Subway staff/supervisor/allergy food

Provided complete wrong order, gave my fiance food that he was allergic too, serious issue that i'm shocked by after speaking to the so called supervisor in store that wouldn't even provide her own name for me to make a formal complaint but would happily give her managers name "viki" whoever the supervisor was on 3/3/19 @ 4pm needs to be suspended, never had such a problem with a duty manager! Diabolical customer service experience, stressing out a pregnant lady further through arrogance and blaming uber eats for the wrong toppings in our sandwiches... Everything was wrong we ordered 3 foot long subs, 2 meatball mariana 1 of which should of been plain due to allergies, the other meatball sandwich had the fillings that were meant to be in the tuna sub, was all wrong and could of been life threatening had my partner not realised there was things he was allergic to in his sandwich. Supervisor did not provide one appology or gratitude towards us but instead laughed down the phone and aggravated us further, if she finds it amusing sending customers wrong orders that could of taken someone's life she should not be anywhere in contact with food or customers! Diabolical!

Subway heavily pierced and unhygienic counter woman

This Subway location is inside a hospital (Lakeview Hospital). The female behind the counter who is heavily pierced and seems unhygienic is extremely rude to every customer I have watched her encounter. There is no need for this woman to be so wretchedly rude and nasty. Many customers are visiting sick loved ones and are already under distress. The last thing they need is an attitude from a woman making sandwiches.

Subway spraying chemicals on glass without covering any of the food

Spraying chemicals on glass without covering any of the food. I walked into the subway and the guy behind the counter was spraying some kind of a chemical on the inside of the glass misting all over the vegetables that I was about order on my sandwich when I ask him what he was doing he stated he was cleaning the glass I told him you need to cover the food he responded with "Its just glass cleaner it will be fine"that's unacceptable and disgusting and plain out wrong hadn't I witnessed it with my own eyes right now I would have been eating chemicals and carcinogens that potentially harmful to me

Subway protocol for customers / food delivery like ubereats

I am a ubereats driver, I came to pick up food for a customer at subway located on 6394 rittiman rd, there was only one worker at this time, the time was around 11:00am on saturday feb 23, 2019. She said are you ubereats your order is not ready yet, so I understand. As customer was coming in the door, they got in front of the line, so I stay in the back to wait. There was 2 customer who was in front of me when I walk into subway, now there is 3 in front of me, as soon as she continue to help the person that just walk into the door, I said are you not going to take care of my ubereats customer, she said, I have to take care of all the customer that comes into the door first because it's our protocol. I said that not right, no matter if the customer walks in or if they use ubereats to order their food there should be a list so each food is made in the order they were requested. I don't blame the one person that was serving food that day, she was just following orders, I don't blame the manager either, what I think is wrong is who made this rule that it should be a protocol is wrong, I think customer is how we get paid, no matter how they come in to subway. It can be walk-in, or it can be food delivery, but it's not right for ubereats or any food delivery to wait long, we are drivers who is helping subways bringing money into the business. This is the first time I have experience this issue sense I been delivering food for subway, never had issue like this at mcdonalds. I hope this rule changes, I must fight for what I believe in is right, and this is a broken system, but if this don't change, well I guess I must accept it. Life can be so much better if we can treat people fair, honest, and have integrity within ourselves.

Subway messing up my sub. did not offer to replace it.

I went to Subway last night and ordered a 12 inch meatball sub. When I got home, which is only about a mile away, I hurried to sit down and eat. I had not eaten all day and was very hungry. I started eating and was so disappointed. The gal that put it together had put so much sauce on it that the bread was soggy. (Mind you, it was toasted). I ate less than half of it. Besides it being soggy, it made a complete mess. I threw the rest in garbage and called Subway. I told whoever answered the phone about it and she just said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I waited a little bit for her to say something else like, "Would you like another sandwich?" Silence. I was a bit irritated and hung up. I go to Subway quite often but that may change now.

Subway service

This Shop is in the Primera Plus Bus Terminal in Tonala, Jalisco, Mexico. It seems to be a fairly new shop, but the service personnel need further training..

