Swatch swatch watch

I have purchased a watch 3 year back but now it is not working. I have complained in Saket, New Delhi, India. They have given the the replacement option and giving 35% discount on new watch. But 30% discount is available in authorised Swatch retailer on delhi. If Swatch watch durability is only 3 year why i will buy new watch. I am very dissatisfied with Swatch quality and service given by Swatch. Kindly do needful.

Swatch service

Hello, I have bought a Swatch watch in May 2019 in Voronezh (Russia). On the 26th of August a part of the watsh's lock was brocken. I went to the Swatch watch shop that day in Voronezh, looking for a help to exchange or to order a new lock for my watch but the seller refused to order a lock and did not give me any lock as it was not a sutable colour for my watch. I am Russian, but live permanently in Ireland. Very disapointed with the service in Swatch shop in Russia. Can I get from an original lock for my watch from Swatch?

Swatch product (men’s wrist watch) and service

I am a swatch fan and bought 7 swatches so far for me and my family. Majority were bought from Kualalampur, and the rest from Bangkok and Dubai. The arm for second in my son's wristwatch dropped inside the casing by itself. We got it replaced from singapore and was very happy with the support. His 2nd wristwatch faced the same problem again. But this time when it was taken to a swatch shop in singapore, they said it is out of warranty period (beyond 2 years). But, when I asked how can I get it fixed; they said it is impossible. I was surprised! For an international problem of the watch; I cannot be given a solution even. What if my other watches also face the same thing. In fact, my friend also was with me to fix a broken glass of his daughter's watch. And he also couldn't get that fixed. I love swatch watches. But from now on, I will definitely keep this in mind that in case if anything happens to the watch after 2 years it becomes a piece of junk. In fact, I ended up buying a Casio for my son; even after I had so many swatches I eyed for him.

Swatch staff service that wrongly claimed for function of watch

Hi, i want to complain on new watch i buy at one utama petaling jaya. I choose the dark color watch..and i ask the staff if the watch will become glow in the dark since the appearance was dark..he said yes..so im proceed to buy..however, it upset me when i try it at dark, the function do not same as the staff said..i hope that you notice this because i feel betrayed..thank you

Swatch lousy service ever

I was advised that, to change a new leather string includes the string itself, accesories and labour cost. Total $86. The officer told me to wait a maximum of 1 hour. I waited for 2 hours and the officers are taking their sweet times and chit chat. I found that the watch is ready long ago. But the officers did nothing and continued to their chats. When I approach to the counter, then only they noticed me and still asked me whether Im collecting watches. I feel like wtf and I have been waiting in the service center for so long and how come they are relunctant to notice me when there is less than 5 customers there. When I collect the watches, they suddenly told me that I have to pay another $20 for the screw. What the heck why didnt you tell me earlier? And asking me to pay when all the things are done? Lousy customer service officers ever. Three of them. One white man, one indian and one perhaps called Maria. I will probably consider not buying any watches from Swatch Group ever. So I will inform all friend, relatives, and post it to all public groups.

Swatch customer service canceled my order.

This is unfair at all because I win a chance to get my watch and then I paid for it. And I gave my address at Kuwait and you didn't want to send it. And now you said you will cancel my order and the money didn't return to my bank until now. Why you keep my order with you more than 4 days and my money also. You can't cancel my order if you keep the money with you. The process for my order being more than one week. What's that treatment from swatch company and I always wear swatch and I bought from them when I was child. I am cutting to wear swatch forever because this thing is racist because I am not in USA, you canceled my order without returning my money back. I didn't get my swatch which I wish to have bape swatch. This is shame for swatch company at USA and soon I will close this company, I swear that.

