Unfair ban
In complaining about unfair ban 11/10/2023 saying I had breached of terms and condition.
I have double checked that I hadn't breached as I have never used the website for anything but sugaring. I found it a fantastic site and has really changed my outlook on dating after leaving a domestic relationship. Sugar daddy com has given me the confidence to put myself out there again.
I've meet the most amazing SD that have been complete gentlemen and very generous as well.
I had plan to meet the man of my dreams tonight but login to my account now I fear I have lost that opportunity.
I have never used the site inappropriately and have conducted myself accordingly to your terms and condition.
Desired outcome: My desire outcome you review you ban and get to reactivate my account and unban my IP address .fc
Sugar dating site
Literally hundred times more user than any other SD site in my city and i soon learned why. I noticed that every user only ever had the city named as their location never any of the surrounding towns, the background of the photos never showed the city I live in, often showing palm trees in the background (no palm trees in the northeast) all of which were just minor red flags i noticed. The big red flags were that in order to do anything you have to use credits (which are not cheap) to open a users private album = credits, to read their message = more credits, to see if they've read your message = even more credits. I got way more sugar babies messaging me on this site than any other (which felt great at first) but it was only ever one sentence with a generic question: "hey how are you?" I reply with a polite response and a question for her and no response back ever. This pattern has been repeated with well over a hundred users on the site. It's pretty clear to me that I'm being messaged by bots built within the site which are probably using photos from a user in another part of the country and I'm spending credits to read messages from bots.
Desired outcome: delete the bot accounts! This is fraud! Fraud is illegal!
unauthorized charges
I was billed $40.90 5 times this year in which I did not authorize. I have been emailing support for 3 weeks now about this situation and have been emailed back saying that my Refund request has been approved. I have only been issued 2 of the 5 total transactions and am still owed an additional $122.70. Although approved i have yet to be refunded. This is NOT ok!