This is a long distance bus terminal. People from all over the world use these buses. Some of your personnel should be bilingual. Your Manager should have basic training in Customer Service and the Cashier should have some personality...really!

We had just gotten off of a 16 hour bus trip. It was past lunch time and we hadnt had breakfast. Non of this is their fault, but I am setting the stage. My husband was recovering from a stroke so most of the "work" of the trip fell to me. I ordered my sandwich, after waiting in an excessively long line, along with two pepsis. I was not able to have the sandwich I wanted because of te language barrier, but that is another story. Anyway, I went to get the drinks and the pepsi dispenser had no syrup. I took my cups to the zombie cashier, who tried to ignore me as long as she could. After pointing out the machine problem, they chattered in rapid Spanish, that I was unable to follow. But I understood that I should try again. So, I did only to find that the dispenser ran clear. I took the cups back to Miss Zombie and asked to just have one of the bottled pepsis instead. Well, that was fine, except the pepsi was room temperature and they wouldnt let me have the cups of ice! I lost it! I could not get them to understand that i wanted a COLD drink. I was offering to exchange two machine drinks for one bottled drink plus two cups of ice but they refused to let me have the cups of ice. The Manager was clueless and this should have never excalated as it did. In my past, I worked for Subway Sandwich Shops and I was embarrased for these people.

I ended up demanding my money for the two drinks back and going to another location in the terminal to puchase cold drinks for us.

You really need to do something about the inability of the people at that location to communicate with the public. It is a huge terminal and their shop is the only Globally known name so will draw global travelers. In the last five years, my husband and I have lived in 6 different countries and traveled through many more and when we travel, we gravitate to familiar names. Pointing and smiling works most times, but occasionally there is required a deeper level of communication. I do know that these days kids are taught basic English skills in school. It might be wise for this location to have one or two on their staff to help with relations of the global travelers.

Subway ordered chicken noodle soup/ disgusting and dirty in store

I visited subway last week Tuesday 1-15-19 wanting a bowl of soup.. So when I got there I couldn't believe how dirty it was in there...So as I stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting to be helped cuz one of the other workers didn't think he needed to help with the 5 customers up front.. So finally I was asked what I wanted just like that, not may I help you.. So I ordered the soup and my husband ordered a sandwich. That took another 10 Minutes as iam on my lunch break. We sat down in the dirty dirty3400 store. Opened my soup and it looked like it had been there for days. It was cold and burnt.. well I wasn't going to pay 2.50 just to throw it away. I took it back up to the counter to get my money back. And that was embracing as the young Mexican gentleman told me I couldn't have my money back.. He continued to argue with me He told me he just made the soup tis morning. I looked at him and mentioned that couldn't be possible cuz it looked like it was scraped from bottom of pan.. He then yelled at me infront of several customers, Why if you saw it was the bottom of the pan did I order it. I looked as him and said Im sorry I didn't know I had too. anyway I just want you to know I was an employee of Subway on outer drive for rob and laurie, so I know that is not the way we treat customers.. needless to say I will never go to that subway again and iam making sure everyone knows not too.. I think I will call the health dept to check that store out as it should be closed down. it is disgusting...

Its usually happenig at food center, they serve hygienic food, its better if you complaint, 2 months ago two babies dies in my City i.e. Karachi Pakistan by dining hygiene food from a well known restaurent

Subway service

Went into Subway 30397-0 at 7:45 p.m.
tried to place an order for 3 salads and 2 sandwiches. The young lady told me that she could only make 4 items per customer, that was the rule of the store. I thought she was confused so I told her that it was only one order with 5 items. She said she was only able to make 4 items unless I had the other people with me. Another employee came from the back and told her she would help make the order but she said no. I told her I have never heard of such a thing. She advices me that they have to keep things stocked up during the night and those were the rules. The young lady was a Caucasian, brunette, short, with her hair in a ponytail. As much as I don't want to think that this was a racist gesture, I can't help but to feel that way! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of or experienced.

Subway food

This Subway is out of things. They had no bowls for a salad one day. And another day they were out of turkey so we left both times. The last time we got take out...two turkey subs. One had hair in the bread. So we have not been back since. It used to be very good until they changed management. Also it was better when in a Flash Food Store.

