Unethical and Unresponsive
This company advertised the ability to ship 2 books, before a certain date, which I needed for class. When I had yet to receive notice of shipment with 7 days to go on the date they claimed, I reached out. They did not respond.
Then, I got a shipment notice AFTER the date they were to be delivered!
I contacted them immediately and said I no longer needed them since they did not deliver them by the promised date.
After 7 emails back & forth, they finally said to just "cross out your name & address, right return to sender, and mail them back".
I did so. Weeks go by, no response or refund.
I contact them, they claim they didn't get the return and what was the tracking #. Tracking #?!?! I sent them back AS REQUESTED!
They then said wait.
I waited.
2 more weeks go by, I check in, and get a canned response about not receiving my order? I tell them to read our entire email thread. They claim they don't have access to it.
I reply with ALL the prior emails. The final response?
We don't accept returns after 30 days.

The product arrived damaged. The package was damaged and a corner of the Bible is torn.

The second photo shows a torn on the corner of the Bible itself probably caused by the torn packaging.
I have already returned the product.
terrible customer service
I ordered a book and it arrived late. When I returned it in the required timeframe, I didn't hear from the company. After two weeks, I contacted the company about my refund and they said they had initiated the refund and they would confirm with an email within 3 -5 business days that the process had been completed. I contacted them 4 weeks later, after not receiving a refund, and they said the refund had been initiated 6 weeks prior, and I needed to take up the matter with my bank.
I have never had a problem receiving a refund to a credit card statement and I am still trying to get the company to give be details of the transaction to verify their claims.

My mistake i did not research, ordered Sep 23rd 2019 the first of the possible options on Amazon for the book I was looking for. SuperBookDeals showed they had stock but you do not get to see what the shipping costs are and the delivery date. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that would be the 30th of Sep (order date 23rd Sep) so 7days for shmt in the USA. Sep 25th I rcvd mail that the book shipped, but I also saw that the delivery would be Sep 30 - Oct 7th that means that it takes almost 14 days to get a book (not a difficult item to ship) from the east coast Columbia MD to California. If I did my best I might be able to better on my bicycle... Ok patiently waited and almost knew... my book did not arrive the 7th or the 8th..! Oct 9th via Amazon send a mail to SuperBookDeals and received a reply that they were not able to ship my book without an explanation why.. ? and they were in the process of refunding my money. It is VERY odd that i received confirmation from Amazon that my book shipped the 25th of Sep.. and the 9th of Oct ..AFTER sending an email that the confirm that they did not ship..! ...I am still waiting for my refund..!
product not delivered
NOTE sharp contrast with rating and reviews of same seller on Amazon (On Amazon 85% positive reviews). I could not manage to leave negative review of this seller on Amazon. My review was declined by Amazon, recommending that I leave seller feedback, but then not giving me the option to leave seller feedback. Is negative reviews often blocked by amazon?
Product not delivered from Superbookdeals. I desperately needed this book at the time, for exam preparation and ordered via Amazon. When it did not arrive, I made contact with amazon, who promised to follow up and have it delivered, when I declined the refund. I kept hoping that it would arrive in time. When exams were over, and I contacted amazon, I was informed that refund period for no delivery has expired.

BEWARE this seller will make you believe that oyu will get an item, sned you a tracking number and or an update, and you will wait more and more . FYI they also are superbookdeal UK that's united kingdom(where your book may ship from ) .
Then when and if your item arrives and you are not satisfied and having to purchase the item from another seller in the meantime, and you call, I did, I spoke to a very rude customer service agent TRACY who refused to refund shipping and was very indignant, saying that I should have known. Very bad business BEWARE
