Florida lottery has a "Grouper" play that allows for several games to be played at once. for a fixed price of $5.00. The attendant Ripal (or something like that) sold me 3 tickets that do not comprise the tickets that should be included in the Grouper, instead, he gave me three - non-Grouper -tickets of his own choosing which amounted to $6.00 that I did not have on me and when I told him that IS NOT a Grouper he insisted that "it had been changed". I went back to the car to get the extra dollar and got my phone to show him the Florida Lottery page that showed the Grouper play and the games included (he had printed a ticket for a game that was not even included) to no avail. I ended up overpaying for something I did not even want in the first place. This happened 4/16/2019 around 10:30am.
