in the rear. These trucks also, for some reason will jump in the passing lane when other trucks pass them and there is plenty of room for another truck to get over. This driver is unsafe to be driving if he is going to almost cause an accident. I really hope something is done to protect other drivers out on the road.

Swift Transportation Services A driver

7:02 pm you have unsafe drivers on the road. I was entering 295 from Creighton Rd SWFZ130228 driving in the right lane would not allow me to enter the highway. Behind him was another semi trator trailer. Your driver speed up the other driver did finally slow down to allow me to enter.

I sped up to over 74 miles per hour to catch the truck. Your driver evenually slowed down as he knew I was taking pictures of his tags.

My cousin Lou Santa knows the owner of Swift and I will have him reach out as well.
This driver should not be driving on the road. Especially now with riots every night in the state of Virginia in Richmond.

Swift Transportation Services bad driver complaint

To whomever it may concern. One of your swift drivers tried to turn around in our company property today and a bad job of it too. He left deep ruts in our yard! We have signs up on our property trying to keep them out from turning around but they keep doing it. We have your swift driver on video too making the ruts. I have the truck number too. I would like someone to contact us please tomorrow about fixing the ruts. Our office phone number is [protected].

Swift Transportation Services complaint on a driver

We parked at a Loves in Yemassee SC and one of your drivers popped up on the curb into the grass area. My husband and I were walking into the Loves and he told him " Do you think that's a good place to park" your driver popped off with something smart about he's a gangster and then it was followed by " I have something in the truck to blow your head off" my husband immediately called the police. We came out from the Loves and he was no longer parked beside us. The cops looked in the parking lot for the truck but it couldn't be located. I do have a picture of the driver and it clearly shows he is parking up on the curb. I'm not sure what you and your company do about such threats but we take them serious as we haul some expensive vehicles. Your driver should NOT be threatening to blow anyone a head off period!

Truck # 177427 the driver was watching a movie on his phone swerving all over the place while he was driving down the road, this is the most disgraceful example of a "professional driver" and your company should really be doing something to those who are doing these unsafe acts behind the wheel especially those who drive an 80, 000lb killing machine

Swift Transportation Services driver leader

I'm a new driver for swift I have been driving for them for 5 months now. I have been sitting at a truck stop for 37 hours and still not moving. My biggest check from them has been 600 and everything else has been below that. I have 100% loads on time so don't know why I'm being punished. My safety score is 3 points for logs I have no tickets or accidents so I guess this is what a good driver gets. I can't make a living like this. They say they take care of there drivers that's a lie
James Bailey must have a reason why he doesnt keep me moving or he just doesn't know how to manage his business.

Swift Transportation Services discrimination, (age, vet. minority) by "deprivation from" the swift leasing program " ; plus other.

Please have Driver Manager (Driver Leader) Jaeme Wilkerson At Lancaster, Texas Swift Terminal Forward the
pertenent E-Mails pertaining to this Matter. However, to be brief it amounts to The Swift Leasing Office in
Phoenix, Arizona (Zambroso) denying me access to Lease the Truck Assign to me # 162618; allegedly because
of an Accident which is False.

Then on or about July 19, 2019 said Truck 162618 was 'conficated at The Lancaster Swift Terminal ' . My Compliant is
Simple: I want TO LEASE THAT TRUCK AND THERE IS NO LEGAL REASON WHY SWIFT CAN DENY MY REQUEST. AT IT
stands, I am being Deprived based on NO GOOD LEGAL REASON. Talk to Jaeme Wilkerson for Details.

In the alternative I am in the Process of Filing my compliant in several places with the Goal of getting my day In Court.
I will also file based upon other issues based on past Class Action Law Suit: See {www.hbsslaw.com/cases}.

However, at the moment July 24, 2019, all I would like is to clear-up this misunderstanding and get back to Work.
Therefore, I am requesting a Bus Ticket to go Recover The Truck and Place it Under Lease.

Swift Transportation Services customer service/recruiting

I have over 6 years experience in the driving industry and had called swift souly on just a few questions about the company. I was immediately greeted by unprofessionalism by one of the recruiters who acted like he didnt even care didnt want to answer questions and if he did it was extremely short. Upon going to file a complaint about the recruiter I was told I just needed thick skin because of the industry. If this is really how swift goes about their buisness I suggest no one do buisness with them. Theres a line between professionalism and "thick skin".

Swift Transportation Services swift trucker reckless driving/no regard to others on the road

June 28th 2019 picture taken around 4:51pm on I-90 East heading out of Coeur D'Alene Idaho- Plate was from Indiana (Plate # P419429) SWFZ 154537
This past Friday June 28, 2019 my fiancé and I were headed East on I-90 out of Coeur D'Alene Idaho in his diesel pickup towing a trailer with an excavator on it. We were going along with all the traffic where we had to merge to the left lane. We could see a truck running as a blocker way back behind us to get people to stay in the left lane for the merge that was going to be coming up and not cause congestion by passing everyone up on the right. Then it seemed to be fine and the Pickup truck moved back over now to the left lane. We had been going for a bit when all of a sudden, my fiancé and I were like what the heck? A big Swift semi-truck came barreling down the hill and was at our side. Our truck pulling the trailer with an excavator on it was now coming to where it was one lane.
I being the passenger started panicking as the trucker did not look over did not give a rip that we were there and he was going to smash us into the barrier we were crossing the rumble strip to the barrier. He did not bat an eye, look over, nothing. He did not care by the looks of it as long as he got ahead of us. We weren't in little vehicle that could just slam on our breaks we are a big truck pulling a big trailer with and excavator on it. The Swift semi-truck could see everyone he was passing in the right lane and DID NOT CARE. We had to put the brakes and trailer brake hard and let him in or be crushed against the barrier. Now behind the truck driver I took a picture of the back of his truck and called the Swift company and gave them the Indiana plate number. The operator was arguing back to me because I called her truck driver (Old Man with glasses) a [censored] driver. She said I don't appreciate you calling our drivers that. I told I don't appreciate almost being killed because this man did not care. I was pretty worked up by the time I got to the next person and gave her the plate number and information I had. We were almost out of cell service so I then had to wait again until we got over the 4th of July pass and past Rose Lake exist before I could call and report this to the Idaho State Patrol.
The semi-truck once we passed him again slowed way down. I'm not sure if he was radio by his company or what but suddenly after almost getting us into an accident, he was no longer in a race to get where he was going. This man should NOT BE TRUCK DRIVING AT ALL!

Swift Transportation Services bad driver

I was driving North bound on I25 in the fast lane about to pass one of your trucks. I was just a couple feet away when your driver cut me off without using a signal. Since I was at that moment just a few feet away and my speed was faster than his I had to slam on my breaks and almost went into the cement road divider. Luckily for me there were no vehicles right behind me. (He could have safety gotten over after I passed him).
I had 5 children in my truck ages ranging from 9mo to 9 years. Super scary situation and thankful we servived. The driver looked like he should have retired 10+ years ago, and should probably take another driver's test and safety class.

Swift Transportation Services swift driver misconduct

Driving in traffic on Colorado Blvd & Alameda In Denver, the Driver in truck #160941 littered and thew their trash out of the car window onto the street. The driver rolled down the window to toss out their trash & proceeded to then roll it back up and keep on driving. I would expect employees to conduct themselves in a more appropriate manner while on the job.
