sub : widow apples to chief justice of Pakistan for pending civil suit 104/89 . this case is pending since last 29 years in the Sindh high court Karachi please take legal action and resolve over case .
i am also submitted my appeal application in supreme court and my application number is [protected] /HRC DT 09.03.2018 to chief justice of Pakistan but no reply received yet passe help me and take legal action and resolved over case .

Sir this voilation of Supreme court by ED COMSATS 70 Years recently enrolled after retirement from RECTOR Post and reinstated as ED COMSATS Director COMSATS WAH is 60 Plus on superannuation and Care taker Director
I served 13 years in COMSATS WAH and terminated not renewed my Contract which is regular service according to COMSATS RULES and STATUTES
by superannuation director and also Care taker director which is illegal and
unlawful against supreme Court order request to take immediate action regarding superannuation and caretaker director taken decision on 30 th june which is against of supreme court order
IT is humbly requested to restore my service job and give chance of lot of thanks

We all are pensioner disbursd from National Bank of pak to another Branch like National Bank of Pak kohinoor chowk branch hyderabad . and other banks pensioner also shifted in small branch . the inner space of bank is very little . and the fatimah jinnah road branch bank hall is very big and comfortable . how we stay out of bank on road in the un covered are in which the old ladies also facing this problem in this conjusted area . we request to the chief justice of pakistan to solve our problem . stay remain us in the same bank where from we are draw the pension its easy for us . also save our life and protect from un saved area . thanks