Swatch refused to replace

I bought yesterday watch from Riyadh renal moal
Today I went to replace and they refused

Yesterday when I buy it was big and your staff said will adjust it to me by her self and she did

When I went to replace with another model she make a problem to me and refuse to return
While no issue such this mention in your policy at the paper represent at the store

I need help to replace that model with another one please

Swatch automatic watch

I have attached a picture of the watch of which i am complaining about. The second picture is of all my automatic swatches which I owe since the eighties 10 of them. They all still work my complain is that the new automatic watch keeps on stopping. I have send it back to the store I original bought it at and they say there is nothing wrong with it, well I received it back and layed it next to one of my old watches wind both of them the same time and the new watch stops after about 7 to 8 hours the old watch keeps on ticking. I am very upset after paying over $300 for a watch which does not keep time I would like either a refund or a gift card so i can pick out another watch. as you can see I love automatic swatches and i am so disappointed with this one . Swatch product - broken strap

I purchased a swatch watch at the sri lankan duty free last 15th november 2018, ref. no. lb1856 to take to maldives and the strap is broke last week (31st may 2019 ) while i was putting it on, i am working maldives now and i took it to the service agent in here and they said that they dont have the same strap to replace it with and suggested to send a photo of the watch and an email here.

i would like to have a strap replacement for it or a replacement of a similar model just in case the strap is not available. hoping for a fast response regarding the matter.

I did order A watch from swatch and now the people that works thereare saying that I didn't buy it from you, but from China?
You and I got a bill from DHL that I have to pay.

Swatch swatch watches

Dear Swatch i have bought two swatch watches on 2009-2011 and a few days ago i notice that there is a rust inside the watches and on the one the chrono button is stuck and does not work and on the other watch the hand that shows the minutes on the chrono timer is stuck! From the official dealership in Cyprus which is the M.P.M imports they told me that they can't do nothing because my watches is out of warranty! where can i fix my watches?

Swatch model no. r30939703

I have bought your watch in April 2012 on my Marriage for Rs 80K Approx.
I have hardly wore that watch 5 to 6 times during 7 years.
But, 1 day your Sapphire Crystal fallen down somewhere. I enquired in the service centre, they say it cost Approx. Rs.18193. Please tell if the Glass of the watch will fall like this, how a customer will carry on such kind of expensive watch. Please suggest what solution I have with your company.
I bought a Sapphire Glass from Essingler.com but even that fallen down in 2 to 3 times.
I request you to help me out with this very soon as I am unable to use your watch.

Swatch M/s rivoli charging double price for their regular service for swatch/tissot watch

Dear All,

My name is Sameh, I am fond of watches and truly loyal customer of Swatch/Tissot.
I bought 4 Tissot, 1 Longines & 1 TagHeuer all belong to Swatch.

my complaint is that M/s Rivoli, the exclusive Dealer/Agent of Tissot here in Qatar have imposed very high charges for their regular maintenance service for my automatic watch. Repair Order Form details are as follows: ROF No. 31103RF02232
Their price to do so is QR 395 ( USD 108 ) which is almost double rated compared with previous Dealer/Agent M/s Crono.

I tried my best to negotiate Rivoli to offer me a reasonable price, same like previous Dealer/Agent so that I can pay and get the service done, but they disregarded my request. and the watch is still with them unrepaired.

I hereby request M/s Swatch/Tissot to contact M/s Rivoli and ask them to offer better and reasonable prices for their services, and, also, pay their best attention to customers, so that I can enjoy wearing it back.

Swatch claiming about custom service at saudi arabia

Dear swatch
I purchase watch from your distributes in KSA and while swiming in the pool water penetrates inside also the watch strap is totally damaged after one year
I went to you main shop in riyadh (al olaya st.) The manager inform me that it is normal to water ro penetrate inside just you shold open the adjust botton and live it in a dry area (iam so disappointed from this reply. How a famous brand like swatch water penterate inside it doesnt happen fror the cheap watches😒😒

Swatch mist on the dial of the watch

Dear Swatch Team,

Im am writing to inform that a swatch watch bought at the Doha duty free airport services was sold with a defect. The local authorized service group mentioned that there could have been a possible damage at the back of the watch allowing mist to coming into the watch. I was very disappointed mainly because this watch was gift given to me on the 21st of January to be worn at my Wedding on the 24th of January. As you can see in the attached photograph I could not wear the watch since I had to give to the local authorized agent to be sent to you on the 23rd of January.
I have attached pictures of the watch (showing the mist) the possible damage at the back of the watch, the international warranty and the sales receipt given at the Doha airport duty free shop.
Even though the local agents informed me that I would not receive my watch till early March, I do sincerely hope it can be sent to me as soon as possible as I am eagerly awaiting to wear it.

