Super 8 Worldwideunauthorized charge

1

I was charged twice the 1st one I approved when I was checking in but the second one i never authorized him to charge my card for the second time. I had just told him I talked to the general manager and she told them that she will take care of it because of a prior situation the previous morning. But he charged me anyways. That's fraud I've spent a lot of money in the pass months. Only because it's near my job. I really need a refund

How old are you? It is called a pre-authorization, and after about 3 business days it will fall off.

@Wine Is Good My age has nothing to do with this situation. It's called informing the customer of being double charged. Thank you

@Stephaniemurray Your age does matter if you are not experienced enough with using debit/credit cards to not know what a pre-authorization is and how/why it works and how long it takes to reverse back to your account.

@Wine Is Good My point is that it was not a pre-authorization charge. It's the 14th now and it still hasn't fell off. I have knowledge about how debit/credit cards works.

Obviously not since you didn't dispute the charge with your card.
