This is not a company you need to get involved with. We have had nothing but trouble with Exploria since signing up with them. I thought we were buying into a vacation benefit that would save our family money. It was presented to us that way. We really feel we have been scammed into something that we'll never experience. We have also had to go back and forth with this company about the fees. They are adding fees and penalties saying we have not paid them and we have. We honestly wish there was time to investigate this company before signing with them. We need this company to take this timeshare back and let us out of this misery. It is not worth the time or the money wasted. It is very unfair that this company is allowed to take advantage of people this way. Please do your research before getting involved. We would like a way out of this immediately.
Desired outcome: Cancel our timeshare contract and release us from all Maintenance fees, etc.

We can no longer continue to be owners of the timeshare, as it has become a frustrating burden on our limited income and overall well-being. We don't have any idea about how to get someone else to take this over. The truth is, nobody wants to become entangled in this situation, and who can blame them? We ourselves now regret ever signing up for this agreement and do not want to push this burden onto our children. We feel misled by the information provided to us at the time of signing. We were told that we could sell the timeshare to someone else and that this was a favorable investment, but this has not proven to be the case for us. We are asking for help to clear this situation up as soon as humanly possible.

Additional assessment maintenance fee for 2024
My Name is Rose Ann English & Michelle Small-English 0wner at Exploria / Fairway resorts in the Pocono Mountain Villas owner number is 297698. We have been a member for 15 years; I paid off my loan and has been paying maintenance fees every year. I just received the yearly maintenance fee statement and i was blind sided by a fee that was put on the statement called additional Assessment fee for 3,712.01 which i don't know nothing about and can't afford to pay. It's bad enough and a hardship to just pay the maintenance fee which goes up every year. It has been a hardship financial since COVID. I will wait for your prompt response in this matter.