Swatch poor quality of recent purchase

Dear Swatch group customer service rep

I have always been a fan of your brand and have been extremely satisfied with your products that I have purchased over the years.

This unfortunately has only been the case up until this year when I purchased the last watch at you store in the Mall of Africa.

The band at the connection point with the face of the watch emanates a sound that can be likened to hitting a key on the keyboard when typing.

This sound is very promenade when I am conducting training in a quiet room - I generally use hand motions when speaking and this noise emanating from the watch is extremely distracting and unbearable.

It is not what I expect from a German engineered product or a brand that I hold in high esteem.

It appears to be a product related issue as I initially returned the first watch I purchased earlier in the year. I was given a new watch as a replacement due to the fact that they could not fix. However even the second watch has the same issue which is actually worse than the first because the sound is even louder. Sadly, this time around it was given back to me with the note that No fault was found. Yet, the store manager confirmed he could hear the sound when collected the watch and the note saying no fault.

I have the watch in my possession but I have only used it once and am unable to use it again.

Please can you help me.

Either try to fix it or allow me to exchange it for something else please because clearly this product is defective. If a refund can be granted, I will really appreciate it as well especially considering that this ordeal has continued for months and has caused a lot of personal inconvenience (travel to store, waiting time, purchasing other watches whilst waiting for my preferred brand etc.)

I am starting to doubt the quality of this brand and I am skeptical of purchasing another Swatch product with the possibility of experiencing a similar issue.

I look forward to your professional, courteous and fair response to a loyal customer.

Swatch power problem

Hello

I would like to inform you that during last month (October 2018), I visited "Roltime group", an official Swatch laboratory in Israel to replace the battery of my digital touch swatch Model SURS100.

After the battery was replaced I was told that there was a problem with the power of the clock and therefore it is difficult to see the time and additional data. I was told that it is impossible to repair and the warranty ends after two years. Apparently this malfunction not related to me, and as they told me it's probably wear and tear of the watch. I purchased that watch in Israel three years ago.

I was also told I would be given a twenty-five percent discount for new watch. I refused and asked again to fix the clock or get the same value as the investment. I was told by lab manager "Lior"(he never told me his last name) that Swatch's policy is not responsible for digital watches especially with power/clockwork problems.
I would like to understand if this is indeed the policy of Swatch? I would like to point out that I was choosing buying Swatch in the knowledge that this is a reliable and serious company, also for digital watches.

Swatch time square, 1535 broadway shop

I bought a watch one weeks ago, wore it only once in store then once I reach home, I show it to hubby and hubby didn't like
It. Today I came to return it and store assistant manager (Kyle holthus) told me there is scratch on my watch and it look worn. And I can't return it. If there really is scratch and look worn, I will never return it, but no, it didn't look worn, and there is no scratch, but the store manager keep telling me there is scratch and it look worn. I went to grand central Swatch store and they refund me in 5 minutes. So If there really is a scratch and it look worn, how come they gave me refund. It seem like issue is something else, even the other sale people don't see the scratch, One of the worst experience I had at Swatch store. Very unfair. Please look into this. I don't want anybody else to go through the same experience as me. Thank you

Swatch complaint against service of swatch employees

Good Evening,
I would like to file a complaint against one of your employees in the Melaka Swatch Store at JUSCO Aeon Bandaraya Melaka named Ms. Karen Tay. The incident happened on Sunday, 17th of June 2018. Much to my dismay, I was very much appalled by the attitude of the abovenamed as she was rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice when there was absolutely no need for, reasons being there was background music playing although the volume of music never bothered me and the other salesgirl that tendered me first. I have never encountered such displeasing service in all my life especially one that involved elite brands. There was also no apologies after I have confronted her which makes me think that she might think it is alright for her to treat a customer, nay, a person like that. I hope further actions are taken and your replies would be appreciated. Thank you. Have a nice day.
