Sunninghill Club — bad service / training - 6 booster pack
We bought 6 Booster packs each at Sunninghill on 23 August. We Requested a personal trainer for 5am during week, as we unable to make evenings. The VA Trainer manager referred us to Bongani. However, 4 days later Bongani advised he cannot take on as he has monthly clients to look after. I called Club manager and she advised she will get Stanley to phone Friday 31 August and promised this will be sorted. However, Stanley only phoned on Monday and stated he will come back to us...to which he never did. On Tuesday, I was contacted by another Bongani, and we agreed on meeting today thursday 6 Sept at 18:30. However, this morning, received message from him. He has to cancel meeting, as his registration with VA has not been completed, therefore cannot do personal training.
How does the club operate their personal trainers? Surely someone should know who can take on clients (booster pack etc) and who not. Not just take on client and let the client try source this...this is not acceptable and pathetic service as the club is no not able to assist.
