Supabets Withdrawal

I've made a withdrawal on my supabets account last week Monday the 13th of September 2021, up to today I have not received any notification for the money I withdrew. I've sent emails to supabets support, they said my query was referred to the be relevant department. But the matter has not been resolved, yesterday I sent another email to follow up but there was no response.

Desired outcome: I would like the issue to be resolved and get my money

I played the AGT on supabets on the 28 April 2023 and while I was playing the Yellow bonus logo popped up and the poker cards was shown I had to choose 7 cards I think and I did and all I can remember it showed a straight A,K,O,J,10 ect. And it showed the R1900 THAT I have won but it was never added to the balance that I had in my account.