Subway stale bread. poor customer service

I ordered two subs for work from this location. When I got to work I bit into my sub and the bread was stale. The bread cracked and crumbled all over my work desk. I asked my coworker if her bread was stale and she said yes. I contacted the store and made a complaint to a male. He told me that he made the bread fresh and implied that I was lying. I left work, went down to the store and returned the sub. The person I spoke to on the phone was the man who rang up my order. When I returned the sub he began to argue with me even though I had the stale sub as proof in front of him. Another coworker made me a new sandwich and I left. As a veteran of the United States, I find it insulting that I was treated this way by this individual who refused to give me his name. I would like someone from Corporate to contact his individual and tell him to make sure his product is consumable and that he can't treat people this way. This occurred on January 7, 2019 @ 1130 am.

Subway I am complaining about the food and service

The people that serves us are stupid. I don't what the hell was on my face that they kept laughing. I said I wanted something specific and they would give me the opposite . I brought a copoun WITH me and when they saw it they started laughing their [censored] off. I don't know why you guys promote stuff if you guys are gonna have employers that give customers what they want. I felt discriminated... subway was one of my favorite places to eat at but after what happened I will NEVER go THERE again and NEVER recommend you.

had a coupon for get two for 11.99 asked for 12 inch spicy Italian and 12 inch meatball I was charged 2.00 extra for cheese garlic bread on the Italian and charged 7.69 for meatball total was 16.41 what happened with the coupon offer and why was I charged extra for bread this happened 1/6/2019 4:30 pm store #[protected] east pleasant valley Blvd Altoona pa. trans # 1/a250459 my email is weber 723@gmail.com and was treated very bad and I was the dummy I eat at subways at least once week I think I will take my hunger some where else. Also, the price on the sandwiches on the menu board was only $6.99...why was I charged $7.49?

Subway store lied about coupon and value on my gift card

I ordered a subway sub platter & was told my $5.00 off coupon could only be used if I bought a wrap or large sub . Not true! I had a $25 gift card and she told me it was only $15 left. I had just pulled it off the card as I stood there so I knew it was never used. When I told her that she rescanned it and agreed there was $25 on there. Very shady!

Subway complaint

They don't change they tuna fish after 2 days they banana peppers were sour lettuce a different color bread hard at times just all around nasty please handle this situation ppl shouldn't be going to the hospital for food poisoning or upset stomach the store is located on 12th and Walnut Street in Lebanon Pennsylvania the meats probably old to cause if you not changing your tuna fish in 2 days imagine the meats cheese and sauces the cookies are never baked they old and hard this store is just dirty

Subway very poor store

I went in the store monday and im sorry to say this store needs drug tested the workers was so out there they couldnt maintain there selfs and im sad to say that there was one person infront of me and it took all most a hour to finally get to pay well I went into the restroom and I found a needle... The store was very dirty and this is the only one in muskogee that usually is clean an nice

Subway store locked during operating hours

On December 3, 2018 I went to the Subway on Little Rd in Arlington, Texas. The time was 9:00 PM. The lights were turned down and the note on the door said, "On break. Be back shortly". I did see an employee momentarily at the serving area, but he went into the back. I waited in my car for about 20 minutes and decided to drive to another Subway on Kelly Elliott Rd in Arlington. I never did find the Subway so I drove back to the Subway on Little Rd thinking surely his "break" must be over by now. I arrived around 9:36 PM to find the store still locked up. I saw the employee momentarily in the back so I went to the door and knocked on the glass with my key. He never did come open the door. About a week before this (we eat there all the time) I came into the store and there was no one in the store. I waited about 20 minutes and the employee finally came into the store saying he "had to go to his car to get something". I think it was the same employee I saw tonight.

Subway refused to honor coupons

On 12/1/18 I tried to use a coupon for a $5.99 foot-long sub that I received just a few days ago. My grandson had a coupon also. I showed the employee the coupon I had, and told her that my grandson had one also. She said okay and started making the subs. I get these coupons via the phone all the time and always eat there when I can. I came to town (35 miles one-way!) to have the subs for dinner with my grandson because he wanted one. My whole family goes to that particular store (2515 Beene Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71111).

A 2nd employee said (when the subs were half made) that the coupon wasn't going to work for the subs. I said that I was invited (via the coupon) and will pay $5.99 for each. Nothing else was said at that point. When the subs were finished the 2nd employee rang it up and told me it would be $18.00 and change. I told her I had coupons for $5.99 each and two $5.99 subs don't add up to $18.00 (that was just for the subs mind you, no drink or anything extra).

She then argued with me about it and told me it will be $18.00 again. I told her the subs would be at the advertised coupon price or nothing. She refused so I left after warning her that I could bring a suit against the company because "bait and switch" tactics are illegal. She said (mockingly) that she was fine with that.

So we went to Fire House Subs and had a great sub sandwich. Subway just lost 12 customers.

A very unhappy customer!

Subway store closing to early.

My family visits the Subway store in Seminary, Ms. at least 2 to 3 times a month on Sunday night. We usually get to the store around 8:00 to 8:15 p.m. The biggest complaint up to tonight has been that they pour out the sweet tea around 8:00 p.m. even though the store closes at 9 p.m. Tonight we drive up and they're closing the store at 8:17 p.m. So, we drive 4 miles to go eat at Krystal.

Subway food

Not happy with my sub today, paid for 3 6" subs of which the Italian bread was stale with hardly any filling. I used to get a drink with my sub however was told I would have to pay more, fair enough if the sub was amazing but alas it was not. Taste very nice ruined by the bread. Wish I'd got a Greggs baguette and drink for £3 I really feel I've been ripped off!

Subway service

Attached is my Yelp review with picture of employee in which I complained about, 2nd is her very unprofessional response in which contrary to her response, there were only 3 people in the store at the time of my order, myself, the person taking the order and the one pictured of which was key to my complaint. I thought you (Subway) should be aware of the people you have working for you in a small community.

I posted a review about this Subway #28474) before and said it would be the last time we would go there. However, yesterday 11/19/18 on the way home from running errands, my husband and I decided to let our guard down and stop by there to try them again. Oh what a mistake that was. My husband went in as I waited in the car and was gone long enough to have two sandwiches made but came back empty handed. He was trying to tell the 'sandwich maker' what he wanted on the sandwiches. She wanted him to give her all the ingredients at one time but he was trying to decide what he wanted on each sandwich. There was only one other customer in the shop and she wanted to make that customer's sandwich and our sandwiches at the same time. She finished the first customer's order and should have checked her out and then she could have taken more time to finish our sandwiches.

The other customer asked to be checked out when her sandwich was complete and that's when things took an ugly turn. She (the sandwich maker) checked the lady out, left our two sandwiches on the counter and told my husband to call her when he decided what he wanted on the sandwiches. And then she went to the back of the store. Then she came back and told my husband made her "lose her religion" as she started throwing the 'f' word around: "get the '[censored] out of my store" she told him.

My husband asked for the manager and she stated that she was the manager. He then asked for the store owner and she wrote down her name, Sophia, the store owner's initials: Mr. H.P. and supposedly the owner's telephone number. My husband called the number when we got home and left a message but since we got no return call, we highly suspect she gave us an incorrect number.

My husband did nothing to warrant this type of treatment from this person and this will indeed be our last time going to this Subway even though it is minutes from where we live. Never been treated like this before at a Subway across the nation.

All of is a direct quote from my husband as I was not in the store at time. My husband tried to contact the supposed owner of the store, I submitted a complaint form to the Subway complaint department and they acknowledged they received it by email on 11/29/18, but to date, we have not heard from anyone about this complaint. Now it is time for me to post this on this board for all of you to read. And by the way, this is my second complaint about this same Subway (store #28474)

Went for lunch with my family on this day.. Ordered steak egg and cheese.. Large
The amount of steak was horrible on this sandwich.. I went up to the manager and showed her the sandwich.. I said is this all the meat and she said rudely yes unless you want to pay for more.. I work in the vustomer service field and have never met a ruder person the way she spoke... I would like to sent a photo of meal
